Improving the quality of education for an educational institution is currently a top priority. This is the most important part in building sustainable education, therefore educators/educational staff must have a management principle in carrying out the level of change or development towards quality education. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view and conduct discussions with previous theories. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that the factors that affect the improvement of the quality of education quality are influenced by internal and external factors and in terms of resources. It can be concluded that the factors that influence the quality of education in educational institutions are an integral part that cannot be separated. These factors support the improvement of higher quality education and become indicators or standards of education and teaching. For educational institutions, it is necessary to develop teaching materials, develop learning strategies and methods, develop learning media, assessment, evaluation and assessment systems as well as educational curricula to improve the quality of teaching quality. It is also necessary for educational institutions to conduct monitoring and evaluation in as well as a more modern development program.

HIMS as a series of activities that cover all hospital health services at all administrative levels that can provide information to managers for the management process. In carrying out the hospital management information system process, the HOT FIT method is needed. The HOT FIT method is a complete solution that is most suitable for current difficulties or limitations. The purpose of this literature review is to find out how to analyze the application of a hospital management information system using the HOT FIT method. The literature used in this study is to determine the articles that match the inclusion criteria. The data base used is Google Scholar. The year of publication of literature sources taken is the last 5 years between 2018 and 2023, literature sources use English or Indonesian. The results of 5 articles obtained that the analysis of the application of hospital management information systems using the HOT FIT method is by implementing Human (System use, user satisfaction), Organization (Structure, environment), Technology (system quality, information quality, service quality). It can be concluded that the quality of a management information can be assessed from the level of accuracy and level of relevance of the information data. With the HOT FIT method, information can be more relevant and accurate and this information has benefits for its users. It is also Vnecessary for the hospital to improve the quality of the information management system by paying attention to the stages and models used.

Strategic management has a very important role and needs to be implemented in improving the accreditation status of the hospital. The strategy that has been made must be implemented properly in order to ensure development and sustainability. This strategy must be applicable to all hospital parties in order to improve service quality and accreditation status. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study are the function of strategic management in improving accreditation status by carrying out procedures so that it can assist hospitals in making better plans with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. It can be concluded that in improving the quality of health, strategic management is also needed to improve services. With accreditation strategic management, the hospital becomes the object of focus or a process of assessing and determining the eligibility of the hospital according to service standards set by an independent accreditation agency. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For hospitals strategic management is very important and needs to be done optimally to support the improvement of accreditation status. So agencies improve infrastructure facilities, adequate human resources and supporting facilities.

Facing the JKN era is not easy, especially for private hospitals. Private hospitals need strategy, understanding, understanding and mutual agreement throughout the internal hospital, both doctors, nursing staff, general staff and management. The strategy for promoting health services in hospitals and other health facilities is not much different from the marketing strategy in general. It aims to promote and introduce the Hospital and the services provided. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view how the strategy is carried out by private hospitals in this JKN era. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. It then learns more about a subject in theory or research and helps readers understand it better and with implications. The results of this theoretical study are private hospital services by implementing strategies and principles for implementing the National Health Insurance Program (JKN) such as mutual cooperation, non-profit, openness, portability, membership, trust funds, and management. It can be concluded that the strategy for promoting health services in private hospitals is to implement them in accordance with established standards and laws. The health service quality strategy is also the main key to service promotion to increase patient satisfaction in receiving care. It is expected that hospital institutions will continue to provide excellent and comprehensive health services and meet the basic health needs of patients.

Human rights protect individuals, groups, or property. The nation or state officials as part of the country have an international obligation to protect the community and their property, where international human rights standards are established and developed in various international forums. This study aims to provide a critical review of the Convention related to Human Rights which guarantees the right of everyone to be treated equally before the law regardless of race, color, origin, and ethnicity, which also forms the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination to supervise its implementation. This qualitative research used a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly in accordance with the description when conducting research. The results of this study showed that the principles of human rights guide law enforcement in prosecuting criminals. These principles emphasize the importance of supervision (including clarity in the chain of command) of law enforcement agencies. These principles also explain in detail the guarantee of the right to life fulfillment.

