Convolutional neural network (CNN) is a deep learning (DL) model that has significantly contributed to medical systems because it is very useful in digital image processing. However, CNN has several limitations, such as being prone to overfitting, not being properly trained if there is data duplication, and can cause unwanted results if there is an imbalance in the amount of data in each class. Data augmentation techniques are used to overcome overfitting, eliminate data duplication, and random under sampling methods to balance the amount of data in each class, to overcome these problems. In addition, if the CNN model is not designed properly, the computation is less efficient. Research has proved that data augmentation can prevent or overcome overfitting, eliminating duplicate data can make the model more stable, and balancing the amount of data makes the model unbiased and easy to learn new data as evidenced through model evaluation and testing. The results also show that the custom convolutional neural network model is the best model compared to ResNet50 and VGG19 in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, loss performance, and computation time efficiency

Plant disease is one of the problems in the world of agriculture. Early identification of plant diseases can reduce the risk of loss, so automation is needed to speed up identification. This study proposes a custom-designed convolutional neural network (CNN) model for plant disease recognition. The proposed CNN model is not complex and lightweight, so it can be implemented in model applications. The proposed CNN model consists of 12 CNN layers, which consist of eight layers for feature extraction and four layers as classifiers. Based on the experimental results of a plant disease dataset consisting of 38 classes with a total of 87,867 image records. The proposed model can get high performance and not overfitting, with 97%, 98%, 97% and 97%, respectively, for accuracy, precision, recall and f1-score. The performance of the proposed model is also better than some popular pre-trained models, such as InceptionV3 and MobileNetV2. The proposed model can also work well when implemented in mobile applications.

This type of research is field research (Field Research) using a qualitative descriptive method to obtain the data studied. The data collection technique used is through interviews and documentation. The research data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data validity assurance techniques used is Triangulation. The data analysis technique used is data analysis technique, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. Based on student learning outcomes, it has not been achieved well. Judging from the data or student scores, it ranges from 75-79 with sufficient predicate, only a few students achieve 80-90, and from the data obtained by the school, 19 out of 33 students achieve sufficient predicate scores. with the average has not been reached to the maximum. Even then, the value of the learning outcomes has been assisted by carrying out remedial or repeat exams when student scores are problematic and assisted with plus values from the student's personality, therefore the authors conclude that PAI learning has not achieved maximum learning goals, so it needs stages or performance. maximum to improve learning outcomes so that learning is achieved properly. Employee performance as one of the values ​​and control of human resources is a complex value possessed by employees that can be influenced by various things which can increase employee performance and can reduce the value of employee performance which can be detrimental to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of employee placement on employee performance, workload on employee performance, and employee placement, workload on employee performance that occurs at bank 9 syari'ah Jambi. The results of the research conducted show that (1) work placement has a positive but not significant effect on employee work performance at bank 9 syari'ah Jambi. This study aims to determine and analyze financial performance using the value for money method of the Sikka Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques using literature and documentation. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis using the value for money method based on three elements, namely economy, efficiency and effectiveness. The results of the study show that the financial performance of the Sikka Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency for the 2019-2021 fiscal year, when viewed from an economic level, is categorized as economical because the economic ratio level is less than 100%. Judging from the level of efficiency, the 2019-2021 fiscal year is categorized as efficient because the efficiency ratio is less than 100%. In terms of the level of effectiveness for the 2019 and 2021 fiscal years, they are categorized as ineffective because the effectiveness ratio is less than 100% and 2020 is categorized as effective because the effectiveness ratio is more than 100%.

The Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget is the regional government's annual financial plan which is discussed and agreed upon jointly by the local government and the Regional People's Representative Council and stipulated by Regional Regulation. The budget is an important thing in running a business organization or government institution which can be a benchmark in a successful implementation of the business organization or government agency. In terms of the budget, it includes the APBD, in which each region is given the authority as well as the obligation to prepare the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. With a good budget, it will make the performance of the organization run in a more structured and better manner, meaning that if the budget is effective and efficient then the targets to be achieved can be met. Effectiveness is an important thing that must be done in a job so that the goals that have been set can be achieved properly. Effectiveness is also interpreted as a key element in achieving the goals and targets set by an organization/agency. It means that it is said to be effective when the organization can achieve the goals and objectives as well as targets that have been previously designed. In general, efficiency means the absence of waste. Every activity that will be carried out in achieving a predetermined target, there is a need for efficiency in carrying out a job so that it can reach the predetermined target and can be carried out correctly and precisely.

This study aims (1) to determine the marketing strategy used by Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin in increasing sales. (2) To find out marketing strategies that can be implemented by utilizing SWOT analysis to improve marketing performance at Cafe Bree Sweetandfreezee in Banjarmasin. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The informants in the study were the Owners of Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin uses various marketing strategies, such as advertising promotions, collaboration with influencers, new product development and creating Instagramable photo areas. The SWOT analysis shows strengths in product quality, cafe design and strategic location, while weaknesses relate to understanding customer preferences and digital marketing. The cafe has opportunities in forging local partnerships and leveraging social media, but faces threats from intense competition and changing consumer trends. In conclusion, Cafe Bree Sweetandfreezee Banjarmasin can capitalize on strengths, overcome weaknesses and seize opportunities to strengthen their brand and increase their market share.

