The Qur'an is the holy book of Muslims which functions as a way of life and guidance for humans in living their lives in the world. The Qur'an contains many aspects and parts of life, including worship, muamalah, warnings and knowledge. -The Al-Qur'an is a revelation whose truth is absolute, so from a scientific point of view, both science and society must be in harmony with the information contained in the Al-Qur'an. Science, especially science, is related to events in the universe. Nature and humans are sources of knowledge which are often referred to as the macro world and the micro world. However, there are other sources of knowledge, especially those that come from revelation or the Koran. Not all verses of the Koran touch on natural issues, of the 6,236 verses there are only 800 verses. These verses became known as kauniyah verses. There are several patterns of explanation of the Qur'an in these kauniyah verses. One example of the Islamization of science is the Islamic insight into nerve cells in the brain. The interaction of cells, tissues, organs and organ systems in the human body cannot be separated from the existence of nerve cells. The human nervous system consists of the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system. The central nervous system is divided into two parts, namely the brain and spinal cord. The brain as the central nervous system has a central role in regulating body functions. The Qur'an mentions brain neurons.

Growth and development is a continuous process that occurs from conception and continues until adulthood. The pre-school period is a golden age where stimulation of all aspects of development plays an important role in subsequent developmental tasks, where 80% of children's cognitive development has been achieved at pre-school age. However, in reality there are still many parents who do not understand the importance of screening and stimulating growth and development in children. Screening is carried out to detect irregularities early so that it will be easier to overcome them. Currently, the KPSP Pro application is available, which can be accessed via smartphone, which can be used by parents to carry out independent developmental screening of their respective children. The problems currently faced by partners are the minimal knowledge of parents regarding screening and stimulating growth and development in children, the lack of utilization of the facilities that are already available for conducting screening, many parents who are not open to technology, and do not understand how to access and use applications. KPSP Pro is also unable to utilize information from screening results. The solutions offered to partners are: conducting seminars for teachers and parents regarding the importance of screening and stimulating growth and development in children, informing regarding the availability of the KPSP Pro application, teaching how to access/download the KPSP Pro application, conducting roleplays, carrying out development screening using KPSP Pro and provide an understanding regarding the use of screening results. The results of this activity showed an increase in mothers' knowledge about developmental screening of preschool-age children.

For thousands of years, the Dayak Ngaju people in Central Kalimantan have practiced a traditional rice cultivation system called Manugal, which involves planting rice directly on the ground without artificial fertilizers or pesticides. This method relies on rainwater and natural materials, and it is guided by the teachings of the Kaharingan belief system, recognizing rice as a divine manifestation, and adhering to the traditional calendar. However, the Green Revolution and the globalization of modern food production, initiated in the late 1960s, introduced intensive agriculture, chemical inputs, and high-yielding crop varieties. This modernization marginalized local traditions, including Manugal, in Central Kalimantan. This qualitative descriptive case study examines the background of the Green Revolution and its impact on Manugal, the ecological consequences of agricultural modernization, and the comparison between Manugal and modern monoculture farming systems. The study aims to propose strategies for maintaining the Manugal tradition and achieving ecological sustainability.

Early Initiation of Breastfeeding is the process of a baby breastfeeding immediately after birth, where the baby is allowed to look for the mother's own nipple (not having the nipple offered). Early initiation of breastfeeding will greatly help in the continuation of exclusive breastfeeding (breast milk only) and the duration of breastfeeding. IMD has been shown to extend the duration of breastfeeding, increase the chances of a baby being breastfed in the first months of life, and can also contribute to increased exclusive breastfeeding. Babies who practice IMD also appear to interact more with their mothers and cry less (UNICEF, 2018; WHO, 2019 ). This type of research is analytical, namely the researcher will analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge and basic immunization provision, with a cross-sectional design, namely data on the mother's level of knowledge and basic immunization provision. The research was conducted at the Midwife Sri Wulandari clinic, S.Tr.Keb in 2023. The research was conducted April to June 2022. The population is relatively small, namely under 100 people. From the description above, the author used a total sampling technique, namely 52 mothers with 1 year old babies.

