  Underachieving students are not caused by their lack of ability, but can be caused by a lack of motivation to learn. The purpose of this research is to increase students' learning motivation through the application of the Problem Based Learning model. The research was conducted quantitatively using a descriptive survey method. The results of this study indicate that efforts to apply the Problem Based Learning learning model which is supported by giving appreciation or awards to students have been able to stimulate students' learning motivation.    

Patient safety is a basic thing in the quality of health and nursing services. During the handover process, a nurse must be as effective as possible, as clearly as possible, as short as possible and as comprehensively as possible regarding nurses' independent and collaborative actions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role and function of the head of the room with the quality of handovers at Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado. This research method uses descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach where the independent and dependent variables are studied simultaneously. The sample of respondents as many as 32 people using random sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet. Analyzed with Chi Square ? 0.05 statistical test. The results of the study obtained p value = 0.036, where p value = 0.000, which is smaller than = 0.05, meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted or there is a relationship between the role and the quality of handovers at Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado. p value = 0.000 where p value = 0.000 which is smaller than = 0.05 meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted or there is a relationship between function and handover quality at Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the role and function of the head of the room with the quality of handover at the Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital, Manado. Suggestions from the results of this study can be used as input for hospital considerations that are used to improve health services and design nursing service policies in terms of patient handover by conducting ongoing education or training so that the level of knowledge and nursing actions becomes better.

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalilis pengaruh pelayanan administrasi,   pembelajaran daring   terhadap kinerja guru MI di Kecamatan Penawangan Kabupaten Grobogan. Tipe penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian eksplanatori yaitu berguna untuk menjelaskan sebab akibat variabel yang melatar belakangi suatu keadaan sosial tertentu dan menilai pengaruh antara variabel satu dengan variabel lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pertama sebagian besar responden, yaitu 56% menyatakan pelayaan administrasi dilakukan dengan baik sekali, sebagaimana nilai skor kumulatif sebesar 88.91% memiliki pengertian bahwa pelayanan administrasi  untuk kebutuhan para siswa, para guru dan kepala sekolah yang dilakukan sangat baik. Kedua menunjukan bahwa, sebagian besar responden, yaitu 64 % menyatakan bahwa Pembelajaran dilakukan dengan lancer, karena wilayah di setiap sekolah sudah ada fasilitas internet yang terjangkau, yang mampu menunjang pembelajaran secara online. Sebagaimana nilai skor kumulatif sebesar 85.33 % memiliki pengertian bahwa pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan sudah bagus, terutama dalam hal proses belajar mengajar melalui PC, laptop, dan smartphone. Ketiga menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar responden, yaitu 64% menyatakan selalu dapat menyelesaikan jumlah pekerjaan sesuai dengan standar Kinerja Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Kinerja Guru MI termasuk dalam bagus, terutama dalam hal mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai, mengavaluasi siswa. Keempat menunjukan bahwa tingkat pengaruh antara variabel bebas Pelayanan Administrasi,   Pembelajaran Daring dengan variabel terikat Kinerja Guru sebesar 0,932,  bermakna tingkat pengaruh tersebut masuk kategori sangat kuat.

Background: Anxiety is a feeling of discomfort, a feeling of fear caused by anticipation of danger. The impact of anxiety is bad for mother and fetus, so it needs to do intervention for resolving the anxiety. Pregnant gymnastics is one way to reduce anxiety in pregnant women. The purpose of this study knowing the effect of pregnancy exercise on the level of anxiety in prenatal mothers in the third trimester at the RSIA Cahaya Bunda Gerokgak Tabanan.Method: The desaign used the pre-experimental design of one pretest posttest group, the research subjects were prenatal mothers in the third trimester, with non probability sampling used a purposive sampling method. The research instrument with the HARS questionnaire. Statistical tests used the Wilcoxon Test, with a confidence level of 95% and p <0.05.Results: The results of the pretest were moderate anxiety of 63.3% and severe anxiety 36.7%, after the intervention, the results of the posttest score were mild anxiety (60.0%), no anxiety (36.7%) and moderate anxiety (3.3%). The Wilcoxon analysis test results get a value of ? = 0,000 and the value of ? is smaller than ? (5%) or 0.05, it means there is a significant effect of pregnancy exercise on the level of anxiety in prenatal mothers in the third trimester.Conclusion: There was a decrease in the level of anxiety before the intervention was given and after the intervention was given, so that there was the influence of pregnancy exercise on the anxiety level of prenatal pregnant women in the third trimester.Keywords: Anxiety leve;, Pregnant gymnastic; Prenatal in the third trimester

