Teaching materials are one of the important things in teaching and learning activities. To design learning, it is necessary to consider what kind of teaching and learning materials are needed to achieve learning objectives and achieve the required abilities, and for this reason it is necessary to develop teaching materials. In developing teaching materials, we can refer to two things: the context in which education takes place and the form of learning activities that take place. Contextual considerations are made to determine the packaging format for learning materials. For example, whether students bond with each other. Regarding the format of learning activities, teachers need to consider whether traditional teaching, distance learning, or a combination of both. Five factors must be considered when developing learning materials: student characteristics, format of learning activities, context in which training takes place, learning strategies, and tools for assessing learning outcomes.

This research is driven by business networks that are developing in the business world and giving rise to intense commercial competition. To answer this, the author conducted research on the business network carried out by Say Risolle MSMEs involving distributors, e-commerce and consumers. The aim of this research is to find out what the founders of Say Risolle did in building their business network and to study how Say Risolle was marketed. This research was conducted directly with the founder of Say Risolle who is also the author of this research. This research examines how the business network implemented by pioneer Say Risolle for product development starts from marketing until the product is marketed to consumers. This research uses qualitative methods, specifically observing Say Risolle's operational areas at the location level, actors, commercial activities and marketing strategies that will be carried out by Say Risolle through the e-commerce platform.

Then again, to make a particular item, it is necessary to investigate the needs and test the suitability of the item. Innovative punishment embraces rationality and convenience simultaneously. Inventive reasoning can be considered as a combination of consistent and differentiated reasoning to produce something new. This oddity indicates imaginative reasoning in arithmetic, whereas the different signs are associated with coherent and differentiated reasoning.

Refers to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 7 of 2021 on the facilitation, protection, and empowerment of cooperatives and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. With this we from the team of lecturers of the Information Systems study program to implement from the government regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No.7 of 2021, for the preparation of business development strategies of SMEs in the utilization of technology. Utilizing digital technology to introduce its products and services to the public at large, especially among people with disabilities (Diskraf). This can be done either through online chat applications (Whatsapp, LINE, telegram, etc.), social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), online stores on various e-commerce platforms (Bukalapak, Tokopedia, Blibli, etc.), own websites, to the use of various applications or other business support software. ESQ Business School (STIMIK ESQ), with the University's tri dharma program namely Community Service, ESQ College of Management Science and Computer Science, the Information Systems study program provides coaching, strategy workshops, and information technology for the management of a business/business. This strategy direction can be used in the future by MSME managers/participants in carrying out their business or business processes. Therefore, if a business process performs the strategy and mastery of the Information System well, then the business will be successful in carrying out their business or business in the future.

This research aims to evaluate the development of teachers' professionalism in the digital era. The applied research method is a Literature Review. Data collection is conducted through library research to identify articles relevant to the research topic. The government strives to develop the teaching profession as a strong and respected occupation, as reflected in the enactment of Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, which aims to develop the teaching profession through legal protection. With the rapid advancement of digital technology, teachers need to have appropriate qualifications to perform their duties effectively. A study indicates that strategies to enhance teacher competence involve comprehensive monitoring of learning aspects and gradual support from school principals and supervisors through training. The professionalism of teachers is reflected in their skills in applying information technology precisely and developing creative and innovative teaching methods.

Fakfak merupakan kabupaten yang berpenduduk mayoritas beragama Islam yang memiliki 17 Wilayah Pemerintah Distrik dengan 142 kampung induk serta 7 kelurahan. Luas wilayah kabupaten ini adalah sebesar 14.320km2. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan anacaman pada desa wisata yang diteliti. Penelitian ini juga merumuskan starategi apa yang digunakan dalam memerdayakan masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis matriks SWOT. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, maka dapat menjadi solusi baru dalam membantu masyarakat meningkatkan pendapatan dan peningkatan daya saing tanaman pala.  Target luaran penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan informasi terkait strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan desa wisata pala. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan menghasilkan publikasi pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi (sinta 2) dan uraian Tingkat Kesiapan Teknologi  (TKT) berada pada level 2.  Hasil penelitian menempatkan strategi kampung Nemewikarya pada kwadran I yaitu strategi progresif, hasil dari analisis data diketahui bahwa O > S (opportunity lebih besar daripada) sesuai dengan strategi progresif. Strategi ini merupakan salah satu strategi yang sangat cocok untuk organisasi yang masih berkembang dengan segala kekuatan dan kekurangannya. Pariwisata Kampung Nemewikarya memiliki peluang besar untuk menarik wisatawan walaupun masih ada kelemahan-kelemahan. Salah satu kekurangan yang sangat menonjol bahwa Kuliner makanan yang belum mencukupi bagi pengunjung serta masih kurangnya promosi baik melalui media cetak maupun media elektronik.

