Personal branding has become a crucial element in building a strong professional identity in the era of globalization. Through online marketing, individuals can leverage various digital platforms to create and manage a consistent and appealing self-image. This research examines effective strategies for personal branding through online marketing, including the use of social media, blogs, and personal websites. The study also explores how digital technology has transformed the way people perceive and interact with personal branding. The results indicate that successful personal branding strategies require not only high-quality and authentic content but also a deep understanding of the target audience and the use of analytics to measure effectiveness. With the right approach, personal branding through online marketing can enhance professional visibility, career opportunities, and business networks.

The Indonesian beauty industry has experienced remarkable growth in recent years, positioning the country as a lucrative market for businesses operating in the beauty tech sector. This rapid expansion has fueled fierce competition, prompting many manufacturers to adopt digital marketing campaign strategies to attract consumers and boost sales. Amidst this dynamic landscape, Somethinc, a leading beauty tech brand, has achieved remarkable success, multiplying its sales by 14 times compared to the previous year and securing the top spot as the best-selling brand on e-commerce platforms with total sales of Rp 53.2 billion. In light of this competitive environment, media monitoring plays a crucial role in understanding the positive sentiment surrounding Somethinc across social media and online news platforms. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing a netnographic approach and leveraging media monitoring analytical tools to gather data through the Brand24 application. The primary objective of this research is to identify the dominant sources of positive sentiment for Somethinc across social media and news platforms. Comparative analysis of positive sentiment, mentions, reach, and product discussions on social media and news platforms regarding Somethinc reveals a notable advantage in social media mentions.

This study delves into the multifaceted relationship between business management and computer science, exploring integration strategies, challenges, and the resultant implications. The objective of this research is to comprehensively analyze the integration of business management and computer science, shedding light on effective strategies, potential challenges, and the overall impact on organizational performance and innovation. This study adopts a library research approach, encompassing a thorough review of existing literature, scholarly articles, case studies, and industry reports. Information is gathered from reputable databases such as PubMed, IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, and Google Scholar. The collected data are analyzed qualitatively to identify patterns, trends, and insights into the integration of business management and computer science. The findings of this research highlight various integration strategies employed by organizations to leverage computer science and technology for enhancing business management practices. These strategies encompass the adoption of data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and other emerging technologies to streamline operations, optimize decision-making processes, and gain competitive advantage. Moreover, the study identifies challenges associated with integration, including data security concerns, skills gap, resistance to change, and ethical implications. This article examines the urgency of brand protection through a case study of the MS Glow and PS Glow brands. The main focus is on legal protection of brands to prevent actions that infringe intellectual property rights, avoid financial losses and maintain brand integrity. By analyzing this case, this article highlights the importance of effective laws in protecting the interests of brand owners, encouraging innovation, and ensuring fairness in a dynamic business environment.

Ineffective communication and negotiation can have negative consequences for the company, such as loss of customers, decreased product quality, and decreased trust with customers. Therefore, companies must have effective communication and negotiation strategies to increase business success. This research aims to analyze how communication and negotiation strategies can increase business success. This research uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods, data collection techniques through literature study. Analyzing data using a qualitative analysis approach, this research concludes that in increasing business success, communication and negotiation strategies play an important role. Effective communication allows companies to interact with customers, partners and other parties more effectively, thereby increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and business reputation. Meanwhile, good negotiations allow companies to reach profitable agreements with other parties, such as business partners, suppliers and customers. This research aims to determine the influence of marketing communication on business success at the Seroja Perawang Grocery Store. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that marketing communication has a significant influence on business success at the Seroja Perawang Grocery Store. This is proven by increased sales, brand awareness and customer loyalty after implementing an integrated marketing communications strategy.

The franchise business trend is growing rapidly, including in the iced tea trade. One of them that is currently viral is the Solo iced tea franchise business. This research examines the widespread trading of solo iced tea franchises from the field and habitus perspective of Pierre Boudieu. In this research, researchers used a qualitative and descriptive approach about the rise of the Solo Ice Tea Business. The author uses case study research with literature study and in-depth interviews. Habitus' perspective shows that people's consumption habits and preferences for local products contribute to the popularity and growth of this franchise. The development of the Es Teh Solo franchise is strongly influenced by the interaction between social structure (Field) and individual disposition (Habitus). The combination of economic, social and cultural capital is the key to success in a competitive market.

This study examines the influence of social media on business communication development in Shopee. Through online surveys and interviews, data were collected from 100 respondents and 30 randomly selected consumers. The analysis results indicate that Shopee's communication strategy through social media is effective in enhancing customer interaction and influencing purchasing decisions. Positive responses to content, content influence on purchases, and Shopee's responsiveness to consumer interactions serve as evidence of the success of these strategies. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of investing in innovative content development and training for social media response teams.

