The role of Information Systems is really useful to make management determine decision easier, but not with replace it. To determine the final result of a decision is the task of the management company. If the management company made a wrong decision, it will cause a wrong policy that have been set or assigned by the company or the organisation. The application of accounting information systems has been develope . Information Systems is not only use for a big company. It also can be use for a small market.This research was conducted by using quantitative data analysis method. All data that have been obtained based on interview result and all the facts. The purpose of this research is to know about The role of Information Systems in making decision on determination pricing at ‘Toko Bu Nancy’The transaction system of ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is still using paper to fill all data. Because ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is small market. That’s why ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ need a system that can help processing all data and transaction.Based on this research, actually the accounting information system at ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ can be said quiet good. Because the price that been determinate are the same with another market. Even though ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is still a small market, but the accounting information that been recorded is quiet detail so the information that needed in making decision determination pricing can be obtained quick and easily. It can be conclude that ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ has a great and effective accounting information.

Students must understand economics in order to have adequate economic literacy. Students can use economics as a guide to find out markets, prices, and the type of business required for entrepreneurship. In critical thinking involves self-evaluation which results in analysis, evaluation, and explanation with conclusions based on evidence, concepts, methods, criteria, or contextual considerations. This study aims to analyze the influence of economic literacy in improving students' critical thinking skills in the 21st century. The method used in this research is in the form of literature study method, namely by using previous literature related to the research topic. The results of the study show that to produce competent individuals who are able to understand, involve, utilize, analyze and transform existing information, literacy must become a culture that is instilled from an early age. To be able to compete with the outside world and improve literacy skills, students must create a literacy culture that is instilled from an early age to produce competent human beings who are able to understand, involve, use, analyze and transform existing information.

The role of the MSME sector is very important for the economic growth of a region. Where this sector reflects the local economy, a region and as a driving force for the regional economy. The existence of the Covid 19 pandemic has caused MSMEs actors to have new challenges and problems, regarding marketing in the form of digitalization. Therefore, a strategy is needed, which is able to answer these problems. This MSME Marketing Development Strategy is to see the types and characteristics of  MSMEs, potentials and problems as well as strategies for handling them. The case of this research is MSMEs Boyolali Regency. The results of this study are SWOT analysis, which requires MSME marketing activities based on MSME digitization through increased product marketing through Social Media and E-Commerce.

Stock Prices Fluctuation affected by market conditions indicates that the company is not doing well. Fluctuations in the share price of Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia are influenced by unstable market conditions. The aim of this study is to find out whether the stocks which have been recommended by PT. Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia 2021 is superior or inferior. The data used in this study were in the form of secondary data contained in the Market Outlook published by PT. Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia, which consisted of 33 stocks during the research period. Moreover, this type of research used case studies. The result of the study shows that the value of the regression constant is negative with a significance value smaller than the significance level of 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the performance of PT Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia's stock portfolio for the January–December 2021 period is inferior which shows that the performance of the portfolio with the index has bad performance. In addition, companies whose shares have good performance are expected to maintain their company's performance, while companies that have bad performance can improve their company's performance.

Sustainable economic growth is one of the national development goals in Indonesia. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) play a crucial role in promoting sustainable economic growth; however, UMKM need to adapt to the developments in digital technology to compete and thrive in the market. The digitalpreneur community consists of UMKM practitioners who leverage digital technology to expand their businesses. This community can provide various benefits to its members, such as access to information and knowledge, business networks, and support for business development. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data is gathered through in-depth interviews with informants. Based on the research findings, it is observed that the digitalpreneur community can contribute to sustainable economic growth in several ways, namely: 1) Enhancing the capacity and competitiveness of UMKM. 2) Improving market access. 3) Facilitating collaboration among UMKM.

