The research titled “Legal Implications of Mixed Marriages between Indonesian Citizens and Foreign Nationals on the Citizenship Status of Minors” discusses the legal consequences arising from marriages between Indonesian citizens (WNI) and foreign nationals (WNA), particularly regarding the determination of the citizenship status of minors. Mixed marriages often create legal complexities due to differences in citizenship systems between countries, which affect the rights and legal standing of children. The research problems focus on two main issues: how Indonesian positive law regulates the citizenship status of children born from mixed marriages, and how the state provides legal protection for such children. This study employs a normative legal research method with a statutory approach, analyzing relevant laws, doctrines, and court decisions. The results show that although Law Number 12 of 2006 on Indonesian Citizenship has improved the previous system by recognizing limited dual citizenship for children, its implementation still faces several obstacles. Complicated bureaucracy, a lack of understanding among officials, and persistent discriminatory practices remain major challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the legal framework and administrative system of citizenship management to ensure that the principles of non-discrimination and the best interests of the child are effectively and fairly realized.

Patient satisfaction is a feeling that arises from the performance of health services that have been obtained after the patient compares it with what was expected. Rather than the reality that occurs there are still complaints about outpatient registration services based on electronic medical records, Frequent obstacles are if the network is disrupted, then access to the EMR can be hampered or cannot be accessed at all and the limited capacity of the waiting room is also an obstacle, especially with the large number of patients during peak hours so that many patients wait outside the waiting room. This study aims to determine the level of patient satisfaction in outpatient registration based on EMR. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 13,750 and a sample of 99 outpatients. Based on the results of the study in 2025, it can be concluded that patient satisfaction with RME-based outpatient registration in the aspect of tangibles can be categorized as "Less Satisfied" especially regarding facilities such as AC/Television, from the aspect of reliability it can be categorized as "Satisfied" even though there are a few respondents who answered "Less Satisfied", from the aspect of responsiveness it can be categorized as "Satisfied" even though there are some patients who feel "Less Satisfied", from the aspect of assurance in RME-based outpatient registration it can be categorized as "Satisfied" but there are a small number of patients who answered "Less Satisfied" and from the aspect of empathy it can be categorized as "Satisfied" even though there are some patients who answered "Less Satisfied". So the researcher's suggestion is that the Hospital improves the quality of the waiting room, especially AC, television, increases the number of chairs and provides adequate seating for all patients, so that patients are more comfortable and avoid overcrowding

Transformational leadership is an important paradigm in strengthening modern governance that is oriented towards innovation, accountability, and public service. This research aims to examine the concepts, roles, and challenges of transformational leadership in the context of the Indonesian public sector through a literature study approach. The study was conducted on 15 open academic sources relevant to digital bureaucratic issues, apparatus work motivation, and organizational reform. The results of the study show that transformational leadership is able to increase performance effectiveness, strengthen employee commitment, and accelerate the digital transformation of the bureaucracy through an inspiring vision, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention to subordinates. In addition, this leadership contributes to the formation of a collaborative work culture and the improvement of public service innovations that are adaptive to the needs of the community. However, its implementation still faces structural obstacles, such as hierarchical culture, resistance to change, weak digital competence of the apparatus, and limited policy and human resource support. Therefore, a strong integration between transformational values, adaptive leadership competencies, and good governance principles is needed to drive sustainable and performance-oriented bureaucratic change that is superior to public performance.

Pastoral ministry is at the core of the life of the Church which requires the active and qualified involvement of its implementers, especially facilitators. At St. Joseph Tanjung Balai Karimun Church, the role of facilitators is very important in reviving the Ecclesiastical Base Community (KBG) as the main means of fostering the faith of the people. However, the limited number and capacity of facilitators are obstacles in supporting the effectiveness of pastoral ministry. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of facilitators through training that focuses on developing communication competencies, faith mentoring, and pastoral leadership. The method used was observation and participatory training for three months, with periodic evaluation through reflection with participants. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in confidence, empathic communication skills, and the effectiveness of facilitators in managing group dynamics. In addition, the KBG meeting became more lively and participatory. Pastorally, this activity shows that strengthening the capacity of facilitators is not only a technical solution, but also a long-term strategy in building an independent, synodal and empowered Church. This activity is expected to be a model for other parishes in developing pastoral services that are contextual and relevant to the lives of today's people.

