Surakarta is one of the cities in Central Java which is known as the city of batik and a tourist destination area which is supported by tourist attractions in the form of various historical sites that have integrated with the culture of the local community. The arrival of tourists to various tourist destinations in Surakarta in addition to enjoying existing tourist objects is also to get souvenirs that have local uniqueness. Apart from hunting batik for souvenirs, many also hunt for distinctive T-shirts, especially for young tourists, because they are inspired like traveling to Bali and Jogja. To provide a new alternative in the form of t-shirts with designs that have local uniqueness, it is planned to partner with CV. Asta Saka Semesta which produces t-shirts, convection, and merchandising. Service methods in the form of training and assistance in making innovative designs for tourist souvenirs; lectures to increase knowledge about survival strategies in business; expansion of marketing through participation in exhibitions; documentation of product samples and procurement of shelves for product documentation that has been produced. The results are 5 innovative designs, namely the design of a tourist attraction patterned t-shirt combined with classic batik motifs, as well as the production process for tourist souvenirs, 2 t-shirt designers have increased their knowledge and skills in making designs to meet the needs of tourists.

UMKM menghadapi persaingan yang ketat, era digitalisasi menuntut pelaku usaha bergerak secepat perubahan. Data, teknologi Smartphone dan aplikasi adalah satu paket. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan adalah imooji. Bagi UMKM aplikasi imooji membantu mencapai tujuan usaha. Pemasaran Sosial digunakan untuk menarik empati, yaitu dengan mengelola sampah. Roti Andika adalah UMKM di daerah Tohudan, menghasilkan roti berbahan baku, peralatan dan cara operasional konvensional. Keunggulannya harga murah. Pegawai Roti Andika anak-anak muda yang familiar dengan smartphone, tetapi penggunaan smartphone tidak optimal. Fungsi Aplikasi imooji untuk memasarkan produk, kali ini kontennya berisi kepedulani lingkungan yaitu cara mengelola sampah yang benar. Target pelatihan meningkatkan penjualan melalui konten mengelola sampah dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup serta informasi yang ingin disampaikan kepada siapapun, dimanapun dan kapanpun dengan konten menarik.

This activity is carried out at SMEs made from sheepskin which produce calligraphy ornaments with a market share of 95% in the Middle East. The location of the activity was carried out in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. The purpose of this activity is to improve the quality of the products produced and improve the quality of their management. The results of the activities carried out to improve quality are by improving the storage method, the process of managing raw leather and the drying process, while for the management process, the resulting activities are improving managerial and simple bookkeeping for UKM Partners.

KOSPIN SEKARTAMA is a company engaged in savings and loan services located at Central Main Street No. 141 Weleri Central Java. has several superior products including Multipurpose Loans, and PRIMA Loans (Special Offerings of SEKARTAMA), and also has savings products namely SIMAPAN (Future Savings), and SIMADEB (Future Savings) and has a new product, Haji Portion Financing. The new product is still constrained in the delivery of information because it still uses conventional media which in the present era is deemed ineffective and has less coverage. The problems studied in this design are how to design new media that is more effective and extends its reach. Therefore, the purpose of this design is to produce a financing advertisement for the Haji portion as a promotional medium for KOSPIN SEKARTAMA with the Direct Marketing method and is more focused on online marketing indicators for the application of these advertising products. The design of advertising as a promotional media is expected to be an effective means of promotion and can facilitate communication with the target, namely people who wish to do Haji but have limitations in directly registering for Haji.   Keywords: KOSPIN SEKARTAMA, Haji Portion Financing, Advertising, Direct Marketing

One of the businesses that is growing rapidly in Indonesia today is the multi-level marketing (MLM) business. MLM is a method of marketing goods or services from a system of selling goods directly through a marketing program in the form of more than one level, where business partners get sales commissions and sales bonuses from the sale of goods or services carried out by themselves and network members in their group. In general, this thesis discusses the multi-level marketing (MLM) business at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district, with problems namely (1) how is the bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district, (2) how is the review of Sharia Economic Law against the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. This study uses a field research method with a descriptive approach which is useful for providing information, facts and data regarding the network bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. Then the data was analyzed using qualitative methods to uncover events, phenomena, facts and circumstances that actually occurred in the field. From this study it can be concluded that the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district has five types of bonuses, namely: sponsor bonuses, leadership bonuses, retail bonuses, retail group bonuses and unilevel bonuses. Meanwhile, according to Sharia Economic Law, the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district isThis can be done because it is in accordance with Islamic law.

