Background : Adolescents are indeed very vulnerable to promiscuity, this situation is very concerning, from this behavior unwanted pregnancy often occurs which has a negative impact on socio-economic health and others. Therefore, prevention efforts can be made as early as possible based on the knowledge and attitude and support from parents. One of the things that happens to young women is the many cases of unwanted pregnancies (KTD). Like at SMAN 1 Cimarga Rangkas Bitung Lebak Banten in 2022 there were 2 students who were pregnant out of wedlock, and lots of various deviant sexual behaviors. Writing purpose : Aims todetermine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and family support with efforts to prevent adverse events due to free sex in young women at SMAN 1 Cimarga Rangkas Bitung Lebak Banten in 2023. Research methods : This study used quantitative and analytic methods with a cross sectional approach. A sample of 72 young women was obtained using proportional random sampling. The data was obtained using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity, then the data was analyzed using a frequency distribution and chi square test. Research result : The knowledge of female adolescents is mostly good (56.9%), positive attitude (58.3%), family support including support (59.7%) and prevention of adverse events in young women due to free sex (66.7%). There is a relationship between knowledge and efforts to prevent adverse events due to free sexual intercourse in young women (p value 0.000), there is a relationship between attitudes and efforts to prevent unwanted pregnancy due to free sexual intercourse in young women (p value 0.000) and there is a relationship between family support and efforts to prevent unwanted pregnancy due to free sex in young women (p value 0.000). Conclusions and recommendations : Knowledge, attitude, family support related toefforts to prevent adverse events due to free sex in young women. Therefore, adolescents can increase knowledge and increase positive attitudes and do better pregnancy prevention.

The method fuzzy is one part of the fuzzy inference system that is useful for drawing conclusions or the best decision in uncertain problems. Currently, about 200 countries in the world are experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic. Various policies were carried out to overcome this. In addition to the health protocols that are always implemented, the community must also know the conditions of the area where they live so that they can anticipate any activities carried out. The method is used fuzzy to determine the risk zone for the spread of Covid-19 in North Sumatra Province based on 3 variables, namely positive cases, suspected cases, and dead cases. The data used in this study is weekly Covid-19 data from March 2021 to July 2021 for 4 selected areas, namely Medan City, Pematang Siantar City, Simalungun Regency, and Central Tapanuli Regency. All variables are represented using triangular curves and their membership functions are determined. Then the implication function of the min is used to determine the rules used. From the results of the implication function, the composition between all the rules obtained is carried out by taking the maximum rule then that value is used to modify the fuzzy area so that a new membership function is obtained. The method is used centroid to obtain a crisp or the final result is the value of the risk zone. This research also utilizes the Matlab to calculate the results. The results from the use of the Mamdani method will be compared with the real risk zone data so as to produce a 75% average percentage similarity for the data for 4 regions in North Sumatra so it can be concluded that the model made is good enough to determine the risk zone for the spread of Covid-19 in North Sumatra Province.

The Erlang distribution is a special case of the Gamma distribution with the k shape parameter and the λ rate parameter. In this study, the parameter estimation of the Erlang distribution was carried out using the Maximum Likelihood method. In maximizing the function, an implicit and non-linear form is obtained, then it is solved using the Newton Raphson algorithm. Apart from Newton Raphon, the estimation of parameters was also carried out using the Fisher Scoring algorithm. The Fisher Scoring algorithm is similar to the Newton Raphson algorithm, the difference is that Fisher Scoring uses an matrix information. The result of parameter estimation in Erlang distribution using Newton Raphson algorithm which is applied to outgoing telephone call data that generated by Matlab R2010a software cannot be done simultaneously. Therefore, the parameter assessment is carried out on the k parameter first, then followed by the λ parameter estimation and the parameter and  = 0.6886812 are obtained. Meanwhile, the parameter estimation using the Fisher Scoring algorithm produces an equation that is not different from the Newton Raphson algorithm

According to the World Health Organization, the number of new HIV cases worldwide will approach 1.5 million by 2020. Africa is registered as the region with the highest number of new HIV cases with 880,000 cases. According to UNAIDS, around 50% of people living with HIV are women and 2.1 million are children under 15 years of age. Based on Indonesia's health status in 2018, 69.95% of pregnant women were tested for HIV and hepatitis B. Of these tests, 0.28% of pregnant women were HIV positive. The effect that HIV-infected pregnant women can transmit HIV to your child during pregnancy, childbirth or breastfeeding. In addition to the triple elimination test, anemia examination is also recommended for pregnant women, because it is one of the steps to prevent anemia in pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to increase pregnant women' s knowledge about anemia screening and determine triple elimination through pregnant women courses. The research method uses Quasy experimental design with a group pretest design. The sample in this study were all pregnant women in the Kampung Bojong Jaya area as many as 40 people, the sampling technique was a comprehensive sample. The results of the research are the knowledge of pregnant women about anemia screening and triple elimination before counseling, most pregnant women have sufficient knowledge and then have good knowledge. Pregnant women received the most information about anemia screening and three times the elimination in the pregnant women category (p-value 0.000).