Background: Blood pressure is an important indicator in assessing the cardiovascular system and the performance of a person's body so it is necessary to know that someone has hypertension. There are 1.28 billion adults with hypertension in the world in 2021 who suffer from hypertension. While the number of patients in the ICU who suffered from hypertension in the last 1 year was 140 patients. Based on these conditions, management is needed to reduce blood pressure by providing Foot Massage intervention. Objective: To find out the results of the implementation of giving Foot Massage on Lowering Blood Pressure in Hypertensive Patients in the ICU Room at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital. Method : This type of research is a case study of foot massage in hypertensive patients. Results: The results of the implementation of Foot Massage found a decrease in blood pressure in both rospenden Mr. M from 145/90mmHg to 125/80mmHg, and Mrs. W 159/100mmHg to 130/90mmHg Conclusion: There are differences in blood pressure in hypertensive patients after Foot Massage therapy at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital.

This research is motivated by the existence of problems where iIncentives are still lacking so that they affect employee motivation. There is still little ability to communicate between records. The risk indicators have not been implemented which is marked by the assigning employee to carry out the assigned task quickly and precisely, the less optimal execution of the signing of the marker, marked by the lack of desire of the employee to be successful at work by increasing performance by obtaining a score of 52%. Incentives affect enthusiasm at work. Poor communication between employees affects work motivation, thus the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of incentives and the quality of communication on work motivation in the Public Housing, Settlement Area and Environment (DPRKLH) Office of Ciamis Regency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of research that incentives tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives affect the work motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Residential Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. The highest average score obtained from the research results is found in the supporting indicators. Meanwhile, the lowest average value is found in work performance indicators. The quality of communication tends to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the quality of communication has an effect on the work motivation of the employees of the freelance workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the quality of communication increases, employee motivation also increases. As for the acquisition of the highest average score from the results of the study found on the communicant indicator. Meanwhile, the lowest value is found in the media indicator. Incentives and quality of communication tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives and quality of communication have an effect on the motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency.

Increasing the productivity of an agency's performance is inseparable from the quality of human resources (HR) who are reliable, professional and have high integrity. Managing employee performance effectively is one of the key factors to improve the company's business performance. In this case, effective performance management includes the process of measuring employee performance objectively through a series of appropriate performance indicators. The problems that have been the inhibiting factors are 1) the process of determining the best employees still uses conventional methods, so errors often occur in evaluating employee performance, 2) there is no system or method that can quickly, precisely and accurately determine the best employees at CV Diana Cosmetics Bandung, so as to produce reports that are more organized, so that they can be used as a reference for future elections. This research examines the impact of the school principal's leadership style on teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog, Sukabumi. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing surveys to collect data from teachers at the school. The questionnaires focused on leadership styles implemented by the principal and teachers' perceptions of their performance and competence. The results demonstrate that the school principal's leadership style significantly influences teacher performance and competence. Leadership styles emphasizing teacher empowerment, effective communication, and support for professional development contribute to enhanced overall teacher performance and competence. Additionally, inspiring leadership and fostering a positive working climate further improve teacher performance and competence. The research emphasizes the crucial role of school principals in creating a conducive learning environment and motivating teachers to innovate and collaborate. Effective leadership goes beyond managerial aspects and extends to human resource development. The implications of the study are vital for school administrators, especially principals, to adopt more effective leadership strategies to enhance teacher performance and competence. Furthermore, this research enriches the academic knowledge in the field of education, specifically the relationship between school principal leadership styles and teacher performance and competence. Further studies could delve deeper into the factors affecting teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog. Process scheduling algorithms play an important role in determining the performance of operating systems, particularly in managing CPU utilization and process execution efficiency. Ineffective scheduling mechanisms can lead to increased waiting time and reduced system performance. This study aims to model and simulate several process scheduling algorithms using MATLAB in order to evaluate their performance characteristics. The research method involves developing simulation models for selected scheduling algorithms, including First Come First Serve, Shortest Job First, and Round Robin. Performance evaluation is conducted based on key parameters such as average waiting time, turnaround time, and processor throughput. The simulation results demonstrate that each scheduling algorithm exhibits different performance behaviors depending on the workload characteristics. Shortest Job First produces the lowest average waiting time, while Round Robin offers better response time fairness for time-sharing systems. The findings indicate that simulation-based analysis using MATLAB provides an effective approach to understanding the behavior and performance trade-offs of process scheduling algorithms. This research contributes as a reference for selecting appropriate scheduling algorithms in operating system design and as a learning model for process scheduling analysis.

