This research is entitled "scientific article collaboration on library collection development". The purpose of this research is to find out how the collection development process is carried out in the library in particular. This study uses a qualitative research design. By collecting primary data, secondary and literature review. Data analysis techniques using data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study. This shows that collection development is an important and vital activity in the library. There is no library without collections, both print, non-print and electronic collections to meet their various information needs. Library collection development is very important for library growth, therefore it needs to be continuously evaluated to assess their strengths and weaknesses. This process will lead to the removal of material that is no longer relevant. Given the shortage of books in libraries and based on the premise that no library is independent, libraries engage in inter-library lending or sharing of resources. This article will examine Islamic counseling associated with the study of philosophy, from the aspects of ontology, epistemology, then axiology. Philosophical values ​​can feed direction and permananan about Islamic counseling. The research method used is literature review or literature study. Integrativity in the main science of Islamic counseling, namely, psychology, communication and Islam. Furthermore, from an epistemology perspective, it is concerned with the implementation and professionalization of the counselor. Then from the aspect of axiology in Islamic counseling which aims to provide assistance provided by counselors to clients in order to find ethical and aesthetic values ​​for the existence of essential (pure) happiness, namely happiness that comes from Allah SWT, the Almighty.

With the development of using social media in gaining more information, a cosmetic product potential buyer will search for more information from various sources, including reviews from beauty vloggers on YouTube. Beauty Vlogger existence can be a form of information exchange that can affect the sales of a product. Miss “X” becomes one of beauty vlogger in Indonesia who also makes review of cosmetic brand, including cosmetic brand “S”. Purpose of this research is to find out how much a beauty vlogger’s credibility can affect the decision purchasing of “S” cosmetic products. This research used Trustworthiness, Expertise, and Attractiveness as independent variables. The research methodology used in this research was a quantitative method that calculated by SMARTPLS 3.0. The population of this research was the subscribers of Miss “X”’s YouTube channel. In collecting data, the writer used non probability sampling with some criterions. The study sample of this research was 100. The result of the study shows that beauty vlogger Miss “X”’s credibility affects the purchasing decision of “S” cosmetic products by 33,8%. Trustworthiness has a positive and significant effect towards Purchasing Decision. However, Expertise and Attractiveness do not have significant effect towards “S” cosmetic products despite being positive.

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has generated a massive and continuous volume of product reviews. This user-generated content is vital for business intelligence, yet its sheer scale makes manual analysis inefficient, subjective, and practically impossible. Automated sentiment analysis is therefore crucial for businesses to efficiently understand customer feedback and market perception. This research addresses this gap by implementing the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm to automatically classify the sentiment of Indonesian-language e-commerce product reviews. This study utilized a dataset of 2,000 reviews collected from a major e-commerce platform's "Electronics" category. The data underwent critical text preprocessing stages (case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming using the Sastrawi library) to handle the complexities of informal Indonesian text. The dataset was split using an 80/20 ratio, resulting in 1,600 training reviews and 400 testing reviews. Model performance was then evaluated using a Confusion Matrix, focusing on the key metrics of Accuracy, Precision, and Recall. The test results showed excellent performance, achieving an Accuracy of 90.00%, Precision of 91.93%, and Recall of 95.00%. These results demonstrate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm, when supported by robust preprocessing, is a highly effective, reliable, and computationally efficient method for this task, providing a valuable tool for e-commerce stakeholders.

The roles and functions of quality management, known as total management quality, can be interpreted as a system that helps an organization, hospital, or business entity to oversee every activity and duties and responsibilities needed to maintain the quality or quality of service. Efforts to improve the quality of health services are the most important step to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian businesses in the health sector. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how the role and function of the quality of health services in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review study are the role and function of quality as an effort that is carried out continuously, systematically, objectively, and integratedly in determining problems and causes of health service quality problems based on predetermined standards with effectiveness, efficiency, protection and acceptance of health services. It can be concluded that service quality and good quality will greatly influence health services in hospitals. Patients getting comprehensive health services will increase patient satisfaction in the treatment program so that the quality of health services will increase. Hospitals also need to improve the quality of quality health services. Quality also has a function as a reference or benchmark in managing the quality provided by a hospital. So that in its implementation it is necessary to carry out monitoring and evaluation.