Indonesia merupakan negara produsen dan pengekspor biji dan fuli pala terbesar dunia, dengan pangsa pasar dunia sebesar 75 persen. Produksi pala di Papua Barat pada tahun 2021 yaitu 1,857 ton. Hal ini meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya, pada tahun 2020 produksi pala yaitu 1,658 ton.produk  olahan pala merupakan salah satu bentuk untuk peningkatan perekonomian masyrakat dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya daging pala yang melimpah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan usaha Business Model Canva pada UMKM Kembang Empat di Kabupaten Fakfak. Metode  analisis  data yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini menggunakan business  model  canvas. Pengambilan  sampel  daerah  penelitian  dilakukan  secara  sengaja  ( purposive sampling).  Lokasi  yang  dipilih  adalah  UMKM Kembang Empat di Kabupaten Fakfak. Hasil penelitian ini adalah UMKM Kembang Empat menerapkan business model canvas belum maksimal, dan adanya tambahan  yang perlu diperhatikan kembali seperti key  activities memberi  brosur  umkm kembang empat  bagi  pengunjung  tempat produksi, cost structur biaya pemasaran dan biaya lainnya, customer relationships memberikan  gift/bonus   kepada   pelanggan   ataupun reseller, channel   online (Shopee, Bukalapak, Tokopedia, Lazada) dan offline (brosur). Selain itu, strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk diterapkan oleh UMKM Kembang Empat  berdasarkan analisis SWOT yaitu strategi SO (strenght opportunities) atau disebut strategi agresif adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas produk dan menjadikan produk tersebut sebagai ole-ole khas fakfak. Sehingga penting bagi UMKM kembang empat memperhatikan kedua hal jika ingin berhasil mengembangkan usahanya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis komparatif antara tiga penyedia layanan cloud terkemuka saat ini, yaitu Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), dan Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Layanan cloud telah menjadi elemen penting dalam infrastruktur teknologi informasi modern, memungkinkan organisasi untuk menyimpan, mengelola, dan mengakses data mereka secara efisien dan aman. Dalam penelitian ini, kami melakukan tinjauan terhadap fitur, keandalan, skalabilitas, keamanan, dan biaya layanan cloud yang ditawarkan oleh ketiga penyedia ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup analisis literatur, studi kasus, dan survei. Kami mengumpulkan data dan informasi terkait dari sumber-sumber yang dapat dipercaya, seperti dokumen resmi, studi independen, dan laporan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga penyedia layanan cloud memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing. Microsoft Azure dikenal karena integrasinya yang kuat dengan lingkungan Microsoft, sementara AWS menawarkan beragam layanan yang sangat skalabel. Di sisi lain, GCP menonjol dalam hal keamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan komprehensif tentang keunggulan dan kelemahan masing-masing penyedia layanan cloud, serta membantu organisasi dalam memilih penyedia yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan bisnis mereka. Temuan penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi dasar bagi penyedia layanan cloud untuk terus meningkatkan dan mengembangkan layanan mereka guna memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan yang terus berkembang di dalam pasar layanan cloud yang kompetitif. Dengan demikian, analisis komparatif ini memiliki nilai strategis yang tinggi dalam mendukung keputusan bisnis dan pengembangan teknologi informasi lebih lanjut.

This journal discusses the strategies applied to develop branding for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) UD ALINDRA by updating the design of catalogs, label stickers, and Instagram content. The aim of this research is to enhance the effectiveness of promotion, marketing, and product sales for these MSMEs. The method employed involves interviews with the owners of MSME UD Alindra to gain in-depth knowledge about consumer perceptions and the current branding strategies, analyzing existing challenges, and planning for production, promotion, and design updates. Through a creative approach in designing product catalogs, eye-catching label stickers, and Instagram content that aligns with trends and consumer needs, it is expected that this research will significantly contribute to increasing product sales margins, optimizing MSME owners' understanding of strong and effective branding strategies, and reinforcing their awareness of the positive impact gained from product branding, including enhancing consumer appeal and the product image for MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that the implemented developments positively contribute to the promotion of products from MSME UD ALINDRA and offer valuable insights for MSME owners to improve and enhance their product branding strategies.

Pasar modal Indonesia merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Bahkan ekonomi modern tidak dapat berdiri tanpa pasar modal yang kuat, berdaya saing global, dan terorganisir dengan baik. Selain itu, pasar modal juga digunakan sebagai indikator pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara. Hal inilah yang membuat Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Jawa Tengah 1 memperkuat strateginya dalam mengembangkan minat masyarakat untuk berinvestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pengembangan minat investasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Jawa Tengah 1. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research) melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala kantor dan staf trainer Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Jawa Tengah 1. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, strategi pengembangan minat investasi yang dilakukan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Jawa Tengah 1 adalah strategi sosialisasi dan edukasi serta menggunakan media sosial.

