Pain and anxiety are common complaints experienced by patients after spinal anesthesia. One non-pharmacological method that can be used to reduce pain and anxiety is lavender aromatherapy. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of lavender aromatherapy in reducing pain and anxiety levels in patients undergoing spinal anesthesia. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test approach in a single group without a control group. A total of 50 patients undergoing spinal anesthesia received lavender aromatherapy through a diffuser for 15-30 minutes before and after the anesthesia procedure. Pain levels were measured using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), and anxiety levels were assessed using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). The results showed a significant reduction in patients' pain and anxiety levels after the administration of lavender aromatherapy (p < 0.05). Therefore, lavender aromatherapy is proven to be effective as a non-pharmacological method to help reduce pain and anxiety in patients undergoing spinal anesthesia.

Symptoms of stemi can cause patients to feel more anxious, this anxiety can be overcome pharmacologically and nonpharmacologically. However, pharmacological therapy can cause various side effects. Therefore, nonpharmacological therapies can be recommended including progressive relaxation techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of progressive muscle relaxation therapy to anxiety using the HARS scale in stemi patients in the CVCU Room of Prof. Aloei Saboe Hospital. Pre-experimental research method with one group pre post test design, a sample of 4 people who met the sample criteria, the instrument used HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) and the data analysis used was univariate analysis. The study findings are that progressive relaxation techniques carried out by researchers for 3 days can reduce the HARS score of the first patient from a score of 11 to 4, the second patient from a score of 12 to 6, the third patient from a score of 13 to 7 and the fourth patient from a score of 12 to 6, so that progressive muscle relaxation therapy can be applied in reducing anxiety of stemi patients in the CVCU Room of Prof. Aloei Saboe Hospital. One of the business sectors that is now starting to be controlled by many Indonesians is micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The main factor in boosting Indonesia's economy is estimated to be the micro, small and medium enterprises sector. However, many MSMEs still struggle to use their accounting skills in their daily business activities. This happens because of a lack of understanding and knowledge about accounting, especially in terms of preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, especially SAK EMKM, and business actors still think that the preparation of financial statements is not needed to run their business.. In order for MSME owners to prepare financial statements at the end of each recording period, support is provided to MSMEs in the form of assistance to prepare financial statements based on SAK EMKM. This activity not only helps in making financial statements but also provides knowledge about the importance of accounting, especially those related to making financial statements for business activities. The results of this activity show that MSME owners are interested in trying to apply accounting science in their business activities.

The advantage of this application is that it makes recording easy, economical, easy to increase capacity, quality and reporting expertise. Application-based financing so that MSME players can use the BukuKas application independently. This mission was carried out in Kedungdalem Village MSMEs by presenting around 20 people from various types of MSMEs such as flower sales, chips and snacks businesses. The obstacles that are often faced by MSMEs are that there is no record of bookkeeping and financial transactions and some are still recording manually as well. In addition, there are still difficulties in determining profits and inventory levels. Therefore, providing training on how to use the BukuKas application can help them record financial transactions and market their products.
