Hospital medical record is an important component in the implementation of hospital management activities, hospital medical records must be able to provide complete information about the medical and health services process at the hospital,both in the past, present and future estimates of what will happen. The purpose of the medical record is to support the achievement of orderly administration in order to improve health services. Without the support of a good medical record management system, then the orderly administration will not succeed. Medical records arevery supportive not only to organize important instrument processes in handling medical legal problems that may occur in hospitals less successfully in aneffort to improve the quality of service as expected.The most important thing in the medical record is the numbering of medical record documents. One type of medical record numbering used is the Numbering System Unit (UNS) is a numbering system where the system provides one number to outpatients, inpatient and emergency department. Each visiting patient receives one number when the patient first arrives to the hospital and is used forever on subsequent visits. The patient's medical record number is unlikely to be used for the number of another patient, since the numbering is already organized and will be continuous with the filling of the medical record document and in the process of handling the patient. Based on research conducted in Main Clinic of Inpatient PKU Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo in giving medical record number Unit Numbering System (UNS) have been run well and effective start from place of registration of patient, filling of medical record by doctor, giving medicine to patient, with ease in searching, storing, and maintaining patient's medical record but still experiencing the problem of duplicate nu mbering at the time of patient registration where the patient got double number, although not nearly every day found the existence of double patient medical record number. 

In operating a computer, of course, often experience problems with the Windows operating system, such as a slow computer when reading data, missing icons on the desktop, application system crashes or files that can not be run, or error messages appear that are not understood, problems that arise this is not uncommon fatal so that it interferes with the work or activity that is being done. In running its business, Semarang Mini Iron Shop still conducts conventional buying and selling transactions using a sales memorandum. This allows duplicate data to occur due to repeated customer and supplier data writing. Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly along with the discovery and development of knowledge in the field of information and communication so as to create tools that support the development of information technology, ranging from communication systems that are unidirectional and two-way (interactive). Every machine that is able to receive data, process data, store data, and produce output in the form of text, symbols, numbers and sounds can be categorized as a computer. CV. Java Mini Semarang is well aware of the importance of information technology for the smooth running of its business. Fast and accurate information is needed by the company in making decisions in the field of product promotion offered. Promotional media using brochures at this time are still experiencing problems, because of the limited delivery of information in terms of information about the latest products and product prices offered by the company, so it requires a lot of time and is less efficient. To overcome the problems in the CV. Java Mini Semarang needs new promotional media which is faster and more accurate in conveying information, this new promotional media is expected to complement the old promotional media that still uses brochures. Promotional media using brochures are still considered to be lacking because the scope is less extensive. STIKES Karya Husada Semarang, located on Jl. Intan Raya No.1, STIKES Karya Husada Semarang in processing data values ​​using Microsoft Excel so that the data storage has not been integrated because it is still individually not stored in one database and can only be accessed by 1 user. Fast and accurate information is really needed by STIKES in delivering information. To overcome the problems at STIKES Karya Husada Semarang, information systems need to be fast and accurate in conveying information. One information system that can provide information quickly is to use a multiuser system. To design this multiuser system using the main software Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0, and Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 to manage the database. Therefore the final project entitled "Multiuser Based Value Data Processing Information System at STIKES Karya Husada Semarang" is an effective information system for delivering information at STIKES.

The development of science and technology in various fields in the era of globalization is felt to be very advanced. So that information is something that is needed in a fast, precise and accurate. Many conveniences are promised in a variety of information technologies. There is one fact that cannot be denied that this information has become an expensive commodity, if a company or agency cannot uphold the information that it needs most, then the procurement of information itself will obviously drain resources and funds. In doing business, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota already has and uses an adequate accounting, deposit and credit information system. One of the strategies applied by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota in collecting funds is the Ball Pick Up System, which is by visiting individual and institutional customers. While the institutions that have been served by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota are schools, one of which is SMA Negeri 3 Demak. The service is in the form of an education fee payment. In serving the payment of school education costs in SMA 3 Demak, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota still uses the conventional way, that is by receiving deposits from students, the data is recorded in the admission book and after adding up with a calculator, the result is that service is very slow. To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build a system that can accelerate the process of receiving tuition fee payments and can produce a more detailed report on school fees both those who have paid and those who have not yet paid. One such system is utilizing VPN (Virtual Private Notwork) technology. Based on the description of the problem above, it becomes an impetus for the writer to be able to solve this system as well as possible and is very background for the writing of the Thesis which is planned to be realized using the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program language

