The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in how businesses are conducted, especially in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. E-commerce has become a key tool for MSMEs to expand their market reach and improve operational efficiency. This seminar discusses the importance of leveraging e-commerce for MSME development in Indonesia, highlighting the potential of digital platforms like social media to enhance market reach and business efficiency. However, challenges such as low digital literacy and inadequate infrastructure remain major barriers to adopting this technology, particularly in rural areas. The seminar results indicate that synergy between the government, private sector, and society is needed to overcome these challenges and support MSMEs in utilizing digital technology for sustainable growth.

MSMEs need to provide opportunities for local entrepreneurs and utilize local resources to help stimulate economic activity and increase the competitiveness of a region as a whole. Based on the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to hold training on the use of digital marketing tools and socialize the processing of business permits for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Pagak Village, Banjarnegara Regency as a solution. In the socialization process, an MSME association was also formed whose members were active in the business world in Pagak Village. All presenters have tried to provide all the knowledge about the digital marketing and bookkeeping process for MSMEs and various interesting things regarding business licensing, so it is hoped that the entrepreneurial knowledge provided can be directly applied by the MSME community, especially in Pagak Village.

Penelitian ini memiliki maksud untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran Jigsaw pada materi pelajaran PAI  kelas XII di SMAN 1 Tambun Utara. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif yang diambil dari subjek 35 siswa kelas XII melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Persoalan siswa yang cenderung bosan saat belajar, kurang memiliki kepercayaan diri dan keberanian dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran ternyata menjadi penghambat dalam meningkatkan keaktifan belajar di kelas. Pemberian model pembelajaran Jigsaw menjadikan siswa untuk memiliki sikap kerja sama antar teman dengan saling menghargai satu sama lain dan tidak membeda-bedakan dan memberikan ruang untuk siswa berdiskusi mengenai materi atau pertanyaan yang menjadi tanggungjawabnya, menampilkan keberanian dan kepercayaan diri untuk mengungkapkan jawaban, sehingga mampu untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa saat belajar di kelas. Maka dari itu model pembelaajran Jigsaw bisa menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran untuk diterapkan bagi guru PAI saat menjelaskan dan mempelajari pelajaran PAI.   

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena aktivitas belajar siswa belum optimal sehingga siswa terlihat kurang antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Selain itu, alokasi waktu yang dibutuhkan guru masih kurang sehingga mengakibatkan transfer pengetahuan kepada siswa tidak optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh learning cycle 5E terhadap aktivitas belajar pendidikan agama islam siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Bukittinggi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Bukittinggi dan sample di ambil dari 2 kelas XI yaitunya XI IPS 2 dan XI Ips 3. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi angket. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji t untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata posttest kelompok eksperimen adalah 81,14 dan rata-rata posttest kelompok kontrol adalah 69,23. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan Independent Sample T-test antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 89,779 dan nilai t-tabel sebesar 2,750, serta taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran learning cycle 5E berpengaruh aktif dan lebih baik daripada aktivitas belajar siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional di kelas XI di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Bukittinggi.

Metode pembelajaran adalah proses untuk menyampaikan ilmu pengetahuan. Macam-macam metode pembelajaran itu banyak salah satunya yaitu metode demonstrasi. Pentingnya metode demonstrasi diterapkan dalam pendidikan agama islam, karena metode ini diharapkan bisa meningkatkan pemahaman anak didik materi pernikahan kelas XII di SMP Negeri 1 Kec Payakumbuh. Dengan dilaksanakannya metode demonstrasi ini diharapkan bagi pendidik berperan sebagai penggerak dan juga pembimbing. Dan anak didik sebagai penerima dan juga dibimbing.  Penelitian ini bertujuan supaya apakah menggunakan metode demonstrasi ini bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar PAI materi pernikahan pada anak didik kelas XII di SMA Negeri 1 Kec Payakumbuh . dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian PTK yang mana mengguakan 2 siklus da nada 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 1 Kec Payakumbuh dengan jumlah 34 orang siswa. Memperoleh data dari hasil tes, hasil pengamatan pelaksanaan dalam pembelajaran. Dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi ini pemahaman anak didik mengalami peningkatan dari siklus 1 sampai siklus 2. Rata-rata penilaian yang diperoleh siklus 1 70,17, siklus 2 80,23. Jadi dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa metode demonstrasi ini bisa dibuktikan bahwa pemahaman anak didik meningkat setelah menerapkan metode demonstrasi yang terjadi di siklus 1 dan siklus 2.