This research discusses the phenomenon of social organizations (ormas) in Indonesia from a legal perspective and the challenges of democracy. The freedom of association guarantyd by Article 28E paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution serves as the legal basis for the existence of social organizations, which are further regulated by Law Number 17 of 2013 and Law Number 16 of 2017. Regulatory changes, particularly the government's authority to dissolve mass organizations without judicial process, have sparked a debate between the need to maintain public order and the guaranty of the principle of due process of law. The research method used is normative juridical with a legislative and conceptual approach, supported by a literature study from primary and secondary legal materials. The study results show that although mass organizations have great potential in strengthening democracy, challenges such as identity politics, radicalism, lack of funding transparency, and state power abuse against mass organizations still pose major obstacles. Therefore, balanced legal regulations, transparent oversight, and enhanced democratic literacy are needed to ensure that the role of social organizations remains in line with the principles of the rule of law and Pancasila democracy.

The increasing demand for electrical energy and the issue of climate change are driving the utilization of renewable energy, one of which is through Solar Power Plants (PLTS). The Province of Bali targets the development of PLTS of 108.2 MW, equivalent to 8.62% of the total solar energy potential of 1,254 MW by 2025. However, land limitations pose an obstacle to the construction of large-scale PLTS. Floating solar power plant design can be a solution to this issue. By utilizing 4,955.32 m² of water surface at the Telaga Tunjung Dam, the Floating Solar Power Plant at Telaga Tunjung Dam has a potential capacity of 141.4 kWp, using 280 Trina Solar modules of type TSM-DEG18MC.20(II) (505 Wp) combined with one SG110CX inverter with a capacity of 110 kW. The annual electricity production of the floating solar power plant, based on Helioscope software, is 201.1 MWh. The economic feasibility parameters used in this study include initial investment cost, Profitability Index (PI), and Payback Period (PP). The analysis results show that the 141.4 kWp floating solar power plant project at Telaga Tunjung Dam has an initial investment value of IDR 1,248,764,582, a PI of 1.26, and a PP of 3.91 years. Therefore, this project is considered economically feasible and contributes positively to reducing CO₂ emissions.

Insurance is a service designed to prevent or mitigate various potential risks. The Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is authorized to resolve consumer disputes through three alternative methods: arbitration, conciliation, and mediation. This study aims to analyze the legal force of mediation outcomes and to identify and examine the obstacles encountered in the implementation of insurance dispute resolution through BPSK mediation. This research employs a normative legal method with a statutory approach through literature review. The analysis is conducted qualitatively based on legal regulations and principles. Data is sourced from primary, secondary, and tertiary materials, and the process consists of three stages: formulation, analysis, and conclusion. The findings indicate that although BPSK’s authority is limited, its decisions are final and binding, and mediation agreements remain legally valid. If no objection is filed, the agreement must be implemented, with criminal consequences for non-compliance. However, the effectiveness of consumer dispute resolution remains hindered by weak legal force, limited regulatory framework, institutional capacity constraints, and potential external intervention.

Female puppeteers often face various obstacles in their personal and professional development due to the limitations imposed by social constructs, which dictate that female puppeteers must resemble their male counterparts in terms of style, technique, and character. In this context, gender becomes a barrier that hinders women from fully expressing their identity and creativity freely within the world of wayang (traditional Javanese puppetry). As a result, few women dare to develop their personal perspectives and thoughts into artistic works. In fact, women possess great opportunities and significant potential to create and cultivate wayang literature in innovative and meaningful ways. Amidst these challenges and prevailing stereotypes, Nyi Lucia Siti Aminah Subanto remains consistently active in her creative pursuits, particularly in the development of wayang wahyu (a type of Christian-themed wayang). Her distinctive style and artistic approach greatly contribute to her presence in the world of puppetry and radio media. This study examines gender roles, the characteristics of her pakeliran (performance), and her contributions to the Wayang Wahyu community “Ngajab Rahayu,” using theories by Kamla Bhasin, Sunuh, Robbins, and Gibson.
