A crane is a mechanical device used to move loads from one location to another, with gantry cranes being one of the most commonly used types in the industrial sector, particularly at container terminals. While offering numerous benefits, the use of gantry cranes also presents several risks, such as potential structural failure of the crane, falling loads due to damage to hooks or ropes, and collisions with other objects. Additionally, lifting loads beyond the crane’s capacity can lead to equipment damage and even fatal accidents caused by electric shocks or adverse weather conditions like strong winds and rain. This study aims to identify and minimize workplace accident risks by applying the SWIFT (Structured What-If Technique) method. This method identifies hazards through the "what if" approach and evaluates risks using the Risk Rating Number (RRN), which measures the severity and likelihood of potential hazards. The results of this study show that ARTG and STS gantry cranes have 25% of hazards in the priority one category, while RTG has 20% of hazards in the same priority. From these findings, it can be concluded that risk mitigation should be focused on the ARTG and STS types, which show higher risk proportions. The recommendations from this study are to enhance safety procedures, provide continuous training for operators, and conduct regular crane maintenance to reduce the potential for accidents. By implementing these mitigation measures, it is hoped that workplace safety will be maintained and the risk of workplace accidents at the Semarang Container Terminal can be minimized.

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia has introduced the murabahah contract as one of the most dominant financing products. However, in practice, this contract often gives rise to legal disputes, particularly due to default by customers who fail to fulfill their payment obligations in accordance with the agreement. This study focuses on the Palangka Raya Religious Court Decision Number 1/Pdt.GS/2024/PA.PLK, which is noteworthy because, although the substance of the claim has a strong legal basis, it was deemed inadmissible due to a formal defect in the special power of attorney. The aim of this research is to analyze how substantive aspects related to default in murabahah contracts and procedural aspects concerning the mechanism of simplified lawsuits, as well as the validity of a special power of attorney, can affect dispute resolution. This article employs a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach, encompassing legislation, conceptual analysis, and case studies. Primary data were obtained from court decisions, while secondary data were drawn from legal regulations and literature studies. The study shows that substantively, the defendant was proven to be in default for failing to fulfill payment obligations under the murabahah contract, giving the plaintiff a strong legal basis to file a claim. However, procedurally, the lawsuit was inadmissible because the submitted special power of attorney did not meet formal requirements, rendering the plaintiff’s legal representative unauthorized to act on their behalf. The implications of these findings indicate that the success of resolving Islamic banking disputes is not solely determined by the strength of the claim’s substance, but also heavily depends on compliance with the applicable civil procedural laws. Therefore, fulfilling procedural requirements is a crucial factor in ensuring the effectiveness of dispute resolution in Islamic banking.

Background: Indonesia, as an agrarian country, has a large workforce engaged in physically demanding activities that increase the risk of myofascial pain. The prevalence of myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) in the upper trapezius muscle in Indonesia reaches 40% annually, with a higher rate in women. This condition often causes complaints in the neck, shoulders, and lower back, leading to a decline in quality of life. Various management strategies exist, but many are less effective in the long term and carry potential side effects. Lidocaine, as a local anesthetic, offers an alternative therapy due to its simple procedure, affordable cost, rapid effect, and good safety profile; therefore, its effectiveness in managing myofascial pain needs to be evaluated. Methods: This study was an observational research with a prospective cohort design conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. Patients with myofascial pain who received lidocaine injections were followed for 4 weeks, and pain intensity was measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) to assess the relationship between lidocaine administration and pain reduction. Results: The study showed that lidocaine injection was effective in significantly reducing myofascial pain. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test produced negative Z values with p = 0.000 (<0.05) for all comparisons from pretest to the fourth week. The Friedman test also indicated significant differences between weeks (χ² = 9.731; p = 0.021), with optimal pain reduction observed in the second week. Although lidocaine provided significant analgesic effects, its effectiveness tended to decrease in subsequent weeks, indicating a short-term effect that should be combined with other interventions for sustained outcomes. Conclusion: Lidocaine injection proved effective in reducing pain among patients with myofascial pain syndrome, with the most optimal reduction occurring in the second week after therapy. The dominant factors influencing the outcomes were the relatively short duration of lidocaine’s action and individual variability in response. This implies that lidocaine can be used as an effective initial therapy, but should be combined with other interventions such as physiotherapy or activity modification to achieve more stable and sustainable pain management.

Pleural effusion is the accumulation of fluid in the pleural cavity, which is a common clinical condition requiring rapid and accurate diagnosis. Imaging modalities such as chest X-ray and ultrasound (USG) of the chest play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating this condition. Chest X-ray remains the most widely used initial screening tool due to its availability and ease of use. However, chest USG offers higher sensitivity, especially in detecting small effusions, assessing fluid characteristics, and guiding diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Additionally, USG provides real-time imaging, enhancing the safety and effectiveness of interventions such as aspiration or drainage. Although both modalities are important, USG provides more detailed information, particularly in evaluating more complex pleural fluid conditions. This review discusses the latest evidence regarding the sensitivity, specificity, advantages, and limitations of both imaging techniques. Understanding the complementary roles of chest X-ray and USG is essential for optimizing diagnostic strategies, ultimately improving clinical outcomes and enabling more effective management of pleural effusion.

Real Analysis is a fundamental course in mathematics education characterized by its deductive and axiomatic structure, which requires logical, systematic, and conceptual understanding. However, many studies have shown that students often face difficulties in grasping abstract concepts and constructing mathematical proofs deductively. Lestari (2015) found that most students were only able to conduct proofs inductively, while their deductive proof skills remained low due to weak prerequisite knowledge and lack of formal reasoning practice. Meanwhile, Darmadi, Sanusi, and Rifai (2024) explained that students’ difficulties in understanding formal definitions and the structure of real numbers indicate the need for a learning approach that emphasizes conceptual comprehension. This article employs a literature review approach to analyze the application of conceptual approaches in helping beginners understand Real Analysis. The results show that a conceptual approach enhances students’ understanding of the meaning behind mathematical symbols and procedures, helps them build connections among concepts such as limits, continuity, and the real number system, and gradually develops their deductive reasoning skills. Therefore, applying a conceptual approach in Real Analysis learning is an essential strategy to help students achieve deep, logical, and meaningful understanding.
