This research is entitled "The Concept of Faith According to Islam and Catholicism". As for the focus of this research, there are three sub-problems, namely: 1) what is the concept of faith according to Islam and Catholicism, 2) what is the similarity of faith according to Islam and Catholicism, 3) how is the difference in faith according to Islam and Catholicism. This type of research is comparatively qualitative. Comparatively qualitative is doing analysis to find and find similarities and differences in phenomena. This research is focused on the literatures and library materials related to the research title, namely the concept of faith according to Islam and Catholicism. The approach used is a normative theological approach. Has two sources of data consisting of: primary and secondary sources. The primary data sources in this study were sourced from the Koran and the Bible. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are supporting data such as books or other scientific works as well as various writings ranging from books, journals, websites, theses and so on. The results of this study are the similarities and differences in Islam and Catholic Christianity related to faith, namely; First, in terms of understanding about faith, these two religions have the same meaning, although they differ in terms of language, but have the same meaning if taken from the Qur'an and the Bible, because basically these come from the same root. Second, they both believe that God created the universe, and that God also created humans, although they differ in terms of the pronunciation and the way of believing in it. Third, these two religions both believe in several prophets and apostles who are believed to be messengers of God to reveal His glory to mankind. Like the prophet Adam and his wife Eve were the first humans created by God after creating the world. Fourth, believe in the Day of Judgment or life after death. which is clearly different from the way you believe in it or what you believe in.  

The current problems of income inequality, slow economic growth, and other interrelated complexities are all directly linked to poverty. Finally, all nations must fight poverty in order to provide a recognized and prosperous life for their citizens. Therefore, the aim of this study is to ascertain how poverty will change in Central Java Province between 2017 and 2021 as a result of inequality in income distribution and economic growth. Using quantitative research techniques, this research. Inequality of Income Distribution, Economic Growth, and Poverty The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Central Java Province in 2017–2021 is a secondary data source with time series data. In addition, other methods were used to collect and analyze the data. and processed using SPSS 25.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the partial and simultaneous test results show that the Inequality of Income Distribution and Economic Growth does not have an insignificant effect on the Poverty Level. But secondly, when the correlation and determination tests were carried out, the results showed that the two independent variables had a relationship of 64.1% and an influence of 41.1% on the Poverty Level in Central Java Province for the 2017-2021 period.  

The process of finding employees, or what is often called employee recruitment, is an important concern for employers. Recruitment is carried out with the hope of getting employees with the required classification. After the recruitment process is carried out, it is necessary to conduct training for new employees according to their job title. The training was conducted to equip employees to be more creative and able to provide excellent service to visitors. Training is one of the efforts to achieve the service standards that have been set in the business. The population and sample of this study were all 37 employees at RIC, with the data collection method in this study being a questionnaire that will be distributed to employees. The list of questions on the research questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method uses descriptive qualitative analysis, namely by distributing questionnaires to respondents to solve the problems to be studied, and quantitative analysis is carried out by processing the data using the SPSS version 23 software tool. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between recruitment and training on employee performance at Coffee Idea House. This means that business people must pay attention to a good recruitment process and intense training to improve employee performance.

Analysis of E-Learning Information Systems is certainly one of the efforts that can be made to overcome problems that arise in the process of implementing teaching and learning activities (KBM) in each school. Soft System Methodology (SSM) analysis is a method used to help model unstructured problems. The SSM methodology is suitable for assisting an organization in defining their goals and then building a human activity system to achieve those goals. The relationship between the internal and external academic community involves teachers, parents of students, students and school administrators to develop information for supervision and student Development approaches. E-Learning analysis using the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) approach is expected that the E-Learning information system will be able to answer existing challenges and problems. This study carried out a CATWOE analysis of the holons and elements (Client, Actor, Transformation, World View, Owner, Environment) found in case studies, building E-Learning models by applying the roles of humans, processes and technology as knowledge-forming elements, then analysis. holons based on the modeling of the resulting Knowledge. The analysis of E-Learning needs is answered by the need between the internal staff of teachers, employees, counseling and external students and parents to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities and student development.

