This study examines the potential for digital branding transformation of Mitra Havana Sulung Mandiri, a construction service company in East Java, through the utilization of TikTok as a promotional platform. Using observations and interviews, the research identified strong visual content opportunities from the company’s activities, such as documenting construction progress, showcasing before-and-after project visuals, and sharing client testimonials. These elements offer significant storytelling potential for engaging online audiences. However, several internal barriers hinder optimal implementation. These include limited digital literacy among staff, inadequate content creation tools, and the absence of standardized procedures for producing and publishing content. Externally, skepticism toward social media marketing in the construction sector and the unpredictability of TikTok’s algorithm also create challenges. Thematic analysis revealed three primary needs: maximizing existing visual assets to create compelling narratives, enhancing internal capacity through targeted digital training, and developing a culture that supports continuous digital engagement. To address these, the study proposes an initial strategy involving educational content, behind-the-scenes videos, and a clear content production guide. In addition, it suggests forming a dedicated social media team, running a 30-day continuous content campaign, and collaborating with local creators to expand reach. These recommendations align with existing literature on the role of short-form video in increasing brand awareness, credibility, and trust in service-oriented industries. By integrating strategic content planning, capacity building, and consistent online engagement, construction SMEs can position themselves competitively in the evolving digital marketplace. The case of Mitra Havana Sulung Mandiri demonstrates that even in traditionally offline industries, leveraging TikTok can offer a pathway toward brand differentiation and long-term audience growth.

The implementation of ballast water management is a very important strategic step in preventing marine environmental pollution, because ship ballast water often becomes a route for the spread of invasive alien species that have the potential to disrupt the balance of the ecosistem, harm the maritime economic sector, and endanger human health. This study focuses on ballast water management practices on the MT Timur Laut Mas 2 ship, with the aim of assessing how the procedures are implemented in order to prevent the entry of alien species, reviewing the implementation of both international and national regulations, and evaluating the performance of the Ballast Water Management Sistem (BWMS) technology applied. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method based on a case study, with data collection through interviews with ship crews and company management, direct observation on board the ship, technical documentation, and a review of supporting literature. The results of the study show that the implementation of the IMO Ballast Water Management Convention (BWMC) regulations on ships has been realized through the preparation of a Ballast Water Management Plan, detailed recording in the Ballast Water Record Book, and the use of a BWMS that relies on filtration technology and ultraviolet radiation. However, the implementation still encounters obstacles in the form of limited crew understanding of system operation, variations in water quality along the shipping route that affect filtration effectiveness, and technical obstacles in equipment maintenance. Therefore, a combination of compliance with international regulations, improving crew competency through continuous training, and optimizing sistem operations are key factors in strengthening the effectiveness of ballast water management. These findings confirm that the application of modern technology in accordance with regulatory requirements can enhance marine ecosistem protection while ensuring the sustainability of the maritime industry, thus positively contributing to environmental sustainability and the stability.

The increasing number of motorcycle thefts in various regions indicates that conventional security systems are not yet fully effective in protecting vehicles, necessitating new technology-based innovations. This study discusses the planning and implementation of a motorcycle security system utilizing Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technology as a more responsive and modern solution. The system is designed using a passive RFID tag placed on the motorcycle key, an RFID reader integrated with the motorcycle unit, and an Arduino microcontroller that functions to control the ignition system. With this combination, the motorcycle can only be activated if the appropriate tag is detected, while access attempts using an invalid tag or the loss of the tag will automatically disconnect the ignition system. Test results announced that tag recognition can be done very quickly, in less than a second, so as not to disrupt the user's comfort when starting the vehicle. In addition, this system is able to maintain consistent performance by providing an automatic response that supports advanced security. The implementation of this plan is expected to reduce motorcycle theft by providing an additional layer of security that is more difficult to penetrate than a manual key system. From the user's perspective, this technology remains practical because it does not require complicated procedures in its operation, simply by ensuring the appropriate RFID tag is attached to the motorcycle key. Overall, this research confirms that the application of Arduino microcontroller-based RFID technology can be an alternative, inexpensive, and applicable security system in everyday life. It is hoped that this system will not only improve protection for vehicle owners but also serve as a benchmark for the development of more sophisticated transportation security technologies in the future. Implementation of this system is expected to reduce motorcycle theft and provide a greater sense of security for vehicle owners.

