Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the biggest supporter of the creative economy for the Indonesian economy. MSME players must be able to develop their business to be able to carry out this. The digital era has the potential to create opportunities and risks for business people and organizations. In every business, risks will always be faced by business actors because of uncertainty which results in losses. Internal and external events that have an impact on achieving the goals of MSMEs must be identified, and risks and opportunities must be differentiated. In the business world, knowledge about risk management is an important element in business management. With good management, a business organization will be able to avoid losses and even bankruptcy. Likewise, small, micro and medium enterprises that do not have sufficient capital and whose operations are not optimal are very vulnerable to changes in risk. Events that cause losses, which are usually called peril, can occur unexpectedly and can arise from various sources. The problem is how to overcome these risks so that business operations are not disrupted. Risks are analyzed by considering likelihood and impact as a basis for determining how they can be managed. Therefore, by providing an understanding of risk management, it is hoped that MSMEs will be able to know how to implement risk management in business to avoid losses. PM activities are held offline or face to face on holidays so as not to disturb the work time of the Teluk Pucung MSMEs, while the output of PM activities is in the form of press releases in online print media and also publications in community service journals

Particularly in the context of the technological industrial revolution, information technology is developing more quickly. We cannot prevent technological development in this life because it will inevitably follow scientific advancements in science. Educational technology has the power to transform traditional teaching methods into innovative ones. Even though the term "educational technology" has a very broad definition, it is frequently assumed to refer only to electronics or other technical tools. For this reason, we will talk more about educational technology in this article, particularly as it relates to its development in the context of science's rapid advancement. as well as society culture and technology Programming breakthroughs have virtually eliminated the need for manual implementation Our work and interests these days often stress our proficiency with computers. Logical thinking is crucial to the development of this revolution in order to comprehend its components, particularly the interconnectedness of computer programming algorithms and mathematics. In order to ascertain the actualization of this programming procedure, the literature analysis method was employed in the composition of this work. The sources for this article's collection included books and a number of earlier publications, the titles of which were created using bibliometric techniques. Thus, it is believed that the development of technological knowledge can proceed without hiccups with the involvement of algorithmic programming so that students can enhance the caliber of the amalgamation of technological information in the industrial revolution.

Education plays a central role in community development and the enhancement of human resources. In the rapidly evolving digital era, information and communication technology has significantly transformed the education landscape. Technology has become an integral part of the teaching and learning process in schools, bringing both challenges and significant opportunities. Particularly at the Junior High School (SMP) level, subjects like Mathematics, Natural Sciences (IPA), Physics, and Chemistry play a central role in shaping students' foundational knowledge. However, students often have varying levels of understanding and different learning styles. This poses a challenge for teachers trying to meet the diverse learning needs of their students. The use of the same linear teaching methods for all students is often ineffective in such a context. In this research, we employed a literature review methodology. This approach helps summarize and synthesize existing knowledge on the role of technology in enhancing student motivation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. By analyzing trends, findings, and patterns emerging from related literature, we can establish a strong knowledge base for this research. The adaptive learning approach, leveraging technology, has emerged as an intriguing solution. This approach allows for real-time analysis of student learning data and the adjustment of content, material, or teaching methods to suit individual needs. The research highlights the primary benefits of adaptive learning, such as personalized content adjustment, enhanced student motivation, more efficient monitoring and evaluation, and time savings in achieving better understanding. However, the research also acknowledges several challenges, including uneven technology infrastructure, the need for teacher training, and student data protection. Nevertheless, this research emphasizes the importance of adaptive learning in the context of STEM education at the SMP level in the digital era, while recognizing the need for further research to explore the potential of technology in enhancing the quality of education at this level.

Franchising is part of a type of syirkah where there is a partnership association and raising funds as well as the use of trademarks. This also requires the franchisor to provide rights to the franchisee in the form of scientific, marketing and administrative rights to manage the business. This obligation was apparently not carried out by the Dimsum 1000 franchise, where all obligations to provide marketing knowledge were not carried out by the franchise. In writing this essay, the author formulates a problem in the form of how to implement the Dimsum 1000 franchise business in Medan District, Medan City? How do franchisors fulfill their rights and obligations in developing the Dimsum 1000 franchise business in Medan District, Medan City? How do you fulfill the rights and obligations of the Dimsum 1000 franchise business from Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's perspective in Medan District, Medan City? In this research the author uses empirical legal research. The results of the research explain that the implementation of the Dimsum 1000 franchise business in Medan District, Medan City, goes through a business cooperation agreement procedure first. Then all the equipment for selling is provided by Dimsum 1000. However, in the marketing strategy Dimsum 1000 is considered old-fashioned and out of date. Fulfillment of the franchisor's rights and obligations in developing the Dimsum 1000 franchise business in Medan City District. Medan City does not fulfill the franchisee's rights in the form of guidance in the form of training, management operational guidance, marketing, research and development for franchisees on an ongoing basis. Fulfillment the rights and obligations of the Dimsum 1000 franchise business from Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's perspective in Medan City District, Medan City, did not happen at all. Dimsum 1000 franchise practices viewed from Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's perspective are not in accordance with the fulfillment of the concept of rights applied in Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's own view.