Along with the time that continues to turn where previously children who were still toddlers were taken care of by their parents until they moved to the village and got a job and were busy to have a partner and offspring and their own lives, on the other hand the parents who used to raise them have now entered old age which should be the child's obligation to take care of parents at that time. The dilemma that occurs between the obligation to care for wives and children and work with caring for parents when they enter old age or old age. The background of children choosing to entrust elderly parents in the orphanage is triggered by a number of things including work, obstacles in communication between family and parents, incompatibility between the wife / husband and parents in the house. The problems of this research are (1) How is the reception of students of SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi regarding the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola?, (2) How is the ideology of heroism in the novel Sang Penggesek Biola?. Culture has an important role in the company. One of the elements in corporate culture is values. Companies must ensure that the culture is acceptable and even practiced by employees. PR Sukun it self has problems related to employees' understanding of their cultural values. Internalization can be used as one of the company's strategies to ensure that cultural values ​​can be accepted and implemented. Of course, guidelines are needed as the basis for the implementation of internalization. Purpose of this study is to know the guidelines formulation process for the internalization of corporate cultural values. This research uses descriptive-qualitative. Data collected by triangulation method that are interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that PR Sukun had espoused values “Sukun Kuat”, that are (contibutive, strong, original, and tados). Moreover, this research also got information about conditions and steps for internalizing the current PR Sukun values. The results are compared with the references obtained by the writer to make recommendation. The recommendations of this guideline contain the preparation of guide or internalization materials, the formation of agents of change and their duties, planning of internalization programs, and monitoring evaluations.

Character education in elementary schools requires special attention to apply it in the lives of students in order to form a strong noble character foundation attitude, environmental problems often occur in Indonesia and the lack of environmental awareness by fourth grade students at SD Negeri Siasem 04, thus students can carry out any of the following: one character value, namely caring for the environment in daily life, in developing efforts to improve the surrounding environment. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education caring for the social and non-social environment, and various kinds of obstacles that exist in SD Negeri Siasem 04. Using qualitative research types. The primary data of the study were students, while the secondary data were the principal and teachers, as well as other supporting documents. The data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions or verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and sources. The results showed that 1) The implementation of environmental care character education in SD Negeri Siasem 04 was carried out through, a) Environmentally friendly school policies, b) Implementation of an environment-based curriculum, c) Participatory-based environmental activities, d) Management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities, 2) Obstacles in implementing environmental care character education at SD Negeri Siasem 04, namely, a) Not including Adiwiyata schools. Lack of awareness of students and lack of understanding of students about the vision, mission and goals of the school, b) The curriculum is not independent and students lack understanding of the environment c) Lack of awareness of school residents to protect the environment. d) Students lack awareness to buy healthy food and damaged supporting facilities.

Counseling guidance is a relief effort given to students in order to obtain self-concept and self- confidence, to be used by students in fixing problems that exist in students. The purpose of this research is to find out 1) How is the implementation of counseling guidance program at MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung 2019/2020 Learning Year, 2) How is the student discipline in MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung 2019/2020 Learning Year, 3) How is the implementation of the guidance program counseling in improving discipline in MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung 2019/2020 Academic Year? The type of research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. Resource persons in this study are the principal, class teacher, student field. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is performed interactively, starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the application of counseling guidance in MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung conducted by the homeroom teacher, subject teacher, and school principal. The counseling guidance program in MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung is provided with an information service orientation service for individual counseling services for mediation services.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.

Garbage is a problem that has become a global environmental issue. Problems that arise in each region can vary, whether it is about the accumulation of organic or non-organic waste. One solution to this waste problem is the existence of waste processing activities. Waste processing is part of waste management by reducing the amount of waste, in addition to utilizing the values contained in the waste itself (recycled materials, other products, and energy). Waste management is crucial and important at this time, given the large volume of waste generated in each region and needs to be handled to keep the environment clean and nice. The waste problem in Semarang Regency, especially in the Demak District, is the chosen place in this study. Through the study of literature, followed by the related waste in each village in the exploration, by the development of solutions for each problem. Organic waste that can be processed into organic fertilizer, non-organic waste, especially plastic can be a advantogous material to produce paving blocks. The results of this research are also compiled in the form of an educative and interesting ebook to inspire the community and encourage positive activities for the community.

