Digital Business is experiencing rapid growth, including in the online-based food business. The Internet is creating a new face in interactive communication between sellers, consumers and business partners. This allows the company to be able to interact and work together continuously to be able to develop products, marketing, delivery and maximum service to get customer satisfaction. One type of business that is currently growing rapidly and is very popular with customers is food delivery services including go food, grab food and shopee food. This delivery service will increasingly compete according to the response from customers, influenced by the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality affects customer satisfaction, especially in online- based food delivery applications. The research used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The method used is to collect information obtained from questionnaires. Variable indicators were tested for validity and reliability. In testing this validity using the Pearson Correlation approach. The reliability test in this study used Cronbach, Alpha coefficient. The results of the study explain that the service variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of service quality provided by service providers and service partners is very well responded by application users.

Blibli.com and JD.ID are examples of many e-commerce in the Indonesian market. E-commerce is one of the creative industries that is approved with the main weapons that rely on creativity and the support they have to utilize more resources. Latar Belakang : Kader kesehatan adalah seseorang yang dekat dengan masyarakat dan mebantu meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Kelurahan Jetis terdapat 75% kader adalah rumah tangga yang memiliki pekerjaa tidak tetap, sedangkan sebagai petugas kader kesehatan tidak mendapatkan upah dan hanya diberikan reward untuk periksa kesehatan gratis ke puskesmas sehingga kondisi ini memprihatinkan bagi kesejahteraan kader. Kader kesehatan kelurahan Jetis selama ini hanya membantu mengelola jajanan tradisional dan tidak menjadi penjual jajanan tersebut, tetapi ada kader yang sudah memiliki usaha sendiri tetapi belum memanfaatkan internet atau online. Tujuan : melakukan pembinanaan kader dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader dalam bidang kesehatan pelayanan sederhana perlunya melakukann pembinanaan dalam bidang perekonomian sebagai upaya membantu berdirinya usaha yang dikelola oleh kader bersama-sama secara mandiri. Metode : Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi 4 tahap yaitu (1). Pelatihan kader dalam bidang perkenomian, (2). Melatih kader dalam menggunakan aplikasi dalam pemasaran online bisnis, (3). Memberikan tantangan untuk kader dalam pembuatan jajanan sehat yang dapat dikembangkan sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan, (4). Memotivasi dan melakukan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui usaha mereka sendiri. Hasil : 55% kader kesehatan dapat menggunakan aplikasi yang dapat membantu mengelola data posyandu tetapi dapat dijadikan tempat untuk memasarkan dari usaha mandiri kader sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian kader. Kesimpulan : Kegiatan PPDM dengan 4 (empat) tahap dalam meningkatkan Kesejahteraan kader kesehatan Kelurahan Jetis dapat ditingkatkan melalui usaha mandiri dengan strategi marketing yang baik yaitu melalui internet atau online.Kata Kunci : Kader Kesehatan, reward, ekonomi, aplikasi, online.

In the first quarter of 2017, retail in Indonesia recorded a growth of 2.5%, while in 2018 the growth was only in the range of 1% -1.5%. The cause of the slow growth is the change in the consumption pattern of the people and it will continue at the beginning of 2018. In addition, the decreasing productivity of the community at the lower middle level. As a retailer, Anterah store also faces the same thing, so anticipating a decline in sales requires an analysis of the best-selling products and how to find out the relationship between the products purchased by consumers. The association relationship between these products will be used as the basis for product arrangement, so that the frequency of products that consumers often buy can be arranged closely together so that consumers do not have to look for them longer. Market basket analysis to determine the relationship between products sold simultaneously is used to explore association rules (Association Rule Mining) which will produce products that are purchased simultaneously as a consideration for product arrangement in Anterah Retail storefront. Meanwhile, the best-selling products will be explored using the Frequent Pattern Growth method in order to obtain a ranking list of the most purchased products by consumers. This analysis is used as a basis for considering product promotion. The test results on the sales sample data obtained an average value of minimum support = 0.0025, minimum confidence = 0.610, LaPlace = 0.9985, Gain = -0.006, p-s = 0.003, Lift = 103.82, Convicting 2.5285 with a processing time of 41.456 seconds.