Nada Surya Tunggal is the lack of knowledge of local and foreign people about the types of products produced by the company due to the lack of maximum promotional media used so that the marketing department is required to have many relationships so that the marketing process is slower. People find it difficult to know about several things such as the shape or visual of the product, product design, and the materials or materials used for production. This causes confusion in the community about product specifications which results in a lack of public interest in buying.This research is a type of development research that uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. Meanwhile, for making your own website design using the programming languages HTML, CSS, and Javascript. With the new website design owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal can expand its marketing reach without incurring higher costs, the promotion process is faster, the public is more interested and comfortable to access, as well as the products owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal is becoming better known by the wider community.

The main objective of this activity is to help the people of Patemon Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City, in order to develop the potential of their village for tourism activities. Kartikajaya Village is part of the Wonosari village area, before it became its own village known as Bleder. At that time it was still in the form of forests and swamps and was often used for TNI war games, especially Soldiers of the VII Military Command (now Kodam IV Dipenogero). Kartikajaya Village means the village is Resetement (Prokiamad) which is inhabited by retired TNI AD. It is one of the efforts. Located approximately 9 km from Kendal City, and approximately 10 km from the City of Patebon. Transportation that can be used is angkudes no. 3 and gig by day, and motorcycle taxi at night. When it was first formed this village was a local transmigration site for veterans of the war for independence, so that almost part of the population was retired soldiers. Now, along with the development of the region, the population of Kartika Jaya Village has begun to be heterogeneous in terms of livelihoods, from farmers, fishermen, factory workers, to private employees and civil servants. This research is a qualitative research. The data used in this study were obtained from interviews with Kartika Jaya residents and consumers and the results of the performance were analyzed to obtain a corrective action plan. In general, this study concludes that Kartika Jaya serves the market segment for young people and modern productive age and has a development plan that focuses on consumers (Customer oriented) and the voice of consumers who are very satisfied and satisfied with the performance of the marketing business produced by Kartika Jaya tourism.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa faktor tersebut merupakan Faktor Yang Mendorong Tamu Dalam Melakukan Reservasi Hotel Secara Online di MG Suite Hotel Semarang. Dan untuk mengetahui Variabel mana yang lebih dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif. Model penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan metode Wawancara mendalam, Observasi dan studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan secara sistematik berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Peneliti mewawancarai E-Commerce Manager MG Suite Hotel Semarang, Marketing & Business Development Online Travel Agent, dan 10 tamu MG Suite Hotel. Wawancara dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas mengenai Faktor yang mendorong tamu dalam melakukan reservasi hotel secara online di MG Suite Hotel Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel yang dominan adalah harga, macam produk, pembayaran, hubungan pelanggan, dan citra.

Increasing technological developments require many parties to always adjust to all kinds of changes that will occur in the future, both economic conditions, government regulations, consumer conditions, and conditions of competitors. The way companies communicate with their investors has also changed, as a result of the rapid development of the internet. The internet that companies use to report financial information to investors is called Internet Financial Reporting (IFR). Today, IFR has been put forward by most countries because it can minimize the negative effects of information asymmetry, reduce agency costs, reduce capital costs, and increase firm value. Companies in achieving their goals are faced with uncertain conditions. The purpose of this study is to find out how the differences between IFR and ERM in commercial banks in Indonesia with high and low market capitalization values. This research is a non-static analytical descriptive study. The sample used is only two commercial banks to be compared. The results of the comparative analysis carried out showed that there was no significant difference in the implementation of IFR, but in the implementation of ERM there were significant differences.

Increasing the prosperity of owners or shareholders is one of the goals of companies that have gone public. The high prosperity will increase the market performance of companies going public. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of financial performance in improving the stock price of companies going public. The population used in this research is 65 companies in the consumer goods sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 60 companies that meet the sample criteria. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, normality test, coefficient of determination, and t test. Financial performance variables are measured from three ratios, namely solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. The results showed that the solvency ratio and profitability ratio have a significant influence on the stock price of companies going public. The activity ratio shows that the results cannot affect the stock price of companies going public

Competition in the business world is increasingly diverse, encouraging companies to compete in competing markets and consumers. This is what happened to the Takoto UMKM. This study aims to determine the marketing strategies used by UMKM Takoto to increase sales. This type of research is conducted using descriptive qualitative methods in the form of case studies on the Takoto UMKM business. This study aims: (1) to study the marketing strategy (marketing mix) of products at UMKM Takoto. (2) provide alternative marketing suggestions for UMKM Takoto products. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the product is considered good by consumers and already has 5 elements of product strategy such as product attributes, brand, packaging, and labels, but the product does not last long because it uses ingredients that do not contain preservatives; (2) the pricing strategy is oriented towards production costs so that in the future it can be considered for pricing by looking at the prices of competitors' products; (3) the promotion strategy of Takoto's UMKM pastries is still limited because it uses more personal selling rather than intense promotion through advertising; (4) Takoto's UMKM pastry products are marketed directly to consumers and through retailers, however the dominant marketing is direct to consumers so that the bargaining position is stronger because it does not depend on retailers.