The aim of this research is to find out and explain the implementation of the Marketing Management course to increase the income of a Beauty Salon Make-up Business and the factors that can increase the income of a Beauty Salon Make-up business. The research method was carried out through a sociological juridical approach because to find out how far the Implementation of Marketing Management Courses for Increasing Revenue for Make Up Salon Businesses (Case Study of Alumni of the Cosmetology Study Program Alumni of the Social Welfare Academy of Mrs. Kartini Semarang. The increase in the salon make-up business is growing because of the progress of the cosmetic business that is circulating in the market. This is supported by the fact that many women want to look prettier and more attractive, so they go to salons to beautify their facial makeup. Salon make-up business owners to be smarter in managing their business, both the skills of the makeup artist who always keeps abreast of the latest makeup models and modern and adequate make-up equipment according to current developments.

A small cassava chip business is a household business that produces snacks made from special cassava snacks. The single most important factor influencing the performance of small businesses in Singapore is their marketing strategy, which takes into account their products, prices, promotions and distribution locations. This research was conducted in the small business community of Bandar Khalipah Village in Percut Sei Tuan district. The purpose of this study was to understand the mix marketing strategies used by the Singapore government. Descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques with notes, and documentation are the methods used for analysis.  Research results 1) the marketing mix strategy used by small businesses in Singapore is a product made with good quality materials, good quantity, has a handle, and is wrapped in plastic. The quoted price is equal to the price. The traditional promotional method still used in Cassava Chips is "lewd mouth to mouth" and "place/distribution channel" is "products marketed slim in the place of production then exist" i.e. "channeled to consumers" through "wholesalers". 2) Product and price are internal determining factors. Externally influenced factors include increased sales during peak hours, while internally influenced factors include sluggish production and promotion locations. External factors that become obstacles include business competitors and seasonal raw materials.

Marketing of Flobamora Collection products is currently still done manually through Toko, Facebook and word of mouth where sales only cover Kupang City, while for customer segment opportunities, Flobamora Collection products are very broad. The purpose of the activity is to provide product marketing training and use of website media to expand sales and promotion of Flobamora Collection products so that they are better known by the wider community. The method used in community service activities is to conduct training and practice in implementing online product marketing at the website-based Flobamora Collection. The results achieved in this activity are increasing partner knowledge about website-based online product marketing models and increasing partner understanding about the use of online stores as a medium to sell and promote Flobamora Collection products. Creating a website-based online store as a medium to sell and promote products online. By utilizing webiste-based online marketing media, it can enable the wider community not only in the Kupang City area but also nationally and even abroad to access information on the products offered by Flobamora Collection, thereby increasing the number of customers and sales turnover of Flobamora Collection.

Digital marketing adalah metode pemasaran yang menggunakan proses pemasaran digital. Digital marketing merupakan hal yang sangat berpengaruh di era sekarang, termasuk untuk UMKM. Penguatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sangat penting dan strategis untuk melihat perekonomian ke depan, terutama untuk memperkuat struktur perekonomian nasional, untuk itu UMKM perlu beradaptasi dengan kondisi saat ini. UMKM di desa Nglebak memiliki permasalahan utama yaitu terkait pemasaran yang masih belum menjangkau luar desa Nglebak. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah website e-catalog untuk mendigitalisasi UMKM agar bisa dilihat oleh masayrakat yang lebih luas. Hasilnya adalah situs web yang memiliki halaman profil desa, daftar UMKM, detail UMKM serta fitur tambah dan edit UMKM untuk admin website.

This study aims to describe the current and preferred organizational culture profile of PT Eddy Transport Raya based on the perceptions of all employees. The sampling method in this study is included in the type of saturated sample, where all the population numbers are samples. The total population in this study was 33 consisting of all employees of PT Eddy Transport Raya, so there were 33 people to be used as samples for research data collection. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) questionnaires to all employees. The variable in this study is organizational culture with 4 indicators indicator or type of culture namely Clan, Adhocracy, Market and Hierarchy. The results of these 4 indicators provide an understanding of the organizational culture of the company. Thus it can help leaders in terms of communication and decision making within the company. In this study, employees have the perception that the current organizational culture of PT Eddy Transport Raya is more towards clan culture. In addition, employees have the desire to change and improve the organizational culture to become adhocracy.