Learning media can be defined as an important element in a learning process. One example of learning media is teaching materials in the form of Emodules which in Emodules in this study use momentum and impulse material. One of the materials studied in physics is momentum and impulse. Momentum is a vector quantity so it has both magnitude and direction. Impulse itself is a force event that acts on an object in a short period. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D) in the Tessmer development model which is also contained in the appendix. The stages are divided into two, including self-evaluation which is a determinant of the design features or specifications of the module. Prototyping where there are teaching modules will later be validated, evaluated, and revised. From the results of the module validation carried out by the examiners as experts, a review was carried out and a score was given to the module, namely, 91.2% consisting of image actualization of 75 points, in the aspect of modernity of the library, a score of 100 was obtained.

One of the goals of learning Indonesian is that students can write. Writing is an activity of expressing ideas that are in the mind which are obtained through reading, speaking, and listening activities which are described in a word to become a sentence. One of the abilities that students must have in learning Indonesian is writing review texts. The review text is one of the texts that is learned in class XI at the senior high school level. Writing review texts has not obtained optimal results following the minimum school completeness criteria. So we need a learning model that can facilitate students, namely the cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) learning model. The purpose of this study was to obtain results of improving the ability to write review texts through the cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) learning model. SMAN 1 Saradan became the research location. As many as 28 students in class XI MIPA 3 in the 2022/2023 school year were the subjects of the study. Classroom Action Research (PTK) is a research design that goes through four research steps namely planning (plan), action (action), observation (observation), and reflection through two cycles. Tests and observations become instruments in research. Data analysis was carried out through a qualitative approach by calculating the class average value using the percentage of classical completeness. Students who get a KKM score of ≥75 are declared complete. The results of the study were that the ability to write review texts without going through cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) at SMAN 1 Saradan was 82.2, meaning that there were 23 whose grades did not exceed the KKM. While the results of the study were able to write review texts through cooperative reading and composition (CIRC) in cycle I 67.9% or 19 students in the less category. Whereas after being given cycle II it showed a result of 3.6% or 1 student in the less category. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that students' ability to write review texts through cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) can be increased.  

This research aims to analyze design thinking integrated with technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) in ducation. This research is a type of systematic literature review (SLR) research with the PRISMA method. The data sources in the study came from 10 national and international journals published between 2018- 2023 and indexed by SINTA, Scopus, and WOS. The search for data sources comes from Google Scholar, MPDI, ScienceDirect, Wiley, and Eric. The analysis shows that 1) TPACK-integrated design thinking has a positive impact on the learning process, and 2) design thinking integrated with TPACK in education has a variety of forms both in theory and practice. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the concept of design thinking integrated with TPACK is very necessary to be developed in the education system in Indonesia. Design thinking integrated with TPACK is able to encourage students' critical thinking skills and creativity in learning.

In the context of the modern church, the leadership role of Christian women has become an increasingly important and complex issue. Despite increasing awareness of the importance of gender equality, there are still challenges and obstacles that hinder the advancement of Christian women in ecclesiastical leadership roles. This article aims to explore the influences and challenges faced by Christian women in ecclesiastical leadership and find solutions to promote their role in the modern church. Therefore, in this study the authors used a qualitative approach by applying a literature review and reflective analysis. A literature review was conducted to gather relevant literature on Christian women's leadership in the modern church, including scholarly articles, books, ecclesiastical journals, and theological sources. Reflective analysis was then carried out to deeply understand the influence that Christian women have on ecclesiastical leadership as well as to identify the challenges they face in the context of the modern church. Based on the literature review and reflective analysis conducted, this article reveals that Christian women have a significant influence in ecclesiastical leadership, including in ecclesiastical decision-making, public service, teaching, and spiritual guidance. However, they also face challenges such as restricted traditional roles, different interpretations of the Bible, gender stereotypes, lack of necessary support and training, and cultural conservatism. Therefore, this article concludes the need to recognize and promote the role of Christian women in ecclesiastical leadership by creating an inclusive environment, providing adequate training, overcoming cultural barriers, and promoting gender equality in the modern church.

