Indonesia has enormous marine and fisheries potential because of its vast sea area. Human resources in managing fishery products have not maximized the potential of fishery products. Therefore, in order to maximize the potential of fishery products, quality human resources are needed. Since human resources are an important part of an organization, including in the Indonesian fisheries industry, human resource management and development is very important for the success of an organization. The method used is qualitative research method, more precisely literature research. The literature research process is carried out by reviewing the literature and analyzing the relevant topics combined. Literature search can utilize sources in the form of journals, books, dictionaries, documents, magazines and other sources without conducting field research. The results found that in optimizing in improving the performance and sustainability of the fisheries product management industry, it is important to optimize human resources. Many approaches can be used to improve operational efficiency. Increase efficiency in all stages of production, from fishing to distribution, with the adoption of advanced technology and automated equipment. Training and Skills Development ensures that employees have a good understanding of the latest practices and technologies through regular training that enhances their technical and managerial skills. Background: Based on observations in the field, researchers see that there are still many kiosks that are not used and traders tend to sell on the ground floor which is close to the main road or which is easily accessible to the public or buyers so that the rest are empty, especially on the 2nd floor where the top roof has not been completed. So far, traders consider that stalls on the lower floors have more customers compared to traders selling on the upper floors, so many traders place their activities outside the Cimindi Market area and become street vendors. This creates complex problems, apart from aesthetic and The decline in the quality of the environment can also cause congestion on the roads around Cimindi Market. .Research method: this research pattern uses a qualitative approach. According to Tanzeh, Qualitative research is research that is intended to reveal symptoms holistically-contextually (thoroughly and in accordance with the context/what is) through collecting data from natural settings as a direct source of the key research instruments themselves.⁶⁵ .Conclusion: Based on the research results regarding "Analyzing how big the influence of the lack of consumers at the Cimindi Traditional Market in Cimahi City" is, the researchers can draw conclusions due to the lack of buyers due to operational hours so that turnover drops drastically due to the lack of buyers.

The prophet is a human of noble character and ideal physically and psychologicall, who has the capability to communicate effectively with God and the angels and becomes the reference for man based on the holy book revealed to him. With his potentials, the prophet is capable of passing the vissionary teachings to build the community so that the members can be more holistically prosperous. With his four main characters, i.e., truthful, trustworthy, informative, and intelligent, the prophet becomes the figure who always follows the guidance of conscience and truth, maintains professionalism and commitment, masters the communication skills, and is simultaneously capable of solving problems. These are the prophetic values which are expected to inspire the character education developed. Prophetic education will operationally be internalized in the education elements such as goals, learners,educators, curriculum, media,, and evaluation, all of which contain the main prophetic aspects. Character education in this prophetic perspective is a new alternative that is worth considering.

In an increasingly competitive business environment, research and development companies, especially in the agro-industrial sector, need to maintain operational efficiency and competitiveness by having an integrated management system. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has become an effective solution in automating business processes. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Odoo Inventory module at PT XYZ, focusing on inventory management and its impact on efficiency, decision making, and customer satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative involving interviews, literature study, and data collection through observation. The implementation of Odoo's Inventory module successfully overcomes the constraints of warehouse operations by providing features such as Receipt Product, Internal Transfer, Scrap Orders, and Inventory Adjustments. Thus, the company can track, manage, and adjust inventory efficiently, overcome recording errors, and increase transparency in inventory management. The results show that the implementation of ERP through Odoo Inventory module at PT XYZ brings significant benefits in improving operational efficiency and inventory management. The study recommends further evaluation of user acceptance of the implemented system as well as regular updates to the latest version of Odoo software. This study provides a better understanding of the benefits of ERP implementation in the context of research and development in the agro-industrial sector and identifies potential for further research in this area.