Cooperatives are business entities based on family principles and aim to improve the welfare of members. Organizational and capital completeness are two important factors that determine the effectiveness of cooperatives in achieving their goals. Organizational completeness refers to the structure and governance of a good cooperative, including the existence of an optimally functioning board, supervisor, and member meeting. This research uses a qualitative method. The results of this study reveal that a complete cooperative organization is the key to success in running a cooperative system. In addition to having complete administrators, supervisors, and member meetings, cooperatives also need to have a strong institutional structure. In addition, in terms of capital, having sufficient sources of funds will enable the cooperative to develop its business, expand its range of services, and have financial resilience in the face of risks that may arise. Thus, the overall comprehensiveness of the cooperative's organization and capital will be instrumental in determining the success of the cooperative system. Both aspects support each other to create an operational environment that is stable, transparent, and able to respond to challenges and opportunities in the market.

The coffee shop industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, driven by the cultural tradition of coffee consumption and the transformation of digital-based businesses. Kakaku Coffee, founded by Fitra Alhady in 2020 in East Jakarta, is a successful example of a coffee shop that combines high-quality coffee with an authentic Japanese cultural concept. Despite achieving initial success, Kakaku Coffee faces challenges such as long service times and limited parking space. This study aims to formulate a comprehensive development strategy for Kakaku Coffee using SWOT analysis. By identifying the internal and external factors affecting Kakaku Coffee's performance, this study provides practical and applicable recommendations. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with purposive and snowball sampling techniques. The analysis results show five strengths, five weaknesses, four opportunities, and three threats faced by Kakaku Coffee, along with applicable TOWS strategies. This research is expected to serve as a reference for other SMEs looking to adopt similar strategies in a competitive industry.

This research aims to analyze the operational risks faced by Rumah Makan Ondo Batak Grill, a famous culinary business on Jl. Weaving Factory No. 45, Sei Putih Tengah, Medan Petisah District, Medan City, North Sumatra. The qualitative method used in this research is data collection techniques by conducting direct observations and interviews with the owner of the Ondo Grill Batak Restaurant. The research results reveal that there are several significant operational risks, including hygiene and food safety risks, equipment damage risks, employee absenteeism risks, and customer number risks. To manage possible risks, Ondo Restaurant has implemented several strategies, such as regular employee training regarding food hygiene and safety, routine maintenance and inspection of cooking equipment, and development of an employee attendance management system. Apart from that, this restaurant is also diversifying its menu and promotions to attract more customers and maintain income stability. This research concludes that effective operational risk management is very important for the survival and success of Ondo Restaurant. The recommendations provided include improving the risk monitoring system and implementing risk management strategies on a regular basis.

This activity aims to explore the effectiveness of cooperative-based entrepreneurial motivation training in improving the performance and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), by providing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to become a successful entrepreneur. Pasar Johar Semarang SME entrepreneurs face various challenges in running cooperative-based entrepreneurship. It is often difficult to reach a wider market because of limited access to strategic distribution locations that inhibit the potential for business expansion. Through this training, participants are expected to learn about the benefits of being a member of a cooperative, such as access to capital, training, and business networks. will provide training on a range of business skills essential to SMEs, such as financial management, marketing, and product development. The participants will learn how to manage their business more effectively and efficiently. By presenting speakers from UMKM Center Central Java, participants as SME entrepreneurs in Pasar Johar can ask questions directly related to problems that are often encountered in the field not only about cooperative problems but other complaints ranging from existing regulations, trade permits from orders, and even procedures for getting help from the government. These efforts are expected to help pasar Johar Semarang SME partners in developing cooperative-based entrepreneurship in a sustainable manner.

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) are one of the important economic pillars in driving local economic growth in various cities in Indonesia. However, MSMEs often face significant challenges, especially related to financial and labor risk management. This study aims to analyze financial and labor risk management at Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs in Medan City. In this study, a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews was used to collect data from business owners and employees. The analysis was conducted with a focus on financial risk management strategies, such as product and service diversification, creative promotion, cash flow management, and access to capital, and labor risk management strategies, including employee cost management, employee development and retention, and effective performance management. The results show that Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs have implemented various strategies to effectively manage financial and labor risks. Product and service diversification, creative promotions, and utilization of online delivery and ordering services help reduce financial risks and maintain revenue stability. Meanwhile, efficient management of employee costs, employee development, and effective performance management help manage labor risks, improve productivity, and maintain service quality. This research shows that effective financial and labor risk management plays an important role in the operational success of Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs.

This research highlights the importance of social capital in the development of home laundry businesses in Jember. Starting from the significant contribution of MSMEs to the Indonesian economy, especially in creating jobs and driving the economy, the focus of this research is the laundry business as a type of service business that continues to grow. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the welfare of laundry business actors in Jember, as well as how social capital can be used to overcome challenges such as tight competition and limited capital. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that social capital through customer networks, local partnerships, and response to feedback can improve the performance and desirability of laundry businesses. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of social capital-based strategies in strengthening relationships with customers and local communities to achieve sustainable business success.

The global market offers great growth opportunities but is also challenging for firms. This research aims to understand how companies can successfully enter and survive in the global market. The research method used is a literature study to analyze the company's business strategy. The results show that McDonald's (McD) is a successful example of entering the global market by using effective franchising and marketing strategies. The franchise strategy allows adaptation to local culture and builds a strong customer base. McD's marketing strategy emphasizes creative promotions and improved product quality.From the research conducted, it is known that a combination of effective business adaptation and marketing strategies can lead to global success in the food industry. McD is an example of how companies can succeed in a competitive global market.
