Nowadays, technology is becoming more advanced and modern. This training includes an introduction to the basic concepts of VR, the hardware and software used, and effective VR content creation techniques. The training method is an offline class. During the training, participants will be taught effective VR content creation techniques, such as 3D modeling, animation, lighting, and sound adjustment. Participants will also be taught about the layout of VR content and the use of effective user interaction. After completing the training, participants are expected to be able to create quality and effective VR content, as well as understand how to customize VR content to the goals and target users. With the increasing interest and demand for VR content, VR creation training is becoming increasingly important to help improve the skills and abilities of individuals in the VR industry.

This study wants to explain in detail the influence of motivation, compensation and service on employee productivity. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods. Processing data using a purposive sampling technique. As for the research sample, namely employees who work at PT Inalum. The results of the study show that by providing great motivation to employees, employee performance is considered to be more productive. Compensation is also essential in increasing employees' morale at PT Inalum. By providing payment to employees, employees will be more diligent in carrying out their respective duties, likewise with training which has a vital role in honing every employee's abilities at PT Inalum. It can be concluded that motivation, compensation and training greatly influence employee work productivity.

in this article the factors that influence the effectiveness of the Accounting Information System, namely Information Technology Utilization, Knowledge of Accounting Employees and Training as Control Variables, a literature study of Accounting information systems. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are:  1) Information Technology Utilization affects the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems; 2) Knowledge of Accounting Section Employees affects the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems; and 3) Training as a Control Variable affects the Effectiveness of the Accounting Information System.

However, in this globalization era, people usually make CVs as attractive as possible to attract users to continue to the next stage. Therefore, many people use platforms, applications or websites that can make an attractive CV, one of which is the Canva application. Canva is a graphic design application used to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents and other visual content. This application provides a variety of design examples to use. Canva consists of two types of services, namely free and paid. For paid services, Canva provides Canva Pro and Canva for Enterprise. In addition, users can also pay for products physically to be printed and shipped. Muhammadiyah 3 South Tangerang Vocational School, which was established on July 1 2009, has two Department Programs, namely Business Management with Accounting Skills Competency and Informatics Technology with Computer Network Engineering Skills Competency. Because of this, we hope that this training on making CVs can help friends at school to make CVs and later can be used to apply for jobs when friends have graduated from the Vocational School.

Accountability in village governance is crucial to ensure responsible government oversight of village financial management and prevent misappropriation. Cupak Village, renowned as a religious tourism destination in Gunung Pucangan, possesses potential in the craft of weaving mats using pandan leaves. However, the village community lacks the capacity to fully utilize this potential as an additional source of income. To address various issues faced by the community, particularly in establishing accountability in event fund management for a cultural parade called "Kirab Budaya," a community engagement activity called the "Matching Fund Kedaireka 2022" was conducted in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency. The implementation aimed to generate significant outcomes in the planning of the cultural parade event, enhance the sustainability of community welfare, and boost the economic potential of Cupak Village. The arts and cultural program employed various approaches, including socialization, training, and mentoring. The training program was designed to provide the community with understanding and skills related to financial matters and accountability in fund management.

Credit and internet quota have now become the main needs of the community for smartphone users to communicate. As a form of community service, East Java "Veteran" UPN students participated in inviting and educating the UMKM Daivik Cell through utilizing the tiktok platform and joining to become partners of the bangbeli application with the aim of increasing income. The method used uses four stages, namely interviews, socialization, conducting training on the use of social media and the Bangbeli application, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results obtained by Daivik Cell MSME players are that they know the importance of using tiktok and bangbeli applications which can increase income. In addition, the results of students being able to share existing knowledge by implementing it to UMKM Daivik Cell in developing their abilities in the field of business and marketing.

Videography training is one of the steps to increase knowledge about videography because it cannot be denied, the need for videography is currently increasing in society. This videography training was held at Wonosalam State Vocational School with an audience of grade 10 students. The purpose of this videography training is as a forum for developing hard skills, giving students opportunities to be more creative, innovative, and expressive in making videography, and is expected to be able to develop skills in branding major. The method used in this activity was training by providing material on video shooting and video editing techniques as well as holding a videography competition for Wonosalam State Vocational High School students with the theme "Beautiful Wonosalam". The impact obtained is an increase in the knowledge of Wonosalam State Vocational School students regarding videography, and videography competitions are expected to be used as a way to explore the existing tourism potential in Wonosalam Village so that it is better known to the wider community.

