The development of puemla learning media on the material of practicing the Pancasila precepts of Pancasila learning subjects in grade 2 elementary schools is intended to facilitate understanding of the material, obtain meaningful learning and increase motivation in learning. Learning media is a learning tool that helps students improve their thinking, attention, and abilities or skills. the method used is 4D which consists of define, design, develop, and dessiminate. (1) the defining stage of define is to conduct a needs analysis on students, which aims to find out the basic problems needed in the development of learning media and to find out about the advantages and disadvantages of learning media used by teachers so far, media analysis, and analysis of students, (2) the design stage of design that is done first is to choose material that suits the characteristics of students, (3) the development stage of develop is the process of creating it into reality, (4) the spread of dessiminate is a real rarity whether the learning system that is built is successful, in accordance with expectations or not. The results showed that puemla learning media can increase the motivation of students and in accordance with the characteristics of students who can be used as a means of supporting the learning process as evidenced by the evaluation of the board of teachers at SDN Klagen, Wilayut village, Sukodono District and the enthusiasm of students in grade 2.

The most frequently encountered non-organic waste issue is plastic bag waste which is widespread in society, even though plastic packaging is a material that is difficult to decompose or destroy. One simple activity that can be done to reduce plastic waste is to use paper bags. The process of making paper bags can use materials that are around us, such as waste paper. The activity carried out in community service is a socialization carried out in increasing the creative economic potential for the community in Bayung Gede Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, Bali Province, in October 2022. From the community service activities that have been carried out in Bayung Gede Village, it can be concluded that participants who take part in the training can increase the selling value of products by using the skills they have and can increase the economic value in Bayung Gede Village.

Limited capital is one of the reasons people do not dare to open a business, because for an entrepreneur, capital is one of the requirements for running or building a business. There are two forms of capital, the first is capital in the form of money or goods. Second, namely intellectual capital such as knowledge, abilities, skills and commitment. The distribution of productive capital is expected to be able to improve the community's economy with business capital loans for the community. In reality, there are many negative perceptions regarding business capital lending, so it is canceled. The formulation of the problem in this research is the Role and Constraints/Barriers of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekar in Financing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jambi City. The research method in this research is a qualitative research method. The data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the role of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar in financing is to help MSME players face their obstacles in running MSMEs such as lack of capital. PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar provides capital assistance with a very fast process and without any burdensome requirements for its customers. And the obstacles/obstacles faced by PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar include the factor of customer dishonesty during interviews with PNM Mekaar and obstacles to customers running away or abandoning responsibilities.

Based on the research results, it was found that: 1) The implementation of the SRA program policy at MAN 1 Gresik takes place in a Bottom Up manner based on the principles of child-friendly schools, namely non-discrimination, the best interests of children, non-violence, and respect for children by integrating several existing programs such as adiwiyata school programs, population alert schools (SSK), safe schools, inclusive schools, BPOM school snacks, UKS, Gerakan Ayo Membangun Madrasah (GERRAM). 2) Implementation of child-friendly school management begins with the planning stage and analysis of the situation and conditions, organizing and forming a team according to ability, implementing the principal's program as a role model, and evaluation is carried out directly and indirectly for 3 months once and once a year is done programmatically. 3) The implications of the SRA program are very positive for all school community members, the school environment, so that character, communication, and cooperation are well formed so that it becomes an educational institution categorized as BARIISAN (clean, safe, friendly, beautiful, inclusive, healthy, beautiful and comfortable) The creation of positive discipline which is the development of discipline and has a lot of achievements both academically and non-academically, the proof is that 105 out of 382 class XII students in 2023 have been accepted at PTN through the SBMPTN route, MAN 1 Gresik also won the title as the 2nd place in the Population Alert School at the East Java level.

