This research aims to analyze the influence of cash management and inventory management on the financial performance of Ling Food Stores in Makassar City during the 2020-2022 period. The main focus of this research is to evaluate how cash and inventory management contributes to a company's liquidity, profitability and operational efficiency, which are measured through various financial ratios such as Current Ratio, Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Investment (ROI), and Return on Equity (ROE). The research results show that the Current Ratio in 2020 cannot be calculated due to the absence of short-term liabilities, while in 2021 and 2022 each was recorded at 0.095% and 0.216%, reflecting low liquidity. On the other hand, the decrease in Average Inventory from IDR 754,200 in 2021 to IDR 715,000 in 2022, followed by a significant increase in net profit, shows efficiency in inventory management. The increase in GPM, OPM, NPM, ROI, and ROE ratios from 2020 to 2022 reflects significant improvements in financial performance, indicating that more effective cash and inventory management can improve a company's financial health.

Aviation is a critical sector that requires high levels of security and safety, with regulations such as KP 139 Year 2018 in Indonesia setting operational standards for Aviation Security (AVSEC). Banyuwangi Airport, as a growing airport, must ensure that its security equipment meets these standards. This study aims to analyze the condition of AVSEC equipment at the airport, assess its compliance with regulations, and provide recommendations for enhancing aviation security and safety. This research employs a qualitative method to describe the condition of Aviation Security (AVSEC) equipment at Banyuwangi Airport and its compliance with KP 139 Year 2018. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, focusing on the validity and reliability of the data through triangulation. The study was conducted from July 20 to 26, 2024, involving sources from the AVSEC unit. The research steps included obtaining permissions, data collection, observation, interviews, and data analysis to draw conclusions. The research findings indicate that the condition of AVSEC equipment at Banyuwangi Airport reveals that some equipment, such as the X-ray Machine and Walk Through Metal Detector, requires technological upgrades, while other equipment, such as the Hand Held Metal Detector, CCTV System, and Patrolling Vehicle, functions well and meets standards. Although routine maintenance is performed, challenges related to funding and personnel training still need to be addressed. The implementation of Standard Technical Operations (STO) includes equipment feasibility assessments, standard operating procedures, personnel training and certification, as well as routine calibration and maintenance. Performance evaluations are also conducted periodically to ensure that the equipment operates optimally in supporting aviation security.

This qualitative literature review explores the impact of HR digitalization and human resource analytics on organizational performance. The study highlights how the adoption of human resource information systems (HRIS) enhances operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. HR analytics significantly contributes to identifying and addressing workforce challenges, thereby improving organizational performance. However, challenges such as data quality, analytical competence, and managerial support must be addressed to maximize the benefits of HR analytics. The review underscores the importance of top management support and a data-driven organizational culture for successful HR analytics implementation. Limitations include reliance on existing literature and potential publication bias. Future research should empirically investigate the causal relationships between HR digitalization, HR analytics, and organizational performance across diverse cultural and economic contexts.

Delays in the completion of Port Disbursements in ship agency companies can interfere with operational performance in ship agency companies where this delay factor arises from internal and external parties. This article explains that there are still obstacles/factors that cause the process of completing a ship's Port Disbursement has not run on time due to obstacles between shipping agents, related agencies, and Port Business Entities, This research uses qualitative research with data collection and interviews, while the data collection in this study is by data reduction, and the existence of primary and secondary data sources. Based on the results of the research obtained by the researcher, the cause of the delay in completing Port Disbursement uses 4 (four) elements in the Fishbone Diagram, namely Man, Material, Method, and Machine. These factors cause operational performance in completing Port Disbursement on time which ultimately causes queues/piles of settlement files, so that this will have an impact on the company's cash flow to be unsmooth. The solution provided by the company is to continue to evaluate and improve what makes the obstacle factors experienced by the operational and financial divisions in completing the settlement.

Performance is a term used to describe how well the implementation efforts in fulfilling the vision and mission of the organization. This research is in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the expenditure budget, namely from 2018 to 2022. The purpose of this budget capability evaluation is to assess the absorption of expenditure during the budget period. This study used a qualitative methodology combined with quantitative data collection and documentation methods. Descriptive analysis methods were used using efficiency ratios, expenditure growth analysis, operating expenditure and capital expenditure compatibility analysis, expenditure variance analysis. Based on the results of research using expenditure variance analysis, budget performance can be said to be good because there are no expenditures that exceed the budget. Analysis of expenditure growth between 2018-2022 shows positive growth. The findings of the expenditure conformity analysis show that operational costs use more of the expenditure budget than capital expenditure. In addition, with an average of 92.05%, the efficiency ratio of budget realization indicates that the use of the 2018-2022 budget is less efficient.