Information systems in modern times now have a fairly important role in the progress of an organization, including in the business world. The obstacles that often arise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) namely on a transaction system that is still manual, with using paper to archive company data. Thus it will clearly make it difficult to control financial report data and transaction data. For this reason, it is important to earn for a certain system which able to help process transaction data and reports, which can also be useful for interested parties to overcome these obstacles. The required application system is an Accounting Information System. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by collecting accurate data. The aim of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of management information systems on decision making at Desi stores. The data collection method used by researchers is to create a questionnaire. The sample studied was 20 respondents using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The influence of information systems in making decisions on selling prices at Desi Store is 67.4%. As the result of this research we can see that accounting information system for ‘Desi stores’ has played an effective and efficient role as a management tool in making pricing decisions, because most of the selling prices in 'Desi stores' use prices suggested by the official salesperson of these products. However, data processing and recording of company financial reports at 'Desi stores' still use a fairly simple method, namely with using paper to archive company data.

Kesulitan belajar yang terlihat saat observasi di SMA Negeri 1 Tompaso menjadi pemicu dilakukannya penelitian ini. Masalah muncul dari beberapa kendala, seperti kemungkinan peningkatan hasil belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi hasil penggunaan model Problem Based Learning berbasis blended learning. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain kelompok eksperimen pra dan pasca tes. Sampel diambil dari kelas XI MIPA 3 dan XI MIPA 1 yang masing-masing berjumlah 22 siswa. Kelas-kelas ini normal dan homogen dan masing-masing berfungsi sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Dengan menggunakan uji-t untuk menguji data penelitian, diketahui bahwa nilai thitung = 3,7598 > ttabel = 1,6819 dengan taraf signifikansi = 0,05 menunjukkan menolak H0 dan menerima H1. Konsekuensinya, keefektifan model blended learning problem based learning berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa.

Keterampilan proses sains sebagai suatu prosedur ilmiah dalam pembelajaran sains. Pentingnya soal KPS dalam pembelajaran melatihkan kemampuan berpikir peserta didik.  Secara khusus, hasil belajar sains dipengaruhi oleh soal KPS untuk menemukan fakta dan konsep sendiri. Studi ini didesain untuk menghasilkan produk soal KPS yang valid dan reliabel dalam materi biologi kelas X SMA. Metode: Pengembangan soal KPS mengikuti langkah-langkah model pengembangan tipe formative research Tessmer (1993). Sejumlah 60 siswa diseleksi secara Cluster Random Sampling dengan kriteria telah mendapatkan materi yang diukur untuk dilibatkan dalam studi ini. Sebanyak 55 butir soal KPS pilihan ganda yang dikembangkan tersebar ke dalam indikator observasi, klasifikasi, komunikasi, prediksi, menerapkan konsep, hipotesis, interpretasi, mengajukan pertanyaan dan merencanakan percobaan. Skor nilai sebagai data kuantitatif dianalisis uji validitas (logis dan empirik), reliabilitas, daya pembeda, tingkat kesukaran, dan pengecoh dengan MS. Excel. Hasil: Temuan ini berdasarkan validitas empiris menghasilkan 49 soal yang valid (94,23%) serta reliabilitas menyatakan bahwa soal memiliki interpretasi sangat tinggi (0,87). Berdasarkan validasi logis oleh ahli memperoleh kategori sangat layak dengan persentase sebesar 98,01%. Kesimpulan: Tahap menyusun tabel kisi-kisi soal sangat diperlukan dalam mengembangkan soal, sehingga antara indikator soal KPS yang dibuat dengan materi biologi, dapat tersebar secara merata untuk mengukur KPS siswa.

The inheritance law itself is part of the civil law and the smallest part of the family law. The customary law inheritance system includes 3 (three) patterns, namely patrilineal, matrilineal, and parental. One of the tribes that still applies customary inheritance law is the Talang Mamak Tribe. This research explores the application of the inheritance of the Talang Mamak Tribe in the customary inheritance system in Indonesia and its legal consequences in terms of aspects of Indonesian civil law. This research is of a normative juridical type using a statutory debate approach and a concept approach. The secondary data used comes from literature studies with analytical descriptive analytical methods. The result of the research obtained by Penilis is that most of the Talang Mamak people are known to have converted to Islam. The traditional inheritance of the Talang Mamak Tribe basically uses a matrilineal system, where the heirs are daughters. The role of Ninik amak and the daughter here is to be the ruler or controller of the inheritance and the custodian of all the brothers of the wife including the sons. According to Article 105 and Article 109 of the Civil Code, this is inversely proportional to the position of women who are classified as legally incompetent. Tapai is Siantar ethnic food in the city of Pematang Siantar.  However, tapai is very difficult to find because it does not have a special place to sell it.  Tapai traders sell tapai while walking around the city of Pematang Siantar.  The purpose of this activity to build a creative economy through culinary is to make tapai a home industry product that is of great interest to the people of the city of Pematang Siantar and visitors to the city of Pematang Siantar.  This activity was carried out by students of the Stambuk 2020 Development Economics study program with the supporting lecturer Dian Purba SE, M.Sc in collaboration with the Pematang Siantar City Government, the Education and Teaching Office.  This activity was held on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at the Faculty of Economics, Simalungun University.  The method of carrying out this activity is by holding competitions for various variants of processed tapai which are participated in by SMA/SMK students from the city of Pematang Siantar.  The number of participants in the competition is 10 teams consisting of 3 people for each team.  The implementation of this activity is carried out with the aim of developing student creativity in terms of managing tapai.

