Darsono Village is a village located in Arjasa District, Jember Regency, East Java. The economic condition in Darsono Village is relatively low and exacerbated by low literacy skills. Darsono Village has several potentials, such as empty land, beautiful village atmosphere and various facilities in the village.  Therefore, we carry out a service program that focuses on improving the quality of formal education through the program "Edu Nature Park: Creative Education Vehicle as a Means of Improving the Life Skills of Elementary School Students with Natural Nuances in Darsono Village, Jember Regency". Edu Nature Park is a fun educational program that refers to nature in Darsono Village. The problem in Darsono Village is that there are still cases of school dropouts due to economic factors and underage marriages to the low interest in reading by the community. The majority of children in Darsono Village often use their time by playing. The method of empowering rural communities is carried out in full in the field (offline) using the PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) method.  

The rapid development of technology 5.0 requires teachers to have competence in utilizing technology optimally. Teachers are expected to innovate in the learning process, such as developing interactive and interesting teaching materials. Apart from that, there is still a lack of effective learning resources that are ready to use and suit learners’ needs. Moreover, the use of the Merdeka Curriculum requires stakeholders and students to move as dynamically as possible. This certainly hinders the teaching and learning process. Through this activity, teachers are able to create digital teaching materials in the form of e-modules with the help of bookcreator application. The method of this activity is in the form of delivering material, training as well as mentoring, and evaluation. The results of this activity include increasing teachers' skills in creating digital teaching materials. The materials can be used as a learning resource for students. This is in line with the increasing creativity of teachers in utilizing all digital sources as needed as teaching materials

The aim of this community service is to identify the problems of the partner, Copper Crafts Muda Tama Gallery, Tumang, Boyolali and provide scientific solutions. The service team identified that the number of craftsmen was starting to decline due to the tendency of the younger generation to prefer to pursue business as marketers. The team uses the extension method to share knowledge with partner communities. Human Resources Management can be carried out in several ways apart from continuing to maintain good direction efforts at each stage of production, establishing controlled production procedures, evaluating employee work results, and developing employees in terms of reward and punishment; The service team proposed that the company collaborate with several vocational schools with a concentration in arts and crafts. This is important so that this skill does not become extinct, and in fact so that it can grow in terms of manufacturing and the number of craftsmen. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of partners (owners of Muda Tama Gallery) in managing human resources so that there is no shortage/loss of craftsmen. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (TAPPS) method on the mathematical communication skills of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 9 Pematangsiantar after applying the Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (TAPPS) method. The type of research used is experimental research. In this research the author used a quantitative approach. The design used in this research is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This research involved an experimental class that was treated with the Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (TAPPS) learning method and then given pre-test and post-test treatment to draw conclusions. For more details, see table 3.1 below. The research results obtained showed that the Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (TAPPS) method had an influence on students' mathematical communication skills, reaching an average pre-test score in the Experiment class of 48.63, while the average score was 48.63. Post-test average in the Experiment class was 78.63. This proves that the Experimental class has further improved abilities after being given treatment using the TAPPS Method.

The development of home care in Indonesia has progressed to the point that many people use home care services. The epidemiological transition has resulted in an increase in the number of cases of chronic disease compared to acute disease, resulting in an increase in the number of cases of terminal disease that are not treated effectively and efficiently in hospitals. Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital has a home care service that provides several forms of services, namely wound care visits, elderly care services, baby care services, services for terminal patients, and other special needs. There are complaints from patients being managed regarding the responsiveness of the staff, friendliness and skills of the staff which are subject to evaluation. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of homecare services and patient satisfaction with wound care at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. This research is quantitative with a cross sectional study approach with a sample size of 80 people selected using total sampling techniques. The results of the study showed that the description of the quality of homecare services from the 5 components assessed (Reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence) was in the sufficient category (73.8%), and the description of wound care patient satisfaction was in the very satisfied category. (62.5%). In this way, it is hoped that homecare nurses can improve the quality of services more optimally so that satisfaction can be achieved and maintained.

In this article the author explains the implementation of the internetworking concept (internet and extranet), the benefits of using each and the development that can be carried out from the internetworking concept, components and forms of application of the internetworking.

Abstract: Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a student learning process through various direct activities in the community, and students strive to be part of the community. Students have a strategic role as agents of change. Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of community service of higher education students in certain areas which is carried out in integrated groups between departments at Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University, Jambi. KKN activities are divided into 4, namely, training or debriefing, implementation activities at locations, reporting, and evaluation. The Community Service Program was held on July 5 - August 14 2023 in Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo Regency by Command Post 41 Batch 1. The KKN program in Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village that is carried out is a program that can develop children's skills and achievements and can create a society that is prosperous, creative, compact, intelligent and comfortable in the form of kinship. We also hope that the knowledge that we have taught can be useful for young people and children and the people of Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village.