This study aims to find out what challenges parents face in online learning and to what extent parents are ready for online learning to take place. The research method used is a systematic literature review (SLR). The results of the study show that the challenges faced by parents in online learning include time constraints, learning atmosphere, digital literacy, facilities and infrastructure, gender, children's social development, children's health, and parents' social status. The results of the study also show that parents are not ready for online learning to be implemented. Future research needs to look at parents' views on children's cognitive development in online learning and develop appropriate learning platforms so that teacher-student-parent communication can be well established in online learning

This study aims to describe the oral communication language model used by students who frequently play online games. Analyze student communication behavior while playing online games by examining it based on the values of Islamic Religious Education. This study uses a qualitative research approach with the type of field research, namely research that aims to understand the phenomena experienced by the research subjects thoroughly through descriptions in the form of words in natural conditions. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Depapre, Jayapura Regency with a focus on knowing student communication behavior, use of study time, learning motivation, and the ability to control emotions while playing online games reviewed from the values of Islamic Religious Education. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with researchers. Data analysis techniques used an interactive analysis model. Based on the results of the study, students of SMP N.1 Depapre are very fond of playing online games so that they spend more time playing than studying and socializing. This has an impact on their behavior, such as using harsh language, not respecting time, low learning motivation, and difficulty controlling emotions, which are not in accordance with the values of Islamic Religious Education. Solutions to overcome negative behavior due to online games require cooperation between parents, schools, and the community. Parents limit playing time, schools provide supervision and education, and communities provide positive activities so that children do not become too dependent on online games.

In the current era of modernization, many things have begun to use technological developments, including the delivery and dissemination of information. This development is marked by changes in methods in various fields, leaving manual methods and replacing them with the use of modern technology. With the rapid advancement of information technology, it makes it easier for business people to develop creativity and market a product, including the digital invitation business. This type of digital invitation is gaining popularity not only because it is considered easier to distribute, low production costs, and a variety of designs. Digital invitations are visually more attractive because media such as photos, text, animation and audio can be added. This study aims to analyze several articles related to public interest in digital invitation business opportunities. The design used is literature review, articles are collected using search engines such as neti.com, google scholar, and Sciencedirect. With the criteria for articles published in 2019-2021. Based on the articles collected, the results of the analysis show that digital invitations have considerable business potential for business people and make it easier for users to convey information.

The article titled "The Influence of Islamic Business Ethics in Enhancing UMKM" by Manna et al. elaborates on how Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are one of the solutions to address economic challenges in society. However, UMKM entrepreneurs often encounter various challenges in running their businesses, which has led to the emergence of the Islamic economic system as a solution to these problems. In applying Islamic business ethics, there are several rules that must be followed. This research uses a qualitative research method and a literature review approach by searching for several relevant journals and articles about the application of Islamic business ethics in enhancing UMKM. The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics needs to be implemented to increase awareness in business practices. The application of Islamic business ethics also has a positive impact on enhancing UMKM.

This study aims to determine the role of information technology in public sector accounting in preventing fraud that occurs in public sector organizations. The research conducted was a literature review research based on articles appropriate to the research topic for further analysis. The result of this research is that there are fraud prevention methods which include technical strategies and preventive strategies. The technical strategy includes efforts to prevent fraud through the use of privacy officer services, IoT access, managing data access, establishing timely reporting, and controlling data in real time. The preventive strategy is in the form of developing a fraud detection system that is run using machine algorithms, data mining, and meta learning methods.