Purpose − In the ever-evolving digital era, the paradigm of employee compensation and rewards is also undergoing a fundamental transformation. Digital Compensation and Rewards concepts have emerged as a response to these changes, with a focus on building adaptive performance systems, innovative bonus approaches, and flexibility in employee rewards. Overall, the Digital Compensation and Rewards paradigm brings modern concepts to human resource management. In the digital era, employee compensation and reward systems are experiencing fundamental changes. The use of technology allows for more efficient implementation of performance-based systems. Findings- The results of the literature review show that technology has a significant positive impact on the employee recruitment stage. Apart from that, the implementation of digital compensation and rewards is also an integral part of employee performance. Design/methodology/approach- By using data-based performance assessments with digital platforms, companies can collect and analyze employee performance data in more detail. This allows for more objective and accurate assessments, as well as providing opportunities for appropriate recognition of individual contributions. Practical implications- Involves improving the recruitment process through the use of digital technology and social media, adjusting the compensation system to include digital performance bonuses and application-based incentives, flexibility in providing rewards tailored to individual preferences, the use of data and analysis to measure employee performance accurately, as well as development of HR skills in integrating digital technology in human resource management. By paying attention to these practical implications, companies can improve their human resource management strategies to face the challenges and opportunities in the digital era, which can support organizational growth and success. Originality/value- This research presents an innovative view of how organizations can use digital technology and more flexible bonus systems to increase employee motivation and productivity. With a focus on the digital era, this paper provides insight into the importance of adapting to technological changes in human resource management. The value of this paper is that it provides practical guidance for companies seeking to improve their human resource management strategies to optimize employee performance and rewards in the ever-changing digital era.

Kepemimpinan dalam sebuah organisasi merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan organisasi menuju tujuan yang ditetapkan. Untuk menjawab serta mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi dalam kepemimpinan organisasi di  Mas Mafatihul Huda  Serdang Batara Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat  membutuhkan  program  pelatihan khusus. Pelatihan yang berguna ini memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif dan mendalam tentang dasar-dasar kepemimpinan. Para pimpinan OSIM dituntut untuk belajar memahami dasar-dasar tentang kepemimpinan sehingga nantinya dalam keseharian memimpin  anggotanya bisa memiliki sikap disiplin dan bertanggungjawab dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Disamping itu program ini dilaksanakan untuk membentuk karakter kepribadian dan mengasah soft skill yang mana akan berguna kepada mereka setelah lulus dan masuk ke dalam dunia kerja. Disamping itu program ini dilaksanakan untuk membentuk karakter kepribadian dan mengasah soft skill yang mana akan berguna kepada mereka setelah lulus dan masuk ke dalam dunia kerja. SDN Sitanggal 04 is one of the schools in Si Date Village, which is located very strategically because it is directly opposite the provincial road which is used by many public transportations. The school is also not too far from a large and busy traditional market and close to places for shopping and family recreation, so the health condition of the school's environment is very vulnerable. Therefore, the attitude of caring for the environment must be applied from an early age. One of them is through the cultivation of family medicinal plants (TOGA) in the school environment. The purpose of this service is to foster an attitude of caring for the environment in students, create a healthy school environment, provide insight and skills to students about family medicinal plants (TOGA) and how to grow them. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The results of this service show that the attitude of caring for the environment, the insights and skills of students at SDN Sitanggal  04 are increasing regarding family medicinal plants (TOGA) and their planting.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of soft skills on the performance of PT. Ziola Kolaka's mobile phone sales. (2) The Influence of Incentives on PT. Ziola Kolaka's cellphone sales performance. This research uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data in this study using documentation and distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is all mobile phone sales who work at PT. Ziola Kolaka. While the sample of this study amounted to 30 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study it is known that soft skills have a positive and significant influence on mobile phone sales performance. and incentives also have a positive and significant effect on mobile phone sales performance.

In an era of disruption, the church needs to adapt to rapid social, technological and economic changes, the church as a religious institution also needs to adapt to face these challenges. One important aspect that needs to be considered is the congregation's economy. A strong and sustainable economy can provide support for church activities and the surrounding community. This research aims to identify effective church strategies in improving the congregation's economy in an era of disruption. Through a literature study approach and case studies of successful churches, several strategies were found that could be implemented: First, churches need to increase the congregation's skills and knowledge in facing economic changes. Second, churches need to utilize information and communication technology to support the congregation's economy. Third, the church can encourage entrepreneurship among the congregation. Support can be provided through providing co-working spaces in churches or establishing business incubators to help congregation members who want to start their own business. Churches can also facilitate business collaborations between congregations who have complementary skills and interests. Four, churches need to develop strategic partnerships with external parties, such as non-profit organizations, financial institutions, or private companies that have visions and values that are in line with the church. but must be based on the ethical and moral principles taught by religion.

PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk is an Indonesian state-owned company that operates in the fields of information technology, communications and telecommunications networks. This company has several important divisions or segments in carrying out business strategies, one of which is the government segment. The government segment cannot do hard selling like other segments. This is because the government segment is included in B2B sales and cannot expand the market easily. Apart from that, because government segment customers are government agencies, the government's budget is also limited because it is regulated in the APBN. Regarding the problems and challenges faced by government services, the author wants to analyze the government segment's business strategy in increasing sales with customers and limited government budgets. The final internship assignment was prepared by the author using qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with account managers and supervisors. The results of interviews and observations of the government segment have strategies in conducting B2B sales, namely carrying out acquisitions or scaling, conducting account manager soft skills training, building and maintaining customer loyalty, conducting outreach related to the success of work programs that have been implemented by other regions, conducting outreach and offering programs work, holding a service business request (SBR) program, carrying out business processes with direct selling and personal selling, having an account manager's role as a consultant, building and maintaining customer trust, and registering various Telkom products in the E-Catalog.

This Community Service Partner (PKM) is a small micro business of Brick. Knowledge about inventory management in the Brick business is still a fundamental weakness in meeting market demand, so that the price of Brick is relatively determined by the market. The purpose of this service is to motivate Brick business owners to have the knowledge and skills to be able to carry out proper inventory management as a support in developing their business. The method of implementation uses a combination of lecture and practice. Participants consist of Brick business owners in Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The technique of implementing the activity consists of three stages starting from the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the activity evaluation stage. The results of the training show that Brick business owners have difficulty managing the inventory of their business due to limited business capital. The finances used in business are still combined with finance for household needs. After the simulation is carried out, the participants can understand inventory management in the business. Furthermore, Brick business owners can know inventory management properly. Knowledge about inventory management is emphasized on Brick business owners because the productive life of Brick is only 5 months in one year, so inventory can be a strategy to increase operating profits. The limitation in this training is that the implementation method has not used mentoring techniques, so that knowledge about inventory management can be implemented in business activities.

Dayah Ruhul Falah was founded in 2003 by Al Fadhil Tgk.H.Ibrahim Hasyim, established on 4500 m2 of waqf land with 800 students from various regions of Aceh such as North Aceh, Pidie, Aceh Besar and Banda Aceh. Along with the development of time and progress that is increasingly globalized, pesantren have not shown significant progress, this is because pesantren still have challenges ranging from management, the curriculum that is applied and the facilities owned are still very limited and the source of funds is minimal. The ability of pesantren managers to innovate is a requirement for efforts to direct changes in pesantren institutions to become more advanced in increasing and financial independence to make these changes. So far, the management of financial funds related to the activities carried out at Pasantren Ruhul Falah, both educators' honorariums and other needs in general, has been sourced from financing originating from the parents of students, government and private institutions. Pasantren Ruhul Falah, which was founded in 2003, has no pasanten-owned business entity managed under the pasantren, so it is necessary to conduct training and education for administrators and students in the dayah by making kueh, developing moringa leaves into the economy. This service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing knowledge and skills for training participants to become independent entrepreneurs. The method we do with lectures, questions and answers, practice and demonstrations and group exercises. This program begins with the preparation stage by forming a community service committee team by coordinating team members with the aim of making it easier to socialize to other university lecturers who want to join the community service group. In this community service, the target to be achieved is understanding and skills so that it can improve the economy in Pasantren Ruhul Falah Samahani Aceh Besar.

