Body composition refers to the distribution of fat, muscle, bone, and other tissues in the human body, which is often expressed as a percentage of total body weight consisting of fat mass and lean body mass. Obesity, characterized by excess fat in adipose tissue, poses a significant health risk and is increasing in countries with low and medium mortality rates, especially in metropolitan areas. Factors contributing to this include genetics, a lack of physical activity, socioeconomic status, unhealthy eating patterns, psychosocial factors, smoking, and alcohol consumption. Excess body fat significantly contributes to morbidity and mortality. Although optimal body fat levels vary, excess fat increases the risk of health issues such as joint problems and cardiovascular disease. People widely use bioimpedance analysis (BIA), an efficient, non-invasive method, to assess nutritional status and body composition. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) method, which is carried out at PT. Narindo, North Jakarta, in the productive age population. The examination results showed that the average levels of total body fat, visceral fat, total subcutaneous fat, total muscle mass were 28.6%; 11%; 22.2%; 28.3%. Early detection of body composition is critical for assessing nutritional and health status as well as diagnosing disease, potentially reducing obesity-related morbidity and mortality.

The simplest gas and approaching the simplest properties of a true gas is an ideal gas. Ideal gases satisfy the ordinary gas equation, while real gases do not always satisfy the ideal gas equation. Gas laws such as Boyle's Law, Charles' Law, and Gay Lusaac's Law, show the relationships between macroscopic units of various processes and formulations. This research is a type of literature review research by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the cases or problems found. The results of Boyle's experiments stated that if the temperature of a gas in a closed vessel is kept constant, the gas pressure will be inversely proportional to its volume. Gay-Lusaac's law states that the volume of gas in a closed vessel is maintained constant, the gas pressure will be proportional to its absolute temperature. Charles's law states that at constant pressure, the volume of an ideal gas of a certain mass is directly proportional to its temperature. An ideal gas is a concept in physics which assumes that a gas consists of very small particles with zero volume, do not interact with each other, and move randomly in a closed container. This concept also assumes that collisions between gas particles and the walls of the container are elastic, meaning that kinetic energy is maintained in each collision.

In Indonesia, there are two types of motorcycle transmissions: manual and automatic. Users prefer automatic transmissions due to convenience and fuel efficiency. Automatic transmissions, such as CVT, CVT utilizes force for smooth and continuous gear ratio changes. CVT has disadvantages because unlike manual motors that have greater torque, especially on motorbikes that are three years old or more, such as poor acceleration at low to medium revolutions and wasteful fuel. This study aims to determine how the effect of adding spring plate and roller mass variations on torque and fuel consumption. This research uses a quantitative method with an experimental approach, by testing the independent variable to determine the results of the dependent variable. The result of this research is the use of lighter rollers can increase fuel consumption but the torque is getting smaller, because the use of lighter rollers has a fast rotation response so that the crankshaft in rotating the roller housing pulley is also lighter so it does not require a lot of fuel. While the use of heavier rollers coupled with spring plates also increases torque because the displacement ratio is faster, the torsional moment will be large which causes the torque to increase.

The purpose of this study is to better understand potential variables causing delays in diagnosis by examining the link between early symptoms and tumor location in colorectal cancer. Retrospective data from Hospital University Baghdad Iraq (Al sheikh zayed general hospital) patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer between 2010 and 2018 was gathered. The majority of the 212 patients in the research (43.4%) had rectal tumors, which were followed by left-sided tumors (37%) and right-sided tumors (18.9%). Upon analyzing the symptoms, it was found that rectal bleeding had a strong correlation (34%), but changes in bowel habits were more common in rectal tumors (32%) and left-sided tumors (22.6%). There was a strong correlation found between abdominal mass and right-sided tumors (7.5%) and left-sided tumors (11.3%) and intestinal obstruction. The most common sign of straining, called tendesmus, was observed in rectal tumors (8%). There was no discernible relationship between the location of the tumor and stomach discomfort. These results emphasize the need of taking early symptoms into account when identifying colorectal cancer and the necessity of customized screening and diagnostic strategies depending on the location of the tumor.

Both benign and malignant liver tumours may occur. Multiple nodules or a single mass might be diffusely invasive. Our research diagnosed patients using CT scans and ultrasounds. We compared these strategies to determine which is better. A precise biopsy was performed on each tissue liver tumour to confirm the diagnosis of liver tumour. A 40 liver tumour patients were participated in this study included 24 men and 16 women. The average patient age was 52. The biopsy results were compared to CT and ultrasonography data for each subject.  Ultrasonography resulted in 23 (57.5%) patients with malignant tumours and 9 (22.5) benign tumours, of which 8 (20%) were healthy. On the other hand, the CT scan results showed that 23 individuals (57.5%) had malignant tumours, and 17 (42.5%) had benign ones. These data suggest that CT scans are 100% more efficient than ultrasonography in identifying liver tumours.