The fabric printing industry makes a major contribution to various kinds of textile products, its by-products, liquid waste, require special attention in environmental management. Most of the liquid waste originating from the fabric printing industry consists of dyes, solvents and other processing chemicals. To prevent negative effects on water quality and the surrounding environment, managing this waste is very important. To achieve sustainability, advances in liquid waste processing technology are very important. The solution to reduce the impact of liquid waste from the fabric printing industry is an advanced purification process. PT. X to reduce polutan parameter such BOD, COD , TSS, Ammonia and Total Colidform by. 90%, 95%, 95%, 85%, 20%, 90% And meets the specified quality standards. Because the pH parameters still meet existing quality standards, processing is focused on reducing the organic parameters which are quite high. The results of the process will be used again for flushing activities in green open spaces and for washing operational vehicles.

This research explores the evaluation of financial performance in banking companies through financial ratio analysis and case studies. Analyzing three banks – BNI, BRI, and Bank Mandiri – reveals variations in stock prices, financial efficiency, and net profit performance. The conclusion is that BNI's stock is undervalued, BRI's is overvalued, and Bank Mandiri's situation is mixed. Although debt ratios are safe, both ROA and ROE fall below standards. However, operational efficiency is reflected in a healthy NPM. This study provides in-depth insights into the complexity of banking companies' performance.

Globalization has triggered the emergence of competition in various fields. With this competition, every hospital strives and is required to improve the quality and quality of services both in terms of methods and technology used to support services. Quality control must be implemented and maintained properly as a value that has an impact on all aspects of the hospital, one of which is increasing turnover from the business side. A quality management system is an arrangement that ensures the achievement of planned quality goals and objectives in hospital services. To carry out quality hospital services, it is necessary to implement good operational management as a means of supporting high quality hospital services that have value in the point of view of the community. This phenomenon exists, therefore the authors use the scoping review method as a research method. This aims to review previous literature that has explored the quality of hospital services and the implementation of operational management as a means of quality control in hospitals.

Company PT. PAL Indonesia is a manufacturer of Indonesian Defence system equipment which is especially in the largest marine sector in Indonesia. In addition, PT. PAL Indonesia has 22 divisions. One of them is the Technology & Quality Assurance Division. One element that requires precise and accurate measurement is calibration. In the operational balance the calibration process is the key to overcoming the calibration request in the department. This research uses the line balancing method to determine the process time from the beginning to the end of the calibration process. The results obtained from the balance delay method are line balancing methods, in the previous company condition of 77% and after the improvement has been reduced to 5%, it can be concluded that the balance delay has decreased so that the performance is better. Meanwhile, in the Smoothness Index, the results that are known in the company's previous condition are 9 minutes and the results obtained after the repair are 3 minutes with the position weight method (Ranked Positional Weight) getting the late operation speed is 160 minutes so that it is used as a cycle time in the calculation of this method in the process of knowing the calibration work from the beginning to the end.

The importance of K3 aspects in docking activities not only includes individual safety, but also has a direct impact on productivity and operational continuity. Accidents or incidents that occur during the docking process can not only threaten the lives and health of workers, but can also cause detrimental environmental impacts and hinder the smooth running of the supply chain. The HIRARC method allows identifying various potential hazards that may be associated with an activity or work environment. This approach involves data collection, situational analysis, and determining appropriate mitigation measures. From the results of the identification carried out during ship docking activities at PT. Pelindo Marine Service has 14 activities that have potential danger. With 4 activities that have very low risk, namely maintenance and repair activities in the engine room, ship maintenance in closed rooms, maintenance and repairs in the electrical room, and manual lifting of heavy materials. Then there are 5 activities with low risk, including welding process activities in open spaces, carrying out repair work at height, operating cranes, cleaning ship rooms, and plate cutting (LPG gas cutting) and material grinding processes. 3 activities with medium/medium risk, namely working around waters, working/standing around ships, and stuffing/stripping activities. And there is 1 activity with high risk, namely the ship maintenance process using the welding process in a closed space and 1 activity with very high risk, namely the activity of filling gas cylinders (for cutting and welding equipment). The risks faced include slipping, falling, scratches, shortness of breath, weakness, eye irritation, injuries, minor injuries, serious injuries, sprains, burns, fractures, electrocution and others. And the efforts made to control the risks above include using Personal Protective Equipment with discipline, working according to SOPs, installing K3 signs, providing fire extinguishers, regular inspections and implementing a good ventilation system. Based on the results of risk identification in ship docking activities at PT. Pelindo Marine Services. The importance of effective and continuous implementation of K3 in ship docking activities, in order to maintain the safety, health and welfare of workers and minimize negative impacts on company operations