The application of accounting information systems has been develope . Information Systems is not only use for a big company. It also can be use for a small market.This research was conducted by using quantitative data analysis method. All data that have been obtained based on interview result and all the facts. The purpose of this research is to know about The role of Information Systems in making decision on determination pricing at ‘Toko Bu Nancy’The transaction system of ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is still using paper to fill all data. Because ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is small market. That’s why ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ need a system that can help processing all data and transaction.Based on this research, actually the accounting information system at ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ can be said quiet good. Because the price that been determinate are the same with another market. Even though ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is still a small market, but the accounting information that been recorded is quiet detail so the information that needed in making decision determination pricing can be obtained quick and easily. It can be conclude that ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ has a great and effective accounting information.

The Industrial Revolution 4.0, which coincided with the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic, demanded that the world of education implement a different system. Classroom learning that involves students directly is now starting to switch to online learning. One of the learning media used is the Kahoot application. Interactive quizzes in this application can be implemented on an ongoing basis, including in face-to-face learning after the pandemic. Unfortunately, not all educational institutions know about the existence and benefits of this application. Sungai Putih High School, Kampar Regency, which is our service partner, is one of them. This dedication to introducing interactive learning through online media has had satisfactory results. From 38 respondents covering all classes and teachers at the high school, 100% of respondents felt interested in this learning and 96% of respondents agreed that learning evaluation using Kahoot was felt to be more effective than tests in general. For the continuity of implementation, the service team provided a Kahoot Usage Guide book which was designed directly by the service team.

Information and communication technology that has become increasingly sophisticated makes information spread quickly without the boundaries of space and time. This is very dangerous for teenagers who are still confused about what they can and cannot do. The type of research design used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 23 people, consisting of 21 students/I SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City, 1 teacher counseling guidance and 1 vice principal in the field of public relations. Data were obtained by means of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and In-Depth Interview. Students' perception of sex education is to explain problems related to how to interact with the opposite sex, reproductive organs, intimate relationships, and juvenile delinquency. Perceptions related to the threat of not getting sex education are that they can fall into promiscuity and free sex, get pregnant out of wedlock and can get reproductive diseases. Students' perceptions regarding the benefits of getting sex education are being able to distinguish between good and bad, and being able to avoid promiscuity. Schools provide support in efforts to prevent free sex for their students by way of socialization related to sex education by counseling guidance teachers assisted by other relevant agencies and institutions. The informant's perception of the perceived barriers in obtaining sex education is that many consider sex a taboo subject and a negative thing. The activity of providing sex education at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City is expected to be able to apply sex education as one of the materials taught to students at school. Although activities were hampered due to the pandemic, it is hoped that the school will continue to provide sex education materials in the form of online meetings or socialization from various media.    

Tidak sedikit mahasiswa yang salah mengambil jurusan karena kaget dengan pekerjaan yang terlalu berat, materi yang kurang cocok serta tugas yang menumpuk. Simulasi ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan jurusan untuk siswa yang ingin berkuliah atau membantu guru Bimbingan konseling (BK) dalam mengarahkan para siswanya sehingga siswa semakin yakin dengan pilihan jurusannya. Metode Simple Additive Weight merupakan salah satu algoritma pengambilan keputusan dengan memberikan bobot pada setiap pertanyaan yang diberikan. Metode ini dapat membantu memprediksi jurusan untuk siswa yang ingin berkuliah khususnya anak SMA kelas 12 tanpa membebankan anak untuk mendapatkan nilai dari yang dia dapat tetapi dari minat dan bakat yang sangat di sukai anak tersebut.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan pemahaman siswa terhadap media pembelajaran yang digunakan serta mengetahui kelebihan dan keunggulan dari masing-masing media dalam proses pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Cisarua. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti lakukan adalah metode eksperimen, yang berbentuk intact group comparison. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA di SMAN 1 Cisarua sebanyak 30 orang di kelas berbeda dengan materi ajar yang sama. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif atau analisis statistik.. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan lapangan metode yang disampaikan adalah metode pembelajaran menggunakan media bacaan dan media video animasi. Pada saat eksperimen metode pembelajaran yang menggunakan media video animasi lebih unggul dibandingkan menggunakan media bacaan. Penggunaan metode yang menggunakan video animasi menghasilkan nilai rata-rata kelas yang memenuhi standar ketuntasan sekolah. Sedangkan penggunaan metode video bacaan menghasilkan nilai rata-rata kelas yang tidak memenuhi standar ketuntasan sekolah.