Poverty is one of the major issues currently being faced by the Indonesian nation. The problem of poverty will never end if traced from the root of the problem. Poverty is not only an interesting issue to be discussed at the national level, but at the regional level itself, the poverty of this community seems to spread throughout the country, for example in Tanjungpinang City, where the poverty rate is high, even though Tanjungpinang City is the provincial capital. Various efforts and efforts have been made by related parties to reduce the poverty rate, but what is happening in the field is that the poverty rate is actually increasing. Starting from BLT assistance, PKH to BPNT, the local government has launched it in collaboration with related agencies, namely the Social Service. In this study, the researchers wanted to examine one of the aids, namely Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), which is routinely carried out from 2018-present. Researchers want to know more about how this assistance is implemented, starting from the weaknesses to the advantages that arise from this assistance and what the consequences are for the poverty rate. Talking about the poverty rate cannot be separated from sustainable development or often referred to as the SDGs, where the first point of the SDGs is No Poverty (Without Poverty) whose target must be achieved by 2030. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, with 7 (seven) informants. In this study the techniques used were interviews and documentation. The theory used in this study uses the theory of Van Metter and Van Horn. The results of the study found that the implementation of the poverty alleviation policy through BPNT was quite good, but it is undeniable that there are still deficiencies that must be addressed, especially in determining the beneficiaries who receive this assistance, which often occurs miscommunication or mis-data between events that actually occur in the field. data received by related parties. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of research methodology learning with students' understanding in thesis writing. Research methodology plays an important role in equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to design, conduct and analyze research effectively. However, challenges in understanding the concepts of research methodology can affect students' ability to write quality thesis. Therefore, this study identified the challenges faced by students in learning research methodology and presented solutions that could be applied to increase learning effectiveness. The research method used was literature study and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a literature review which included research articles, textbooks and other related sources of information. Data analysis was carried out by identifying common challenges in learning research methodology and recommendations that can be implemented to overcome these challenges. The results of the study indicate that a good understanding of research methodology has a positive impact on student thesis writing. Students who have a good understanding of research methodology tend to plan their research well, collect valid data, carry out appropriate data analysis, use relevant reference sources, and construct strong arguments in their thesis. However, there are challenges such as material complexity, limited resources, lack of practical experience, time constraints, and low motivation that need to be overcome. Recommendations to improve research methodology learning include developing a good curriculum, training lecturers, providing adequate resources and facilities, use of technology in learning, intensive individual guidance, and further research on the effectiveness of research methodology learning. By implementing these recommendations, students are expected to gain a better understanding of research methodology and apply it well in their thesis writing. This increased understanding will have an impact on the quality of thesis writing, a more significant contribution in the field of study, and better preparation for future academic or professional careers.

This article aims to discuss the application of educational supervision to achieve school accreditation. The research method used in this article is literature study or literature review, where data is obtained by reviewing literature sources. The literature study conducted included the application of educational supervision to achieve school accreditation. The results of this literature study indicate that educational supervision in schools must continue to improve so that school accreditation is even better. We recommend that educational supervision should be carried out properly so as to increase the achievement of school accreditation.

Effective COVID-19 patient referral system is crucial to ensure that patients in need of care can receive timely and appropriate treatment. The Regional Health Department of North Sulawesi Province plays a crucial role in the COVID-19 patient referral system in the region. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of the Regional Health Department of North Sulawesi Province in the COVID-19 patient referral system. This study was conducted using literature review. The results of the study showed that the Regional Health Department of North Sulawesi Province plays a very important role in coordinating between units within the department, overseeing the implementation of programs and policies, and ensuring the availability of sufficient facilities and medical personnel in the COVID-19 patient referral system. This role has ensured that the COVID-19 patient referral system in North Sulawesi Province runs well and effectively. However, further research can be conducted to deepen the understanding of the COVID-19 patient referral system in the region. Further research can be conducted to compare the COVID-19 patient referral system in other regions in Indonesia, so that a more comprehensive understanding of the role of regional health departments in handling the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia can be obtained.

Indonesia, Indonesia is a nation of law that uses a rule of law country (rechtstaat) concept. The concept of rule of law Indonesia set forth in its Constitution, the 1945 Constitution, Article 1 paragraph (3). There is an important element of democracy stated on the Constitution, namely the protection of human rights, that every citizen has the right to enjoy it. One of the rights protected in the Constitution is right to access a good and healthy living environment. For this, the environment needs to be preserved and function through administrative law enforcement. The study uses normative juridical approach with descriptive-analytics, which describes the norms and associated with theories, and opinions of legal experts. The development of a democratic nations of law can be seen from the aspect of law enforcement in particular with environmental administration. In Indonesia, it can be reviewed through the theory of organic states and the theory of pluralist states. Based on the theory of an organic state and looking at the aspects of environmental administration law enforcement in Indonesia, the state has regulated the enforcement of environmental administrative sanctions whereby the state can regulate every activity and/or business in the environmental issues.
