. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability in the management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in Sowanlor Village, Kedung Sub-district, Jepara Regency, in 2024. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, with a focus on secondary data analysis. The main focus of this research is to assess the extent to which transparency and accountability principles are applied in the planning, implementation, and evaluation phases of the APBDes by the village government. The results indicate that although the village government has made efforts to disseminate financial information and involve the community in budget planning, there are still obstacles related to information openness and public participation. The delivery of financial information is considered insufficiently detailed and not easily understood, while community participation in program monitoring and evaluation remains limited. This study recommends that the village government enhance the quality of financial information disclosure to be more transparent and accessible to the public. Additionally, it is essential to strengthen community involvement in all stages of village budget management, including implementation and evaluation, in order to foster more transparent and accountable village financial governance.

Library Management in Efforts to Improve Students’ Literacy Skills at SMK Negeri 2 Panyabungan, aims to examine library management, students’ literacy abilities, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in enhancing literacy. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected from librarians, students, the principal, and teachers. The findings show that library management consists of planning (goal setting, forming a literacy team, and planning programs such as morning assemblies), implementation (reading before lessons and searching for additional materials in the library), and evaluation (monitoring library visits, book loans, and the book collection). Students' literacy skills are considered good, as demonstrated through morning assembly activities, reading before classes, and active participation. Supporting factors include well-organized book collections, adequate facilities, and collaboration between the school administration, teachers, and librarians. On the other hand, inhibiting factors include poorly managed library visitation schedules, limited technological facilities, and an insufficient number of computers compared to the number of students. The study concludes that effective library management plays a significant role in improving students’ literacy, although further support is needed to overcome existing challenges.

Memorizing the Qur’an is not just about the ability to store verses in memory, but also about how to maintain those memorized verses so that they remain strong and enduring in the long term. At MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri, the tahfidz activity is an essential part of the daily routine of the female students, and the method of takror (repetition) is implemented as the main strategy to support the sustainability of their memorization. This study aims to describe how the takror method is implemented in the Qur’an Memorization program and its impact on students' retention of memorized verses. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observations, interviews with the tahfidz teachers, and several students.  The findings show that the implementation of takror is carried out in three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. All activities are organized by one teacher responsible for tahfidz, and are conducted in a special class that accommodates takror time separately from general lessons. This takror method not only strengthens the students' memory of the verses they have memorized but also fosters a sense of responsibility, discipline, and provides tranquility and satisfaction for the students in the process of memorizing the Qur’an).

Liver disease is a health problem that often goes undetected in its early stages due to the absence of specific symptoms, despite the liver's vital role in metabolism, detoxification, and maintaining homeostasis. Early detection is crucial to prevent the progression of liver dysfunction. This community service activity aimed to raise public awareness of the importance of early liver disease screening through the examination of lipid ratios (total cholesterol/HDL and triglycerides/HDL) and physical evaluation for clinical signs of liver dysfunction. The program was conducted at the Cengkareng Baptist Foundation and involved 59 adult participants. The screening included basic laboratory tests and direct physical examinations, followed by health education tailored to each participant based on their screening results. Findings revealed that 83.1% of participants had elevated triglyceride/HDL ratios and 28.8% had total cholesterol/HDL ratios above the normal range, although 100% showed no physical signs suggestive of liver disease. These results indicate the presence of underlying metabolic risks that may affect liver function. This program had a positive impact by enhancing public understanding of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and regular check-ups as part of health promotion and disease prevention efforts related to liver health. Keywords: Early Detection, Liver Function, Lipid Ratio, Health Education, Community Service

The transformation of Human Resource Development (HRD) through a data-driven decision-making system has become a strategic necessity for organizations aiming to improve performance and competitiveness. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach by reviewing several relevant journals that discuss the integration of data analytics into HRD functions. The findings indicate that data-driven decision systems enable organizations to accurately identify training needs, predict employee performance, and design development programs that align with evolving organizational demands. Furthermore, the use of data reduces subjective bias in evaluation processes and enhances the objectivity of performance assessments. This transformation also strengthens the strategic role of HRD by providing timely and evidence-based recommendations that support organizational goals. However, successful implementation requires technological readiness, digital competencies among HR personnel, and an organizational culture that encourages data utilization. Overall, the literature review shows that adopting data-driven decision approaches significantly contributes to improving HRD effectiveness and organizational performance.
