This research discusses social discrimination among characters in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav. Therefore, the aim of this research is to: (1) describe the representation of dialogue containing social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav, (2) describe the representation of the causes of social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav, (3 ) describes the implications of social discrimination on drama learning in high school. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and data is taken from the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav in the form of screenshots of film footage and dialogue between characters which contain social discrimination. The results of research on social discrimination on the main character in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav show that (1) social discrimination which includes direct discrimination: limiting a certain area, such as housing, type of work, public facilities, and indirect: the act of blocking someone/ certain groups, races/ethnicities relate freely, hinder the rules/procedures followed which contain discriminatory bias and result in harm to the main character, a child living with HIV/AIDS, (2) the cause of social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav is caused by due to the lack of public knowledge about HIV/AIDS, (3) The results of this research have implications for Drama Learning in Class XI SMA, especially in competency identifying characterization, dialogue and setting in drama performances.

Empowerment of the environment in society is very essential in the regional and national development agenda. Communities, governments, academics and business actors have an important role as drivers of innovation in national environmental preservation programs. In an effort to implement this function, several strategic studies are needed so that all initiator components can jointly protect the environment from potential natural releases including natural disasters such as floods. Based on this, community service research involving members of the Tangerang City DPRD, the Environment Service, the Public Works and Public Housing Service, the Social Service, the Regional Disaster Management Agency, Officials in the Periuk sub-district and Periuk Sub-District underwent a Focus Group Discussion on social impact economic consequences due to flooding in Periuk District. As for some assistance with problems, namely as follows: 1.) Officials in the Tangerang City area require intensive coordination and supervision to overcome flood problems and their economic impacts, (2.) The need for knowledge for the community regarding the socio-economic impacts that can be experienced as a result of flooding . Therefore, the results of community service research are as follows: (1) succeeded in formulating a policy package that has been approved by the executive and legislative components in the Periuk District and Tangerang City, (2.) The community feels helped by the existence of discussion and presentation facilities material organized by the Business Faculty of Buddhi Dharma University.

A disaster becomes an extraordinary event that disrupts and threatens life and livelihoods caused by nature and humans, or both. The existence of natural disasters can have both small and large impacts on the environment. The thing that can be done to reduce the consequences of disasters is that synergy from various parties is needed, one of which is the involvement of nurses. Nurses have a huge role to play in preparing and handling communities in the face of disasters.  As health workers, nurses are at the forefront of disaster management so that they can anticipate the prevention of disasters and their impacts (Doondori, A. K., & Paschalia, Y. P. 2021). Cianjur Regency is one of the areas that experienced the impact of natural disasters, namely earthquakes.  The earthquake occurred on November 21, 2022 at 13:21:10 WIB with a magnitude of 5.6 in the Cianjur area, West Java. The earthquake caused a lot of infrastructure damage and casualties. This has a great influence on the condition of the community, one of which is in terms of health biopsychosocially and spiritually. Based on the phenomenon that occurs along with the existence of the role of the nurse as a healthcare provider. Universitas Esa Unggul sent a team of health volunteers to carry out several activities for the community such as, providing comprehensive nursing services, becoming collaborators, conducting education and trauma healing. This action is considered sufficient to help patients who have health problems both who come to the post and who are in refugee tents. They feel happy because of the existence of health service facilities so that the public can consult, get education and also trauma healing.

Problems in public services are often encountered in their implementation even though standards and laws have been established. In the evaluation of the PATEN policy in Ciledug District, Tangerang City, there are problems including the timeliness of service, service costs, and supporting resources for service implementation. The government has attempted to bring about an innovation in the field of public services through the District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) policy regulated in Permendagri Number 4 of 2010, which contains the delegation of authority from regents to sub-district heads. Following up on the Permendagri, the government of Tangerang City has implemented integrated sub-district administration services, especially in Ciledug District. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. The writing method used is the literature study research method, a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. The results showed that the implementation seen from the aspect of service costs was sufficient and according to fairness standards and from the aspect of service time and supporting resources for the implementation of services was inadequate. The purpose of the District Integrated Administrative Services has not been optimally achieved because the type of delegation of authority given is considered not to be effective and efficient in creating quality services and getting closer to the community. The advice given is to add service support facilities and improve service methods so that service times are better, as well as to review the types of delegation of authority given to sub-district heads so that the policy objectives are achieved more optimally.

The hospital is an important organization and is engaged in providing health services  that focus not only on medical service issues but also on non-medical service issues. The hospital guarantees the availability of medical devices to the availability of equipment that can affect the  quality of health services provided, including patient satisfaction. Therefore the purpose of this  study is to determine the analysis of the procurement of medical equipment logistics in hospitals.  The method used in this research is literature review from seven national journals obtained using  online database facilities via Google pages scholar and researchgate. The selected journal is based on its publication published from 2018-2023. The research results show that the analysis of logistics planning and procurement activities of medical devices in several hospitals in Indonesia  have various differences. The difference consists of hospitals that already have a plan logistics is good and some are not running perfectly. Procurement of medical devices that have not been good  due to several factors, one of which is an inadequate budget. So that management or logistics  management of medical devices is needed in hospitals so that medical devices are always available  in accordance with quality standards hospital health.

