The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the whole order of human life, especially the world of education. This requires education to change and adapt quickly to continue the learning process. The purpose of this article is to review the impact of the policy of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia regarding Work From Home (WFH) in the world of education. This article was written by reviewing related articles and references regarding online learning policies which are considered as a solution to continue the learning process when schools are closed to prevent the spread of the virus. But on the other hand, this policy has an impact on the process of transforming knowledge for both students, teachers and parents or families.

This study aims to find out from a review of the effective implementation of TOS NUSANTARA in the Tanjung Priuk 2 area. The research method used is a qualitative and descriptive research method where research is on observation and observation in the Pier Area 009 Tanjung Priok 1 which has implemented the TOS NUSANTARA system and solved a problem because the TOS NUSANTARA system has not been used in the Tanjung Priok 2 Domestic Area. TOS is an application system that operates Container Terminals. The system regulated in the TOS (Terminal Operating System) can view data online and in real time. The purpose of the TOS system is to manage the planning of goods, tools and all facilities used in all activities at the port efficiently and effectively. Terminal Operating Systems often use other technologies.

Reviews of the literature on diversity management and workplace misconduct are still incredibly uncommon. Given the requirement for appropriate handling to stop irregular conduct at work (organizations; companies, government institutions, MSMEs). This scoping review's objective is to summarize the literature on the value of diversity management in avoiding workplace deviance.  The scoping study adheres to the Arksey and O'Malley Steps. (2005). The scoping review used has 5 steps, including identifying research topics, finding pertinent studies, Specifically, (1) formulating research questions, (2) locating pertinent studies, (3) choosing studies, (4) outlining data, and (5) gathering, describing, and disclosing findings.  Over 11 years, this research was reviewed using 3 electronic databases: Taylor dan Francis, Wiley dan Emerald. (2013-2023). Corruption, the giving of gifts or bribes, and gossip are among the categories of deviant behavior in the workplace that were identified, and all of these categories have the potential to negatively impact organizational performance, according to the findings of the scoping review. Gender, race, and culture are three types of diversity that are particularly susceptible to the issue of aberrant behavior in the workplace. Therefore, management must provide support and focus, particularly to human resource managers who are responsible for managing diversity in the workplace.

Rumah sakit merupakan suatu instansi yang menyediakan jenis pelayanan kesehatan diantaranya pelayanan medik, pelayanan penunjang medik, pelayanan perawatan, pelayanan rehabilitasi, pencegahan dan peningkatan kualitas kesehatan pasien. Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berkaitan erat dengan kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien sebagai hal yang sangat subyektif, sulit diukur, dapat berubah-ubah, serta terdapat banyak sekali faktor yang berpengaruh sebanyak dimensi di dalam kehidupan manusia. Tujuan dari literature review ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis pengaruh faktor kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam perspektif manajemen rumah sakit. Literature yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menetapkan artikel yang sesuai kriteria inklusi. Data base yang digunakan yaitu Google Scholar. Tahun publikasi sumber literature yang diambil yaitu 4 tahun terakhir antara tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2022, Sumber literature menggunakan bahasa Inggris atau Indonesia.  Hasil 5 artikel diperoleh bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam perspektif manajemen rumah sakit yaitu dari segi faktor penampilan (tangibles), keandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), keyakinan (assurance) dan empati (empathy). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis yang mempengaruhi layanan kesehatan berpengaruh pada dengan kepuasan pasien dari faktor bagaimana tenaga kesehatan mampu memberikan pelayanan, pemahaman, memberikan rasa nyaman, dan meningkatkan fasilitas kesehatan untuk menunjang kesembuhan pasien. Perlu juga bagi instansi memberikan pelayanan maksimal dengan mempertahankan kualitas serta meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Selain itu juga perlu dilakukannya evaluasi dan monitoring secara berkala untuk meninjau perbaikan pelayanan kesehatan.