Desa Patimuan sebenarnya memiliki banyak potensi yang belum banyak diekspos oleh media secara maksimal. Salah satu potensi ekonomi yang ada di desa Patimuan dan menjadi andalan karena sudah dikenal oleh kalangan luas adalah pertanian jeruk. Kebun jeruk yang ada di di desa tersebut seluas 250 hektar. Potensi lain yang sebenarnya belum terekspos secara efektif adalah kebun sayur organik dan tanaman hias. Hal ini memang belum banyak mendapatkan perhatian dari kalangan umum. Selain itu, masih ada beberapa potensi desa yang lain yang seyogyanya dapat lebih ditingkatkan dengan adanya program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Menurut kepala desa Patimuan, Muttaqin. S.Pd.I, masyarakat di desa Patimuan masih harus meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memaksimalkan potensi di desa ini. Sayangnya, masyarakat yang potensial tersebut masih ketinggalan dalam penguasaan dan pemanfaatan smartphone untuk online marketing. Setelah kami mengetahui kurangnya pengetahuan di bidang teknologi ini, maka kami menawarkan proposal PKM-M yang berjudul "Pengenalan online marketing melalui media smartphone di desa Patimuan, Kecamatan Patimuan Kabupaten Cilacap". Menurut kepala desa Patimuan, Muttaqin. S.Pd.I, masyarakat di desa Patimuan masih harus meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memaksimalkan potensi di desa ini. Dengan terealisasinya proposal ini kami berharap besar akan adanya perubahan signifikan terhadap masyarakat Desa Patimuan dalam hal pengetahuan teknologi dan penggunaannya. Hal tersebut yang akan menjadikan Desa Patimuan dikenal sebagai desa model di kabupaten Cilacap yang berkecimpung dalam marketing online. Dan bukan hal yang mustahil, jika prosposal yang kami tawarkan ini bergerak maju sesuai yang diharapkan, nantinya Desa Patimuan akan menjadi desa percotohan dan teladan bagi desa lainnya.

           Many strategies that can be used to increase sales and attract consumers to buy products offered by manufacturers. One strategy that is widely used by companies is the marketing mix strategy. Marketing activities that focus on product self-focus, pricing, distribution policies, and means of promotion are known as the marketing mix or Marketing Mix. This study aims to evaluate the internal evaluation and indicators of the appropriate marketing mix strategy and is applied to increase the sales volume at Griya Manik-Manik Kaca Plumbon. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, by collecting data directly from the company by making observations, interviews according to the research subject. The results showed that the strategy adopted by Griya Manik-Manik Kaca Plumbon has worked well, where the four marketing strategy variables support and complement each other, and have different roles in marketing their products. We recommend that the owner of the Plumbon Griya Glass Bead UMKM should be upgraded with the marketing mix that has been applied. The strategy used by the company is good, but it would be better if the company plans to continue to improve strategies considering that many other competitors have issued similar products.

Product distribution is a crucial element of the supply chain system that ensures the smooth flow of goods from producers to consumers at minimal cost and with high reliability. Distribution efficiency not only reduces operational costs but also improves customer satisfaction, market competitiveness, and business sustainability. In the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), distribution efficiency becomes even more critical due to limited financial, human, and infrastructural resources. This study aims to analyze the product distribution efficiency of UMKM Kerupuk Jaya Pesona, located in Cinanggung Village, Serang Regency, Banten Province, by applying two classical transportation methods: the North West Corner (NWC) and Least Cost (LC) methods. Both methods were used to determine the allocation pattern that minimizes total transportation cost across three destination regions: Serang, Cilegon, and Pandeglang. The data include three couriers (as supply sources) and three market destinations (as demands), totaling 18,000 product units per distribution cycle. The results show that both NWC and LC methods yield the same total transportation cost of Rp 358,000,000, although their allocation patterns differ. This indicates that the supply–demand and cost structure of the UMKM’s logistics system is balanced. This research concludes that simple optimization methods such as NWC and LC can serve as practical decision-support tools for MSMEs without requiring complex computational models. The study also recommends the application of the Modified Distribution (MODI) method to verify the optimality of the solution and highlights the importance of logistics efficiency in strengthening MSME competitiveness in the digital era.

