HIV/AIDS is a global health issue that significantly impacts adolescents, a vulnerable group prone to risky behaviors such as unprotected sexual intercourse. The lack of knowledge is a key factor contributing to the increased risk of transmission. Therefore, effective health education interventions are essential to address this problem, with one promising approach being health promotion through audiovisual media. This study aims to assess the impact of audiovisual media on improving HIV/AIDS knowledge among 11th-grade students at SMA PGRI 2 Banjarmasin. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach. The entire population of 112 students was selected using a total sampling technique. The data collection tool was a questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test, as the data were not normally distributed. Prior to the intervention, most students (85.7%) had low levels of knowledge about HIV/AIDS. Following the intervention, all students (100%) demonstrated a significant increase in knowledge, reaching a high level. The Wilcoxon test yielded a p-value of 0.001 (p<0.05), indicating a statistically significant effect. These findings suggest that audiovisual media is a highly effective method for improving adolescents’ knowledge about HIV/AIDS. It serves as both an engaging and preventive educational strategy, making it an important tool in promoting awareness and reducing the risk of HIV/AIDS transmission among youth.

Public awareness of environmental issues is increasing, but there is still a gap between ecological understanding and green consumption behavior. This phenomenon is evident in the low interest of local consumers in Suputra Herbal Incense products in Badung Regency, despite the product's strong ecological and cultural value. This condition raises questions about the factors influencing local consumers' green purchasing intentions towards environmentally friendly products. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative design to analyze the main predictors influencing green purchasing intentions. A total of 100 respondents were selected through a purposive sampling technique, namely potential consumers who are related to herbal incense products. The research instrument has been tested for validity and reliability, thus it is suitable for use in data collection. Data analysis was conducted with the help of multiple linear regression using SPSS software to test the research hypotheses. The results show that green brand image, green marketing, and price perception have a positive and significant influence on local consumers' green purchasing intentions. These findings confirm that an environmentally friendly brand image can strengthen consumer trust and interest. In addition, a consistent and authentic green marketing strategy plays a significant role in increasing product appeal. The perception of fair pricing is also a key consideration, as consumers tend to be more accepting of prices when they align with the product's ecological benefits and cultural values. In conclusion, this research provides practical contributions for MSMEs, particularly in designing effective and sustainable green marketing strategies. Efforts to strengthen green brand image, consistently implement environmentally friendly promotions, and foster a perception of fair pricing will encourage increased purchasing intentions among local consumers. Thus, eco-friendly products like Suputra Herbal Incense have the potential to compete more strongly in the increasingly competitive domestic market. Keywords: Green Purchase Intention, Green Brand Image, Green Marketing, Perceived Price, MSMEs

Urological examinations using Multi Slice Computed Tomography (MSCT) often require the use of diuretic agents to enhance the visualization of the urinary tract system. However, the use of synthetic pharmacological agents may sometimes lead to undesirable side effects. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of ginger extract (Zingiber officinale) as a natural diuretic alternative in MSCT urological examinations. This research utilized an experimental design, comparing two groups: one that was given ginger extract before the examination and another control group that did not receive any additional treatment. Key parameters observed included the degree of urinary tract distension, MSCT image quality, and the smoothness of contrast media excretion. The results indicated that the administration of ginger extract significantly increased the degree of ureteral and urinary bladder distension, leading to improved image visualization quality compared to the control group. These findings suggest that ginger extract can serve as a promising natural diuretic alternative for MSCT urological examinations. However, further studies with larger sample sizes are necessary to confirm the validity and reproducibility of these results. Ginger extract offers an innovative and potentially safer approach to improving the effectiveness of MSCT scans without the side effects associated with synthetic diuretics.

Competition in the local culinary business is getting fiercer as consumers become more selective in choosing products based on quality, experience, and social media influence. Nasi Uduk Pemuda in Doko Village, Kediri Regency, is one of the culinary businesses that strives to survive by leveraging brand trust, distinctive flavors, and promotions through social media influencers. This study aims to analyze the extent to which brand trust, flavor, and social media influencers influence consumer purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach to consumers who have purchased the product. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula to ensure representativeness. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, then analyzed using SPSS 29 software. The analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-tests, simultaneous f-tests, and calculation of the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that partially, brand trust has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, as does the taste variable, which has been shown to play an important role in driving consumer loyalty and repurchase intention. Meanwhile, promotion through social media influencers showed a positive but insignificant influence, indicating that the presence of influencers does not fully determine consumer decisions in the context of traditional culinary products. The f-test showed that all three variables simultaneously had a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.669 indicates that 66.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by brand trust, taste, and social media influencers, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the study. This finding emphasizes the importance of maintaining consistent product quality, building brand trust, and continuing to utilize social media strategically as an effort to increase the competitiveness of local culinary businesses.