As for one form of effort that can be applied by companies to improve their competence or performance in order to survive in the business competition that occurs and encouragement to have the ability to adapt to the business environment is in the form of implementing the concept of learning organization in which this concept can support the goal of maintaining the company's survival as expected. business actors and employees. The method used in this study is literature review with a qualitative approach using analytical techniques in the form of descriptive analysis. As for the research that has been done, the results show that there is a high level of urgency from the variables of HR Quality, Organizational Culture, Knowledge Sharing, and Technology for the Creation of a Learning Organization.

Mutu pelayanan kesehatan merupakan hal yang sangat penting terhadap kualitas kesehatan. Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dapat diketahui dari segi bentuk, penampilan, performa suatu jasa, dan juga bisa dilihat dari segi fungsinya serta segi estetisnya. Peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan juga dibutuhkan strategi agar dapat mempertahankan ataupun tingkat performa layanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari literature review ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit. Literature yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menetapkan artikel yang sesuai kriteria inklusi. Data base yang digunakan yaitu Google Scholar. Tahun publikasi sumber literature yang diambil yaitu 5 tahun terakhir antara tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2022, Sumber literature menggunakan bahasa Inggris atau Indonesia.  Hasil 5 artikel diperoleh bahwa strategi peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit yaitu dengan meningkatkan patient safety, Kerjasama lintas sektoral atau pemerintah, kebijakan standar prosedur operasional, Kualitas Sistem Manajemen Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIMRS), dan peran komite keperawatan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa mutu pelayanan kesehatan sebagai suatu derajat atau tingkat indikator pelayanan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan yang berlaku. Strategi dapat dilakukan secara optimal dan dengan monitoring serta evaluasi.

Today Buddhism contributes ideas based on theory and practice for Buddhist entrepreneurs. The purpose of this research is how the characteristics of buddhist entrepreneur in running an UKM. The research method used by researchers is SLR. The results of the study show that Buddhist entrepreneurs place more emphasis on ideology and religious beliefs in implementing entrepreneurship and running their UKM. The main principle in the development of UKM which continues to be used as a guideline is that the business that is carried out does not hurt, harm, and deceive other people or other creatures.

The use of information and communication technology (ICT) in education has become an important topic in optimizing human resources in schools. This article aims to provide an overview of the benefits and challenges of utilizing ICT in education, and how ICT can improve the quality of human resources in schools. The research method used in this article is a literature review conducted by studying references related to the use of ICT in education. The results and discussion show that the use of ICT in education can provide significant benefits, such as facilitating teachers in presenting teaching materials, providing access to more diverse information and learning materials, and improving interactions between teachers and students. However, there are challenges and barriers in utilizing ICT, such as accessibility problems to ICT infrastructure and difficulties in operating ICT devices. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the accessibility and infrastructure of ICT in schools, as well as providing training and developing the competencies of teachers and students in operating ICT devices. In conclusion, this article presents useful information for the development of education in Indonesia, especially in terms of the utilization of ICT as a means to improve the quality of human resources in schools. With appropriate efforts, the use of ICT in education can provide more optimal and sustainable benefits for the improvement of human resources in schools.

This community service activity aims to assist partners in increasing the understanding of educators and education personnel of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum and the Mover School Program. The method of implementing the service is in the form of educational activities in the form of counseling which was carried out on February 5-17, 2023 with an activity workflow of four stages, namely: planning stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage, and reporting stage. This activity has been completed by meeting the predetermined achievement targets. These achievements can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in counseling activities and being active in question and answer activities and discussions. In reviewing the evaluation of activities, the implementation team considered that the implementation of this service activity could not be separated from the maximum support from partners through the preparation of facilities during the event and the enthusiasm of participants in participating in counseling activities. The inhibiting factors of the activity include: time constraints, participant attendance that is not optimal, and the remote location of partners, far from the city and in an internet blind spot.