Work ethic is the totality of an individual's personality in the context of work. Working is a form of self-dedication as a servant of Allah by obeying all His commands and avoiding all prohibitions. For this reason, Allah has provided facilities in the form of surface resources for human use in achieving their well-being. A strong work ethic can fulfill economic needs and desires within the family. Islam encourages its followers to work diligently and not to be lazy, as laziness can lead to poverty. The formation of a work ethic (including Islamic work ethic) is a complex process, involving various factors such as physical, biological, mental-psychological, socio-cultural, and possibly transcendental spiritual conditions and preconditions. This research adopts a qualitative approach and was conducted at the Padang Lamo Street Market, Pulau Temiang, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo Regency, in January 2023. The respondents in this study consisted of 27 individuals, including fish traders, consumers, and religious scholars. The findings of the research on fish traders in the Pulau Temiang Subdistrict Market, Tebo Regency, indicate that fish traders possess crucial work skills, exhibit diverse motivations such as earning a livelihood and pursuing hobbies, their work ethic is driven by the desire to meet their family's needs, and their economic conditions impact their well-being. Challenges include limited education, environmental conditions, and limited alternative job opportunities.

This study aims to design, develop, and test the feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of papan huruf geser media in the early reading skills of class I theme 3 sub-theme 1 at SDN 044845 Payanderket in Indonesian. The problem in this study is that the learning media used in reading activities are inadequate, the learning methods used in reading activities are less varied and students do not play an active role in the learning process. Researchers use development research (Research and Development) according to Thiagarajan, namely the 4D model (Define, Design, Development, Dessemination). The subjects in this research were class I students at SDN 044845 Payanderket and the research object was the papan huruf geser media. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and learning outcomes tests. The results of the media validation test for media experts obtained a percentage of 98.21% in the "Very Eligible" category, and material validation by material experts obtained a percentage of 93.75% in the "Very Eligible" category. The practicality test by educational practitioners obtained a percentage of 97.2% in the "Very Feasible" category. Media effectiveness test results were obtained through pretest and posttest. The average score of the students from the pretest was 49.67 with a completeness percentage of 19.35% in the "Not Effective" category, while the average score from the posttest results was 82.25 with a percentage of 93.54% in the "Very Effective" category. From the results obtained, it shows that the papan huruf geser media that is appropriate, practical and effective can be used as a supporting medium in learning to read beginning in elementary schools.

This study aimed to determine the financial and budget administration management at Waigete Sub-District Office, Sikka Regency. This study was a descriptive qualitative and employed a case study design. The technique of analysis employed in this research was descriptive analysis consisting of collecting and filtering information thoroughly and in detail, then it was elaborated to obtain a clear description. Data was collected using observation, documentation, and interviews.   Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the management of financial and budget administration at the Waigete sub-district office starting from planning, budgeting, implementation, and administration were good while the issues were in reporting and accountability for budget implementation. They were not optimal due to the lack of human resources quality (HR) who had accrual-based abilities or skills in utilizing existing information technology and delays or time mismatches in annual financial reporting.      The delay in question was regarding the delay in the completeness of official travel report receipts used as transaction evidence to make accountability letters. Thus, the quantity of acceleration of programs and the submission of accountability reports was not optimal.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of internship experience on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. (2) The influence of soft skills on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. Based on the results of initial observations on 40 Management students in the class of 2018 and 2019. Of those who have carried out internships, only 42% have work readiness and 58% do not have work readiness. This can be concluded that students who do not have work readiness are influenced by the lack of work readiness that half of their work experience has. So researchers conducted this research using a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is Management Students Class of 2018 & 2019, Nineteen November University, Kolaka, totaling 281 students. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 165 students. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is testing the measurement model (outer model) and testing the structural model (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Internship Experience variable on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.001. Meanwhile, the Soft Skill variable has a positive and significant effect on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.002.

