Conversely, healthy communication with openness, empathy, and respect can prevent toxic relationships and improve problematic relationship dynamics. This research uses a type of qualitative research using the literature study method sourced from books, journals regarding the research discussed by examining the Role of Communication Patterns in Student Human Relations Against Toxic Relationship. Communication patterns have a significant role in shaping the dynamics of student relationships, including toxic relationships. Because we are social creatures, laws establish norms about how members of society should interact with each other. The Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia establishes a legal framework to regulate all human interests, including human rights. An agreement is an important document that regulates the responsibilities and privileges of individuals involved in a contractual relationship. An agreement is defined as a legally binding act that binds the promising parties in Article 1313 of the Indonesian Civil Code. However, agreements are not always enforced, and defaults occur all the time; for example, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is fighting debtors who have not paid their bills. The causes of default, its impact on the parties, and the procedures required by law to resolve disputes are all discussed in this abstract. It is believed that a thorough understanding of default will help prevent similar incidents in the future and find fair and efficient solutions.

This study highlights the importance of implementing human relations principles in creating a harmonious and productive work environment. Open communication, empathy, and constructive conflict management were found to be key factors in building positive work relationships between employees and managers. Employees who feel valued and listened to tend to be more engaged in their work, increasing motivation and morale, which ultimately impacts the performance of the team and the organization as a whole. In addition, effective conflict management can strengthen interpersonal relationships and create a work atmosphere that is more conducive to collaboration and innovation. This study also shows that poorly managed conflict can damage work relationships and reduce productivity. In such situations, a tense work environment can lower employee morale, increase turnover rates, and hinder the achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, organizations need to actively develop strategies that support clear and effective communication, as well as pay attention to employee emotional well-being. Building an inclusive work culture and providing constructive conflict resolution mechanisms are essential to maintaining the stability and sustainability of productivity in the long term.

Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) play a strategic role in developing human resources that are not only religiously competent but also economically independent. In addressing the challenges of globalization, pesantren independence can be strengthened through entrepreneurship programs that provide economic benefits, empower students (santri), and contribute to the surrounding community. This study focuses on analyzing the entrepreneurship programs at Pondok Pesantren Al Kautsar 561, which include biofloc tilapia farming and melon cultivation in greenhouses, using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection involved focus group discussions (FGD) with foundation administrators, teachers, students, and the local community. The findings reveal that entrepreneurship programs enhance pesantren independence by generating additional income, which is utilized for scholarships and operational activities. Entrepreneurship training equips students with practical skills in agribusiness and aquaculture, such as biofloc systems and greenhouse technology. Furthermore, these programs strengthen the relationship between pesantren and the community through community-based economic collaboration, creating job opportunities and improving local economic resilience. However, challenges such as limited resources and access to technology persist. Solutions include establishing strategic partnerships with external parties and providing training in digital marketing to ensure program sustainability.

This study aims to analyze the role of smart technology in achieving sustainable cities through the implementation of the smart city concept. Using a qualitative approach based on library research, the study explores the relationship between smart technology and urban sustainability, encompassing three main pillars: governance, energy efficiency and environmental management, and social inclusivity. The findings reveal that smart technology enhances transparency and efficiency in governance through e-governance and digital applications, fosters multi-stakeholder collaboration via collaborative governance, and improves government responsiveness to public needs. In the environmental aspect, the implementation of smart technologies such as smart grids and smart sensors significantly contributes to more efficient energy management and carbon emission reductions. Moreover, technology-based waste management demonstrates great potential in supporting urban environmental sustainability. On the social dimension, smart technology must ensure inclusivity by addressing vulnerable groups and bridging the digital divide, where digital literacy and community empowerment play a crucial role in creating sustainable social impacts. However, implementation challenges such as infrastructure gaps, limited budgets, and human resource readiness remain barriers that need to be addressed. This study highlights the importance of integrative and collaborative approaches in smart city implementation, alongside strong strategic policy support to maximize the potential of smart technologies in achieving sustainable development. With the right approach, smart cities can serve as a strategic solution to urbanization complexities and improve the quality of life for future generations.

Marriage is a sacred agreement in human life, although some marriages also fail and end in divorce. However, this divorce does not only stop at the end of the relationship between the two parties. But more than that, the problem of separation of joint property also often becomes a new problem after divorce. This study then aimed to review the implementation of divorce and division of property arising from marriage according to Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The research method used is normative, with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study showed that the legal basis for joint property is contained in Chapter VII Article 35 to Article 37 of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. Based on this law, the path to division of joint property is divided through several mechanisms, namely based on religious law, based on customary law, and based on other laws. Compared to Law Number 1 of 1974, Law Number 16 of 2019 provides more detailed and modern regulations regarding joint property compared to previous provisions. Overall, according to Law Number 16 of 2019, the authority to settle the division of joint property arising from marriage involves the court in deciding fairly based on applicable law. The court has the responsibility to ensure that the division of property is carried out with the principle of justice, taking into account the contribution of each party and their needs and economic circumstances. In the case of mediation or agreements outside the court, the court still has the authority to assess and ensure that the decisions taken are in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
