This study aims to explore the challenges faced by educational institutions in implementing the P5 program, serving as an evaluation reference for improving educational success. Using a qualitative research method with interviews, this study involves validation and verification from relevant stakeholders and educators who directly experience the situation in the field. The data collected is based on direct communication with teachers and field observations, which are then analyzed and presented in a descriptive format. The findings reveal several significant challenges that affect the effectiveness of the P5 program, including issues related to understanding and implementation, as well as inadequate infrastructure and facilities. However, this study primarily evaluates the effectiveness and productivity of the Merdeka Curriculum without directly measuring its success. Therefore, further in-depth research is recommended to achieve higher validity and a more comprehensive understanding of the program’s impact.

The era of digital transformation demands that the younger generation acquire technology-based entrepreneurship skills, or technopreneurship. However, in the context of Vocational High Schools (SMK), many students still lack understanding and skills in developing structured and applicable business models. This Community Service Program (PKM) was carried out to address this challenge, particularly at SMK Negeri 1 Mengwi, Badung, Bali, by leveraging local potential such as tourism and traditional culinary products. The training program focused on the use of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a visual tool for business planning, alongside the introduction of trending technologies such as digital marketing. The activities were implemented in four stages: pre-test, socialization, intensive training, business idea presentation, and post-test evaluation and reflection. A total of 36 students participated in this program. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in understanding of 53.85% in the aspect of technopreneurship and 58.33% in understanding the elements of the BMC. These findings indicate that practical and visual-based approaches are effective in fostering students’ strategic thinking, collaboration, and creativity in developing business ideas based on local potential and technology. This program also made a measurable and impactful contribution to strengthening vocational students' technopreneurship competencies

Exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months of a baby's life is an important foundation for optimal growth and development. However, the success of an exclusive breastfeeding program is not only determined by the role of the mother, but also depends heavily on the support of the husband as the main companion. This community service activity aims to increase the involvement of husbands in supporting exclusive breastfeeding for the first child through an educational and participatory approach. The target of this activity was a married couple who were waiting for the birth of their first child in Bengkulu City. The implementation of the program is carried out through a series of activities in the form of counseling, interactive discussions, and continuous assistance during pregnancy up to six months after childbirth. Evaluation was carried out using pretest and posttest to measure changes in knowledge and attitudes, as well as observation of the husband's direct involvement in the breastfeeding process. The results showed a significant increase in husbands' knowledge and attitudes towards the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, as well as an increase in their involvement in supporting their wives both emotionally and practically. These findings confirm that education that actively involves husbands can be an effective strategy in supporting the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Therefore, breastfeeding counseling and mentoring programs in the community should be designed holistically by involving both parents as a supportive unit.

Iodine deficiency remains a major health issue, especially in highland regions like Cisukadana Village, leading to an increased risk of goiter that affects metabolism and growth. This study explores an alternative method to improve iodine intake through the use of factory ash waste in salted egg processing. Factory ash waste is known to contain microelements such as iodine, calcium, and magnesium, which can enhance the nutritional value of salted eggs. The research consisted of three stages: community counseling on iodine importance, practical training on making salted eggs using a salt and ash mixture, and product distribution for evaluation. Eggs were soaked in a brine solution mixed with ash waste for 8–10 days to ensure iodine absorption. The results showed that this method increased iodine content in the eggs, extended shelf life, and improved texture and taste. The program positively impacted the community in health (goiter prevention), social (community involvement and student participation), and economic (potential new business using local resources) aspects. This innovation demonstrates a sustainable approach to enhancing iodine intake while reducing industrial waste impact.