The background of this research is the lack of competency possessed by teachers at RA Nurul Huda Jabon Mojoanyar so that the Head of RA wants to strive for teacher competency skills in carrying out their duties as an educator. In addition to the problem of competence in this institution, it is also difficult to find teachers that fit the needs of this school. The head of the RA can only use the teaching staff as they are, not in accordance with their certificates. This study uses a type of qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. To get the data source obtained from three sources, namely;1) informants ; 2) events/activities; 3) documentation. While data collection in this study used three techniques; 1) observation; 2) interview; 3) documentation. The results of this study are a description of the leadership of the Head of RA Nurul Huda jabon Mojoanyar Mojokerto which found several things including: the head of RA seeks the competence of each teacher to become a professional teacher, the Head of RA has a democratic leadership style, the head of RA builds exemplary attitudes for staff and his subordinates in the madrasa, and the head of the madrasa reflects a firm leadership style.

Al-Tarbiyah: Jurnal Ilmu Pendidikan Islam 2023 STAI YPIQ BAUBAU, SULAWESI TENGGARA

The purpose of this study is to reveal epistemologically the concept of nature-based learning in the perspective of the Qur'an and prove the concept of nature-based learning perspective of the Qur'an as one of the effective efforts in improving the quality of Education. This study uses primary sources in the form of verses of the Qur'an and several books of tafsir as well as scientific works related to research. The Data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative methods and maudhi'i Tafseer methods that serve to find an explanation of the verses related to nature-based learning in a comprehensive manner. The results of this study concluded that the concept of nature-based learning is an effort by educators to learners in developing knowledge competence (al-Baqarah/2:30-33), attitude (al-Hujurât/49:13), and skills (al-Alaq/96:1-5) by utilizing the natural environment as a tool, material, media, and a place of learning that aims to serve Allah SWT (al-Dzâriyat/51:56) and perform 30, shâd/38:26) that preserve and prosper the Earth. The implication of the results of this study is the improvement of spiritual and social attitudes of learners because all learning activities are associated with aspects of the divine.

This research aims to produce a product in the form of problem-based learning worksheets (LKPD) that is valid, practical, and effective to improve students' mathematical problem solving skills. This research is designed based on the stages of the 4-D development model by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel which are adapted into 3-D including the stages of define, design, and develop. The subjects in this study were 31 students of grade VII-4 SMP Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan. Based on the research that has been conducted, the validity of the developed LKPD obtained an average percentage of assessment of 84.1% by experts with qualifications classified as very valid. Through the LKPD practicality questionnaire by teachers and students, an average percentage of assessment was obtained of 90% by teachers and 93.6% by students with qualifications classified as very practical to be used in the learning process. The implementation of learning with the application of problem-based learning LKPD has been carried out to see the effectiveness of  LKPD with assessment references that are determined to obtain results, namely for the completeness of classical learning reaching 83.9%, the achievement of learning objectives is achieved in question points 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, and the achievement of efficient learning time or does not exceed ordinary learning. From the three references for assessing effectiveness, the LKPD developed is classified as effective.  The increasing in mathematical problem solving was in the medium category with an average gain score of 0.60. In 2019-2020 employee productivity decreased and there were fluctuations in the performance assessment of Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees, because there were obstacles in implementing training programs which had an impact on employee performance. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of training programs in improving performance at the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD), as well as analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of training programs in improving the performance of Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees. ) Gresik Regency. This research is qualitative research using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observations. The selection of informants in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. In this research, as stated by the three informants, it can be said that the implementation of the training program at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency of Gresik Regency can be said to be quite effective in improving agency performance, especially in the scope of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency. which can be seen from several responses and results of employee performance which can be considered quite productive and good enough. There are several shortcomings in the implementation of this training program. There are obstacles in its implementation, namely in the form of budget funds spent on this training program which are considered to be insufficient due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, which basically requires the implementation of this program to be minimized. One effort can be made to ensure that the implementation of the training program continues, managing the existing budget as well as possible by providing training programs to employees in accordance with the AKD (Training Needs Analysis) that has been determined, so that the budget spent is not wasted or wasted. . Apart from the Regency/City APBD, training programs can also be obtained through the bidder APBN from the ministry, Bappenas. This research contributes to employees being able to maintain a sense of responsibility in their duties where training programs are provided to obtain the skill requirements needed to carry out employee duties and have employee motivation or goals to take part in the training program. This research was only conducted on employees of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD).
