In Indonesia, the central issue of all elections is the management of election money. This issue creates various consequences for election administrators, voters, and voters, so increasing monetary policy practices also becomes a major issue in every election administration. The amount of money circulating in the 2024 election will likely increase from the 2019 legislative election. This is based on several factors. First, the electoral system and mechanism have not changed since 2019. This means that the personal side of elections, or the orientation of competition, still relies on candidates, not political parties. Second, the direction of the 2024 Pileg contestation is still based on the popularity and personality of the candidates. Third, to be elected, each candidate continues to try to increase his popularity, increase campaign activities, and finance himself.

Behind the success of successful online teaching and learning, there must be careful preparation in creating or building the system. Some complaints that are around us are that some students have difficulty in online-based mathematics learning. Some of them have difficulty signaling due to cloudy or rainy weather, not having money to buy internet quota, boredom during the teaching, and learning process, and difficulty understanding the material in online learning. Although there are examples that have been explained by the teacher, they still do not understand what their teacher teaches them. The teacher had already made learning materials using instructional video media, but it was still not enough for students to understand the polynomial material taught by the teacher, and according to the teacher the main problem was that the students' ability to memorize formulas was still lacking. The objectives of this research to see validity, effectiveness and practicality of the video development using PowerPoint and Filmora application. This research is development research that applies the Dick & Carey development model. This research focuses on developing learning videos using PowerPoint as a learning media, and Filmora as a learning video editing medium.

This study aims to describe and analyze (1) the procession of execution in the Lawang Sakepeng tradition, (2) the symbolic meaning contained in the Lawang Sakepeng tradition in Dayak Ngaju traditional weddings, and (3) find out the function of folklore in the Lawang Sakepeng tradition using semiotic studies. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The source of the data in this study was secondary data from a video showing the documentation of the Lawang Sakepeng tradition in a Dayak Ngaju traditional wedding ceremony. The instrument in this study is a documentation guide. Documentation guidelines are carried out by analyzing symbolic forms. The data analysis technique used in this study uses C.S Pierce's semiotic study as a reference. Based on the results of the research obtained: (1) the procession of the Lawang Sakepeng tradition in the Dayak Ngaju traditional wedding ceremony which has been studied has three stages of implementation, namely Panganten Mandai/Haguet, Lawang Sakepeng tradition and Mamapas traditional ceremony. (2) The forms of symbolic meaning in the procession of the Lawang Sakepeng tradition in the Dayak Ngaju traditional wedding ceremony which have been studied have forms of symbolic meaning in the form of: palm fronds, three-tiered threads, flowers, money, bahalai/saput, red and white flags, martial arts fighters/sakepeng performers and dancer. (3) The function of folklore in the Lawang Sakepeng tradition procession is: strengthening the feeling of collective solidarity, as a fun tool and providing entertainment for people who witness it, as a tool for preserving Dayak cultural customs, and as a tool for mutual cooperation in a society.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of emotional intelligence on consumptive behavior in users of the TikTok Shop application. One psychological factor, namely emotional, also influences financial decisions and financial markets. Someone who has not been able to maximize and control himself is less able to be wise in spending money. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a non-experimental design. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires, namely the emotional intelligence scale consisting of 14 items and the consumer behavior scale consisting of 27 items. The scale is presented using a Likert scale in intervals of 1-5. In this research data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The subjects in this study were users of the TikTok Shop application with an age range of 17-40 years. The data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to the subjects is that there is no significant influence between the influence of emotional intelligence on consumptive behavior in users of the TikTok Shop application with a sig value. 0.147<0.05. So the results of this study show that there is no influence between emotional intelligence on the consumptive behavior of users of the TikTok Shop application.

The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) was enacted at the end of 2015, this is an opportunity for a country's skilled workforce to become professional workers in ASEAN member countries. Because the inherent nature of the enactment of the AEC is the repeal of regulations that allow the flow of goods, services, people (skilled workers), and money to be unhindered. In this condition, the role of cross-cultural communication in organizations is very strategic in creating reinforcement for the sustainability of skilled workers in pursuing their professional careers. It has become a trend that in the era of the global economy there are company activities that involve individuals/employees/managers from more than one country, both those assigned to other countries and those assigned to their own country. This condition causes cross-cultural communication to become unavoidable. In cross-cultural communication, one of the obstacles is language. Language is an extension of a culture. Differences in understanding or interpreting a word or symbol become a potential barrier to communication and this can hinder the process of business or organizational activities. For individuals who are involved in cross-cultural communication within an organization, it is recommended: 1) Increase knowledge and understanding of the culture of business partners or colleagues, 2) It is better to assume that other people who come from other cultures are different from us so as not to cause misperceptions and miscommunication with that person, 3) Apart from mastering the universal language, it is highly recommended to learn the local/regional language where we are assigned/work.    