Background: Tuberculosis is a major public health problem and Indonesia's future threat. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that Asia is one of the regions with the highest spread of TB in the world. And Indonesia is the third largest contributor in the world with 539,000 cases and 101,000 deaths per year. This study aims to describe the level of knowledge of tuberculosis patients about preventing tuberculosis transmission. Methods: This study uses descriptive analytical design with Cross Sectional approach. The sample in this study were patients who underwent tuberculosis examination and treatment at the Blahbatuh Health Center II in Gianyar Regency, amounting to 30 people, using the Nonprobability sampling sampling technique namely Total sampling. Data collection was carried out by interview using questionnaire guidelines which included prevention of tuberculosis transmission. The data obtained then carried out descriptive statistical analysis using the SPSS program. Results: Based on the analysis of the characteristics of respondents obtained that of the 30 respondents studied, as many as 12 people (40%) respondents aged 41-50 years, 15 people (50%) respondents attended education up to high school (SMA), and as many as 11 people (37%) respondents work in the private sector. Descriptive analysis on the level of knowledge about prevention of tuberculosis transmission found that, as many as 16 people (54%) had a good level of knowledge, 10 people (33%) respondents had sufficient level of knowledge, and 4 people (13%) had less knowledge. Conclusion: Most respondents (54%) had a good level of knowledge, 33% had sufficient level of knowledge and only 13% of respondents had insufficient knowledge about preventing tuberculosis transmission. It is expected that the related parties will be more aggressive in promoting tuberculosis, especially for sufferers and their family members.Keywords: Level of Knowledge; Tuberculosis; Prevention of Transmission   ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Penyakit tuberkulosis merupakan masalah utama kesehatan masyarakat dan ancaman masa depan Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara menggunakan pedoman kuesioner yang meliputi tentang pencegahan penularan tuberkulosis. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dilakukan analisis statistic deskriptif menggunakan program spss. Hasil: Berdasarkan analisis pada karakteristik responden diperoleh bahwa dari 30 responden yang diteliti, sebanyak 12 orang (40%) responden berumur 41-50 tahun, 15 orang (50%) responden mengenyam pendidikan hingga sekolah menengah atas (SMA), dan sebanyak 11 orang (37%) responden bekerja di bidang swasta. Analisis deskriptif pada tingkat pengetahuan tentang pencegahan penularan tuberculosis diperoleh bahwa, sebanyak 16 orang (54%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik, 10 orang (33%) responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup, dan 4 orang (13%) memiliki pengetahuan kurang. Simpulan: Sebagian besar responden (54%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik, 33% memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup dan hanya 13% responden yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang pencegahan penularan tuberkulosis. Diharapkan pihak terkait lebih gencar dalam mempromosikan tentang penyakit tuberculosis khususnya pada penderita dan anggota keluarganya.Kata kunci: Tingkat Pengetahuan; Tuberkulosis; Pencegahan Penularan

The management of traditional markets has the potential to create and expand employment opportunities,specially  for workers who lack adequate skills and expertise to work in the formal sector due to their low level of  education,and as a place of business, small traders have many strategic values. both from an economic and socio-cultural perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine market management in Gowa Regency, especially the Sungguminasa people's market. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis in this study uses the theory proposed by Henry Fayol with the dimensions of planning,organizing,commanding,koordinating, controlling. The results showed that the lack of optimal supervision and firmness of the officers regarding the collection of market levies on kiosks and stalls, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the condition of the narrow market land resulted in street vendors not being accommodated. Lack of ineffective placement personnel became an inhibiting factor in socialization process to traders. The researcher's suggestion is that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department should fix the market effectively and efficiently and increase market optimization, it is necessary to take steps to improve the quality and quantity of human resources and other supporting resources, so that traders are placed in appropriate places and it is hoped that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department will pay more attention to the facilities provided. is around the market 

Preparedness is the key to safety. This shows that there is a need for an earthquake and tsunami disaster preparedness plan so that losses can be minimized. Earthquake and Tsunami Disaster Preparedness education was provided on November 18 2021 at Bawakaraeng High School. The aim of this service is to provide education on earthquake and tsunami disaster preparedness provided by Lecturers and Students of the D3 Nursing Study Program, Makassar College of Health Sciences, which can provide benefits and refresh the knowledge of Bawakaraeng High School children in dealing with earthquake and tsunami disasters. The method used was lecture and question and answer with 50 participants (i) level II (Class XI). The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in knowledge after the education was carried out, namely 96%, so it is hoped that when an emergency disaster occurs students will be ready and understand the things that must be done.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sijeruk village, Banjarmangu district, Banjarnegara regency have shown significant development. However, there remain several challenges faced by UMKM entrepreneurs, including limited marketing outreach, financial reports intertwined with household finances, and inadequate innovation in product development and packaging. This community service initiative aims to address these issues effectively.