Mranggen Demak State High School Library is a work unit formed with the decision of an authorized official to serve the needs of school residents to the books in Mranggen Demak State High School. In this school library the library management is still conventional by taking notes in the big books. Services to library members are ineffective and unsatisfactory because it takes a long time to find the books they will borrow on every bookshelf available and look at notes in the big books. The slow preparation of the report so that the development of the library is less attention. Seeing these conditions the author tries to provide alternatives by making applications that can facilitate data processing and improve the efficiency of time and cost that has been in the school library. At this writing, the application made is a multiuser-based barcode technology application with a life cycle system development method. The system is designed using Microsoft Visul Basic 6.0 with a SQL Server 2000 database so that the implementation is in the form of a ready-to-use application system that is implemented in a library room. Application management of multiuser-based barcode technology is expected to be able to solve the problems that exist in the SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen Demak Library because in this system the data is processed centrally in one database so that data is not only recorded in the big books that have been happening.

Vermindo Utama Semarang has dozens of Salesmen and a leader. PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang carries out the process of buying and selling wholesale with various customers, the majority of whom are Pharmacies and supermarkets. In running its business, PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang still sells conventionally by using salesmen. And the marketing area still covers Central Java and East Java. Based on the problems above, the writer wants to propose a web-based booking system design to be considered in helping in the promotion of goods from PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang. Application Order System PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang by using PHP and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

This research analyzes the effect of perception on customer orientationand perception on company reputation on perception of strategic serviceorientation and its impact on customer satisfaction. The research problem isbased on 2 (two) issues: first is research gap based on previous researchbackground for example, referring to the borders and direction of researchwill come on and inconsistent with previous findings such as in Homburg etal., ( 2002); Chenet et al., (2000); Pelham, (1997); Doney and Cannon(1997). And the second comes from the research problems, which is found inthe data that gives an overview of the condition of PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor deals with the targets and sales realization of "Honda"brand products in Semarang region, where in 2005 PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor can not meet the targeted marketing of 869 units and canonly be realized 725 or 83% only.A model has been developed and five hypotheses have been formulatedto address this research problem. Sampling technique is purposive method(purposive sampling). Respondents from this study amounted to 120respondents, where respondents are customers of PT. Mandalatama ArmadaMotor. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)in AMOS 4.01 program. The results of this research data analysis show themodel and research results can be received well. And furthermore the resultsof this study prove the influence of perceptions on customer orientation toperceptions of strategic service orientation is a significant positip.Perceptions of a company's reputation have a positive effect on perceptions ofstrategic service orientation. Perceptions of customer orientation have apositive effect on customer satisfaction. And the influence of perceptions onthe company's reputation on customer satisfaction is a significant positively.As well as perceptions of the orientation of strategic services positively affectcustomer satisfaction

