This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and performance evaluation on employees at PT. Shopee Indonesia with a qualitative approach. The research method uses analysis of documents, articles, websites and journals related to leadership policies and employee performance evaluation. Leadership style, especially transformational, has a significant positive influence on employee motivation and performance at PT. Shopee Indonesia. Performance evaluation has also been shown to play a role in shaping employee perceptions of recognition for their contributions. This provides insight for company management in optimizing leadership practices and performance evaluation systems to improve work quality and employee productivity.

This mini-research aims to analyze the principles of implementing GCG which include transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and justice, which are fundamental in managing business, especially in state-owned companies as regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of State for State-Owned Enterprises Number: PER – 01/MBU/2011 regarding the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance. The implementation of good corporate governance in the company has not been optimal due to a lack of socialization to communicate, educate and convey information about GCG to employees based on position holders. This research uses qualitative research methods with informants from related positions, company employees and service users. The results of the research show a lack of socialization from office holders so that new employees do not understand GCG, the principles of accountability, starting from the delivery of information and financial reports, have not been implemented quickly, and the principles of responsibility in service sessions have not been maximized, as shown by, among other things, limited internet access and provide comfort and satisfaction to customers.

XYZ is one of the largest manufacturers of bus houses in Indonesia as a safe and reliable means of transportation with almost 50 years of experience. In carrying out the production process, employees are required to always be optimal in completing their work, but on the other hand, employees have limited workloads. The aim of this research is to determine the workload conditions received by Salvagnini CNC Laser machine operators, as well as to provide suggestions for improvements to the preparation department (Salvagnini). In order to find out the workload conditions for operators from this department, workload calculations are carried out using the FTE (Full Time Equivalent) method which is obtained from observing job descriptions, units of output or types of activities produced by operators (units/activities), vol-umes containing the number of production results. , as well as the duration of work carried out by the operator. The operator's workload conditions on the first and third days were FTE values of 0.671 and 0.949 (underload) because the FTE value was <0.99, while on the second day the workload condition was 1.033 (fit) because the FTE value was between 1-1.28.

This research aimed to explore information related to the misuse of computer technology for criminal activities in the novel Simvlacrm by Cassandra & Noorca Marendra Massardi. With the goal of preventing similar cybercriminal actions in real life, this research employed a descriptive method, involving activities such as reading, analyzing, and writing key points from the literary work. The primary findings encompass the misuse of computer technology as a tool for cybercrime, particularly in the forms of hoaxes and wiretapping. It is anticipated that this research will contribute to a deeper understanding of the potential risks of computer technology to cybersecurity

This research applies Marketing Funnel and SWOT Analysis to the Graha Office marketing strategy at PT ABC. Funnel stages involve Awereness, Consideration, Purchase, Retention, and Advocacy. The analysis data, including query popularity, market stage, clicks, impressions, and product CTR, are taken from Microsoft Excel. The focus of the research was the internal and external factors affecting the marketing of Graha Office. SWOT analysis identified Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Results show the effectiveness of the Marketing Funnel strategy with full expectations. Achieving customer expectations involves process, product, location, employee attitude, friendliness, convenience, and product arrangement. The SWOT analysis highlights internal components, including management and product strategy, that influence marketing success. The findings form the basis for developing Graha Office's marketing strategy, strengthening its position in the competitive market. The implications of this study serve as a guide in strategic decision-making to deal with market dynamics.

PT X is a company engaged in producing ships. PT In the research, a validity test was carried out to determine whether the questions given did not produce deviant (valid) data as measured by the Pearson correlation. Then, this research also carried out a reliability test to determine whether the measuring instrument remained consistent if the measurement was carried out twice or more using the Cronbach's Alpha (a) formula. From the research data, valid variables were obtained, including; Friendliness, Good communication, Willingness and readiness, Efforts to establish good relationships, Easy to contact, Cleanliness of the room, The room is not noisy, Quick service, Bright room light, Does not discriminate between subcontractors, Quick approval of offers, Fast issuance of contracts, Comfortable room, and Accuracy Employee. In this research, all variables were found to be valid, so the next step that must be taken is to carry out reliability calculations because the variables in the questionnaire are valid. From the results of reliability calculations, the Cronbach's Alpha value > significance level value is 0.770 > 0.6, so the instrument is said to be reliable. From the research obtained with IBM SPSS software, it is useful for carrying out validity and reliability tests in analyzing the level of subcontractor satisfaction with facilities and services in the Procurement Services Division of PT X's Supply Chain clearly and optimally.