The hospital as a health service institution that organizes individual health services in a complete manner that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. Efforts to improve health services as an agreement on setting long-term goals and visions which then become a common reference in achieving the goals that have been set. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how to improve health services in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are by increasing efforts such as providing adequate infrastructure facilities including from a physical perspective, besides being efficient, fair, timely, secure, integrated, focused, reliable and effective. It can be concluded that efforts to improve the quality of health services as a process of meeting the needs and life expectancy of patients, both internally and externally. Quality can also be associated as a gradual and continuous improvement process. In general, the quality of health services focuses on the concept that health services have three main foundations, namely quality, access and cost.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture seems too forced, without any review of the existing situation and conditions. In Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, it is known that there is a clause on sustainable food land zoning, whereas the existence of the Regional Spatial Plan (RT RW) which is the reference is in the process of technical review related to the formation of the New Autonomous Region of Pangandaran Regency. As a result of all that, it is indicated that the quality of agricultural products is not being considered, whereas the main purpose of the regulation is to improve the quality of food crops. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 10 people. The results of the study obtained are as follows: (1. The implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture in Ciamis Regency is said to be effective if it meets the criteria for effectiveness such as the existence of policy objectives or targets, the existence of activities or activities to achieve objectives, and the existence of activity results. (2. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in the protection of food agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (3. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in protecting agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (4. Efforts made by the government in implementing Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, are Sovereignty of agricultural land by the State; Financing the implementation of sovereign food agriculture, the authority is assigned to the central level; and the authority to organize food agriculture must be returned to the central level.

The purpose of this study was to review the market place of PT Tokopedia in maintaining the image and trust of consumers after the leakage of customer data. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, the data I use is in the form of writing I & I, not numbers. I have reviewed this data. Based on Ijournals, my mother, Iwebsite, and other official documents, PT Tokopedia informs about user data leaks. Tokopedia requires the necessary policies. Utilizing a new data security method, namely blockchain, as well as establishing special laws for the protection of personal data, is necessary to minimize the amount of business personal data. a significant impact on consumer confidence thereby influencing consumer purchasing power for sales made on the PT Tokopedia marketplace.    

Ethics in the banking industry plays a crucial role in maintaining integrity and public trust. This study aims to explore the role of ethics in preventing violations that could damage the stability of the financial system and the reputation of banks. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs case studies and literature reviews to analyze various cases of ethical violations in the Indonesian banking industry. The findings reveal that strong professional ethics can reduce the risk of fraud and moral hazard among bankers. However, challenges such as weak oversight and profit pressures remain significant factors influencing ethical breaches. Implementing sound corporate governance principles, enhancing ethics education, and tighter regulatory oversight are considered essential to strengthening banking ethics. This study concludes that by reinforcing commitment to ethics, the banking industry can increase public trust and support sustainable economic growth.

This study examines the effectiveness of using audio media in improving the memorization of short surahs. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources consist of Islamic Education teachers, classroom teachers, and 33 students. Data analysis techniques were conducted through (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing. Data validity was checked through four steps: 1) Credibility, 2) Dependability, 3) Confirmability, and 4) Triangulation. The results show that the effectiveness of using audio media in improving the memorization of short surahs at Madrasah Tsanawiyah An-Nur Monano Gorontalo is significant. Teachers were able to provide good short surah memorization materials to students, enabling them to memorize the surahs perfectly and fluently. Additionally, teachers were able to impart the understanding to students that memorizing short surahs is beneficial. Besides the fact that many students liked the media, they felt helped in repeatedly reviewing the memorized short surahs fluently and correctly. Thus, audio media is considered effective in facilitating the memorization of short surahs, with a high degree of effectiveness, as evidenced by the following grades: A- 36.36%, B+ 54.54%, C 3.03%, and 6.06%.