The growing awareness of public health and environmental sustainability has increased the demand for organic products, particularly vegetables. CV Reja Mayur, as a producer of organic vegetables, plays a crucial role in meeting the needs of the growing market. In the competitive organic vegetable industry, innovative and sustainable marketing strategies are crucial. Green marketing, focusing on environmental sustainability and social responsibility, can be a solution to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with consumers who are concerned about sustainability. Community service activities were conducted at CV Reja Mayur, located in Desa Claket and Mligi, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto, using the method of green marketing socialization. The results of this activity indicate that green marketing can highlight the positive impact of CV Reja Mayur's organic vegetable products on the environment. CV Reja Mayur can implement measures such as strengthening transparency, involving consumers in sustainability initiatives, utilizing social media, obtaining organic certification, and innovating in products and business processes. After receiving green marketing socialization, it is expected that CV Reja Mayur can enter a more sustainable marketing era and capitalize on the potential market that increasingly values organic products and sustainability.

Desa Banjarejo merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki potensi alam yang bagus dengan tanah subur yang bisa ditanami berbagai macam sayur-sayuran, salah satunya adalah selada air. Namun pemanfaatan kekayaan alam tersebut belum maksimal sehingga masih memiliki nilai ekonomis yang rendah. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dari Universitas Negeri Malang berkesempatan untuk melakukan pelatihan pengolahan selada air untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis dari sayuran tersebut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat perekonomian kelompok tani melalui inisiatif pengolahan mie selada air sebagai strategi mendorong pengembangan desa wisata di desa Banjarejo kabupaten Malang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan, kegiatan ini melatih bagaimana kelompok petani di desa mengatur dan mengembangkan usaha pengolahan mie selada airnya, tidak hanya membantu meningkatkan pendapatan pribadi tetapi juga berkontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian Desa Banjarejo. Potensi dampak pengembangan komersial ini untuk meningkatkan daya tarik desa sebagai tujuan wisata juga dieksplorasi dalam kegiatan ini, memberikan pandangan komprehensif tentang potensi pemberdayaan ekonomi berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal. The development of an Islamic-based economy in Indonesia has spread to many fields, both financial and non-financial. It is very clear that the Islamic financial system in Indonesia has the ability to encourage faster economic growth and increase financial stability with the aim of improving the welfare of individuals and society. Strategic steps are needed to optimize the sharia economic system at the national and international levels so that the effect is greater. The purpose of this paper is to philosophically analyze the structure of the sharia economy, as well as the methods and systems needed to accelerate sharia economic growth in the city of Medan. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) data analysis is used in this research to determine strategies for building an Islamic economic and business system in Medan City.

The research methodology used by researchers in this research is a research and development approach. The researchers in this study used a research plan that combines a three-dimensional model consisting of four different development stages: Define, Design, and Develop. The participants involved in this research were class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Teriak. The method used in selecting the sample used a purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique that involves deliberate selection based on certain reasons. Researchers use many data collection strategies, including indirect communication tactics and measurement techniques. The data collection methods used in this research include the use of validation sheets, questionnaires, and assessment of mathematical understanding abilities. Based on the results of the discussion in this research, it can be concluded that the level of validity of interactive video learning media in the form of animated videos on relationship and function material based on direct instruction can be classified as valid with a percentage of 85.27%, the level of practicality obtained is 90.58% with very practical and high level criteria. The effectiveness obtained was 80.76% with effective criteria.

The purpose of this study was conducted to examine three issues, namely: (1) Business development strategy for Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Restaurant Lebak Bandung Jelutung,(2) Obstacles faced by Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Lebak Restaurant Bandung Jelutung, (3) Islamic economic view towards the business development strategy of Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Restaurant, Lebak Bandung Jelutung. To reveal these three issues in depth and comprehensively, the authors used a field research method with a qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources by interviewing 10 people, namely the restaurant and consumers. From the results of this study it can be concluded that: Padang Surya Restaurant in the city of Mukomuko has implemented a business development strategy, namely the strategy includes: product strategy, price strategy and sales strategy. Islamic Economic Review of the business of Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Restaurant, Lebak Bandung Jelutung, is appropriate with Islamic principles.