This research employs a qualitative method to analyze and evaluate the business network of Jeep Aquascape & Aquarium stores, with a specific focus on marketing and promotional strategies. The primary objective is to identify aspects of the business network where Jeep Aquarium can redevelop its marketing and promotion strategies to address revenue instability, despite the store generally experiencing profitability. The qualitative approach involves in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including store owners, employees, and customers. Data analysis aims to uncover patterns of revenue instability, assess the success and shortcomings of current marketing strategies, and identify internal and external factors influencing revenue fluctuations. Findings reveal that, while the store generally sees profits, attention is required to address revenue instability. Strategic recommendations from qualitative analysis include the development of more proactive promotional strategies, notably leveraging social media to reach a broader target audience. A profound understanding of business resources contributing to revenue fluctuations is also disclosed, providing additional insights for sustainable improvements. Therefore, more proactive promotions, particularly through social media, are identified as a key element to enhance visibility and customer appeal, ultimately contributing to achieving better revenue stability.

Using the variables of maternal age, gravida status, history of preeclampsia, chronic hypertension, and diabetes mellitus, this study attempts to identify the risk factors for the occurrence of preeclampsia in mothers giving birth at Dr. Moewardi Hospital, Surakarta.  This study employs an analytical observational research design.  The case control design is employed in this study.  Retrospective research designs are well-known for this one.  Secondary data are the sort of data used in this study.  All patients diagnosed with preeclampsia at Dr. Moewardi Hospital in Surakarta between 2020 and 2023 comprised the study's population.  The study's findings demonstrated the features of mothers giving delivery at Dr. who had a history of preeclampsia in their families (20.5%), chronic hypertension in their families (25.9%), or diabetes mellitus in their families (14.5%).

The purpose of this research is to find out the provisions regarding Termination of Employment Relations (PHK) in Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Employment, and to find out the Settlement of Termination of Employment Relations (PHK) by the Maqna Gorontalo Hotel. The method used in this research is an empirical method. The research results found provisions regarding Termination of Employment Relations (PHK) in Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Employment. There are layoffs by law which consist of, the work contract expires, failure to pass the probationary period and death, then there are layoffs by workers, namely resignation, urgent reasons, retirement, then finally layoffs by employers which consist of minor worker/labor mistakes, errors. heavy workers/labourers, Company closed for bankruptcy, force majeure, efficiency, Change of status, property, location, worker refuses, Change of status, property, location, entrepreneur/employer refuses, Worker/laborer with prolonged illness experiences disability due to work accident. Then the Settlement of Termination of Employment Relations (PHK) by Hotel Maqna Gorontalo has gone through various processes from internal to the mall, kinship, mediation to court, at the Industrial Relations Court with case number 36/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2021/PN Gto ending with the Company winning because the lawsuit was an error in person/wrong person being sued. It is also based on information from the employment party that the Company is not at fault but these employees do not accept that they were not called to another Company status.

The research provides a comprehensive overview and significant contribution to improving organizational communication within the company, offering recommendations for enhancements to enhance the effectiveness of communication between foreign leaders and local employees.

This research aims to investigate and find solutions to the existing problems at PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa, focusing on Organizational Communication perspectives to address and resolve issues as well as inhibiting factors within the company. The study adopts a qualitative approach with a constructivist framework. Data collection involves observation and in-depth interviews to gather information for addressing the researched problems. The results indicate that the communication role at PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa is closely tied to the system implemented from superiors to employees and the communication among colleagues. To effectively manage organizational communication, PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa needs to handle it efficiently in both maintaining and resolving conflicts, as identified in this research. This ensures the company can implement effective communication practices and receive positive feedback from employees.