This research discusses the role and influence of Islamic education in the struggle for Indonesian independence and its figures. With the objectives, among others, to analyze the role of Islamic education, especially Islamic boarding schools and religious organizations, in building awareness of nationalism and the spirit of independence in the younger generation, as well as in preparing them to face the colonizers, and evaluating the impact of the moral and spiritual values taught in Islamic education on the formation of the character of the freedom fighters, as well as how these values affect their spirit and courage in resisting the colonizers.Islamic education plays a central role in the long journey towards Indonesian independence. In the midst of resistance to the invaders, Islam not only gave spiritual strength to the fighters, but also became the moral and intellectual foundation that guided their steps. Since the beginning of the 20th century, Islamic educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools have become centers of learning and spreading the spirit of struggle against colonial oppression. Scholars and religious leaders, such as KH Ahmad Dahlan, the founder of Muhammadiyah, actively played an important role in mobilizing the masses and spreading nationalist ideas rooted in Islamic values. Figures such as KH Hasyim Asy'ari from Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) also had a big impact on the struggle. Through Islamic boarding schools and religious organizations, NU built a strong network of solidarity among the Muslim community, rallying support for the struggle for independence. In addition, women's active participation in Islamic education, especially through organizations such as Aisyiyah, makes a significant contribution to fighting for rights and freedoms for all Indonesian people. Thus, Islamic education not only provides the foundation for Indonesia's independence, but also prepares the younger generation as resilient and responsible agents of change.

Complications such as stroke, heart attack, kidney failure, and heart failure can arise as a result of hypertension as a long-standing disease. Foot massage can help lower blood pressure and dilate blood vessels, reducing complications of hypertension. The aim of EBPN is to analyze the application of Evidence Based Practice Nursing (EBPN) foot massage therapy in hypertensive patients. The method for implementing EBPN through case studies uses a descriptive method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest approach to foot massage therapy (3 times for 15 minutes in 3 consecutive days) to reduce blood pressure. The sample consisted of 1 female respondent and 2 male respondents. The tensimeter and observation sheet are the measuring tools used. EBPN results: All 3 (100%) respondents had suffered from hypertension for > 5 years. There was a change in blood pressure before and after the intervention with the results: respondent 1 BP 139/85 mmHg to 130/80 mmHg, respondent 2 BP 139/88 mmHg to BP 130/82 mmHg, and respondent 3 BP 147/97 mmHg to BP 138/89 mmHg. The average decrease in systolic blood pressure in the 3 respondents was 8.5 mmHg, while diastole decreased by an average of 5.8 mmHg. The suggestion for hypertension sufferers is that hospital staff can offer foot massage as a method to lower blood pressure to patients suffering from hypertension.

Education is a very important factor for the development of a country. Education helps develop and improve skills and improves the quality of life and human dignity. To date, changes have been made to the curriculum. The curriculum is considered a plan developed to facilitate the teaching and learning process which is the responsibility of the school or educational institution and its teaching staff. (Yulia, 2023). Education in Indonesia has undergone curriculum changes 11 times. Starting from after independence until the latest in 2021-2022. This research aims to compare the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum at State Elementary School 064037 and understand the differences between the two in improving the quality of education. The method used is qualitative research with a content analysis and narrative analysis approach. In-depth content analysis is carried out on written and printed information from mass media to identify message characteristics objectively and systematically. Data was collected through interviews and reviewing controversial mass media news. The research results show that the Merdeka Curriculum, which has only been implemented in grades 1 and 4, gives students greater freedom in the use of knowledge, both inside and outside school, and encourages teacher and student creativity. In contrast, the 2013 Curriculum balances soft skills and hard skills in an integrative manner but still places educators as the main assessors of student abilities. Observations show that the Merdeka Curriculum encourages students to play an active role in learning, with educators acting as facilitators. This change in curriculum leads to a more student-centric approach, where students receive active feedback regarding their self-evaluation. These findings confirm that the Merdeka Curriculum promotes more independent and participatory learning compared to the 2013 Curriculum.

Since the introduction of ChatGPT as artificial intelligence and its massive development over the years, it has had a huge impact on various aspects of life, and it is increasingly visible in the presence of increasingly advanced features, functions, and appearances. Its use in the field of education has not escaped the advancement of artificial intelligence. For some teachers and students, the term artificial intelligence is still very new, as is its use in the teaching and learning process. Currently, Indonesia's use of artificial intelligence faces numerous unavoidable obstacles and challenges. However, in global education, it is becoming increasingly common to use artificial intelligence in the teaching and learning process. The introduction of artificial intelligence to junior high school students is considered very appropriate because students' psychology at this level is more developed, and the learning load begins to increase compared to the elementary level. Math subjects for most students are still a scourge. In this community service, artificial intelligence is introduced to students of the exchange program class at SMP Insan Rabbany, which is related to mathematics learning, so that it can help in student learning. The results of the community service evaluation showed high student enthusiasm regarding the use of artificial intelligence, both to aid learning and for other purposes.

Adsorption is a separation process on a particular substance based on the affinity of a compound to a solid. The adsorption process requires an adsorbent as an absorbent material and an adsorbate as an absorbed component. The adsorbent that is often used to absorb Cu2+ ions is silica gel. Silica gel is a rigid gel that is amorphous. In silica gel there are two main bonding groups, namely siloxane and silanol groups which cause silica gel to easily absorb polar molecules, especially water. The purpose of this research is to get the best mass of silica and the effect of the initial concentration of Cu ions on the final concentration of Cu metal. In this study, two operating conditions were varied, namely the mass of silica gel adsorbent 0.4 grams; 0.6 grams; 0.8 grams; 1 gram; 1.2 grams and the initial concentration of Cu metal 3 ppm; 4 ppm; 5 ppm; 6 ppm; 7 ppm. The results of this study showed that the silica content of bagasse ash was 70.97% with a surface area of 283.802 m2/g. The best result of this study reduced the content of copper metal (Cu) by 88% in the condition of silica gel mass of 1.2 grams. The adsorption isotherm shows that the data is more in line with the Freundlich equation. The resulting equation is y = 0.4268x + 0.4969 with an R2 value of 0.9837.