Internship is one component of the learning process in the Bachelor of Public Administration (S1) Study Programme of FISIP UNTAG Surabaya. With the development of MBKM- Merdeka Learning Independent Campus, one of which is MSIB Internships and Certified Independent Study is one of the Independent Campus programmes designed to ensure students get the main, best, and most up-to-date skills and competencies to face the world of the future. The Population and Civil Registration Office of Surabaya City is the place for internship implementation. This programme covers many programmes in population administration and civil registration. Students have the opportunity to choose and seek experience that suits their major on their campus. The researcher will discuss the Kalimasada programme (Kawasan Lingkungan Masyarakat Sadar Administrasi Kependudukan) in this MBKM Dispendukcapil Surabaya internship programme. Kalimasada is one of the Surabaya City Dispendukcapil's programmes to pioneer the creation of an orderly environment/village for civil registration by increasing the number of people who are aware of civil registration. The Population Administration Aware Community Neighbourhood Area (Kalimasada) program is designed to help Surabaya residents get more organised and effective population administration services. Klampid New Generation (KNG) is a platform site where people can access services such as birth certificates, moving in, moving out, and death certificates.

Language skills are needed for all individuals. This is because language skills are a model for developing students’ intellectual, social, and character abilities. The first language skill possessed by humans is listening. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze student listening skills in learning Indonesian at MI/SD. This research uses the library research method which is a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording and processing the research material. Listening is one of the most important language skills that must be mastered by students, but in reality many students do not like learning to listen. Most think that learning to listen is a boring lesson.

This research examines how to improve the quality of premarital coaching in the RW 5 hall, Morokrembangan subdistrict, Surabaya city. Coaching is efforts, actions and activities carried out effectively and successfully to achieve better results. In general, coaching is considered a planned lifestyle improvement. Everyone has certain goals in life and wants to achieve these goals. If this life goal is not achieved, then people will try to rearrange their lifestyle. Premarital coaching is a knowledge and skills-based training program that providesand information related to marriage. Like how to maintain and maintain the integrity of the family. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to understand and explain the meaning behind reality. The purpose of this research is to examine initiatives to enhance the quality of public services. in order to achieve service standards that are on par with international standards for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This study employs a qualitative method with a case study at a local government agency. that has been recognized as the agency with the best quality public services. In-depth interviews with government officials were used to acquire data., employees and customers, as well as analisis of documents related to the implemented public service improvement program. According to the study's findings, local government agencies have succeeded in improving the quality of public services by implementing a number of strategic initiatives and programs. Among them are the effective use of information technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness accessibility of public services, training and human resource development to improve employee skills and professionalism, and implementing strict service standards to measure and ensure customer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the role of teaching assistance in the fourth generation campus teaching program in increasing student learning motivation, especially for seventh grade students in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. Teaching assistance is one part of the Teaching Campus program of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) activities. This activity aims to empower students to help with the learning process in elementary and middle schools in various villages/cities, one of which is at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere which is in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. In this program, students are responsible for assisting the school in the teaching process, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting with administration. Apart from that, students have a responsibility to improve students' morals and increase students' learning motivation and interest in learning while at school. The results of this research show that the role of teaching assistance plays a very important role in maintaining and growing students' learning motivation, especially in seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. The results of this program are expected to be able to foster social sensitivity in students to hone their thinking skills. work together with teachers and students across fields of science to solve the problems they face.

Human resource readiness is an important asset and is the main determining factor in the performance of all activities and institutional activities, so that it can support employee career development. Career development is very important to support life achievements and quality of life as well as job satisfaction with each individual's current achievements. There are two factors in career development that can determine a person's career success, namely internal factors including motivation to progress, intellectual ability, interpersonal skills, level of education, and work experience. Meanwhile, factors that come from outside are the attitude of superiors, the weight of work, job vacancies and work productivity. The aim of this research is to determine the personal readiness of HR in the PKP-PK unit in career development at UPBU Tebelian Sintang and to find out the process, obstacles and solutions regarding HR readiness in career development at the unit (PKP-PK) at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents in this research were PKP-PK unit personnel at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The observations in this research were to conduct reviews and observations at the PKP-PK unit at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The documentation in this research is activities that occurred in the PKP-PK area at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Training and work motivation play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance in the public sector, including at the district level. The research employed a quantitative approach, involving employees as respondents in Salopa District. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between training, work motivation, and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District. With relevant and effective training, employees have the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to perform their tasks more effectively. Training can enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of employees in providing services to the community. Furthermore, work motivation also has a significant influence on employee performance. Motivational factors such as recognition, rewards, incentives, organizational support, and career development opportunities can influence employees’ attitudes, work enthusiasm, and dedication to their jobs. Motivated employees tend to have higher performance levels and contribute positively to the achievement of organizational goals

The objective of this study is to find out how the effect of habituation of Mingle Night program in improving students' English speaking ability at BestOne Education English Course. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research design. The data collection methods used were observation, interview, and documentation. The participants in this study amounted to 15 students at the BesOne Education course. The results of this study show that the impact of the Mingle Night program can increase students' vocabulary and improve students' English speaking skills. In addition, the Mingle Night program can also increase self-confidence and build mental in speaking in front of many people. This Mingle Night program is also different from other programs that students have encountered because in Mingle Night students can be free in speaking and having opinions without fear of the wrong word structure. In conclusion, the Mingle Night program at BestOne Education is considered effective in improving students' speaking skills. In addition, tutor assistance and support also greatly affect the effectiveness of this Mingle Night program.