The human resource (HR) consolidation program in improving the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market aims to improve the quality of life of waste managers through relevant training and education. Held during May 2021, this activity includes intensive training and counseling. Training includes waste management management, recycling techniques, and entrepreneurship, while counseling provides knowledge about the importance of environmental health and hygiene. Group discussions and field visits were also conducted to see best practices in waste management. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the skills and knowledge of waste managers, who are now able to apply recycling techniques more efficiently and utilize waste into products with selling value. Their awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental health and hygiene is also increasing, creating a cleaner and healthier market environment and increasing their income through the sale of recycled products. The implication of this activity is to improve the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market. With the new skills they acquire, waste managers not only improve their own economic conditions but also contribute to the cleanliness and health of the market environment. This program shows that with the right training and education, waste managers can be effective agents of change in society.

ABSTRAK Komite Nasional Ekonomi dan Keuangan Syariah (KNEKS) merupakan lembaga yang berfungsi sebagai katalisator perkembangan ekonomi dan keuangan syariah dalam skala nasional maupun internasional. KNEKS diamanatkan untuk turut mendorong pengembangan ekonomi dan keuangan syariah guna mendukung ketahanan ekonomi nasional. Tugas KNEKS yaitu mempercepat, memperluas dan memajukan pengembangan ekonomi dan keuangan syariah dalam rangka memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi nasional. KNEKS memiliki Strategi yaitu Penguatan ekonomi dan keuangan syariah, Penguatan Halal Value Chain, Penguatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), Penguatan Fatwa, Regulasi dan Tata Kelola.memperkuat penyediaan iklim usaha Industri Keuangan Syariah dan Industri Halal dengan adanya kepastian hukum, proses yang mudah dan tata kelola yang baik, Penguatan ekonomi digital. Memperkuat pelaku indistri halal dengan memanfaatkan dan mengoptimalkan layanan digital baik pembiayaan, pemasaran dan kapasitas produksi melalui penyediaan halal market place, pembentukan incubator start-up dan sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk traceability produk halal, Penguatan Literasi SDM, Riset dan Pengembangan. Memperkuat kesadaran publik mengenai konsep ekonomi syariah menuju penyediaan SDM yang berkualitas dan berkompetensi tinggi untuk mampu bersaing dan berinovasi melalui riset dan pengembangan.   ABSTRACT The National Committee for Sharia Economics and Finance (KNEKS) is an institution that functions as a catalyst for economic and sharia financial development on a national and international scale. The KNEKS is mandated to help encourage the development of the economy and Islamic finance to support national economic resilience. The task of the KNEKS is to accelerate, expand and advance the development of Islamic economics and finance in order to strengthen national economic resilience. KNEKS has Strategies namely Strengthening Islamic economic and finance, Strengthening Halal Value Chain, Strengthening Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), Strengthening Fatwa, Regulations and Governance. Strengthening the provision of the business climate of the Sharia Finance Industry, Industry and Halal Industry with legal certainty, easy and good governance, Strengthening the digital economy. Strengthening halal industry players by utilizing and optimizing digital services in financing, marketing and production capacity through the provision of halal market places, the establishment of start-up incubators and integrated information systems for halal product traceability, Strengthening HR Literacy, Research and Development. Strengthening public awareness about the concept of Islamic economics towards the provision of high quality and highly competent human resources to be able to compete and innovate through research and development.