This research discusses the Implementation and Inhibiting Factors of Rehabilitation of Children as Drug Users at the Gorontalo Children's Special Development Institution. The method used in the research is empirical with qualitative descriptive data analysis which describes and describes data and facts in the field. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of rehabilitation for children as drug users at the Gorontalo Province Special Child Development Institute is carried out through several stages, namely medical rehabilitation which begins with assessments and interviews as well as observations to examine the body and psychology in order to obtain information and history of narcotics addicts as supporting material for subsequent therapy. After the assessment, the next step is a routine examination process every 2 weeks by a health team or doctor, and administering medication according to the type of drug and the severity of the symptoms caused; Non-medical rehabilitation by carrying out a mental (spiritual) development process which is carried out routinely every day, in collaboration with religious foundations; and Social Rehabilitation by creating groups consisting of several people who have the same problem, then training in their skills to make work or crafts that have (economic) value. The Inhibiting Factors for Implementing Rehabilitation for Children who Use Drugs at the Gorontalo Province Special Development Institution for Children are limited human resources for officers; Limited Operational Funds; limited facilities and infrastructure, and lack of community support.Therefore, LKPA should continue to increase efforts to develop children so that they do not do similar things again in the future, by preparing rehabilitation infrastructure, including increasing competent and professional assistant staff. The community, especially families, must continue to provide full support for the process of coaching their children who are dealing with legal processes such as drugs, for the sake of the future of the nation and state.

Maqashid sharia is the goal and secret that has been established by Allah SWT as the creator of legal rules that humans must obey as creatures who have been created with the aim of being caliphs on this earth. Good Corporate Governance is a system of good corporate governance in managing the company's resources efficiently, effectively, economically and productively using the principles of openness, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness in an effort to achieve the goals of establishing the company. The aim of this research is to determine the integration strategy for maqashid sharia in good corporate governance policies in maintaining sharia banking operations. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type of research. The results of the research are the application of maqashid sharia values ​​in products and operational activities in sharia banking, namely protecting religion, protecting the soul, protecting the mind of both the customer and the bank, protecting property and protecting offspring. In order to increase sharia maqashid values ​​in accordance with the principles that must be implemented by sharia banking, good corporate governance policies must carry out two stages, namely: The need to make the rules and recognition mechanism (endorsement) from the fatwa authority more effective and the supervisory system that supervises it more effective. Bank financial transactions are in accordance with the fatwa issued by the banking fatwa authority.

Hospitals are an internal part of the health service system. In Indonesia, all public and private hospitals have the duty to carry out curative and rehabilitative efforts without neglecting preventive and promotive efforts as well as making referral efforts. Patients have the right to obtain quality health services in accordance with professional standards and standard operational procedures so that hospitals are always required to improve the quality of service. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the quality of health services on interest in returning to Piru Hospital, West Seram Regency. This research method is quantitative using a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study consisted of 30 respondents according to Sugiyono 2019:127. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data processing uses SPSS, using the chi-square test with a significance level of (0.05). The results of the research on the influence of health service quality on return interest showed that the p value was <0.000 with (α<0.05), meaning there was a significant relationship between the influence of health service quality on return interest at Piru District Hospital. . The results of research on the influence of health service quality on interest showed that the p value was > 0.05 with (α > 0.05), meaning there was no significant relationship.