The presence of workers in the company is dominated by executives. They often have conflicting interests for the company's activities. In order to help workers' positions remain relevant and recognized, workers need a Labor Union. In an industrial environment, it is normal for disputes to occur and the role of trade unions is needed to mediate the interests of both. Therefore, the expected goals are to explain the role of trade unions to address industrial relations disputes and the efforts that they attempt. This study determines literature review as the method by accumulating journals and collecting eight articles that meet the criteria. After having reference materials, the researcher will analyze the data based on a collection of these studies which the researcher will generalize into a literature review paper. The results of this research are that trade unions act as assistants, bodyguards, representatives, supervisors, and mediators and prioritize the settlement of disputes internally and amicably. Efforts made by trade unions include carrying out bipartite and tripartite negotiations consisting of mediation, arbitration and conciliation, as well as the industrial relations court, submitting a letter of application for Judicial Review to the Constitutional Court, and honing the skills of trade union members.

Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is used as an important issue for both developed and developing countries. The purpose of this UHC is to protect the health budget for the community so that their needs and welfare can be met. UHC is given to all people, whether they are able or not economically able. One of the reasons why Indonesia's health quality is still not good is the cost of health services which are considered expensive. Therefore, the UHC program in Indonesia is quite important to deal with this problem. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing UHC in improving health services in Indonesia. The research design used in this study was a literature review using Google scholar and Pubmed to search for previous related articles. The criteria for related articles used are those published from 2019-2023 and a total of 6 journals have been collected. Based on the six related journals, the results show that UHC appears to be effective in improving the quality of health services in Indonesia. Universal Health Coverage System (UHC) Plan The UHC system has been modified by the government to meet the conditions and goals of a professional, efficient, effective and long-term National Health Coverage. the embodiment of UHC goals carried out by Indonesia, namely the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) which is a concrete step embodiment of the National Social Security System (SJSN).

Rumah sakit sebagai lembaga pelayanan kesehatan memerlukan kinerja karyawan yang optimal dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas kepada pasien. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk keterampilan, pengetahuan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, yaitu dengan melakukan tinjauan terhadap artikel, jurnal, dan buku yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit, antara lain pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan, pemberian insentif dan reward, peningkatan komunikasi dan kolaborasi antar departemen, serta peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja. Hasil dari studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa strategi pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan merupakan strategi yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit. Pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan karyawan, sehingga mereka dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pasien. Selain itu, pemberian insentif dan reward juga dapat meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, sehingga mereka lebih termotivasi untuk memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas. Kesimpulannya, strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit perlu diimplementasikan secara efektif dan terencana, dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dari strategi tersebut. Dalam jangka panjang, strategi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit dan memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien.

Various factors can influence a country's economic growth, among which is the availability of manpower. The substantial availability of human resources in a country can serve as a catalyst for the progress of Indonesia's economy. This research aims to determine the influence of the Human Development Index on the economic growth of Bali Province during the period of 2018-2022. The research methodology employed is quantitative, involving the gathering of data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and a literature review. In this study, the dependent variable is Economic Growth, while the independent variable is the Human Development Index (HDI). The research findings reveal that the HDI has no significant impact on economic growth.

This study examines the importance of open and honest communication in personal and professional relationships and its impact on group dynamics, team effectiveness, and individual well-being. Through literature review and empirical analysis, it was found that openness in sharing feelings, thoughts, and concerns is key in maintaining healthy and harmonious relationships. Couples who regularly discuss important issues report higher levels of satisfaction in their relationships. Active listening, where full attention is given without distraction, also increases understanding and emotional closeness between couples. However, the study also identified communication challenges such as misunderstandings and conflicts that often trigger disputes, especially among young couples who face difficulties in conveying messages clearly and understanding emotional context. Emotion management during conflict is a major challenge, as many couples find it difficult to remain calm and rational in situations that trigger negative emotions.  overcome this challenge, strategies such as using humor and spending quality time together have proven effective. Humor can ease tension and improve mood after conflict, while quality time without technological distractions strengthens bonding and communication. The influence of technology in couples' communication is also reviewed, with an emphasis on the importance of setting boundaries for technology use to avoid misunderstandings and loss of emotional nuance. Social support from family and friends was found to play an important role in helping couples overcome conflict and strengthen their relationship. Couples who had a strong support network felt more confident and optimistic about the future of their relationship. In addition, the evolution of communication in relationships suggests that couples learn to communicate more effectively and efficiently over time, with improved communication skills such as empathy, emotion management, and constructive problem solving.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of the E-Library of Angkasa Pura II (Elora) in increasing digital literacy at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results were carried out from the theory of program effectiveness according to Budiani (2007:53) with 4 (four) indicators. First, namely the accuracy of the program's targets is appropriate, seen from the exact program targets, which PT Angkasa Pura II is aimed at all employees who intend to increase their knowledge. Second, the socialization of the program cannot be said to be effective as seen from the fact that there are still many employees of PT Angkasa Pura II who have not used the Elora application because the socialization does not vary only through WhatsApp groups and corporate email. Third, the program objectives are appropriate, seen from the Elora application, it really helps employees in terms of increasing digital knowledge and literacy. Fourth, program monitoring has been carried out by the organizing team through monitoring and evaluation. In addition, program monitoring can also be seen at the Management Review Meeting every month, but there is still no follow-up to make improvements as a result of the evaluation carried out.