Until now, there are still many who are afraid to start a business, including online business, so a real manifestation of a successful businessman has high self-efficacy/ability in starting a business. Apart from having the ability, a businessman must also be able to understand marketing planning and strategy. well in developing a business so that the business succeeds as expected, therefore the purpose of this research is to find out: 1) How is the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs in online business for FEBI students, 2) What is the strategy for developing entrepreneurship in online business for FEBI students, 3) What are the obstacles faced in developing entrepreneurs in the online business of FEBI students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were students who had been running their online business for more than 3 years. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of this study note that FEBI students have high self-efficacy in online business or entrepreneurship, students are confident in their abilities and have expectations for their abilities in doing business online, in building confidence students obtain from several sources, namely personal experience, other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and emotional state. In the student business development strategy it is still not running well and efficiently, and there are obstacles to student businesses such as suppliers, competitors, capital and customers.

This community service program is carried out in the Ngunut area, Tulungagung Regency, with activity partner ONC. The problems faced include economic growth and technological developments emphasizing the need for ONC to remain competitive and sustainable. Tight competition in the local market, the need for updated technological knowledge, and business sustainability challenges are the main focus. Solutions carried out through the latest training provide a solid foundation for their self-development. Strategic collaboration with activity partners and analysis of new business opportunities are the foundation for developing business models that are not only innovative but also sustainable. Technology enablement and implementation of digital marketing strategies were key steps in improving ONC's operational efficiency and increasing their visibility in the tight local market. outreach on business sustainability provides better understanding for ONC members, helping them reduce environmental impacts and increase resource efficiency. As an integral part of this program, monitoring and evaluation are carried out strictly to measure the impact of each step taken. Thus, the community service program not only provides an immediate solution to the challenges ONC faces, but also forms the basis for long-term investment, supporting the growth and sustainability of their business in the future.

Contemporary drinks are rife among young people. The competition between the beverage outlets can be seen from the emergence of various unique beverage outlets. For this reason, the authors are interested in examining the factors of modern drinking interest in buying interest among young consumers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, and the respondents are taken from young people in Padang who like modern drinks. Based on the results of interviews and observations obtained in the field, it was found that there were several factors of interest so that there was an interest in buying among young people, namely factors of a comfortable place, friendly service, factors of good taste where there were many variants, factors of restaurant names and unique menu names that made people interested in buying. Besides that, the price factor is quite affordable, packaging with a creative and attractive design. In addition, it was also found that personal, social and psychological factors were one of the factors in the interest in buying contemporary drinks among young people. It is hoped that this research will be useful for business people in the culinary and beverage sector as well as further research in researching business in this field.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang strategi pengembangan usaha batik dan kain songket di Toko Cik Mia Songket Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  memahami alternative strategi pengembangan usaha batik dan songket Cik Mia, kemudian juga untuk mengetahui kendala perkembangan usaha batik dan songket Cik Mia. Adapun metode yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah metode peelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Objek dalam penelitian adalah toko batik dan songket cik mia. Ada beberapa tekin pengumpulan data yang digunakandalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data-data yang sudah dikumpulkan  kemdian dianalisi dengan beberapa teknik yaitu reduksi data, penyajian, kemudian verifikasi data. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya ada banyal strategi yang telah dilakukan oleh cik Mia untuk mengembangkan usaha batik dan kain songket cik mia salah satunya yaitu dengan rajin mempromosikan jualan baikitu melalui media social, serta sering mengikuti beberapa even. Diketahui bahwasanya even-even yang telah diikuti sudah sampai ke mancanegara. Kemudian aktif dalam kegiatan pengembangan UMKM bersama bank 9 Jambi. Untuk kendalanya didapati bahwasanya ada beberapa kendla pada pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia khususnya dalam pengelolaan tenun. Ci mia masih kewalaan untuk memproduksi kain tenun dalam skala besar karena sumber daya manusia yang bisa menenun hanya seidikit.

Besarnya potensi Usaha Mikro,Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, menjadikan suatu keharusan untuk lebih di berdayakan menjadi semakin strategis sehingga dapat mendukung peningkatan produktivitas, penyediaan lapangan kerja yang lebih luas, dan peningkatan pendapatan bagi masyarakat miskin. Usaha mikro yang merupakan bagian dari usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di Kota Jambi perlu ditingkatkan serta dikembangkan karena menyumbang terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, tetapi permasalahan yang kemudian muncul antara lain disebabkan oleh masih rendahnya kualitas SDM pelaku industri, strategi pemasaran yang masih kurang dikuasai oleh pelaku usaha dan pendapatan didasarkan pada waktu atau lama usaha didirikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh minat dan persepsi pengusaha muda terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Kota Jambi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji regresi berganda, Uji T, Uji F dan Uji  Koefisien Determinasi (R Square). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa secara parsial variabel minat dan persepsi pengusaha berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan Usaha Menengah dan Keatas di Kota Jambi. Secara simultan atau bersama-sama variabel minat dan persepsi pengusaha muda memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Kota Jambi.