PT. Kalonika Bara Kusuma is a company operating in the mining sector located in the city of Samarinda, East Kalimantan province. To achieve maximum profits, PT. Kalonika Bara Kusuma adds or subtracts units according to the amount of turnover obtained in the previous month. However, after being evaluated, it turned out that this method was not effective. Because you only see at a glance the fluctuations in historical data. Sometimes when you have reduced units, it turns out that demand in the following month actually increases. This results in less than optimal profits because they cannot serve existing customer requests. Vice versa. This is what causes PT. Kalonika Bara Kusuma experienced difficulty in making a decision to add or subtract units. From this problem, the author created an application that can predict the amount of turnover in the next month and provide recommendations for deciding which camera units should be increased or decreased in number. To predict the amount of turnover using the Multiple Linear Regression method. After obtaining the predicted results for the amount of turnover, a test was carried out using the Mean Absolute Percentage (MAPE) with a result of 200%, which means that the Multiple Linear Regression method is not suitable to be used to predict the amount of turnover in the next period. Production forecasting is a form of decision making that is used as a basis in many manufacturing and service industries. Therefore, companies that are able to produce products on time and in the right quantities are companies that are able to survive the competition. This demand forecasting is used to forecast demand for products that are independent (not dependent), such as forecasting finished products. The multiple linear regression method is an analytical technique that tries to explain the relationship between two or more variables, especially between variables that contain cause and effect, called regression analysis. So in relation to the description above, this research aims to determine production forecasting using the multiple linear regression method at PT. This article discusses the pivotal role of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Sharia in governing the Islamic banking sector, emphasizing ethical principles and Sharia values. The research employs a comprehensive evaluation using secondary data collection methods, specifically library research and internet searches. Data were extracted from journals and articles focusing on GCG. The assessment reveals that Islamic banks have generally implemented GCG principles such as accountability, transparency, fairness, and compliance with Sharia law effectively. However, the study identifies areas for improvement, particularly in comprehensive application of Sharia principles and more effective risk management. Instances of personal involvement within Islamic banking institutions underscore the need for enhanced adherence to these principles to uphold ethics and sustainability. Therefore, this article underscores the significance of a profound understanding and effective implementation of GCG Sharia principles within the operational framework of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract. Basically, all companies want profits in running their business, and are able to minimize losses that occur in running their business. Therefore, many companies have good quality workforce but the number of employees is small. So a company often gives responsibility for various fields to one workforce in order to achieve goals according to plan by minimizing losses, one of which is by minimizing the workforce in a company. Lack of labor can have an impact on employee job satisfaction and employee work motivation. The right number of workers can make it easier to control outlet operations, because a shortage of workers can slow down the process of operational activities, causing outlet conditions to become unconducive. Apart from that, the lack of labor also affects work motivation because it can reduce work morale due to excessive working hours and multiple job descriptions. This makes it more likely that an employee will make mistakes due to decreased concentration at work. Not only that, the lack of labor also causes the number of customer complaints to increase due to less than optimal service.   Keywords: 3-5 words or phrases that reflect the contents of the article (alphabetically).     Abstrak. Pada dasarnya, semua perusahaan menginginkan keuntungan dalam menjalankan usahanya, serta mampu meminimalisir kerugian yang terjadi pada jalannya usaha. Oleh sebab itu banyak perusahaan yang memiliki kualitas tenaga kerja yang baik namun dengan kuantitas tenaga kerja yang minim.Maka sebuah perusahaan tak jarang membebankan sebuah tanggung jawab berbagai bidang pada satu tenaga kerja guna mencapai tujuan sesuai rencana dengan meminimalisir kerugian yang didapat, salah satunya dengan meminimalisir tenaga kerja pada sebuah perusahaan. Minimnya tenaga kerja dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Kesesuaian jumlah tenaga kerja dapat melancarkan kendali operasional outlet, karena minimnya tenaga kerja dapat mengakibatkan lambatnya proses kegiatan operasional sehingga menyebabkan kondisi outlet menjadi tidak kondusif,selain itu minimnya tenaga kerja juga berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karena dapat meurunkan semangat akibat jam kerja berlebih serta double job deskripsi yang menyebabkan kemungkinan besar seorang karyawan melakukan kesalahn karena menurunnya konsentrasi dalam bekerja.Tidak hanya itu, minimnya tenaga kerja juga menyebabkan jumlah complain customer meningkat karena terjadinya pelayanan yang kurang maksimal. The problem of this research is how the cognitive development of the character Yoonjae in the novel is. The method used is qualitative descriptive research using Piaget's theory of cognitive development. The results obtained indicate an increase in cognitive development in the form of development in the operational stage, concrete operational stage and formal operational stage in the character Yoonjae in the novel.