This area is a vital part of the airside that has a high level of activity and complex safety risks, thus requiring special attention to potential hazards that may arise. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through direct observation in the field, in-depth interviews with related personnel, and documentation studies relevant to the airport's safety system and operational procedures. The results of the study indicate that there are still significant potential safety risks in the service road area. Some key findings include haphazard parking practices by Ground Support Equipment (GSE), undisciplined behavior of ground handling personnel, and passenger movement in the operational area without adequate officer supervision. These problems are largely caused by weak supervision from the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit, as well as the low level of understanding and implementation of safety culture among field workers. Through the process of identifying and assessing risks using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) approach, researchers succeeded in mapping the severity of risks and developing appropriate mitigation measures, such as regulating GSE parking procedures, improving safety training, and adding supervisory personnel at vulnerable points. It is hoped that the findings of this study can be a basis for consideration for the management of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali, in formulating policies and strategies for improving operational safety as a whole, especially in implementing a more effective and sustainable Safety Management Sistem (SMS).

Responsive public service plays a crucial role in building public trust in police institutions, particularly in handling citizen complaints. This study aims to examine the responsiveness level of Mojokerto Police Resort in managing public complaints and the factors influencing it. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing data collection methods such as in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document studies. Participants include officers from the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT), Women and Children Service Unit (PPA), community members who have filed complaints, as well as community leaders and NGOs involved in overseeing public services. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman’s model, which includes data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal a varied level of awareness among the community regarding complaint channels, as well as differences in ease of access. Physical channels such as suggestion boxes and direct reporting at police stations are more familiar and accessible but face challenges related to communication effectiveness and evidence collection. Meanwhile, online platforms like social media and the official website are less recognized by the public, compounded by limited digital literacy and internet access in certain areas. Furthermore, the complaint handling process needs to be straightforward, transparent, and professional to ensure that the community feels respected and confident in the service. Factors affecting responsiveness include response speed, ease of access across multiple channels, and the professionalism of officers handling cases. Perceptions of transparency and openness in procedures also significantly influence community trust. Strategically, Mojokerto Police Resort has made efforts to develop digital complaint systems and enhance staff capabilities. However, further improvements are necessary in community education and awareness programs to increase familiarity and confidence in digital channels. The significance of high responsiveness is reflected in its strategic benefits, such as early identification of security disturbances, strengthening police legitimacy, and improving overall public service quality. The determination of compensation in the process of land acquisition for infrastructure development in Indonesia still faces various complex legal problems. Although has been regulated in Law Number 2 Year 2012, its implementation often creates inequality, both in terms of compensation value and procedures for community involvement. The phrase “decent and fair” in the regulation opens wide room for interpretation, so there is often a mismatch between the value set by the government and the expectations of the community. This imbalance is exacerbated by weak public participation, lack of legal literacy, and the dominance of legal-formalistic approaches. Agrarian conflicts, legal uncertainty, and disregard for the social and cultural values of indigenous peoples also exacerbate the situation. Therefore, policy reforms based on a participatory approach, institutional strengthening, and the use of digital technology to realize transparency and accountability are needed. Fair compensation must ensure protection of citizens' human rights and build trust in the legal system in the development process.

Islam is a holistic religion, covering various dimensions of life that are harmoniously integrated. The dimensions of Islam consist of aspects of faith (belief), worship (ritual), morality (morality), and muamalah (social interaction). In the dimension of faith, Islam emphasizes faith in Allah, angels, holy books, apostles, the last days, and destiny, which are the spiritual foundation of every Muslim. The dimension of worship includes the practice of Islamic teachings in the form of formal rituals such as prayer, fasting, zakat, and hajj, which not only bring individuals closer to Allah, but also strengthen social solidarity. On the moral dimension, Islam teaches universal moral values, such as honesty, patience, and justice, which form the noble character of the individual. Meanwhile, the muamalah dimension includes the procedures for social, economic, and political interaction, which is based on the principles of justice, balance, and mutual benefit.