This research is based on the results of preliminary observations that in order to achieve success and effectiveness in the implementation of Regional Autonomy, it is necessary for the Regional Government to be prepared in all fields, including the readiness of human resources to be able to answer the challenges in the implementation of Regional Autonomy. Abstract. Absorption of labor is an important problem in national development where the number is increasing from year to year as a result of the increase in population, while the available job opportunities are limited in number, so that the unemployment rate in several cities is increasing. A high level of investment will increase production capacity which will eventually lead to the creation of new jobs. That way, the unemployment rate can be reduced and people's incomes will increase. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the 2015-2021 observation period. Data collection in this study uses the documentation method for data on Population 15+ Working, Investment and Minimum Wage obtained from BPS, Department of Manpower and Office of Investment. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially investment and minimum wages have no significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the investment and minimum wage variables have no simultaneous effect on employment in Indonesia. The lack of effect of investment on labor absorption in Indonesia is due to the fact that more investment is channeled into the capital-intensive project sector (services) compared to the labor-intensive project sector, where the capital-intensive project sector absorbs only a small amount of labor. Meanwhile, the minimum wage has no effect on labor absorption because the majority of the working population in Indonesia have received relatively high wages or exceeded the minimum wage. Employment. Social security is a welfare guarantee regulated by the government in providing benefits for workers / laborers and their family members. There are several social security programs which include, Work Accident Insurance; Death Guarantee; Pension Security; Old Age Guarantee; Health Insurance and the latest scheme is Job Loss Insurance. As one of the government's efforts in helping the welfare and protection of workers / laborers if affected by Termination of Employment (ToE). This article discusses the polemical background of the development of the job loss insurance program in Indonesia, especially on the provision of job loss insurance benefits for workers who are laid off with expired contract periods. The research method used is the study of literature. As for job loss guarantees, there are still some problems that arise among the community in receiving benefits that are only given to certain criteria, namely being affected by termination of employment (ToE) due to resignation. As a suggestion from this study, this job loss guarantee scheme needs to be reviewed and socialized that can be adjusted to market conditions in receiving benefits from the program.

This article has the aims and objectives to be obtained, namely to find out and analyze the importance of the existence of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) on internet sites, and how forms of regulation based on positive law in Indonesia. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory approach, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research have shown that the existence of IPR on internet sites has basic values ​​and objectives, namely as legal protection for creators owned by individuals or groups. for his hard work in making copyrighted works with economic value contained therein and Anticipating and also preventing violations of IPR belonging to other people, HKI is also currently regulated in various legal constructions that apply in Indonesia, such as Law Number 28 Year 2014 concerning Copyright, Law no. 15 of 2001 concerning Marks and other implementing regulations. With the objectives and construction of the applicable law, it is actually important for the government to continue to optimize and review the application of the law periodically in order to prevent IPR violations on internet sites carried out by cybercrimes.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk melakukan review terhadap interface aplikasi berbasis website milik PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Review yang dilakukan menggunakan metode evaluasi interaksi manusia dan komputer metode evaluasi heuristic. Metode ini dikenalkan oleh Nielsen dan Molich (1990) melalui 10 prinsipnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan desain atau perancangan interface dan usability (kemudahan pengguna) aplikasi berbasis website PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero), Tbk telah memenuhi 10 prinsip metode evaluasi heuristic kecuali pada kekonsistenan bahasa yang digunakan pada website, namun kekurangan tersebut masih dapat diperbaiki.