ABSTRACT Quality of natural ventilation in low rise public housing in Jakarta tends to be low. Situation mentioned above presumably caused by several case, among other form and unadequate opening placement, unadequate furniture placement, form and orientation of public housing mass and minimum building protection from sun radiation. Whereas natural ventilation have an importent role in increasing indoor air quality, increasing occupant healthy and help increasing electricity consumption eficiency. The objective of this research is attempt solving natural ventilation problems in low rise public housing architecturally through designs that could used for occupant activity precisely and presenting good natural ventilation simultaneously so it can support occupant activity in public housing as efficiently, comfortable, healthy and secure. Research begins with conduct an observation towards existing public housing in Jakarta through interview, documentation of existing public housing condition and studying public housing designs through working documents and related standards. Collecting climate data especially wind velocity conducted to get illustration of condition that take place in definite period. Those data then analyzed to produce a model formula of public housing building that tested later with computer. The result of research show that the problems of natural ventilation in low rise public housing can be solved by accurately building design that can adapt with surrounding nature. Quite significant positive change occurs after modification does to the existing unit. Hopefully government through certain official can produce public housing design which more optimal, especially in natural ventilation. People also could knowing the caused of natural ventilation problems inside the room also could solving it by simply, efficiently and accurately through the result of this research. Utilization of a mobile device with the Android operating system that is used as a supporting medium and supplement in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration and discovery learning or demon-disco learning methods is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in vocational competence subjects in hydroponic crop cultivation in vocational high schools Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning media is to explain the material about understanding, introduction of parts, types, and quiz containing questions about hydroponic plant cultivation. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 stages research that is the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media in the form of Android-based applications. The validity value of media experts is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the subject of vocational competence in hydroponic cultivation in Christian Terang Bangsa Vocational Schools which initially 67 (with 13 students who had not yet reached KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not yet reached KKM).

A musical instrument is a device created to produce sound. The price of musical instruments themselves varies depending on the type of instrument and the quality of the material used to make the instrument. At NU 07 Brangsong Middle School, there were no instruments except tambourines. That is because there is no funds to buy a musical instrument. The school allocates more funds to buildings or school buildings and scholarship assistance for underprivileged children and intelligent children. Thus students at the school cannot practice or hone their skills in music. From these problems can actually be solved by an arduino-based Piano, Harp, Marching Bell Digital instrument using laser light and LDR. Because this tool can be made at a low cost and can function more than one musical instrument. The working system of this tool is that there are several lasers that will emit light directly on the LDR sensor (in pairs). And when a pair of laser beams and LDR number one are blocked by an object or hand it will emit a piano sound with a "DO" motif. Furthermore, when a pair of laser beams and LDR number two are blocked, it will emit piano sound with the "RE" orientation and so on. This tool is also equipped with buttons that function as a selector of the type of sound that will be generated and the desired octave.

This research generally aims to design a system that can overcome the problem at Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Hotel Semarang. In addition to the process of using bathroom equipment, a gas controller is needed in the bathroom, especially the ammonia and other gas levels in the bathroom . The bathroom control system at the Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Hotel in Semarang is currently considered ineffective, in the use of the bathroom equipment to hotel guests and hotel staff.The research method that I use is a Research and Development (R&D) research method that goes through stages of preliminary studies, planning, product development, testing, product design, product revision, and product testing. This system is made with the Arduino programming language. Based on the analysis, the ammonia gas detector in the Arduino-based bathroom can overcome the existing problems and help the hotel in controlling the bathroom, both to guests and hotel staff effectively and efficiently, as well as making it easier to manage bathroom rooms in the Hotel Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Semarang.

Multimedia-based learning media is a method of learning that can interact with its users besides having animated explanations of material. The problem at SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus about learning mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD is the difficulty of understanding the tools in the AutoCAD application, it becomes unattractive and difficult to understand the material in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive learning media for machine engineering drawings using AutoCAD semesters I and II as media to assist student learning processes, providing alternative learning media to help teachers choose the right learning model for students. This type of research method uses the R&D method, the methods used include descriptive, evaluative and experimental methods. Descriptive method is used to collect data about existing conditions, evaluative methods are used to evaluate the trial process of developing a product and the experimental method is used to test the efficacy of the product produced. The results of this study are application programs, applications that have been designed can be used as an alternative to solving problems in SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus. By using electronic media in learning media, the benefits of creating alternative solutions from existing problems, namely in the form of Machine Engineering Image Learning Application, are able to provide complete video tutorials according to the basic competencies that the authors take from the source of mechanical engineering drawing books.