The democratic party in the State of Indonesia is realized through the General Election mechanism, which is carried out at various levels from the village to the district. Democracy is often interpreted as the people, by the people, and for the people, or more clearly, the term democracy is the overall highest power in the hands of the people. This type of research is a descriptive research and qualitative research approach. This research was conducted in Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency. There are three strategies for preventing crime violations, the first is Primary Crime Prevention, the second is Secondary Crime Prevention, and the third is Tertiary Crime Prevention. Of the three concepts, the Primary Prevention Strategy is more effective in conducting political socialization. This strategy aims to increase public awareness and knowledge through political socialization so that money politics in society does not occur during the General Election process in Kalianget District.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture seems too forced, without any review of the existing situation and conditions. In Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, it is known that there is a clause on sustainable food land zoning, whereas the existence of the Regional Spatial Plan (RT RW) which is the reference is in the process of technical review related to the formation of the New Autonomous Region of Pangandaran Regency. As a result of all that, it is indicated that the quality of agricultural products is not being considered, whereas the main purpose of the regulation is to improve the quality of food crops. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 10 people. The results of the study obtained are as follows: (1. The implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture in Ciamis Regency is said to be effective if it meets the criteria for effectiveness such as the existence of policy objectives or targets, the existence of activities or activities to achieve objectives, and the existence of activity results. (2. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in the protection of food agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (3. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in protecting agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (4. Efforts made by the government in implementing Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, are Sovereignty of agricultural land by the State; Financing the implementation of sovereign food agriculture, the authority is assigned to the central level; and the authority to organize food agriculture must be returned to the central level.

One of the factors that will affect the company's survival is pricing. Price is a measure to be able to know how much the value of a good and service. The price also determines the success or failure of goods or services will be sold in the market, because the price is the value of an item expressed in units of money. The development of information technology has penetrated all financial sectors, including sharia financial technology. The concept of Sharia Fintech Innovation must be guided by the Qur'an and Sunnah. By the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI). Of the many startups registered with the OJK and BI, only a small number operate according to sharia principles. The lack of literacy related to sharia fintech innovation is the reason why conventional fintech products and services are more attractive to the public. This study aims to explain the concept of fintech products and services in sharia principles and is limited to three products, namely Peer to Peer Lending, E-Money, and Crowdfunding. The method used in this research is literature study, by taking various references and literature related to research. The results of the study explain that 1) Sharia principles related to peer-to-peer lending, e-money, and crowdfunding are by the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council, namely that one must avoid Riba, Gharar, Maysir , Tazlis, Ishraf and transactions of illicit goods. 2) The contracts used for peer-to-peer lending are in line with the characteristics of financing services such as al-bai', ijarah, mudharabah, musyarakah, wakalah bi al ujrah, and qardh. Whereas e-money uses two contracts, namely the contract between the Issuer and the Holder using a wadiah contract and the contract between publishers and traders using a wakalah contract.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja keuangan pemerintah Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat sudah ekonomis, efisiensi dan efektivitas bedasarkan konsep volue for money. Sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif  yang bersumber dari kator desa pemerintahan Sungai Bengkal Barat Kecamatan Tebo Ilir Kabupaten Tebo. Dianalisis dengan menggunakan microsoft excel dan rumus value for money. Hasil dalam penelitian yang di lakukan maka diperoleh kesimpulan (1) kinerja keuangan Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat dari segi ekonomi ditahun 2018, 2019 dan 2021 berada pada kategori ekonomis, sedangkan tahun 2020 dikategori kan tidak ekonomis, (2) kinerja keuangan Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat dari segi efesiensi tahun 2018, 2019 dan 2020 berada pada kategori efisiensi, sedangkan tahun 2020 dikategorikan tidak efesiensi, (3) kinerja keuangan Desa Sungai Bengkal Barat dari segi efektivitas ditahun 2019 dan 2020 berada pada kategori efektif, sedangkan ditahun 2018 dan 2021 di kategorikan tidak efektif.