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates, with the aim of creating significant change in the organization.  This leadership style involves inspiration, motivation, and positive influence of a leader on subordinates. In the context of state administration, transformational leadership can directly impact the performance of civil servants, including civil servants in the Lamuru sub-district office of Bone Regency. Bone Regency is one of Indonesia’s regions with its own potential and challenges in development. In carrying out its duties, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office as a representative of local government at the sub-district level has a strategic role in organizing various state administration activities, coordinating development programs, and providing public services to the community. To achieve these goals, quality and effective ASN performance is essential.The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Research Method on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can be used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and meanings associated with the phenomenon of leadership and the performance of civil servants in specific contexts.Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. Through transformational leadership, a leader is able to inspire, motivate, and influence civil servants to achieve better performance and make maximum contributions in carrying out their duties. This study highlights several important findings related to the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. By paying attention to the influence of this transformational leadership, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can improve the performance of civil servants, and quality public services, and strengthen public trust in the local government. Effective implementation of transformational leadership requires organizational support, leader commitment, effective communication, subordinate participation, good team building, and appreciation for achievements.

Human resources are one of the organizational resources that play an important role in achieving its goals. Every organization is managed by humans. Without humans, the organization will not run. Challenges and opportunities in managing and creating organizations often stem from human-related problems. Therefore, in managing human resources (HR), the most vital resource is a strategic central activity. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, reward on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at Sembako Rahap Putra UMKM.The research method is to use a type of quantitative research. The population of this study is 215 employees, the sample in this study is 140 employees. The technique used in collecting data using observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Data processing techniques use the SmartPLS 3 application.Based on research at Sembako Rahap Putra MSME, the research results obtained show that competence is less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.093), Motivation has less effect in increasing Morale with a P-Value of (0.465), Rewards are less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.172), Morale has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a P-Value of (0.025), Competence has less effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.244) , Motivation has little effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.238), Reward has less effect on Employee performance through work enthusiasm with a P-Value of (0.431).

  The study is based on the problems that occurred in passport management at the immigration office of class ii before the release of the apapo and m-passport applications, and the supervision and services that passport care applicants face such as less effective assurance of service, inefficient institutional performance efficiency, queue issues at the slow service bureau, People had to wait a long time to manage passports, but sometimes it was also unclear that their services, once applied online, still lacked the requirement of service to manage passports and were unable to schedule the days and times. Immigration office class II TPI Tanjung Balai Karimun applies to information technologies based on applications systems and some service innovations such as friendly ham, eazy passport, sicross and sijamat are a step to make it easier in the process of better passport management management. The study aims to know the effect after information technology has been applied to passport management services and to use a qualitative approach or type of descriptive with the paradigm used is constructivism, which suggests that knowledge is not only the construct of subject thought studied and related to this study of the subjective and subjective realities rather than the product of experience alone, But it is a construct by thinking with the application of applications for information technology service. This study aims to investigate the influence of reward & punishment strategies, internal public relations, and digital marketing on company profitability. Employing a qualitative research design, the study utilizes purposive sampling to select participants from various industries, aiming for diverse perspectives. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify patterns and themes emerging from interviews and textual analysis of relevant documents. Preliminary findings suggest that effective implementation of reward & punishment strategies, coupled with robust internal public relations and adept digital marketing, significantly impacts company profitability. The study underscores the importance of cohesive internal communication and strategic digital marketing efforts in enhancing organizational performance and financial outcomes.

The rapid expansion of construction activities has led to increased concrete consumption, resulting in excessive exploitation of natural aggregate resources and growing environmental concerns. To mitigate this issue, ceramic waste has been investigated as an alternative material in concrete production. This study examines the effect of ceramic waste powder used as a filler on the workability and compressive strength of concrete. Ceramic waste powder was applied as a partial replacement for fine aggregate at proportions of 0%, 15%, 25%, 35%, and 45%. The concrete mixtures were produced using Ordinary Portland Cement Type I, natural sand, crushed stone as coarse aggregate, and potable water, all conforming to Indonesian National Standards (SNI). Workability was assessed through slump tests in accordance with SNI 1972:2008, while compressive strength tests were performed on cylindrical specimens at 28 days following SNI 1974:2011. The compressive strength for each mixture was determined from the average of three specimens. The results show that increasing ceramic waste content slightly reduced slump values, from 17.20 cm in the control mix to 16.60 cm at 45% replacement, although all mixtures met the required workability standards. A gradual decrease in compressive strength was also observed, from 17.79 MPa to 16.65 MPa at the highest replacement level. However, this reduction was not significant, indicating that ceramic waste powder can be used in normal-strength concrete without substantially affecting performance. The utilization of ceramic waste therefore represents a sustainable alternative to reduce natural aggregate consumption while maintaining acceptable concrete properties.

This study aims to analyze: (1) to evaluate the financial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk from 2017 to 2021 using various financial ratios. The financial ratios to be used include liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. The design of this study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, which means that the data obtained will be analyzed statistically to provide an overview of the company's financial condition. The survey research method was used to collect financial data from PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk.                 The results of the study show: that the financial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk for the 2017-2021 period based on ratio analysis (1) the calculation of the liquidity ratio (current ratio and quick ratio) is said to be not good. (2) solvency ratios, such as (debt to asset ratio) are said to be not good, while (debt to equity ratio) can be said to be good. (3) Activity ratios, such as inventory turnover, are good. (4) profitability ratios, such as (return on equity and return on investment) can be said to be not good.