Problems in public services are often encountered in their implementation even though standards and laws have been established. In the evaluation of the PATEN policy in Ciledug District, Tangerang City, there are problems including the timeliness of service, service costs, and supporting resources for service implementation. The government has attempted to bring about an innovation in the field of public services through the District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) policy regulated in Permendagri Number 4 of 2010, which contains the delegation of authority from regents to sub-district heads. Following up on the Permendagri, the government of Tangerang City has implemented integrated sub-district administration services, especially in Ciledug District. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. The writing method used is the literature study research method, a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. The results showed that the implementation seen from the aspect of service costs was sufficient and according to fairness standards and from the aspect of service time and supporting resources for the implementation of services was inadequate. The purpose of the District Integrated Administrative Services has not been optimally achieved because the type of delegation of authority given is considered not to be effective and efficient in creating quality services and getting closer to the community. The advice given is to add service support facilities and improve service methods so that service times are better, as well as to review the types of delegation of authority given to sub-district heads so that the policy objectives are achieved more optimally.

This study discusses the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of husbands and wives during the period of syiqoq from the perspective of Islamic law. Syiqoq, which refers to deep conflicts between husband and wife, poses a significant challenge in married life. The purpose of this research is to analyze how Islamic law regulates the fulfillment of rights and obligations during conflict and to offer solutions for its resolution. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using literature review methods, analyzing fiqh literature, fatwas from Islamic scholars, and other primary and secondary sources. The findings indicate that despite ongoing disputes, fundamental rights such as maintenance, protection, and housing must still be provided, and obligations like communication and consultation are essential for resolving conflicts. The role of hakam as a third party mediator is also identified as an effective mechanism for resolving syiqoq. The implications of this study provide practical guidance for couples and Islamic legal institutions in addressing marital conflicts fairly and in accordance with Islamic principles while strengthening the understanding of family law dynamics in a modern context.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) merupakan pandemi di akhir tahun 2019 yang disebabkan oleh virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS Cov-2). Dampak pandemi Covid-19 tak hanya dirasakan pada sector kesehatan namun juga seluruh sector secara umum. Terjadinya Covid-19 di seluruh negara juga memberikan dampak perubahan tatanan kehidupan di masyarakat. Terdapat beberapa kebiasaan baru terkait pola hidup lebih sehat yang diadaptasi masyarakat agar tetap bisa bertahan ditengah pandemi Covid-19.  Tujuan artikel ini adalah menganalisis artikel yang berhubungan dengan pengaruh pandemi Covid-19 terhadap pola perilaku sehat masyarakat. Sumber data didapatkan melalui database terkomputerisasi seperti PubMed, ScienceDirect, Elsevier, Portal Garuda serta Google Scholar dengan kriteria artikel penelitian yang relevan mengenai adaptasi pola hidup sehat selama pandemi Covid-19, publish tahun 2019-2023, berbahasa Indonesa atau Inggris dan bersifat open access. Lima artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi kemudian dianalisis dan dilakukan sintesis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kebiasaan baru terkait pola hidup sehat yang diadaptasi masyarakat setelah terjadinya pandemi Covid-19.