Penelitian ini menyuguhkan tentang urgensi pesantren sebagai wadah pembentukan kaderisasi ummat. Pesantren sebagai tempat pijakan manusia didalamnya bukan hanya mengajarkan tentang dinamika ke Islaman namun juga mengajararkan santri untuk berenterpreneurship. Home industri hadir sebagai jawaban dari permasalahan insani dalam segi ekonomi berkelanjutan. Adanya home industri dalam diri pesantren mampu membentuk kader bangsa yang mampu berdaya saing dalam bidang usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan field research (penelitian lapangan) yang berlokasi di PP Nurul jadid wilayah Al-mawaddah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi pesantren mampu memberikan peluang besar terhadap diri para santri untuk dapat berbakat entrepreneur dengan usaha home industri bakery di wilayah Al-mawaddah. Sistem pemasaran yang dilakukan berbasis transaksi lokal dan non lokal. Dengan mematok harga  berkisar Rp 2000-Rp 5000 mampu meningkatkan omset terhadap devisa pesantren. Hadirnya usaha bakery bagi santri Al-mawaddah mampu menumbuhkan bekal usaha entrepreneur ketika terjun kedalam dunia masyarakat, sehingga pada saat itulah terbentuknya manifestasi insan yang berkarya.   This research presents the urgency of pesantren as a forum for the formation of ummah cadre. Pesantren as a place of human footing in it not only teaches about the dynamics of Islam but also teaches students to be engaged in entrepreneurship. Home industry is present as an answer to human problems in terms of a sustainable economy. The existence of a home industry in pesantren is able to form a cadre of the nation who are capable of competitiveness in the business sector. This study uses a field research approach (field research) located in PP Nurul Jadid Al-mawaddah region. Data analysis techniques using content analysis techniques. The data collection method uses interview and observation techniques. The results showed that the axistence of pesantren is able to provide great opportunities for students to be gifted entrepreneurs with a home bakery business in the Al-mawaddah region. The marketing system is based on local and non-local transaction. By fixing prices around Rp. 2,000-Rp. 5,000, can increase turnover for foreign exchange boarding schools. The presence of bakery business for Al-mawaddah santri is able to grow entrepreneurial stock when it plunges into the world of society, so that’s when the manifestation of the creation of human beings works.

Pengabdian ini merupakan pengabdian lanjutan dari proses pengabdian sebelumnyam bahwa di Kelurahan Desa Gebang memiliki potensi untuk ditingkatkan UMKM makanan ringan.  Dengan adanya peningkatan UMKM di Kelurahan Gebang, akan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di lingkungannya. Akan tetapi dalam pemasaran produk UMKM masyarakat di Kelurahan Gebang belum diimbangi dengan adanya pemanfaatan alat tekhnologi, sehingga proses pemasaran belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena rata-rata pelaku UMKM memiliki usia yang tidak muda lagi, sehingga perlu pendampingan yang lebih ekstra. Pada saat era milineal ini, semua disajikan secara praktis dan efisien yaitu dengan memanfaatkan tekhnologi informasi. Seperti pemasaran melalui akun facebook, Instagram, website, twitter dan lain-lain. Hal ini bertujuan bahwa dengan menggunakan tekhnologi informasi, semua informasi produk dapat tersampaikan secara luas, baik tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Permasalahan yang utama ketika UMKM tidak memanfaatkan tekhnologi informasi dengan baik adalah mereka hanya bisa menjual produknya secara lokal dan jenis-jenis produk yang dijual tidak tersampaikan secara luas. Dalam mensiatasi kompetensi bisnis di era digital diharapkan seluruh UMKM memahami dan menggunakan digital marketing dengan baik, agar mereka mampu bersaing dengan baik hingga mencapai keunggulan k;ompetitif lebih maksimal. UKM Batik Anisa encounters several problems including limited creativity and innovation to create new designs and iconic motifs that can represent regional characteristics, limited variations in batik color, limited market network, marketing strategies, and promotional media for batik products, limited knowledge about tourism and the important role of souvenir, and limited tools and materials that are relevant for initiating the development of new batik motif called pithecanthropus erectus (PE). This is innovative motif that has the potential to become iconic batik product of Ngawi. This activity aims to overcome problem faced by UKM Batik Anisa. Methods include counseling, discussing, training, and assisting. Results of the activity include innovations of new batik design and motifs (pithecanthropus erectus), variation of batik color through diverse combination of color, website to expand market networks, knowledge improvement concerning tourism and opportunities to create iconic souvenirs, and new tools to increase productivity of UKM Batik Anisa. Keywords: batik; design; iconic; pithecanthropus erectus.