The background of the problem in this study is due to the low problem solving ability of students, where in the learning process educators still use the cerama or discussion method so that during learning students only listen and receive explanations of material without any mastery of relevant competencies and structures. The learning process is still using the revised 2013 curriculum, which requires students to be able to have productivity, creativity, innovation and have activities that can be contributed to social life. The purpose of this study was to determine how much “The Effect of Problem Based learning Model Application on students Problem Solving Ability at MTs Muhammadiyah Alamanda Kec. Kinali. Kab. Pasaman Barat”. This quantitative research uses the type of research Quasy Experimental Design. The population in this study amounted to 60 students, namely all seventh grade students at MTs Muhammdiyah Alamanda. The sample used in this study amounted to 60 students, with random sampling technique if the data was normally distributed and homogeny. The data analysis technique used is a description of the research data, normally, homogeny and hypothesis test. The results showed that testing using the t-test obtained the results of thitung = 13.863 and ttable= 1.6715 and the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 at the problem based learning model has an influence on students problem solving skills.

This article aims to discuss in detail the importance of language education in building a cultured character at the PGRI 9 SIDOARJO Junior High School level. Language education has a very important role in shaping the character of students, especially during adolescence which is a crucial period in the formation of their personality. Language education at Junior High School PGRI 9 SIDOARJO provides opportunities for students to develop language skills, both in speaking, writing, reading and listening. Students learn grammar, vocabulary, and language skills needed in everyday life. Language education is also important in building a cultured character. Students are exposed to literary works that represent diverse cultural values, develop empathy, tolerance and understanding of cultural diversity. Language education teaches good communication ethics, respect for the opinions of others, courtesy, and honesty. Students learn to respect and understand the perspectives of others and communicate effectively by taking into account social and cultural contexts. Good language skills open doors for students to acquire new knowledge and access broader information. Language education provides a strong foundation for students in studying other subjects, developing interests and talents, and facing challenges in an increasingly global world of work. This article emphasizes the importance of language education in building cultured character at Junior High School PGRI 9 SIDOARJO. This research was conducted to find out the impact of mathematics learning on the cognitive abilities and life skills of elementary school students. This research uses a questionnaire to find out how they have learned mathematics. This research uses a qualitative approach by utilizing a questionnaire as an instrument. The distribution contained 15 questionnaire statements given to 18 class VI students. The results of the analysis show that most mathematics learning has a positive impact on students' cognitive and life skills. Through mathematics lessons, students can hone their ability to think critically, systematically, so that they can solve problems from the questions they are given and problems found in everyday life. Although there are still many who do not feel the benefits of mathematics itself.

Classroom management is a very important teacher competency to be managed in the context of learning. Therefore, every teacher must have the ability to manage the class. The purpose of this study was to identify the strategies and constraints of Islamic religious education teachers in implementing classroom management skills at SDN 54/VI Lubuk Birah Jambi. This research is field research, the purpose of which is to describe accurately the factual description of the phenomenon under study. In this study there were two informants, namely key informants, Islamic religious education teachers, and supporting informants students and school principals. The results of the study conducted at SDN 54/VI Lubuk Birah Jambi show that teachers use their classroom management skills to implement various strategies, namely:Structuring the learning environment, making lesson plans (RPP), how to teach teachers, building student cooperation, creating a learning atmosphere, shaping behavior and motivating students, evaluating learning. The following barriers were observed in the implementation of classroom management skills: student factors, teacher factors, and facility factors.  Student factors, teacher factors and room factors.  

This research is motivated by the low ability of students' discussion due to learning that is still teacher-centered so that students only accept what is conveyed by the teacher which causes students to be less active in the learning process, one of which is in discussion. This is also caused by teachers not using learning strategies that attract students to be able to improve discussion skills. For this reason, an appropriate strategy is needed to be able to overcome these problems, by implementing the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning strategy. This research is a quasi-experimental research using quantitative data trends. The research design is a posttest-only-control design. The population in this study amounted to 123 students consisting of five classes. The sample for this study used 2 classes, namely class VII.5 as the experimental class and class VII.4 as the control class. The results showed that the average discussion ability of the experimental class was 73.73 and the average discussion ability of the control class was 49.48, so it can be seen that the average experimental class was greater than the control class with a difference of 24.25. Based on the sig (2-tailed) data from the data obtained, namely 0.000, it can be concluded that the value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted or there is a significant influence on students' discussion abilities in the experimental class and control class.