High school students are the young generation who have the potential and have the opportunity to play an active role in the development of the nation and the nation. To support their ability to compete in today's era, high school students are required to have self-confidence, be able to communicate politely, and be polite as part of public speaking. If you do not have the ability to communicate in public appropriately due to a lack of self-confidence, then the interaction cannot run smoothly. Therefore, to provide understanding, public speaking training is held using the CCP (Confident, Content and Performance) method. This dedication activity was a collaboration between the lecturer who held the tridharma activities of higher education and the UPTD SMAN 13 Maros which is located in Pucak Village. By using the practice method which begins with increasing self-confidence, followed by creating content and finally preparing for a live performance. the enthusiasm of the participants was very high, various questions were asked during the discussion so that this activity could provide training in the development of public speaking presentation skills

Stock Prices Fluctuation affected by market conditions indicates that the company is not doing well. Fluctuations in the share price of Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia are influenced by unstable market conditions. The aim of this study is to find out whether the stocks which have been recommended by PT. Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia 2021 is superior or inferior. The data used in this study were in the form of secondary data contained in the Market Outlook published by PT. Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia, which consisted of 33 stocks during the research period. Moreover, this type of research used case studies. The result of the study shows that the value of the regression constant is negative with a significance value smaller than the significance level of 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the performance of PT Sinarmas Sekuritas Indonesia's stock portfolio for the January–December 2021 period is inferior which shows that the performance of the portfolio with the index has bad performance. In addition, companies whose shares have good performance are expected to maintain their company's performance, while companies that have bad performance can improve their company's performance. 

A small cassava chip business is a household business that produces snacks made from special cassava snacks. The single most important factor influencing the performance of small businesses in Singapore is their marketing strategy, which takes into account their products, prices, promotions and distribution locations. This research was conducted in the small business community of Bandar Khalipah Village in Percut Sei Tuan district. The purpose of this study was to understand the mix marketing strategies used by the Singapore government. Descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques with notes, and documentation are the methods used for analysis.  Research results 1) the marketing mix strategy used by small businesses in Singapore is a product made with good quality materials, good quantity, has a handle, and is wrapped in plastic. The quoted price is equal to the price. The traditional promotional method still used in Cassava Chips is "lewd mouth to mouth" and "place/distribution channel" is "products marketed slim in the place of production then exist" i.e. "channeled to consumers" through "wholesalers". 2) Product and price are internal determining factors. Externally influenced factors include increased sales during peak hours, while internally influenced factors include sluggish production and promotion locations. External factors that become obstacles include business competitors and seasonal raw materials.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan melihat pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT. Smart Lab Indonesia Tangerang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT. Smart Lab Indonesia Tangerang yang berjumlah 80 orang dengan penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu dengan menjadikan seluruh populasi menjadi sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 80 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisisi koefisien korelasi, serta uji hipotesis melalui uji T serta Uji F. Hasil hipotesis secara parsial variabel stres kerja (X1) diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,182 > 1,991) hal tersebut diperkuat juga dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Dengan demikian stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji statistik variabel motivasi kerja (X2) diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,148 > 1,991) hal tersebut diperkuat juga dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Dengan demikian motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (8,737 > 3,12) hal ini diperkuat juga dengan nilai probability signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Maka bisa dikatakan stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh angka (R square) sebesar 0,185.

Sustainable economic growth is one of the national development goals in Indonesia. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) play a crucial role in promoting sustainable economic growth; however, UMKM need to adapt to the developments in digital technology to compete and thrive in the market. The digitalpreneur community consists of UMKM practitioners who leverage digital technology to expand their businesses. This community can provide various benefits to its members, such as access to information and knowledge, business networks, and support for business development. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data is gathered through in-depth interviews with informants. Based on the research findings, it is observed that the digitalpreneur community can contribute to sustainable economic growth in several ways, namely: 1) Enhancing the capacity and competitiveness of UMKM. 2) Improving market access. 3) Facilitating collaboration among UMKM.