Pneumonia is an acute respiratory infection that affects the lung tissue (alveoli) (Afriani, A & Oktavia, L, 2021). The toddler years are a phase that is very vulnerable to health problems. Meanwhile, pneumonia is in second place by presentation (15.5%). The factors related to the incidence of pneumonia in children under five are determined from the characteristics of the mother, factors in children under five, nutritional status of children under five and the last factor is environmental factors (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2018). This research itself uses quantitative methods with observation, distribution of questionnaires and literature reviews so that it can be concluded that the close relationship between parental knowledge, behavior and factors that cause pneumonia in toddlers is significantly related to the expansion of the number of pneumonia in toddlers in RSUD. There is a deficiency in facilities and infrastructure, notably the absence of library space for reading activities. The books at SD Negeri Waruberon are not very engaging, and the reading material is overly challenging. This discourages students from dedicating time to reading books. They tend to engage in less productive activities with their friends, as they find these activities more interesting and enjoyable. In addition to the absence of supporting infrastructure, there are also environmental and familial factors. Many parents choose to provide their children with cellphones or gadgets rather than purchasing engaging books that cater to their needs. This significantly diminishes the interest in reading at SD Negeri Waruberon. For this reason, the service conducted by college students placed at SD Negeri Waruberon is intended to boost the reading interest of SD Negeri Waruberon students through the Reading Corner program. Having a reading corner in each of their classrooms means they have a comfortable space to read books and utilize their free time for meaningful activities that expand their knowledge. Additionally, various methods are employed, including: 1) Planning / Making a design, 2) Demonstrating Design Outcomes, 3) Gathering and Analyzing Information, 4) Implementing the Manufacturing Process. A program to establish a reading corner at SD Negeri Waruberon in Sidoarjo has delivered positive results. The students at SD Negeri Waruberon have shown an increased interest in reading books during their free time. They have developed a deeper understanding of the importance of reading, which has enhanced their insight and critical thinking abilities. Moreover, they have become more confident in expressing their opinions, both individually and with their peers. They find it easier to comprehend conveyed information, and their intellectual capabilities have improved. Additionally, their level of literacy activities has increased, enabling them to create stories, rhymes, and poems, which are periodically displayed on the school wall.

This study aims to analyze the double burden (double burden) of women. The development of the times has transformed the thoughts and movements of women so that they do not only function in the domestic sphere but also in the public sphere. Even though this is a form of gender inequality in one sex. This is very interesting to study using socialist feminist theory and the position of women in Islam in terms of gender analysis of the position of women in the household. The purpose of this research is to look further at the views of feminists and Islam in the double burden experienced by women in various regions. Data analysis techniques in this study used the analytical techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely: data codification, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this study is that the dual role of women in various areas carried out by previous research occurs because there is no knowledge and awareness that there is oppression that they experience, so that its continuity is considered normal. Islam views women and men as having an equal position even in matters of household which must be based on equal principles and an agreement between the two parties. The significance of this study is to offer a micro snapshot of the problem of multiple roles at certain loci and can provide a glimpse into the potential for similar research in other areas.

Background: Sectio Caesarea is a method of giving birth to a fetus by making an incision in the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen (Amru Sofian, 2013). Giving birth by cesarean can drain more energy on the body and the recovery process takes longer. To speed up the recovery process, early mobilization exercises are needed. However, there are several factors that prevent mothers from doing early mobilization For this reason, it is important that efforts to increase early mobilization are carried out in order to speed up the healing process. Objective: To describe the description of nursing care in post sectio caesarea patients in practicing early mobilization. Research Methods: This study uses a literature review method in a journal that discusses early mobilization in post sectio caesarea mothers. Research Results: The results of the research from the literature review that the authors obtained through 10 journals, namely the mobilization efforts of post-SC postpartum mothers in carrying out early mobilization are influenced by pain in the surgical wound, knowledge/experience, motivation and beliefs. Questions with a high level of thinking level or what is often referred to as HOTS usually provide unusual word choices and require advanced vocabulary and/or appropriate contextual understanding of the meaning of a word depending on its use in a sentence. In this problem, prepositions can also be classified as difficult questions because they are not only interpreted literally, but also require exposure to those words beforehand, especially in phrasal verbs or phrasal adjectives. The purpose of the HOTS model questions is to encourage students to do high-level reasoning so that they are not fixated on only one pattern of answers resulting from the memorization process, without knowing the concept of knowledge. HOTS is one of the skills demands in 21st century learning, namely critical, creative, collaborative, and communicative thinking. HOTS questions make it possible to create the same type of questions, but with different questions. This aims to capture quality students who are in accordance with the development of information technology in the digital era. By familiarizing yourself with challenging questions, your potential can also be encouraged to further develop.