Road infrastructure is a public good whose existence must be felt by all levels of society. Road infrastructure development is a policy that deserves attention from the government, including in the Banten Province region. This research aims to explain the problems in development and maintenance policies for road infrastructure in Banten Province. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Based on research, it is known that the implementation of road infrastructure development and maintenance policies in Banten Province has not been carried out optimally because it has not yet provided significant changes and minimized existing problems. Some of the problems include the government's responsiveness in dealing with road problems which is still lacking, resulting in victims due to reports not being resolved immediately. The inhibiting factors in implementing the development and maintenance of road infrastructure in Banten Province include a lack of skilled human resources, erratic activities due to policy changes in different central and regional government periods, and natural factors.

The revitalization of customary law as a source of local wisdom does not mean returning to the past, but taking the essence of wisdom that has stood the test of time and adapting it to answer contemporary challenges. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that with the right approach, customary law can be a source of inspiration and solutions to various modern problems, ranging from environmental crises to erosion of social cohesion.  

Inventory Information System is an information technology-based system that aims to assist organizations or institutions in managing and monitoring inventory more efficiently and provides an overview of the inventory information system, the main focus of its development, and the expected benefits of implementing this system. Using a manual system for each product written with a book, of course, is not efficient can result in  inventory data easily lost and damaged, easy to occur errors or data loss.  To overcome the occurrence of these problems is there is a web-based inventory information system application to solve the occurrence of errors that are often found in the world of work. Based on the results obtained This research can overcome the problem of data loss, data errors, with the help of this information system can help solve problems that often occur. This information system is made according to the needs of the White Elephant University efficiently and accurately.

The main problem of this research, discusses "Knowledge of Religious Moderation Class VI at Ats Tsaqofiy Islamic Boarding School Tanjung Morawa". The main problems of the research are divided into two sub-problems, namely: 1) What is the Meaning of Religious Moderation in Indonesia, 2) How is Knowledge of Religious Moderation among Santri Class VI Pesantren Ats Tsaqofiy Tanjung Morawa. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out the Purpose of Religious Moderation in Indonesia, 2) To find out the Level of Knowledge of Religious Moderation among Pesantren Ats Tsaqofiy Tanjung Morawa. This type of research is quantitative, with a normative theological approach. The sources of research data are primary data, data obtained using questionnaires, and several other community leaders. Second, from several books, journals, magazines, newspapers or online news. Supporting data are not taken directly from informants but through documents and research results that are relevant to this research problem to complete the information needed in the study. The results of this study can be seen that most of the respondents have a "sufficient" level of knowledge about religious moderation as many as 15 people (48.4%) and respondents have a "less" level of knowledge about religious moderation as many as 12 people (38.7%), and respondents have a "good" level of knowledge about religious moderation as many as 4 people (12.9%). So, according to Ari Kunto, the measurement of the level of knowledge about religious moderation in class VI students is categorized as "less" because the percentage of research results above is less than 55% (<55%).  

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015, 585,000 women died during pregnancy or childbirth. Because 99% of maternal deaths due to labor or birth problems occur in developing countries. The risk of maternal death in developing countries is the highest with 450 maternal deaths per 100 thousand live births when compared with the risk of maternal death in 9 developed countries and 51 developing countries. The incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in Indonesia is starting from 1-3% of all pregnancies (Maruroh and Ikke, 2016). About 50% - 90% of all pregnancies are accompanied by nausea and vomiting. According to a study of more than 360 pregnant women, only 2% experience morning sickness whereas, 80% of persistent complaints throughout the day peak at around 9 weeks of gestation. Nausea and vomiting are common disorders in early pregnancy and are complained by 50-70% of pregnant women within the first 16 weeks. Approximately 60% of pregnant women in the first trimester experience nausea and 44% experience vomiting. In this nausea and vomiting, dehydration can occur if the nausea and vomiting are severe. The general objective of this study was to provide midwifery care for first trimester pregnant women with Grade I Hyperemesis Gravidarum using a midwifery management approach with 7 Varney. Hema Wati, Bambel District, Aceh Tenggara District.