Pembangunan ekonomi sekarang meminta agar selalu mengalami peningkatan kemajuan, ketangkasan dan bakat dalam mendapatkan informasi sehingga investor dan manajemen dapat membuat pilihan yang berkaitan dengan informasi tersebut. Sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan sistem informasi yang semakin pesat, siklus produksi dan pola sistem pengendalian dalam ekonomi terus berkembang. Selalu mengalami perubahan dari tahun ke tahunnya menjadi semakin lebih canggih lagi. Kemajuan teknologi juga berperan dalam siklus produksi dan aktivitas pengendalian. Pada siklus produksi bergerak menggeser kegunaan ketenaga kerjaan manusia menjadi tugas mesin program untuk mengolahnya. Pada aktivitas pengenddalian yang modern kini tersedia penerapan metode pengendalian yang modern, bentuk aplikasi sistem tersebut sendiri adalah JIT, TQM, dan DSS. Dalam pengembangannya, kini transaksi dapat dilakukan dengan membayar via e-money (Electronic Money). Kehadiran sistem-sistem yang serba digital tersebut ada karena tingkat kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin bertambah dan diiringi dengan kemajuan teknologi menyebabkan kemudahan dalam melakukan transaksi. Artikel ini ditulis untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis perkembangan siklus produksi dan aktivitas pada perusahaan manufaktur dalam masyarakat. Makalah ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dan metode kepustakaan yang berasal dari jurnal-jurnal yang relevan. Kesimpulan artikel penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa perkembangan-perkembangan teknis dan informasi pada era ekonomi digital tidak dapat dihindari. Ini manufaktur siklus dan sistem pembayaran digital masing-masing memiliki set kekurangan dan kekuatan mereka sendiri. Sebagai hasilnya, kita sebagai pelaku digital harus sebagai terampil dan berpikiran terbuka mungkin untuk menghindari kelemahan yang disebabkan oleh kelemahan saat ini dan memaksimalkan manfaat yang dapat diakses.

This aims to provide knowledge to Cemara MSMEs regarding strategies to enter the digital market, especially the results of milkfish processing in Kaliprau Village, Ulujami District, Pemalang Regency. This method of community service activities uses the method of lectures, dialogues and questions and answers. The results obtained by participants understand the reach and breadth of the digital market and are able to measure the ability to enter the digital market. The enthusiastic response from the participants received input on the needs of Cemara MSMEs related to skills in using information technology, transaski using e-money applications and bookkeeping.

This research to analyze the contribution of variables from three economic policies, with monetary policy through interest rate variables, exchange rates, and money supply in facing economic recession. Where the fiscal policy variable is through tax value. Then macroprudential policy through Non Performing Loan and Capital Adequacy Ratio variables. This study uses secondary data or time series, namely from December 2019 to February 2021. The data analysis model in this study is the Vector Autoregression (VAR) model which is seen from being sharpened with Impulse Response Function (IRF) analysis and Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD), Panel ARDL, and Different Tests. The results of the IRF analysis show that the stability of the response of all variables is formed in period 8 or the medium and long term, where the response of other variables to changes in one variable shows different variations, both from positive responses to negative responses or vice versa, and there are variables whose responses remain positive or remain negative from the short term to the long term. The results of the FEVD analysis show that for the short-term inflation variable it is influenced by inflation itself and in the medium and long term it is influenced by interest rates. For the JUB variable in the short term it is influenced by JUB itself and in the medium and long term it is influenced by NPL. For the interest rate variable in the short term it is influenced by JUB while in the medium and long term it is influenced by the exchange rate itself and CAR. For the tax variable in the short, medium and long term it is influenced by the tax itself and JUB. For the NPL variable in the short, medium and long term it is influenced by JUB and tax. For the CAR variable in the short, medium and long term it is influenced by JUB and tax. Then the results of the ARDL Panel analysis show that the country that is able to become a leading indicator in controlling the economic recession in the Four of The Group Twenty, namely Turkey, is only done by interest rates. While South Africa is done by interest rates, taxes, NPL, and CAR. For Russia, it is done by all variables, namely the amount of money in circulation, interest rates, exchange rates, taxes, NPL, and CAR. Technological developments at this time are very advanced in various ways, inviting everyone to find new discoveries, therefore an information processing work system that is fast, precise and accurate is expected to improve service to consumers to achieve goals. This system has a weakness, namely in terms of recording school administration payments it is less effective because it has to record in triplicate, namely on student payment cards, daily data payment report books, and monthly data payment report books, as well as the process of finding data and submitting student payment reports is not fast. With the existence of a system, it is hoped that later the design can assist in the transaction process for paying tuition fees, UTS, UAS and all expenses at MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak, besides being able to produce software applications that aim to increase productivity and support facilities in administrative activities, especially tuition payments. , UTS, UAS and expenditure transactions at MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak and the recording process becomes more effective because recording is only once during the school financial administration payment process and speeds up the process of searching for data and submitting school financial administration payment reports