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product variety, and bundling price on purchasing decisions among X consumers. The method used is a quantitative approach with a causal research design, so as to be able to explain the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who are active consumers of X. To ensure data quality, a series of tests were conducted including validity, reliability, normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The main analysis used multiple linear regression supported by t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) processed using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, indicating that consumers' positive perceptions of X's reputation were able to encourage higher purchasing interest. Bundling price also proved to have a significant effect, because the strategy of combining package prices was considered to provide economic benefits and added value for consumers. In contrast, product variety did not have a significant effect, indicating that consumers place more emphasis on brand image and pricing strategies than simply menu diversity. However, when tested simultaneously, all three variables were still shown to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination value of 0.594 indicates that the combination of the three variables can explain 59.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other external factors such as service quality, consumer trends, promotions, and customer experience. These findings reinforce the understanding that a strong brand image-based marketing strategy and the implementation of appropriate bundling prices can be key to increasing consumer appeal. For local coffee businesses like X, this study provides practical implications to focus more efforts on strengthening brand image, creating a consistent consumer experience, and optimizing pricing strategies.

Badung Market, as one of the largest traditional markets in Denpasar City, serves as a central hub of economic activity and sustains the livelihood of a substantial number of women traders. The presence of women in this sector is not only a reflection of their economic role but also of their contribution to household welfare and community development. This study aims to analyze the influence of education, income, dependents, and age on women’s decisions to work as traders in Pasar Badung. Employing a quantitative approach with an associative design, the research involved 88 respondents selected through purposive sampling from a total population of 768 female traders. Data collection methods included questionnaires, direct observation, and interviews, while data analysis utilized multiple linear regression preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests to ensure robustness. The results indicate that, simultaneously, all independent variables significantly affect women’s decision to engage in trading activities. Partially, education, dependents, and age show a significant positive effect, suggesting that higher educational attainment, greater family responsibilities, and maturity increase women’s participation in trading. In contrast, husband’s income exerts a significant negative effect, implying that higher spousal earnings reduce the economic pressure for women to seek income through market trading. These findings highlight that economic necessity, household responsibilities, and social roles remain the primary motivators for women’s active involvement in traditional market activities. The implications of this study are relevant for policymakers and local governments, particularly in designing targeted empowerment programs, skills training, and economic support mechanisms to enhance women’s entrepreneurial capacity in traditional markets. Strengthening women’s roles in this sector is crucial not only for family welfare but also for broader community resilience and local economic growth.

Women's leadership is recognized as a strategic factor driving organizational success through the formation of effective and sustainable team collaboration. Beyond simply directing, women leaders build a conducive work climate where team members are valued, engaged, and have equal opportunities to contribute. Across various sectors, they demonstrate the ability to manage team dynamics with a participatory, collaborative approach, and a focus on healthy interpersonal relationships. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to describe the role, benefits, and challenges of women's leadership in human resource (HR) development. Twelve articles published between 2020 and 2024 were selected based on the PICOC framework to ensure academic validity. The study results indicate that women's leadership is synonymous with a participatory style, empathy, and open communication that encourages time commitment, the flow of ideas, innovation, and productivity. Women leaders create a psychologically safe work environment, value differences of opinion, and encourage cross-functional collaboration. Their role is increasingly important in the era of flexible work and digital transformation, where empathy and communication are key to maintaining team motivation and productivity. However, challenges such as gender stereotypes, structural barriers, and cultural resistance still limit the effectiveness of women's leadership, especially in strategic positions and high-level decision-making. In many cases, women leaders still have to work harder to gain legitimacy, even though they have the same or even higher qualifications than their male counterparts. Addressing this requires more inclusive organizational policies, gender-based leadership training programs, mentoring, and consistent advocacy for equality. Companies and public institutions must actively create an ecosystem that supports women's leadership development, including equal access to strategic career opportunities.
