The presence of the Corona Virus Pandemic has greatly affected the community in various sectors. One of the most visible impacts is on the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) economic sector. MSME business actors have experienced many difficulties in selling and exhibiting their products so that their income levels have decreased. MSME players also cannot remain silent, they must continue to sustain their business by utilizing advances in information technology which currently has a significant impact on society in supporting various business activities, both large and limited in scope, so that businesses can be recognized globally. Therefore, it is important to have media that can be easily reached by potential buyers, but MSME business actors in Rembang City are still lacking and not fully familiar with digital marketing. Thus, assistance is provided to MSME players regarding the use of digital marketing so that it can make it easier for MSME players to market their products through social media and e-commerce. Community service is carried out by providing socialization and training to MSME business actors on how to create, promote, and sell products through e-commerce businesses such as shopee. With the community empowerment through socialization and training for MSME players in Rembang Village, Blitar City, it is hoped that it can bring changes in a better direction so that they can continue their business fields.

Discipline is something related to someone's control of various forms of regulation. The purpose of this research is to direct students so that they learn about good things as a preparation for the future, when they are very dependent on self-discipline. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. With a large number of samples ± there are 51 UHAMKA students in the teaching and education faculties of the 2019/2020 academic year. The research instrument used a questionnaire or questionnaire and library literature in the form of journals and books. And this validity approach is tested using construct validity and for this reliability approach using internal consistent reliability testing. The procedure for taking this sample was carried out by systematic random sampling. And the data collection was used by distributing questionnaires which were distributed via Google Formular to students analyzing data for variable and reliable testing using IBM SPSS 26. And using a one-sample t-test statistic. The results showed that: there were 33 students (78%) who had a very high level of discipline. There are 16 students (56-77%) who have a moderate level of discipline. There are 2 students (55%) who have a low level of discipline. Based on the explanation above, it can be said that the level of student discipline is included in the high category. This result is the possibility that students choose good answers or indeed good discipline. Based on the data above, the high level of student discipline shows that students at FKIP Uhamka have good obedience, obedience, and order. This is in line with Susanto's statement (2018) that discipline is influenced by factors including: students following and obeying applicable regulations, self-awareness, educational tools, punishment, exemplary attitude, disciplinary environment, and disciplinary training. However, there are still students who adhere to a low level of discipline (55%). This can be spread by the background of the students themselves who are less disciplined about the rules applied by the university and because there is no awareness about the importance discipline.

This article discusses the importance of introducing educational technology in improving the quality of Islamic education. Islamic education has an important role in educating generations who are noble and capable. Educational technology can be utilized to increase the availability of Islamic educational resources. Students have easy access to high-quality and diverse Islamic learning materials through online learning platforms. In addition, educational technology allows for more active interactions between teachers and students. Teachers can assign assignments, submit materials, and provide direct feedback to students, encouraging personalized learning, and focusing on individual student needs. Educational technology also offers opportunities to further develop the professional skills of teachers in Islamic education. Teachers can take advantage of additional learning resources, expand collaborative networks with other teachers, and participate in professional training online. However, when implementing educational technology in Islamic teaching, care must be taken to ensure clear guidelines, adequate support, and a balance between the use of technology and traditional approaches to Islamic learning. The introduction of educational technology can be an effective way to improve the quality of Islamic education to produce a generation that is knowledgeable and able to make a positive contribution to society.

This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data source for this research comes from primary data (18 informants) and secondary data (sourced from BKK). The results of the study were based on (1) indicators of achieving goals in an effort to increase the number of graduates being absorbed from special job fairs were not yet effective, (2) indicators of integration were already effective in terms of program socialization, and (3) indicators of adaptation from observations during the field showed that they had been effective. The conclusion of this study concludes that BKK is quite effective but its implementation has not been optimal. The suggestion from this research is to renew the strategy of the job market specifically in attracting companies to be able to recruit graduates so that the percentage of working graduates can increase every year.

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in madrasahs, guided by the Ministry of Religious Affairs Regulation (KMA) Number 347 in 2022, offers both advantages and challenges. This policy empowers madrasahs in Indonesia to develop education unit-level curricula that cater to the specific needs and management of education. The advantages of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum lie in its ability to respect and enhance Islamic education. Madrasahs can emphasize religious understanding, Quranic studies, and character education, enabling students to deepen their religious knowledge and strengthen their religious identities. Moreover, the curriculum's flexibility allows madrasahs to tailor educational experiences to the needs, social contexts, and local cultures of their students, making learning more relevant and meaningful. By incorporating practical and contextual subjects, the Merdeka Curriculum facilitates the development of broader skills, equipping students with academic, social, and life skills essential for their holistic growth. However, challenges arise in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. Educators need comprehensive training and professional development to effectively design and implement a flexible curriculum. Ensuring consistent education standards across madrasahs is also crucial, as the freedom to determine curricula may result in variations. Integration with the national curriculum is essential to ensure that fundamental subjects such as literacy, numeracy, and general knowledge are adequately covered.

