This research examines the effectiveness of regional formation based on Law Number 8 of 2023 in order to support regional autonomy in Indonesia. Pembelajaran Berasis Projek atau yang disebut Project Based Learning menjadi alternatif untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran yang inovatif, kreatif dan menyenangkan sesuai dengan pembelajaran abad ke-2. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa terhadap Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL). Metode penelitian mencakup Waktu dan tempat penelitian yang dilakukan selama dua bulan yang dilakasanakan di sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Langsa. Jenis penelitian eksperimen bersifat kuantitatif yang memiliki dua variabel. Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas X SMA N1 Langsa dengan kelas kontrol (X MIA5) dan kelas Eksperimen (X MIA3) dengan jumlah keseluruhan siswa sebanyak 71 siawa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Uji t dan N-Gain Score untuk melihat pengaruh model pembelajaran PjBL terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA N1 Langsa. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 45,122% pada kelas eksperimen. Dengan efektifitas model kurang efektif dengan nilai N-Gain Score sedang pada kelas eksperimen. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah model pembelajran project based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari hasil nilai perhitungan uji hipoteis menggunakan uji t dan uji N-Gain Score. Dari uji N-Gain score didapatkan pada kelas kontrol yaitu kurang efektif untuk kategoti tafsiran efektif dan pembagian N-Gainnya kurang. Sementara pada kelas eksperimen didapatkan kategori tafsiran kurang efektif dengan pembagian nilai N-Gainnya yaitu sedang. hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya motifasi berprestasi siswa sehingga mengakibatkan model pembelajaran project based learning mendapatkan nilai N-Gain sedang. Namun untuk hilai hasil belajar siswa tetap mengalami peningkatan.

This research uses a descriptive quantitative research method with a survey approach. The population in this research is wedding organizer  consumers totaling 47 people. The sample for this research was determined using numerical data which was processed using statistics. The technique used for data collection is a questionnaire or questionnaire. In the research, 2 independent variables are used, namely digital marketing (X1), Word of Mouth(X2). The dependent variable used in this research is consumer decision (Y). The results of this research are that digital marketing and Word of Mouthget different data, where digital marketing has a significant and influential effect on consumer decisions, while Word of Mouthhas no influence and is not significant on consumer decisions in choosing Siapnikah.Id wedding organizer  services.

This research is motivated by problems that arise in the learning process. This research aims to reveal students' responses to biology learning. The subjects of this research were students of SMAN 3 Siak Hulu. The research population was class X of SMAN 3 Siak Hulu, more specifically classes X4 and X5. The sample in this study consisted of 40 students from 2 different classes selected through random sampling techniques. The data collected is the result of distributing an online questionnaire using Google Form. The results of the research show that student learning motivation in biology subjects produces an average percentage of 95.4% with very good interpretation criteria.

Satisfaction is an indicator used in determining the standard of a health facility. The quality of a service is closely related to customer satisfaction, this happens because service quality can create a good relationship between consumers and an agency, in the long run this relationship can make agencies understand how to meet consumer needs. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of satisfaction with BPJS patients' health services at Primary clinics in 2023. This research is descriptive in nature, with a cross-sectional design. The research population is unknown where a sample of 45 people, and taken based on purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out directly to respondents using interview techniques. The results showed that the satisfaction level of Primary clinic users was very satisfied by 62.2%, satisfied by 20.0% while quite satisfied by 2.2% was dissatisfied15.6 It is hoped that the Primary clinic can further improve the quality of service quality by providing enough doctor time and nurses serving patients.

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of legal socialization regarding legal sanctions for adolescents involved in teenage brawls. Teenage brawls pose a serious threat to the safety and well-being of adolescents and the surrounding community. In this context, legal socialization is crucial to enhance adolescents' understanding of the legal consequences of engaging in brawls and reduce brawl incidents in their environment. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, gathering data through participant observation and interviews with adolescents involved in brawls, as well as relevant parties such as teachers, parents, and security officers. The findings indicate that legal socialization has a positive impact on increasing adolescents' awareness of the legal sanctions they face if involved in brawls. Furthermore, legal socialization plays a role in changing adolescents' attitudes and behaviors towards violence and enhancing their understanding of the importance of resolving conflicts peacefully. This study highlights the importance of a preventive approach involving legal socialization in addressing the issue of teenage brawls. By enhancing adolescents' awareness of the legal sanctions they may face, it is hoped to help reduce brawl incidents and create a safer environment for adolescents and the community. Therefore, the findings of this research make a significant contribution to efforts to prevent adolescent violence and protect adolescent well-being in society.

