This study presents an advanced approach to multi-class skin lesion classification by leveraging an ensemble model comprising the Inception-V3, ResNet-50, and VGG16 architectures. The classification task focuses on categorizing skin lesions into distinct classes, including Melanoma, basal cell carcinoma (BCC), and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), using the ISIC dataset, a comprehensive collection of dermoscopic images. In order to properly balance the dataset, the oversampling strategy is utilized, as some lesion types are underrepresented due to inherent imbalances in the dataset. By ensuring that the model is trained on a more representative dataset, this balancing improves the algorithm's capacity to categorize all lesion types properly and impartially. By combining the complementary features of ResNet-50, Inception-V3, and VGG16, the ensemble technique improves the overall classification performance. ResNet-50 is chosen for its deep feature extraction capabilities, which help capture fine details in lesion patterns. Inception-V3 is selected for its multi-scale processing, allowing it to effectively analyze lesions at varying resolutions and sizes. VGG16 is included due to its simple yet highly effective architecture for image classification tasks. The ensemble model with data augmentation significantly outperforms individual models in skin lesion classification for both the original and balanced ISIC datasets regarding accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. This method offers a robust solution for skin lesion classification, contributing to more accurate and reliable diagnostic tools in dermatology.

Teachers, lecturers, students, and the community use the library as a knowledge and information resource in the context of implementing learning. A library is often thought of as a sizable book collection that is kept for the express purpose of gathering, maintaining, and dispensing books. Students can look up and gather the most recent scientific data in the library, which aids them with their assignments. People's preference for instant information via social media, especially students, is one of the reasons reading is becoming less popular these days. Aside from the fall in students' interest in reading, two other reasons why libraries are silent are their incapacity to adapt to the changing times and their failure to satisfy the demands of students. As a result, Balige must have a public library that can serve everyone in the city and can meet the demands of community activities. This Public Library design uses a contextual architectural approach to integrate various elements of the surrounding building facades.

Turtles are integral components of two ecosystems, both coastal and marine. They play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy marine ecosystem. A nutritious sea fosters millions of fish, serving as a significant protein source for humans. However, this is increasingly at odds with the presence of turtles, which are gradually becoming endangered. This issue stems from various factors, including large-scale commercial fishing activities near turtle nesting sites and worsening climatic changes. These factors have the potential to disrupt the balance of marine ecosystems. The approach adopted in this design is an ecological architecture approach. It aims to restore turtle habitats in coastal conservation areas to attract nesting turtles and sustainably develop tourist facilities that harmonize with the surrounding environment.