The mail merge method allows for the creation of personalized and efficient invitation letters, by combining data from separate sources into a letter template. Industry is one of the efforts to improve the welfare of the population. In addition, industrialization is also inseparable from efforts to improve the quality of human resources and the ability to optimally utilize natural resources. In industrial relations there are also labor relations disputes that occur within a company. We tell the village youth that in the industrial world there are institutions that deal with labor relations disputes. Community service activities must also pay attention to aspects of education and training for young people. The importance of providing access to them to acquire the knowledge and skills needed in the world of work, so that they can become productive, independent workers while understanding their rights.

This abstract details a holistic approach to understanding the constraints, optimization strategies, and impacts associated with crew changes and MEA implementation. The literature review highlights constraints such as uncertainty in policy changes, bureaucratic obstacles, and resistance to change. To address these constraints, optimization strategies involve technology integration, risk management, enhanced communication, transparency in MEA, and investment in training and development. The positive impacts of optimization include improved operational efficiency, crew welfare, company reputation, onboard safety, and harmonious relationships. These strategies are expected to provide guidance for shipping companies to overcome challenges and improve the implementation of crew changes and MEA, creating a more efficient, stable, and sustainable shipping industry.

The purpose of this service program is to provide knowledge and skills related to processing waste, especially paper/inorganic waste into products that have a sale value. Participants in this program are 20 fostered residents from Class 1 prisons in Malang. The method of implementing this activity is carried out by providing guidance, in the form of providing material, demonstrations to direct practice. As a result of this training activity, participants can develop products such as vases, tissue boxes, bags, etc. from the rolls of paper they make. The participants were very enthusiastic in implementing the program, because this program is in line with previous programs related to waste management as a zero waste lifestyle education.

Nutritional problems in infants and toddlers are still a major problem in community administration, one of which is the problem of malnutrition. Tanjungpinang City still finds cases of toddlers with malnutrition disorders, among others, malnutrition, undernutrition and stunting. cases of malnutrition in Tanjungpinang City have increased over the past three years. In 2020 there were 97 toddlers, in 2021 there were 121 toddlers and in 2022 it rose to 245 toddlers. The purpose of this study is to Evaluate the Poor Nutrition Management Program in Toddlers at the Tanjungpinang City Health Office. Researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the program evaluation show how the achievement of the implementation of the malnutrition mitigation program carried out by the Tanjungpinang City Health Office. The context indicator explains the background of the program and the strategy carried out by the Health Office has run optimally to achieve program goals. Furthermore, input indicators still require complete human resources and infrastructure so that malnutrition management programs can run effectively. Then, the HR process indicators in this program have been running through coordination so that activities can run regularly but there are still some things that need to be considered in increasing participation and knowledge about parenting. Furthermore, product indicators are evaluated in running the program, but there are still some negative sides that still think that handling nutritional problems is a health task. The conclusion of the evaluation of the malnutrition mitigation program by the Tanjungpinang Health Office is that the malnutrition program is effective enough but has not been optimally implemented. Suggestions as an improvement effort are to increase community understanding of the program, strive for the fulfillment of additional feeding for all toddlers, fulfill program training, add officers and improve training.

The purpose of this community service activity is to train and guide the skills of students of West Rengat 1 Vocational School in an effort to increase competence in knowledge, skills and processing of measurement data using a waterpass measuring instrument in soil surveying subjects, because one of the competencies that must be possessed SMK students, especially those majoring in construction and housing engineering, are studying land surveying using a waterpass tool. The methods used in this training activity include presentation, demonstration, practice and evaluation. The results of the evaluation of this activity were obtained from the assignments given to each student. The instructor checks the calculated measurement results. From the initial observation to the final evaluation process, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of the students. Initially the participants did not have the ability to do surveying using a waterpass, but after the training was given the participants were able to apply the program. The evaluation results showed that as many as 67% of the participants were able to carry out the measurement assignments that had been given.

In this day and age, people of all ages are very familiar with digital technology. The right application of digital technology can provide benefits for its users. One of them is by creating marketing for business products and services organized by UMKM using digital technology. However, due to a lack of understanding and training, UMKM business owners have not made the best use of the internet to assist their operations. Digital marketing, which aims to advertise or promote products and services using online media to reach a larger target market, is one way to use the internet in company management. Foodstuffs are the only goods produced by UMKM owned by business actors in Rembang Village and marketing is only carried out through direct sales by door to door or face to face. It is difficult to reach a larger target market. Therefore, providing training and directing the use of digital marketing can help MSME players in increasing the capacity of UMKM entrepreneurs to utilize digital marketing.