This study aims to analyze the interest of the Semarang city’s community in using GOPAY as a digital payment based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The TAM approach was chosen because TAM is the most widely used model in predicting the acceptance of information technology and has proven to be a very useful theoretical model in helping to understand and explain user behavior in the implementation of using GOPAY as a digital payment. Nowadays, people who used to use cash payment (cash based) have now started to recognize and use non-cash payments (non-cash) in carrying out various payment transaction activities. One of the non-cash payment instruments that is currently developing is electronic money, one of which is GOPAY. The sample of this study was 100 people in the city of Semarang. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results of the research are Perceptions of Benefits, Perceptions of Ease, User Attitudes, and Perceptions of Security that have a positive effect on interest in using GOPAY as a digital payment.

The obstruction of several business activities caused by the pandemic has led to the need for institutions that can manage and develop MSMEs in the midst of this outbreak. One of the institutions that is being developed is Sharia fintech. This research uses a literature study method where in this method the researcher uses several sources that present topics related to the research. This research also uses secondary sources where the source presents data related to Sharia fintech and MSMEs. The research technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by examining patterns to develop MSMEs using Sharia-based fintech. The results of this study revealed that currently the total assets of Sharia fintech reached 50 billion in IDR with a growth 8.32 %, which shows a significant figure compared to February 2020. Since the development of Sharia fintech, there have been 13 Sharia financial technology and there’re six companies engaged in financing 65 to develop MSMEs. The pattern used in developing MSEs that have a Sharia basis can use the role of fintech institutions not only providing financial assistance in the form of money but also providing assistance in the form of companions in developing their businesses related to MSME marketing..

Public service or community service is defined as the provision of services to people who have an interest. The Center for Conservation and Natural Resources is an agency that is engaged in the field of conservation and natural resources which is responsible for supervising the captive efforts and maintenance of protected plants and animals by individuals, companies and institutions. The community is the main source of information for this agency in terms of monitoring the use of natural resources in their environment, but it is the community themselves who rarely provide information because the community must report directly and it takes time and money to report. One alternative that can be done to provide good service is to build an information system application for communication media with the Work System Framework approach. Work System Framework is a system where humans or machines participate in running business processes using information, technology and resources, in conducting analysis and design modeling is carried out with the Unified modeling language. Pelayanan publik atau layanan masyarakat diartikan sebagai pemberian layanan kepada  masyarakat yang mempunyai kepentingan. Balai Konservasi Dan Sumber Daya Alam adalah sebuah Instansi yang bergelut di bidang konservasi dan sumber daya alam yang bertanggung jawab mengawasi upaya-upaya penangkaran dan pemeliharaan tumbuhan dan satwa dilindungi oleh perorangan, perusahaan dan lembaga. Work System Framework adalah sebuah sistem dimana manusia atau mesin berpartisipasi menjalankan proses bisnis dengan menggunakan informasi, teknologi dan sumber daya, dalam melakukan analisa dan perancangan dilakukan kan pemodelan dengan Unified modeling language.

Implementation of the Government's Strategy in Creating an Anti-Money Politics Village is a strategy carried out by the government, namely in the form of a Program to anticipate the practice of money politics or Money Politics in Elections. The aim of this research was to provide readers with an understanding of what strategies can be used to eradicate political money practices in a democracy. The research method that researchers use is descriptive research. The focus of the research is on what strategies or tactics are used by the government to eradicate the practice of money politics and what obstacles are experienced in implementing these strategies. The solution to this problem is encouragement for the government, community leaders and parents to launch this strategy.