This study aims to identify and analyze the visualization of the expression of the main character of the droid, namely Kabasaran in the digital comic Nusantara Droid War using a visual language approach through the wimba 4 method (illustration). Visual analysis includes elements and principles of visual language by classifying Kabasaran character expressions based on the suitability of the form language method. The results of the analysis show the depiction of expressions, using detailed line drawings and thin shading on the eyes, eyebrows, nose and mouth. The way of depiction in Kabasaran expression uses expressive depiction, distortion, and lines. Expressive drawing uses lines that give the effect of wrinkles between the eyes. Enlarged distortion depiction, used for the eyes, mouth, and teeth. This depreciation calculation can also be used as a reference in the allocation to purchase new assets if the existing fixed assets can no longer be used. Obstacles in preparing depreciation reports if not resolved immediately will have a bad impact on schools, for example being late in submitting annual tax reports due to the long preparation of depreciation reports will result in schools being fined for being late in reporting the annual corporate tax return. With the accounting information system for depreciation of fixed assets, it is expected that it will facilitate officers in managing fixed asset data and depreciation reports. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity on corporate social responsibility. The independent variable is liquidity by measuring the current ratio and liquidity by measuring the cash ratio while the dependent variable is corporate social responsibility. The object of research in this study is the 2019 Annual Report Award winning companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019. The population of this study were 32 companies that won the 2019 Annual Report Award listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019. The research sample was selected using the method purposive sampling with certain criteria and obtained as many as 14 companies that meet the criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the liquidity variable using the current ratio measurement has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, the liquidity variable using the cash ratio measurement has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, this shows that the smaller the liquidity of a company, the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information will be more low. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the liquidity variable using the current ratio and cash ratio measurements has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, meaning that the higher the company's liquidity, the higher the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information will be.

Research on the Effect of Presidential Aid BLT UMKM on Productivity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Batang Regency aims to find out how UMKM working capital assistance affects the productivity of UMKM actors and to find out how the influence of this UMKM working capital assistance program has an effect on increasing the economic growth of UMKM actors in the Regency. Trunk. The research method used is quantitative, where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to recipients of the MSME working capital Banpres while for sampling using a random sampling technique where a sample of 233 Banpres MSME recipients is obtained. Data analysis uses a regression formula. The results showed that 1) MSME working capital assistance had an effect on the productivity of MSME actors, 2) MSME working capital assistance had an effect on increasing the economic growth of MSME actors in Batang Regency

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada guru-guru SD/MI, SMP/MTS, dan SMA/SMK/MA anggota PGRI Kota Surakarta. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan bimbingan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan pada guru-guru SD/MI, SMP/MTS, dan SMA/SMK/MA anggota PGRI Kota Surakarta dalam memahami hak-hak dan kewajiban serta kode etik profesi guru. Dari hasil diskusi, sebagian besar guru-guru SD/MI, SMP/MTS, dan SMA/SMK/MA anggota PGRI Kota Surakarta kurang memahami dengan baik hak-hak dan kewajiban serta kode etik profesi guru. Akibatnya dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya tidak jarang guru mengalami masalah. Baik masalah dengan peserta didik maupun dengan orang tua peserta didik, seperti diantaranya tindak kekerasan, intimidasi, pelecehan, dan sebagainya. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang digunakan adalah seminar dan pendampingan, baik melalui media sosial maupun konsultasi. Luaran dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: (1) Terselenggaranya seminar tentang perlindungan hukum dan kode etik profesi guru yang berdampak pada peningkatan pemahaman guru-guru SD/MI, SMP/MTS, dan SMA/SMK/MA anggota PGRI Kota Surakarta tentang hak dan kewajiban serta kode etik profesi guru; (2) Publikasi ilmiah di jurnal pengabdian adiwidya dengan ISSN (online) 2598-2281 dan ISSN (offline) 2598-2273

However, the added value of banana cultivation in the village is not yet optimal. The selling price of bananas given is still quite low so that it has an impact on the level of economic development of the community which is still low when compared to the potential of the area owned. The objectives of this community service are to: 1) Increase knowledge in processing bananas into banana Dodol through training for community groups in the Maos Lor Village environment and 2) Improve community skills in increasing the added value of the Banana Dodol processed business. The activity was carried out in March-July (4 months) with several activities including socialization, training on making Calcium Dodol and post-production assistance. The results of this activity include the formation of a small business group of Banana Dodol "BAJA MAOS) which so far has been able to produce as much as 52 kg

Development to achieve educational goals certainly leads to instruments that are responsible for the implementation. The teacher is the instrument, which is required to bring out all the potential possessed, both knowledge and review of self-aspects as a reflection that should be imitated. Thus, it is absolutely necessary to have a complete personality professionalism and role model points that are certainly inherent in every teacher. Teachers are required to maintain stability in speaking and acting as a reaction to the practice of integrity values that do not know place, time and situation. The personality in question does not create a chasm to limit oneself in interacting with others, but how the whole existence can be a role model. School is a place of interaction in the daily life of a teacher, here the teacher does what is his responsibility and obligation in fostering students (towards the desired goal). The implementation pattern certainly requires good performance starting from personality, discipline and how a teacher can be relied on and become a role model for students. The moral integrity of students is the expectation of a teacher, of course. In relation to this review, a teacher, especially a PAK teacher, is required and of course has a very strategic and core role in the implementation of the process of forming moral integrity as a role model for students.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Peran guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam memotivasi Peserta Didik agar memiliki semangat belajar di SMA Negeri 2 Mandor. Penelitian ini dapat tersusun dengan baik karena peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data penelitian yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dukumen dilapangan tentang realita yang terjadi di kalangan para peserta didik dan guru.