This is a descriptive study that examines the Indonesian people's comprehension of NFT and the popularity of NFT (Non-Fungible Token) using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Since the explosion of Ghozali Everyday's NFT works in Indonesia in 2021, it has been an attraction for the Indonesian people to learn "What is NFT" and "How does NFT work?". The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to establish the features of popular NFT goods among users; and (2) to assess Indonesian people's aesthetic opinion of the popularity of NFT products. The findings revealed that; first, the aesthetic analysis of The most popular works in the NFT Opensea marketplace have various features, including (a) character selection, (b) picture object capture, (c) style selection, and (d) usage value. It is believed that this research would aid in understanding the situation of the Indonesian people about societal phenomena, particularly NFT (non-fungible tokens), so that they may be utilized as references for the academic community, users, or art watchers with an interest in NFT products.

To be able to attract customers companies apply different approaches but when viewed from the factors that influence consumer buying decisions on a product both goods and services the consumer behavior approach system is shown in searching, buying, using, evaluating, and spending products and services that they expect to satisfy their needs, Kanuk & Schiffman (2010). This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer interest in using logistics services at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang. To achieve this goal descriptive research was conducted using the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that sales promotion, building relationships with the community, direct marketing, price affordability, price competitiveness, price compatibility with service quality, service in accordance with customer requests, speed of document service and the ease with which customers can obtain information and respond to customer complaints will give a positive impression of each customer has a positive and significant effect on attracting customers to use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang.

KISS Semarang is an MSME located in Mangunharjo, established in 2010. “KISS” Semarang MSME has done media promotions by distributing brochures. However, it is not optimal in its promotional media. The author is interested in making promotional media by making a web design in the form of a catalog in order to attract product purchasing power and make it more efficient in its promotional media. Web design design refers to research that uses the AIDA+S analysis method: Attention, Interest, Desire, Action and Satisfaction. In this study, the authors set KISS Semarang as the research subject, the data obtained for research purposes using techniques such as interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature studies. Research and development methods (Research and Development) are research methods used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. Research and development in industry is the spearhead of an industry in producing new products needed by the market. Almost 4% of the costs used for research and development, even for the pharmaceutical and computer industry is more than 4%. The results showed that in the field trial, the web design was included in the good category and was able to promote products. After the validation test and web revision have been carried out from the previous media, the web design is feasible to use and publish.

One of Ahmad Tohari's short stories is The Bright House, in the collection of short stories Smile Karyamin (2013). The short story records the incident of electricity entering a village. As narrated in the short story, the existence of electricity has a significant impact on society, both positively and negatively. The positive side brings physical changes with the presence of lights and other facilities to support people's lives. On the other hand, this positive aspect has a negative impact, namely the "death" of culture and human aspects with the presence of technology which has an impact on changing perspectives and making them a market for advanced capitalism with the existence of technology and information. The formulation of the problem in this paper concerns the problems that exist in society related to the existence of technology and information after the presence of electricity which allows people to experience dependency and changes in mindset due to interaction with the outside world. This writing method is by showing forms of inhumanism in the short story. The theory used is the theory of postmodernism by Jean Francois Lyotard as explained by Struart Sim regarding the Inhuman condition. The result of this discussion is Inhumanism in rural communities caused by the presence of electricity as the initial foundation for the presence of technology in the form of the loss of cultural habits for the local community, both in terms of habits of responding to nature or new conflicts after the presence of electricity in society. This happens because of the presence of artificial life, replacing the role of nature which has been a part of people's lives like the existence of the moon. Access to information is obtained by the community after getting to know technology which presents new values and is different from the values they previously had as a communal society

The behavior of changing the use of technology for business actors is very rapid. Information of system is form of data that has been processed through a certain model into information that can be used by the recipient in making decisions. Some MSME actors with a Data List of product images and detailed information on their products to be marketed to customers using laminated paper. Marketing information using the Website implements CMS with E-Catalog as an alternative solution. Reader and Viewers can view the Catalog privately or together. The treatment of the Plugin model with the CMS that has been embedded on the website is reliable because it is online. Several list images are displayed on WhatsApp Status and social media to introduce products to the public with the aim of increasing sales volume and selling in the market. This is an obstacle if one day people need pictures but do not have complete detailed information. High purchasing power is expected to be created from the spread of E-Catalog regarding products from MSMEs that have been installed on the E-Catalog website. Websites with online CMS can be opened on any device by requiring an internet connection, making it easier for marketing and complete information for consumers, customers and MSME business players.