Ngasinan Etan Village is one of the villages located in Gebang Village. The livelihood as a small businessman from this village is very possible because of the very strategic location close to the Gebang traditional market and the traditional Pucuk padar. The increase in tofu production in Gebang village has positive and negative impacts, the positive impact is that it has increasingly increased the MSMEs of Gebang village and can improve the welfare of the community. The negative impact is the amount of tofu waste that is released, causing unpleasant odors. The main problem asked by these entrepreneurs is the accumulation of dense waste that often affects the environment which causes air pollution as it is delicious. With the consideration of the community specifically tofu entrepreneurs, and with the thought of solutions based on existing theories and research results, the first priority that needs to be done is to improve the management of solid waste management in tofu. Improvements to the tofu mill's solid waste management methods, by providing an understanding of how to manage tofu's basic waste into food products. Utilization of tofu waste can be done by drying and made with a variety of processed products that can be consumed by the community, for example, processed into tempe gembus, beef food, fish feed sources, nata de soya production, tofu waste as organic fertilizer, tofu waste, tofu waste to poultry feed and tofu pulp into processed crackers.Tofu, Gebang, Masaran, Sragen waste

The development ofcapital marketrequires a high need for informations. Company’s informationsare useful as an input for external parties in order to make a decision. This research aims to verify the influence of director characteristicstoward Forward-Looking Information (FLI) disclosure on Indonesian manufacturing companies. In this research, the board characteristics are consist of director’s over-confidence, gender and age. The population consist of all manufacturing companies which are registered on Bursa Efek Indonesia during the year of 2017-2018. The sample were taken using purposive sampling method, and obtained 60 companies. The level of FLI disclosure being measured by FLI score. The method of analysis used in this research was panel data regression analysis. The research result showed (1) the directors over-confidence has no significant effect on FLI disclosure, (2) the directors gender has no significant effect on FLI disclosure, (3) the directors age has a negative and significant effect on FLI disclosure in Indonesia manufacturing companies.  Keywords: disclosure index; forward looking information disclosure; characteristic director; excessive confidence

This study aims to identify the characteristics and perceptions of tourists, internal and external factors that affect the development of the company and develop the company's development strategy. Strategy of Agro Tourism Development Kaligua was prepared based on descriptive analysis with analytical tool that is: descriptive analysis to identify tourists' characteristic and perception, SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors influencing company development, and AHP to develop company development strategy. The result of identification of tourist characteristic that visited at Agro Tourism Kaligua Garden that is average tourist is dominated by young man with age <35 years amount 76% with income less than Rp 2.000.000 some 58%. Tourists judge Agro Tourism Kaligua has beautiful attractions, good facilities and positive institutional and promotional services, but affordability is still negative due to poor road quality and road guidance. Result of SWOT analysis, Agro Tourism Kaligua  has five strength factor with score 1.89, five weakness factor with score 1,3, five chance factor with score 1,88, and five threat factor with score 1,21. Having the position of corporate strategy in quadrant I with coordinates X of 0.57 and Y of 0.67 is on the SO position in the form of aggressive strategy that can create Agro Tourism Kaligua to use the strength and chances in determining company policy and develop development strategies to achieve the target profit in the future. The formulation of tourism development strategy of Kaligua Garden Estate is optimizing marketing, improving the quality of tourism, and developing tourism product. In general, Agro Tourism development strategy applied is the best with the status quo and followed by expansionary strategy. The main priority that must be done is to maintain the quality of tourism, especially improving the quality of service so that tourists can feel satisfied and comfortable tour at Agro Tourism Kebun Kaligua.

Paguyuban Batik Tulis Langensari (PBTLS) is a community of batik artisans in the area around Embung Langensari, Yogyakarta. Determining the target of enthusiast of handmade batik from PBTLS crafters requires a strategy so that batik results can be right on target. The strategy that will be carried out requires an agreement that becomes a joint agreement in the community, given the current fashion trends that are developing very fast. Along with the development of the main trends in life, namely go green that returns to nature, fashion trends are also following. Today's global fashion trends are shifting from fast fashion to slow fashion. The target of the PBTLS is to determine the meeting point between products that have been produced as supply and market needs/demand. The method used in determining PBTLS targets is carried out through 4 stages. The first stage identifies the range of products that have been produced by PBTLS. The second stage determines the target users of PBTLS products. The third stage determines the direction of product development. Then the fourth step determines the uniqueness of PBTLS products. In carrying out these four steps, a crafter's poll was conducted through a "mentimeter application" conducted on 17 PBTLS artisans and focus group discussions (FGD). Through the application of the "mentimeter" the results of the PBTLS artisans poll can be immediately known to be discussed and formulated together through the FGD. The results obtained by the main target of PBTLS are middle-aged mothers consumers. Uniform fashion / formal batik fashion becomes the main target for the direction of PBTLS product development by developing the unique PBTLS products namely motifs and colors of handmade batik.