The development and progress of tourist attractions, in this case a tourist village, are largely determined by the readiness of their human resources, especially tour guides, especially from a technical point of view. Guides, from a technical and communication point of view, are increasingly able to captivate visitors, making them feel at home more and more. In addition, tourism product marketing that has not been maximized, especially the promotion of tourism products through digital media, has slightly hampered the introduction of tourism village products where the role of digital marketing is so important, especially those based on the web and social media. Recognizing such a mindset, the solution offered is to hold education and training (training) along with mentoring for tourism HR in the Tunjungan Tourism Village. Provision and capacity building according to the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) absolutely must be provided, covering knowledge, skills, and attitude. As well as being given knowledge about the basics of excellent service and tour guides. Tunjungan Tourism Village Community Empowerment Through Technical Guidance Capacity building and Capability of Tourism human resources, which has been implemented, has resulted in the participation of participants (the target audience) who expressed satisfaction and enthusiasm. Participants (the target audience) also hope that in the following year there will be ongoing activities to increase knowledge, skills, and attitudes for tourism HR in the Tunjungan Tourism Village.

PT Kusuma Mulia Plasindo Infitex is a company engaged in the manufacturing sector that produces polypropylene and HD (Hight density Polyethylene) plastic products. The problem that occurred at PT Kusuma Mulia Plasindo Infitex was that the number of defective products on HD plastic products of 98,327 kg contained 4,194 kg of defective products. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause defects and suggestions for improvements to minimize defective products. This study uses the six sigma method which is useful for finding the root causes of problems that are adjusted to the characteristics of the data they have. The 5 stages of six sigma are DMAIC(define, measure, analyze, improve, control) and kaizen is the Five M-Checklist. So from the results of data processing, the value is obtained in the form of DPMO 8393.048 and a sigma value of 2.49. Proposed improvements include providing training in plastic welding, providing additional 5-10 minute breaks and supervision while working. Perform routine machine maintenance every month and cleaning every day. Adding ventilation and blowers in the production room. Carry out the production process according to the existing SOP at the company, especially in mixing materials according to the SOP for raw materials that have been made by the company.

PT KMPI is an industrial company that produces textiles and plastics, including plastic products made of polypropylene (PP). The problem that occurs in PT Kusuma Mulia Plasindo Infitex is the quality of the products that still have defects, based on the results of the analysis in February 2023 with a total production of 76,596 kg there are rejects data of 4,695 kg and the percentage of product defects that occur is 6.1%. The objective of this study is to determine the predominant types of defects that influence the factors that cause defects. This study uses the seven tools method to find the root cause of the problem to be solved, as well as the Kaizen Five-M checklist and the Kaizen Five Step Plan to suggest improvements to the company. Based on the results of data processing, there are three types of defects, namely wrinkle defects with a percentage of 43% for a total defect of 2039 kg, medium wrinkle defects with a percentage of 45% for a total defect of 2094 kg, and thick-thin defects with a percentage of 12% for a total defect of 562 kg. From the fishbone diagram, it can be seen that the occurrence of defects is caused by several factors, namely people, materials, methods and machines. Suggested improvements using the Kaizen Five-M checklist analysis are training and monitoring of production, implementation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) established by the company, such as dosing the mixture of plastic seeds with addictive substances at a ratio of 25 Kg. 1 oz. and Kaizen management control: 1 Ons and Kaizen five-step plan management controls, namely Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke. The teacher's job is to educate and teach students. Teaching and learning activities are certainly not easy. Unachieved learning is caused by many factors including less than optimal teacher delivery, unacceptable learning methods, less fun learning models, so students become bored and learning motivation decreases. Of course there is a special way for teachers to deal with this problem which is better known as Classroom Action Research (CAR), but the teacher's lack of knowledge in writing and compiling this PTK so that teachers rarely use PTK on the grounds that it is difficult and cannot do it. For this reason, the purpose of this community service is to assist teachers in writing PTK using the Mendeley application, which teachers generally do not know, for Middle and High School Al-Qur'an an-Nawawiy Sooko Mojokerto teachers. The method used in this activity is in the form of training through lectures, question and answer and discussion as well as direct practice. The expected result of this service is that teachers for each subject can submit PTK articles in National Journals with ISSNs, with a maximum target time of 1 (one) month from carrying out the service and mentoring.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) do not understand the importance of accountability, they have not been able to prepare financial reports based on financial accounting standards for micro, small and medium enterprises (SAK EMKM), and the use of digital technology in preparing financial reports has not been properly utilized by business actors. MSMEs. This community service activity aims to increase the perceptions of MSMEs in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, East Java Province regarding the urgency of financial accountability for the business being carried out along with literacy in implementing SAK EMKM using digital, user-friendly accounting media. The method uses lectures, training and mentoring, the objects of community service activities are MSMEs actors in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, East Java Province. The results achieved from this activity are increased understanding of the importance of business accountability and the implementation of financial records in accordance with SAK EMKM with user friendly digital accounting media. The mentoring fund training program makes MSMEs actors in Cupak Jombang understand the importance of accountability, this mentoring program makes MSMEs actors familiar with digital accounting information systems.