The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on UMKM. Social distancing has changed consumer behavior from conventional to digital. UMKM Shapro Official is an original automotive t-shirt vendor that was established in 2017. Shapro Official has difficulty in introducing and marketing products with a clear target consumer and competitive price competition. Sales promotions have not been managed optimally and sales data management is still manual (notes). Owners also have difficulty monitoring sales reports in real time. Website created using CMS Wordpress to help Shapro Official difficulties. The system development method is Rapid Application Development (RAD). System analysis method using fishbone diagram and system modeling using Unified Modelling Language (UML). The results showed that the existence of a website can help the management to manage promotions, sales and sales reports. Having a website makes sales targets focus and increase.

The  purpose  of  activity  is  to  introduce  that  the public  must  be familiar with  current  technological developments,  and  how  technology  can  contribute  to  the  business  world.  The  activity   also  opened  up insight  and horizons  for  thinking  about  blockchain  technology  called  mass technology,  because  the PKM  activity  also  brought business  partners  from  PT  Alko  Sumatra  International. The results of this activity can provide new enthusiasm, especially the community  so that products marketed through FB, WA and IG can be effective, it is necessary to carry out ongoing evaluations  by always  presenting  value  in every business  they run, then business  people  must  know what is called go digital or digital transformation, so that va lue can come with clear measurements  and make financial planning whose turnover   increases   by   15-20%.  If  it  is  still  not  achieved,   then  it  is  necessary   to  carry  out  a  clear  strategy   of concentration in a certain area. Tujuan   kegiatan memperkenalkan    bahwa   masyarakat    harus   mengenal perkembangan  teknologi   saat  ini,  dan  bagaimana   teknologi   mampu  memberikan  kontribusi  dalam  dunia  usaha. Kegiatan  juga  membukakan  wawasan  dan cakrawala  berpikir  terhadap  teknologi blockchain yang disebut teknologi masa,   karena   Kegiatan   PKM juga   menghadirkan   mitra   bisnis   dari   PT   Alko   Sumatera   International. Hasil   kegiatan   ini   dapat   memberikan   semangat   baru   terutama   masyarakat    agar  produk  yang dipasarkan melalui FB, WA dan IG bisa efektif, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan  dengan selalu menghadirkan  value dalam setiap usaha yang dijalankan, selanjutnya  pelaku bisnis harus mengenal yang  namanya go digital  atau  digital  transformation,  agar value dapat hadir dengan pengkuran yang jelas dan membuat perencanaan keuangan  yang  omset   meningkat  sebesar 15 -20%. Jika  masih  belum  tercapai  maka  pelu  lakukan  strategi yang jelas konsentrasi  dalam area tertentu.

This research is a type of field research, where the author goes directly to the field in processed tempeh SMEs in Tempe Processed Village, Sampangan Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang City. The study used data analysis techniques, namely qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. In analyzing the data, the researcher conducted observations, interviews, and documentation to obtain the required data. The results showed that to survive the COVID-19 pandemic, the efforts made were marketing through social media, promotion through social media and maintaining the quality of products and services from Tempe Processed SMEs.

This study aims to determine the optimization of digital transactions in the School Procurement Information System (SIPLah) at PT. Intan Pariwara. The research analysis used was an analysis with a qualitative descriptive approach. While the data collection method uses interview methods and observation methods. The results of the research on each parameter, the technology, marketing, transaction, customer service, product management and finance. SIPLah PT. Intan Pariwara has advantages compared to other SIPlah partners in the system and website appearance. Even so, it still has disadvantages, namely for the payment method it only has one payment method which makes the buyer have no choice.