Digital Business is experiencing rapid growth, including in the online-based food business. The Internet is creating a new face in interactive communication between sellers, consumers and business partners. This allows the company to be able to interact and work together continuously to be able to develop products, marketing, delivery and maximum service to get customer satisfaction. One type of business that is currently growing rapidly and is very popular with customers is food delivery services including go food, grab food and shopee food. This delivery service will increasingly compete according to the response from customers, influenced by the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality affects customer satisfaction, especially in online- based food delivery applications. The research used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The method used is to collect information obtained from questionnaires. Variable indicators were tested for validity and reliability. In testing this validity using the Pearson Correlation approach. The reliability test in this study used Cronbach, Alpha coefficient. The results of the study explain that the service variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of service quality provided by service providers and service partners is very well responded by application users.

Latar Belakang : Kader kesehatan adalah seseorang yang dekat dengan masyarakat dan mebantu meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Kelurahan Jetis terdapat 75% kader adalah rumah tangga yang memiliki pekerjaa tidak tetap, sedangkan sebagai petugas kader kesehatan tidak mendapatkan upah dan hanya diberikan reward untuk periksa kesehatan gratis ke puskesmas sehingga kondisi ini memprihatinkan bagi kesejahteraan kader. Kader kesehatan kelurahan Jetis selama ini hanya membantu mengelola jajanan tradisional dan tidak menjadi penjual jajanan tersebut, tetapi ada kader yang sudah memiliki usaha sendiri tetapi belum memanfaatkan internet atau online. Tujuan : melakukan pembinanaan kader dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader dalam bidang kesehatan pelayanan sederhana perlunya melakukann pembinanaan dalam bidang perekonomian sebagai upaya membantu berdirinya usaha yang dikelola oleh kader bersama-sama secara mandiri. Metode : Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi 4 tahap yaitu (1). Pelatihan kader dalam bidang perkenomian, (2). Melatih kader dalam menggunakan aplikasi dalam pemasaran online bisnis, (3). Memberikan tantangan untuk kader dalam pembuatan jajanan sehat yang dapat dikembangkan sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan, (4). Memotivasi dan melakukan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui usaha mereka sendiri. Hasil : 55% kader kesehatan dapat menggunakan aplikasi yang dapat membantu mengelola data posyandu tetapi dapat dijadikan tempat untuk memasarkan dari usaha mandiri kader sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian kader. Kesimpulan : Kegiatan PPDM dengan 4 (empat) tahap dalam meningkatkan Kesejahteraan kader kesehatan Kelurahan Jetis dapat ditingkatkan melalui usaha mandiri dengan strategi marketing yang baik yaitu melalui internet atau online.Kata Kunci : Kader Kesehatan, reward, ekonomi, aplikasi, online.

In the first quarter of 2017, retail in Indonesia recorded a growth of 2.5%, while in 2018 the growth was only in the range of 1% -1.5%. The cause of the slow growth is the change in the consumption pattern of the people and it will continue at the beginning of 2018. In addition, the decreasing productivity of the community at the lower middle level. As a retailer, Anterah store also faces the same thing, so anticipating a decline in sales requires an analysis of the best-selling products and how to find out the relationship between the products purchased by consumers. The association relationship between these products will be used as the basis for product arrangement, so that the frequency of products that consumers often buy can be arranged closely together so that consumers do not have to look for them longer. Market basket analysis to determine the relationship between products sold simultaneously is used to explore association rules (Association Rule Mining) which will produce products that are purchased simultaneously as a consideration for product arrangement in Anterah Retail storefront. Meanwhile, the best-selling products will be explored using the Frequent Pattern Growth method in order to obtain a ranking list of the most purchased products by consumers. This analysis is used as a basis for considering product promotion. The test results on the sales sample data obtained an average value of minimum support = 0.0025, minimum confidence = 0.610, LaPlace = 0.9985, Gain = -0.006, p-s = 0.003, Lift = 103.82, Convicting 2.5285 with a processing time of 41.456 seconds.

The human resource (HR) consolidation program in improving the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market aims to improve the quality of life of waste managers through relevant training and education. Held during May 2021, this activity includes intensive training and counseling. Group discussions and field visits were also conducted to see best practices in waste management. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the skills and knowledge of waste managers, who are now able to apply recycling techniques more efficiently and utilize waste into products with selling value. Their awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental health and hygiene is also increasing, creating a cleaner and healthier market environment and increasing their income through the sale of recycled products. The implication of this activity is to improve the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market. With the new skills they acquire, waste managers not only improve their own economic conditions but also contribute to the cleanliness and health of the market environment. This program shows that with the right training and education, waste managers can be effective agents of change in society.