At every vocational school in Indonesia it aims to prepare students to work in a particular field. One of it is a culinary expertise program where students are required to have good knowledge and skills in preparing, cooking and serving ready-to-eat food as well as being entrepreneurial and competitive in working world. To support student skills so that later they can help produce graduates who are ready to work independently in the culinary field in terms of product marketing, it requires graphic design and content training publication. Training on the use of graphic design platforms and publication content with the Canva application as a supporting medium in increasing sales to students Culinary Vocational is one of the skills needed by students culinary vocational school at SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin to grow the soul the entrepreneurs. One of the best Graphic Design and Content Publication Platforms accessible for free and easy to use is the Canva App. So that this training can be received and used by students later, good while still in school or when graduating from school, then for the method training in community service is to utilize the module that directly made using the Canva application and direct practice using Canva via Android or PC that can be used. At this training accompanied by three community service team members and two members from student. It is hoped that there will be training in the use of graphic design platforms and the content of this publication can improve skills and grow the soul entrepreneur students so that they can always compete in the world of work later.

Kerta Village is one of the villages located in Gianyar Regency. Along with the development of Kerta Village, currently Kerta Village already has a Waste Management Site (TPS). However, waste management in Kerta Village is not yet optimal. People still like to throw garbage carelessly and do not know how to handle waste, especially household domestic waste. This zero waste-based waste management training was held at the Penyabangan Banjar Hall, Kerta Village, Payangan District, Gianyar with the target being teenagers. The material presented to partners includes socialization of the concept of zero waste in waste management, counseling and training on waste segregation, training and demonstrations on making eco enzymes, and ends with a discussion or question and answer session. Waste management training activities for youth groups in Kerta Village were successfully carried out smoothly and were able to increase youth knowledge about waste management. Through this activity, youth are expected to become agents of change in creating a healthy and environment caring society that is sustainable.

The rapid development of technology has reached the era 5.0 where digital literacy has become extremely important, especially for teachers. One of the graphic design applications that can assist teachers in designing instructional media is Canva. The purpose of this community engagement activity is to introduce the Canva application to teachers at SMAS Plus Talang as a tool for designing instructional media. The methods used in this engagement include lectures, practice sessions, and discussions. There are several stages in this engagement activity, namely coordination and needs analysis, preparation of materials and activities, training, monitoring and evaluation, as well as data analysis and reporting. The results of this engagement show an improvement in the understanding of the teachers after participating in the training, with an average understanding categorized as very good. This Community Engagement (PKM) activity helps teachers in designing engaging instructional media, enabling students to become more aware of digital literacy and be prepared to face a digital-dominant work environment. It is hoped that the results of this research can serve as a reference for other educational institutions and introduce and train educators in the use of the Canva application.

The electronic media discussed in this paper are temporarily only focused on the use of internet media and professions which are currently trending. This is because it is the use of the internet that is currently the most popularly used by many people, apart from being something that can be categorized as something that is 'booming'. It should be underlined, with the existence of technological developments in the future, it is possible to use other network media besides the internet in e-commerce. So our thinking should not only be fixated on the mere use of internet media. Community service this time is to provide training/debriefing for students aged 13-17 years. The negative impact arising from the effectiveness of TikTok's social media has also made it impossible for them to play TikTok. Teenagers often lose track of time and neglect other work or become obsessed with the TikTok application itself. There is still a lot of content on the TikTok application that is not appropriate for teenagers to see. The positive impacts of using social media are as follows: a. Can make social media a means or media used to communicate with other users. Through this communication individuals can have a motivation to develop themselves to be better. For example, having a desire to study hard is obtained from the results of interpersonal communication with other users. b. Develop yourself by honing capacity through videos watched on social media. For example, by watching a video that has a moral message for the lives of teenagers, they should not give up in carrying out the educational process they are facing and continue to be enthusiastic and persistent in achieving all their desires. c. Can express emotions owned by teenagers through a post on social media. Apart from that, the existence of positive content on social media makes individuals have positive reinforcement to form better character or self-development. Meanwhile, the negative impact obtained from the use of social media which is used as a medium for strengthening character for adolescents can be seen through accessing the negative content chosen by teenagers. In this research, the writer or researcher uses qualitative researchers in order to get the right sources to develop hypotheses related to the subject or research topic. A proper qualitative approach involves analyzing and describing every source, information, and data in the literature. Qualitative research emphasizes the depth of data obtained by researchers. The deeper and more detailed the data obtained, the better the quality of this qualitative research. So, qualitative research is a research approach used by the author to describe information and data analysis that is relevant to the topic of discussion.