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

The Community Harmony Activities entitled "Hydroponic Solutions in Narrow Lands" were held at the Ngubo Ammuktiwa Farmer Group of Kestalan Sub-District of Banjarsari Surakarta with the aim of increasing the understanding of how to solve the problems that occur in densely populated urban areas where the land is very narrow. Such conditions need to be a third-party assistance to provide a little touch of technology with the hope that the narrow land is able to provide power and maximum utilization that is with the cultivation of plants hydroponically. While the specific target to be achieved is if Activities Devotion To community is implemented then it is expected that the community will have skills in the field of hydroponics, especially vegetable hydroponics. To achieve these targets, the method of implementation is by lecturing and discussion followed by direct practice which is always monitored and evaluated periodically for 8 months. The purpose of this article is to describe Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Disclosure using postmodern perspectives, Lyotard’s and Jean Baudrillard’s thinking. From Lyotard’s thinking, CSR disclosure can be viewed as grand narration used to camouflage real social and environmental problems.CSR disclosure guideliness arranged by Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is a form of universalims that strongly opposed by postmodernism. CSR disclosure practices that accommodate Indonesian cultures and values will be able to break grand narration in CSR disclosure. From Baudrillard perspective, CSR disclosure can be viewed as simulacrum. The simulacrum is shown by (a) the disconnect between reality and its representations, especially the lack of tranparancy in negative business impact disclosures; (b) The control and manipulation of information, and (c) the proliferation of misleading images. Penderitaan adalah bagian dari hidup manusia. Manusia berusaha memahami  mengapa  ada penderitaan  dan  bagaimana harus menyikapinya. Kebijaksanaan Israel kuno berusaha memahami misteri penderitaan itu, salah satunya adalah Kitab Ayub. Melalui studi pustaka, artikel ini menyelidiki jawaban Kitab Ayub terhadap persoalan penderitaan manusia dan bagaimana manusia menjalani hidupnya (moralitas) tatkala penderitaan menimpanya.

After doing research in KB and TK Anak Pintar, it can be seen that there are obstacles that are owned by TK B teaching teachers in delivering the material. The obstacle faced is where children are easily bored with conventional learning methods used by teachers plus there is no learning media at the school. To anticipate these obstacles, learning media are needed that can increase children's interest in learning and can eliminate the boredom of conventional learning. The purpose of this study is to find out how and the benefits of Macromedia Director MX 2004 in the world of education. The method used in the Research and Development (research and development) method, starts from (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) learning media design, (4) learning media validation, (5) revision of learning media, ( 6) trial of learning media, and (7) application. The results showed that the developed media had fulfilled the requirements and fulfilled the requirements to be used, this was seen from the results of the validation carried out by media experts namely 90% and material experts 92.5% and Kindergarten B teachers 92.5%. By displaying 6 learning materials that are accompanied by 5 questions in each material, it is also equipped with instructions for use, profiles of teachers and KB staff and Kindergarten Smart Children and also vision and mission.

Sector The development of information and communication technology is very fast resulting in changes in various aspects. 3D technology is now widely used in various ways, for example in making films, games, educational media and also promotional media. This type of 3D media promotion is very necessary to promote tourist attractions of historic buildings such as Lawang Sewu in Semarang which has beautiful architectural buildings. In addition to offline promotions using 2D media, 3D media are also considered quite effective if used as promotional media to eliminate the mystical and horror impressions of the people at Lawang Sewu. The solution offered in this study is the use of 3D Virtual Reality as a promotional tool that displays a virtual feel, where 3D promotions will be more interesting and look more real so that people will get a pleasant impression in visiting these tourist attractions. This research uses Research product development methods and Development (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce promotional aids by utilizing 3D VR technology. The validity value of media experts is 3.4 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.2 which is declared feasible, and increases the audience's understanding and interest as a user from 33% up to 67%.