Every human being in this world has a dream of a peaceful and peaceful home and even aging with a partner forever, no one wants their marriage to break up halfway either couples who are still not blessed with children or who already have children. But in the household does not escape the emergence of various problems that can result in disputes that are difficult to reconcile until finally divorce becomes the final way, as happened to the Bondowoso Class 1A Religious Court with a divorce case with a verstek verdict. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ratio decidendi of judges in Handing down Verstek Verdict No.  0015/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bdw. and to find out the legal consequences regarding the wife's rights due to divorce talaq verstek. This research uses descriptive field research with a qualitative approach method. The types and sources of this research data are primary data sources and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can conclude that the juridical study of the verstek decision in the talaq divorce case at the Bondowoso Religious Court class 1A is based on considerations based on a summons (relaas), the Defendant has been formally and properly summoned according to law and in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975 but does not appear at the conference and does not represent to others as his attorney. In his absence, the judge held that the defendant had waived his rights, as well as from the provisions of Article 19 letter (f) of Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975 Jo Article 116 letter (f) of the Compilation of Islamic Law.

Main Objective: The main objective of this study is to empower designers to collaborate with researchers in other disciplines — especially in the social sciences — by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design. Background problems: Modern research problems are complex and design needs to be better integrated with the social sciences and play an equal role in addressing them. A final master's degree in design prepares students for this integration, but design activity should be evidence-based rather than viewed retrospectively as a form of research without change. We need to adapt to ultimately contribute to research. Novelty: There are main criteria for design-based inventions in this study, including value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. When these criteria are met, investigations can operate within the social sciences, or they can be leveraged and serve as the discovery phase in evidence-based inquiry. Research Method: This study presents design-based discovery, a design inquiry model that places design in the theory development cycle as theory building, not theory testing. This research, therefore, uses a design inquiry model approach, (invention-based design) in other disciplines by articulating a design inquiry model that can be implemented in a master's program in design to be complementary and compatible with social science research. Finding/Result: A proposed design inquiry model with design exploration serving as the research discovery phase guiding the design activity to make specific contributions to areas of social science that are outside of design. It involves a careful process with six investigative components, all ultimately connecting the knowledge base beyond design to design exploration. Conclusion: This study proposes six main criteria for design-based inventions: value, relevance, novelty, focus, transferability, and practicality. In the model proposed in this study, the six investigative components are described and supported with examples. Notably, the investigative component includes a standardized format for research questions, as well as the derivation of design principles from processes that involve exploration rather than one that generates solutions. This model can easily be adopted in other master programs with the necessary resources. In addition, this model, if placed in design activities in evidence-based research practices, can become wider. There is no claim that a designer's self-reflection equates to a strictly social science method so design researchers must continue to study design and build on their knowledge of the discipline. For an organization, speed and accuracy in obtaining information has become a necessity. The existence of an information system becomes a necessity to solve the problem of speed and accuracy in accessing information. XYZ Electronic Store before implementing the information system, had difficulty in knowing quickly and accurately about sales information and how much the store's debt had not been paid. The research method used in this research is observation, interviews and design and implementation of the system. Design system design with DFD, ERD and implementation with PHP programming language. Design system design with the prototype method. After implementing the sales accounting information system and debt recording, the problems faced by XYZ Electronic Store can be resolved. Information on the number of sales in a certain period can be quickly identified, and can schedule debt payments. Debt payment time can be set because the system records all complete debt lists along with the due date.

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of motivation and attention of students in following the teaching and learning process in the classroom because teaching and learning activities still use conventional methods. This makes students have difficulty in understanding the material being studied so that basic competencies and KKM are not achieved. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. In this study, researchers used multimedia with the Mind Map method as an interesting learning medium by using a computer that can display text, images, video, and audio so that the learning process is more enjoyable for students. The results of this study are multimedia-based learning media using the Mind Map method. The validity value of media experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.8 which is declared feasible, and increases students' understanding and interest as users from 61% initially to increase to 86.11%.