Training on handling corpses according to Islamic law is an in-depth activity in a religious and humanitarian context. This article discusses the importance of this training in understanding, respecting and carrying out funeral arrangements in accordance with Islamic teachings. This training provides the basic knowledge, practical skills, and cultural and ethical understanding needed to carry out the task of handling corpses properly. In addition, this article highlights the important benefits of Student Creativity Program (PKM) activities in expanding religious understanding, increasing respect for religious values, and empowering communities to play an active role in funeral services in accordance with Islamic guidelines. Through these efforts, we can create a society that is more aware of their religious practices, respects traditions, and applies Islamic teachings with full respect in the care of corpses.

Research to determine the influence between variables of Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at NEO Hotel, Kebayoran, Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative research methods by conducting parametic statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is primary data obtained from the answers of 40 respondents.The results showed that leadership and motivation had a significant effect partially and simultaneously all of them had a significant effect on employee performance and the correlation value was 75.4% and the remaining 24.6% was found in other factors that were not studied.

Diabetes Melitus (DM) adalah suatu kelompok penyakit kronis kelainan metabolik yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya kadar glukosa darah melebihi batas normal (hiperglikemia) yang terjadi karena kelainan sekresi insulin, atau resistensi hormon insulin maupun kedua-duanya. Daun teh-tehan (Acalypha siamensis)  mengandung flavonoid yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan dan antidiabetes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak daun teh-tehan (Acalypha siamensis) terhadap kadar glukosa darah tikus putih yang diinduksi aloksan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Farmakologi dan Farmakognosi Stikes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan posttes with control design dengan menggunakan subjek penelitian tikus jantan sebanyak 15 ekor yang dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol negatif (Aquadest), kelompok kontrol positif (Glibenklamid), dosis 100 mgkgBB, dosis 200 mg/kgBB, dan dosis 300 mg/kgBB. Pengujian efek antihiperglikemik ini menggunakan metode induksi aloksan 120 mg/kg yang dilakukan dengan cara merusak sel beta pankreas pada hewan uji. Parameter yang diamati berupa penurunan kadar glukosa darah pada hari ke-7 dan ke-10. Hasil uji yang diperoleh kemudian di analisis menggunakan software spss secara one-way ANOVA dengan nilai siginifakn p = 0,000 < 0,05 kemudian dilakukan uji lanjut LSD (Least Significant Differens). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ekstrak daun teh-tehan berpengaruh terhadap penurunkan kadar glukosa darah pada tikus diabetes akibat induksi aloksan.

This research discusses the role of SI APIK application in improving the quality of CV Rapoviaka Simple's financial statements. SI APIK, as an integrated financial information system, is designed to simplify the process of recording, processing, and reporting company finances. The application is designed to simplify the financial recording process, reducing the potential for human error. This study aims to determine the role of the SIAPIK application in improving the quality of financial statements. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research using primary data. Interviews and observations are a reference in this study to explain a measure of the quality of financial statements. The results of this study indicate that the SI APIK application has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of preparing financial reports. SI APIK also helps in managing financial data in real-time allowing companies to respond to market changes faster.  

This research aims to determine the application of the Siapik Application to MSMEs, whether the Si Apik Application can make it easier for users to make accurate financial reports and be able to solve financial problems in chocolate-processed MSMEs. The method used in the research is using a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques using direct observation techniques at the research location and conducting interviews. The data source was obtained from primary data. The research results show that the Si Apik application makes it easy for chocolate-processed MSMEs, especially CV Rapoviaka Simple, in making financial reports because the features in the application are complete and the Si Apik application really has a positive impact on MSMEs who are running their businesses.