The use of digital technology which is still low and the lack of knowledge in utilizing branding efforts as an effort to introduce products to consumers are still obstacles faced by UMKM Berkah Soybean Crackers. UMKM Kerupuk Soybean Berkah only focuses on product trading but still has not implemented good product branding. UMKM business actors have not fully implemented digital marketing by utilizing social media so that they do not support the expansion and market reach of the products they produce. LPPM lecturers and KKN students collaborated in the Community Service Innovation Program which was carried out by holding training and socialization activities related to product branding strategies and the use of digital marketing in supporting business stability and reaching a wider market. The implementation method is carried out offline which is offered by business actors and some of their workers. The results of the community service activities obtained by UMKM business participants are satisfied with the material presented and increasing awareness of the importance of using product branding as the spearhead of the products produced as well as training in making logos as a product branding effort by practicing directly has increased the ability to make attractive product branding in accordance with the wishes so as to create consumer loyalty to the products produced

This activity uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) research method involving conducting research to define a problem or applying information into action as a solution to a problem that has been defined. The research background is the low learning motivation of students at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar and is influenced by pedagogic competence and teacher professional competence. The aims of this study were to: 1) The influence of teacher pedagogic competence on the learning motivation of students at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar. 2) The effect of teacher professional competence on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar. 3) The effect of teacher pedagogic competence and teacher professionalism on students' learning motivation at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total of 56 respondents. Statistical data processing using SPSS 21.0. The results of the study show that 1) Teacher Pedagogic Competence at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar in general is in the frequent answers with quite high criteria, however there are indicators that need to be improved, namely training teachers specifically and personally. The results of testing the relationship between teacher pedagogic competence and student learning motivation are included in the moderate correlation category, then there is a positive influence of teacher pedagogic competence on student learning motivation. 2) The professional competence of teachers in SMA Negeri 2 Banjar in general is in the professional answers of teachers in SMA Negeri 2 Banjar which is in the answer often with moderate criteria, however there are indicators that must be improved, namely increasing teacher professionalism from various sources. The results of the hypothesis test show that the teacher's professional competence has an effect of 35.1% on students' learning motivation while 64.9% is affected by other factors. Thus the professional competence of teachers has a positive effect on students' learning motivation. 3) The learning motivation of students is generally at a fairly high criterion. However, there are indicators that need to be improved, namely the development of self-students to foster a sense of enthusiasm for success.

Geographically, Nyama Yang Hamlet is located on Moa Island, Southwest Maluku Regency, which has very rich natural resource potential, with the potential for coconut plantations. The right skills training can help increase productivity and create jobs. Answering these problems, the main purpose of this community service activity is to provide education and knowledge to the public about the benefits and process of making VCO. This service activity uses a descriptive method whose implementation begins with a preliminary study, mentoring and guidance, processing and production training, marketing, promotion, and evaluation using pretest and posttest to assess program effectiveness. The results of the questionnaire showed that 20 Nyama hamlet residents who participated in the training activities did not know how to process VCO. 3 people or 15% of residents do not know the benefits of VCO. However, after the activity ended, the results of the questionnaire showed that 100% of the residents of Nyama Hamlet were skilled in processing VCO and understood the various benefits of VCO both in daily life and having a high selling value.

Traditional health services are expected to be implemented in health care facilities. Puskesmas had a traditional health clinic that has been running since 2019, but there is no evaluation on that program. This study aims to identify the implementation that has been carried out, in order to find out which aspects still need improvement. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Researchers collect data by interview, observation and secondary data. The results of the study show that traditional health services at the puskesmas have been implemented fairly well. In 2022 there were 20 visitors with the majority of visitors aged 31-45 years (50%), female (90%), all coming from the Javanese and Muslim religions. Meanwhile, the average number of visits was 1 time (55%) and 5% of visitors made 4 repeat visits. The most frequently treated complaints were dizziness/headaches (35%) and other pain complaints (45%). Treatment in traditional health polyclinics is provided with oral medication as much as 40% and 60% without drug administration. The traditional treatment given is acupressure (65%), cupping (15%) and a combination of both as much as 20%. Officers who provide traditional health services at the Palm Health Center are nurses with acupressure training. The implementation that has been carried out still requires various improvements in order to increase the number of patient visits. Further research is needed to find the right implementation model so that traditional health services at puskesmas are widely utilized by the community.