Increasing soybean production is still experiencing many obstacles. Senting village farmers, Sambi sub-district, Boyolali district, used to grow soybeans with seeds purchased from local village markets of poor quality. Given that the importance of seeds in influencing soybean yields, farmers need to be supported the help of superior seeds. The seeds for farmers' help are intended to show that new varieties of soybeans will produce higher yields. Community service is complemented by training in making soymilk for PKK mothers in the local village. The output of community service in 2019 is expected to be able to show an increase in crop yields and be useful for mothers to generate ideas and be brave in developing soy milk. Students who help this service are expected to learn directly from the community and also on soybean farms.

All members of the Kelapa-Mas community work as palm-sugar-maker in Kliwonan, Banjarharjo, Kalibawang District, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. The community has been producing palm sugar for generations and selling it to traditional markets around the village. There is a possibility that the community product could be developed to get a wider market and would give a better economic impact on the community. Through the UKDW Service Learning program in 2019, the community has been assisted to increase the value of their palm-sugar product. This assistance is carried out in 4 stages, First: counseling of good and hygienic production processes according to P-IRT standards, Second: assistance to product branding and packaging, Third: counseling and initiation of product marketing through online/digital and offline media, in collaboration with retail stores, and Fourth:  assistance and initiation of an organization, in order to continuing the palm-sugar-maker community to operating and growth independently. The results obtained during the full one-month intensive mentoring period were: the better sugar products with clear & catchy branding, a wider offline marketing network through modern retail and online media, a business license for P-IRT, and a well-structured-organization for management of the Kelapa-Mas palm-sugar household industry community organization

The activities of the Program Pengembangan Produk Daerah (PPPUD) have been carried out at Micro small business (MSB) Putri Timus, which is held at Manggung RT 03 RW 08 Cangakan Karanganyar. This PPPUD activity is made in the framework of promoting the timus as a superior product in the Karanganyar area. MSB Putri Timus produce fried timus which is a typical Karanganyar food and souvenir. The fried timus that provides MSB has a specialty that is bligo (Benincasa hispida). But the drawback of this product is not durable, only last less than 24 hours. The purpose of this activity is to carry out production through frozen timus so that durability can be marketed outside the Karanganyar region. The method used to achieve the objectives is to increase knowledge about Good Production Methods (GMP) and freezer procurement. The result of this activity is the availability of freezers and the production of timus frozen by MSB Putri Timus. The resulting frozen timus specifications are available in a plastic bag containing 12 timus. This frozen thymus has a durability of more than 30 days.

The aim of this study is to design a production accounting information system for the determination of the cost of production that can help the SMEs Jepara carving in the determination of the cost of a product exactly. Information on the cost of a product is very important as a basis in determining the selling price of a product. so far the SMEs Jepara carving in determining the cost of a product is done by estimating the costs of production and often do not include a production cost that nominal little cost. So the cost of production does not reflect actual cost consumption. This can certainly cause the production cost to be undercost or uppercost. The approach in determining the cost of production using the method of ativity-based costing, activity-based costing method is the determination of the cost of a product based on activity. Research methods that Research method using Reseach and Development (R&D) method with prototype system development model. This study was conducted on SMEs carving Jepara. The result of this research is in the form of accounting information system product for determination of cost of production at SME Jepara carving which can assist in determination of cost of product. Implementation of the activity-based costing method as an approach in determining the cost of products is able to provide benefits that the charging over the cost can be more precise. Efficiency in costs can be obtained. The use of activity based costing method can also decrease the selling price of the product, so that Jepara carving SMEs will be better able to compete both for domestic market and international market.

This research is an empirical study to analyze the data causally (cause and effect). The aim of this study was to determine the performance of manufacturing firms sector industry consumption in indonesia stock exchange. In addition, this study also aimed to determine the influence Economic Value Added (EVA), Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt Ratio (DR) and Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL) to the Market Value Added (MVA). Population in this research are manufacturing companies sector industry consumption that listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling method. Period of research is 5 years during 2013 until 2017. By analysis of data using multiple regression showed that the results showed only a Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt Ratio (DR) and Degree Of Operating Leverage (DOL) which has positive against Market Value Added, while Economic Value Added (EVA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) does not affect the Market Value Added