A part or department within a company called the marketing division is responsible for managing all aspects related to the marketing of the company's products or services. The marketing division also plays a crucial role in the development of a company, so it must perform well. Ability to communicate effectively and well is crucial for smooth interactions and activities, especially in formal settings. Because of this, the purpose of this study is to understand the interpersonal communication relationships inside PT Hamri Indonesia's marketing division. Additionally, it looks into how much interpersonal communication might help staff members in PT Hamri Indonesia's marketing division work better. Furthermore, the study attempts to pinpoint obstacles that PT Hamri Indonesia's marketing division faces in relation to interpersonal communication. Primary data for this study came from observations and interviews, and data analysis in this study is qualitative. The sources of secondary data include definitions, theories, and a variety of literary works. The importance of encouraging effective interpersonal communication among persons is indicated by the conclusion reached from the impact of interpersonal communication on the performance of marketing division employees.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of the business strategies that companies can employ to foster positive relationships between the company and its customers. This research aims to explore and analyze the CRM service strategies employed by Zipzap Corporation, examining the factors influencing the effectiveness of these strategies in enhancing brand loyalty for Zipzap Corporation. The research methodology utilized is qualitative, involving interviews with both Zipzap Corporation customers and customer service employees. The findings reveal that Zipzap Corporation implements CRM strategies encompassing post-sales and delivery service stages.  Customer perspectives indicate that factors such as communication ease, product quality, and trust are primary considerations when selecting a vendor. These factors are integral to the CRM service strategy, aiming to enhance brand loyalty for Zipzap Corporation. This study provides insights into CRM service strategies that companies can adopt to build strong customer relationships, ultimately contributing to the overall business objectives and sustainability.

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment and motivation on the performance of medical personnel at Cut Mutia RSU, North Aceh Regency. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this research was carried out using a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive type of research by distributing questionnaires to 54 respondents, while the population used in this research was employees of the Cut Mutia RSU medical staff. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this research uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a partial significant test (t test), simultaneous significant test (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this research show that simultaneously work discipline, work environment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cut Mutia RSU with the research results showing that the Fcount value is (254.089) > Ftable (2.62) and the significance level is 0.00 < 0.05

This research aims to determine the role of HR management at PT Freight Express Surabaya Makassar Branch. This research uses qualitative research by looking at the role of human resource management at PT Freight Express Surabaya Makassar Branch. And for data analysis used, namely reviewing the data, reducing the data, compiling the reduced data, presenting the data and checking the validity of the data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the role of HR Management in improving employee performance is to direct and control all employees so that they are effective in carrying out work by evaluating employee performance and ensuring that each employee carries out the duties and responsibilities according to their job and the management carries out job training to improve skills and performance assessment in human resource procurement. The efforts that have had a positive impact on employees that have been carried out by management are fulfilling employee rights by providing compensation and job training to improve skills and increase career paths as well as providing performance targets for each employee.

Abstract. Basically, all companies want profits in running their business, and are able to minimize losses that occur in running their business. Therefore, many companies have good quality workforce but the number of employees is small. So a company often gives responsibility for various fields to one workforce in order to achieve goals according to plan by minimizing losses, one of which is by minimizing the workforce in a company. Lack of labor can have an impact on employee job satisfaction and employee work motivation. The right number of workers can make it easier to control outlet operations, because a shortage of workers can slow down the process of operational activities, causing outlet conditions to become unconducive. Apart from that, the lack of labor also affects work motivation because it can reduce work morale due to excessive working hours and multiple job descriptions. This makes it more likely that an employee will make mistakes due to decreased concentration at work. Not only that, the lack of labor also causes the number of customer complaints to increase due to less than optimal service.   Keywords: 3-5 words or phrases that reflect the contents of the article (alphabetically).     Abstrak. Pada dasarnya, semua perusahaan menginginkan keuntungan dalam menjalankan usahanya, serta mampu meminimalisir kerugian yang terjadi pada jalannya usaha. Oleh sebab itu banyak perusahaan yang memiliki kualitas tenaga kerja yang baik namun dengan kuantitas tenaga kerja yang minim.Maka sebuah perusahaan tak jarang membebankan sebuah tanggung jawab berbagai bidang pada satu tenaga kerja guna mencapai tujuan sesuai rencana dengan meminimalisir kerugian yang didapat, salah satunya dengan meminimalisir tenaga kerja pada sebuah perusahaan. Minimnya tenaga kerja dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Kesesuaian jumlah tenaga kerja dapat melancarkan kendali operasional outlet, karena minimnya tenaga kerja dapat mengakibatkan lambatnya proses kegiatan operasional sehingga menyebabkan kondisi outlet menjadi tidak kondusif,selain itu minimnya tenaga kerja juga berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karena dapat meurunkan semangat akibat jam kerja berlebih serta double job deskripsi yang menyebabkan kemungkinan besar seorang karyawan melakukan kesalahn karena menurunnya konsentrasi dalam bekerja.Tidak hanya itu, minimnya tenaga kerja juga menyebabkan jumlah complain customer meningkat karena terjadinya pelayanan yang kurang maksimal.