Information security analysis of PT. Indofood is a case study that discusses the role of vital objects, file security, and cyber security in the company. PT. Indofood is a large company in the food and beverage industry, which faces significant information security challenges. In terms of vital objects, PT. Indofood identifies critical systems and infrastructure that must be strictly protected. A risk evaluation may have been carried out to identify potential threats and take appropriate steps to protect these vital objects. Access controls, physical safeguards, and security training may have been put in place to keep vital objects safe. File security is an important focus for PT. Indofood. Security measures implemented include access control, data encryption, regular backup and restore, and monitoring of file activity. Strict access control policies and security awareness training provide additional protection for critical company files. In cyber security, PT. Indofood uses various measures to protect their systems and networks from cyberthreats. Implementation of firewalls, network protection systems, and regular software updates helps prevent unauthorized access and keeps systems secure. Email security solutions, identity and access management, and data encryption provide an additional layer of protection against cyberattacks. High security awareness and security awareness training provided to employees helps reduce attack risk and improve response to security incidents. PT. Indofood also conducts periodic security tests to identify vulnerabilities in their systems and take necessary remedial actions. Overall, PT. The purpose of this study is to review more deeply the use of digital media kahoot: by dragon box in learning mathematics accompanied by a description of the obstacles experienced during the use of digital-based learning media: kahoot number by dragon box in learning mathematics in training children to think critically.  Qualitative description methods with interview techniques and the application of digital media include participatory observation, interviews, and documentation.  The subjects of this study were students aged 6-9 years from Kindergarten to Grade 3 Elementary School. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of digital teaching media was carried out in four stages, namely the action planning stage to develop a plan for using digital teaching media that is suitable for use in learning mathematics in training children to think critically,  the stage of carrying out the action by learning mathematics material using digital media through the educational game kahoot: numbers by dragon box, the stage of the action results as an effort to successfully use digital teaching media that is good for the development of children's thinking from the beginning to the end of use, and the stage of reflection by assessing how the process  implementation and results in the use of digital teaching media for children aged 6-9 years.  And the obstacles found in the use of digital teaching media are in the form of installing applications and registering accounts, the process of carrying out digital teaching media.

The Independent Teaching Platform (PMM) is a technology platform that accommodates teachers to obtain references, inspiration and understanding of the independent curriculum. This platform also helps teachers to develop their own creativity, because the learning features on the Independent Platform provide independent training facilities with unlimited access. This study aims to analyze the use of the Independent Teaching Platform (PMM) in increasing teacher competence in elementary schools. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through questionnaires indirectly through the Google form. The research results showed that the benefits of the Independent Platform were felt by 90.5% of teachers in West Sumatra played a role in increasing the competence of teachers in elementary schools.

Evaluasi adalah sebuah metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan, menganalisis serta menyajikan hasil data yang didapatkan dalam pelaksanaan program, data-data yang diperoleh dapat menjadi sebuah masukan dalam melakukan perbaikan. Tindak lanjut merupakan sebuah upaya yang dilakukan dalam memaksimalkan sebuah pelayanan yang diberikan sehingga dapat menentukan kecukupan, efektfan serta ketepatan waktu dari pelaksanaan program yang sudah diberikan sebelumnya. Penulisan artikel ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan evaluasi tindak lanjut di CV.Radar Teknologi Komputer dengan wawancara dan observasi langsung kepada pemiliki perusahaan. Dalam penulisan artikel ini penulis memilih metode kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi serta diperkuat dengan kajian literatur. Hasil yang ditemukan pada lapangan adalah penggunaan metode matrikulasi dalam mengevaluasi tindak lanjut peserta pelatihan web programing. Namun penggunaan metode matrikulasi kurang efektif dalam membantu peserta mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan mereka.