One type of local government supervision is internal control. This internal control is carried out by the government internal control apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate. The main role of APIP is as a consultant and problem solver for local governments with the task of conducting inspections, reviews, monitoring and evaluation, as well as other supervision of the implementation of tasks and functions of local government organizations.This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The location chosen for this research is the Inspectorate of Pekalongan City. The data source retrieval technique in this study uses data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the focus of this research is on examining the influence of APIP's role in the implementation of the maturity of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Pekalongan City Inspectorate.The results of this study are (1) the Pekalongan City Inspectorate performs its role as a leader who is the forefront funnel by coordinating, carrying out control functions, encouraging the creation of bureaucratic reform and governance, (2) Pekalongan City Inspectorate has an Internal Supervision function which includes activities that include: directly related to quality assurance that supports the implementation of an effective, transparent, accountable and clean government from KKN practices, (3) As a consultant to the Pekalongan City Inspectorate must know more than the party conducting consultations regarding regional financial management in accordance with the laws and regulations that exist, (4) Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus plays a role as Quality Assurance, namely ensuring that an activity can run efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the rules in achieving organizational goals, and (5) The role of the auditor as a catalyst based on employee perceptions influence on the achievement of the goals of the organization.

This study aims to look at the process of internalizing character education during the COVID-19 pandemic through entrepreneurship education as a general subject of higher education in Indonesia. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. During the COVID-19 pandemic, universities implemented distance learning so that learning could continue, this made the process of internalizing character education through entrepreneurship education continue, through three stages, carried out in stages and continuously, namely 1) The value transformation stage, with presentations, discussions , and questions and answers through the digital platform Zoom or Google Meet. 2) The value transaction stage, carried out by field observations and virtual interviews with entrepreneurs. 3) The internalization stage, carried out in virtual practice by participating in the entrepreneurship program organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education in Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM). Students at the end have the values of character education and entrepreneurial character, namely having high responsibility, hardworking, creative, independent, democratic traits and attitudes, love for the motherland, national spirit, achievement, socializing, peace-loving, fond of reading, and cares about the social environment, and has the characteristics of courage, wisdom, confidence, and foresight in seeing opportunities. Students with it will behave well, have sympathy, empathy, and know what is good and what is bad.

This study aims to determine the implementation problems of instilling entrepreneurial character in early childhood. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the importance of planting and increasing understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship from an early age starting from early childhood education, this implementation needs examples in the form of activities carried out by playing to provide a good understanding of students. Another problem, students are less motivated to look for reference materials related to the material provided. Based on the analysis of learning tools, the entrepreneurship material being taught is still not sustainable so that the expected competencies are not clear. In addition, learning activities are still centered on the teacher. The results of the analysis of reference books to see the contents of the material, especially the main economic activity material. How the material is presented, examples, and practical implementation in accordance with the syllabus of existing subject matter. After the basic economic activity reference books are reviewed as teaching materials in accordance with the learning tools that have been developed.

Teenagers experience problems due to not achieving needs, for example they want to be recognized as adults but their behavior still looks like children.  If adolescents fail to develop a sense of identity, then adolescents will lose their way and have a bad impact on their development. Frustration can lead the individual to aggressive behavior because frustration for the individual is an unpleasant situation and the individual wants to overcome or avoid it in various ways, notonly in an aggressive way.  The purpose of the study was to determine the factors causing the emergence of prejudiced and frustrated relationships with aggressive behavior of adolescents.  This study utilizes the study literatur review. Based on the results of the study, it is stated that the causes of adolescents to take aggressive actions are due to: (1) Internal Factors (a) Weak Self-Control can be difficult to control emotions, therefore a person who has  weak self-control will easily act aggressively on anyone. (b) The occurrence of frustration Because a bad event causes the subject to become frustrated with his current life. (c) Gender differences.

This study aims to determine whether the research subjects have practiced metacognitive strategies. The method used is qualitative. Eighteen (18) questions are provided, answers to individual questions are written on the guided question sheet in 2 hours - thirty minutes to get the required response. The data proves that planning, monitoring and evaluation is practiced i.e. totaling 100% checks the next day's schedule; (95%) checking what courses to attend; hence they review the previous and upcoming meeting materials. For the next meeting they write notes for questions or to confirm what they don't really understand to the teacher. Likewise, they used process and productive monitoring for 92.5% of what they did before class. Also, the data shows that they evaluate; 95% evaluated after class.