In the residential area of ​​RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, many people have vehicles, especially 4-wheeled vehicles, which cannot be accommodated in their yard due to limited land or plots owned. On the other hand, there are public facilities at RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City which are neglected and not utilized which are later expected to become communal parking areas for community members. The goals of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, include: creating a functional and good shared parking area so that residents' vehicles are no longer parked in the neighborhood road area, so that it will participate in organizing and beautifying and improving the quality of the environment. The method used in community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is through field surveys or locations where the data is then collected, designed or designed, then a budget plan is made or WED. The expected results of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces consist of 3 things namely: first the participative level of the community towards their environment, secondly the design drawings of representative communal parking spaces, thirdly the budget plan or RAB to carry out the construction of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City. The output of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is in the form of a report containing pictures and RAB which will be submitted to the community in the neighborhood and to LPM UNTAG Semarang as evidence administrative responsibility.

A disaster is an event caused by nature and humans. Disaster can result in victims of human suffering, loss of property, environmental damage, damage to facilities and, infrastructure, public facilities, and disruption of the life and livelihood of the community. The purpose of research was to determine the knowledge and attitudes of the community about the prevention of post-flood disease in Datahu village, Tibawa sub-district. This research method uses the descriptive quantitative method. The sample of this research is 76 people using an accidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that public knowledge of 76 respondents there are 65 respondents with good knowledge and 11 respondents with less knowledge and public attitudes. Of 76 respondents there are 70 respondents have good attitudes, and 6 have poor attitudes. The research concluded that the description of the level of knowledge and attitudes of the community about post-flood disease prevention in Datahu village, Tibawa sub-district was in the excellent category.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of learning facilities, learning motivation, and learning discipline on the learning outcomes of class XI OTKP public relations subjects of SMK Negeri in West Jakarta. The population in this study is SMKN which has an OTKP major in West Jakarta. The sample in this study was 133 students, this number was obtained from calculations based on the tables of Isaac and Michael. The sampling technique uses the propotional random sampling method. The data collection in this study is secondary data using a questionnaire based on a likert scale for independent variables while for dependent variables using secondary data obtained from the school that is used as the research site in the form of the results of the odd midterm assessment value 2021/2022. The test results using SMARTPLS show: (1) there is an influence between learning facilities on learning outcomes, (2) there is an influence between learning motivation on learning outcomes, (3) there is an influence between learning disciplines on learning outcomes.

Public service is a form of realization of orderly government administration to make it easier for citizens, including marginalized groups of people such as the poor who are cared for by the state (one of them is neglected elderly) in fulfilling various complexities of daily needs. The government gives privileges to neglected elderly in population and health services because in the administrative process they cannot be equated with members of the public in general. The factor of dementia and neglect is an important highlight of special services. Type of this research is descriptive qualitative at the Institution owned by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, Tresna Werdha Social Institution (PSTW) Budi Mulia 3. The results of this study indicate that the population and health services provided by PSTW BM 3 have fulfilled service facilities quite well in terms of Tangible, Dementia elderly get convenience in the process of obtaining a Population Identification Number (NIK) and KTP-El even though it is scheduled once a year. Reliability is quite good in terms of timeliness, Responsiveness The services provided are good, supported by the intensity of coordination, Assurance of data security is well maintained in privacy so that it is safe, and Emphaty for both Dukcapil and Jamkesda are ready 24 hours in receiving service requests from PSTW BM 3 with a follow-up process on work days.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Delegation of the Regent's authority to the Sub-district Head has not been running optimally. The improvement of public services is still not optimal. Limited facilities/infrastructure in the sub-district. The number of employees in the sub-district is still limited. Not all SKPDs that delegate authority have technical instructions for the implementation of the delegation of authority by the sub-district. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique uses a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of the study obtained are as follows: The Effectiveness of the Delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in Improving Public Services (Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 Concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head) has been implemented well, especially in the implementation of aspects of licensing, recommendations, coordination, coaching, supervision, facilitation, and implementation. The implementation of Public Services according to Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head has been implemented well, such as in terms of service procedures, service time, service costs, service products, service facilities and infrastructure, and the competence of service officers. The obstacles faced by the Sub-district Head in the effectiveness of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the Sub-district in Ciamis Regency are Limited budget; Lack of facilities and infrastructure to support public services; Lack of human resources; Many human resources do not yet have competence; Lack of public awareness to make permits; not all technical instructions have been made regarding the delegated authority; There are still requirements that must be completed at the Regency level, whether permits must be made immediately at the sub-district, so that it hinders the completion process and the completion time becomes long. Meanwhile, the results of observations show that the number of service providers is still very limited, where each officer has their own main duties and functions. Efforts made by the Sub-district Head to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the sub-districts in Ciamis Regency, are to increase the budget; complete and improve facilities and infrastructure to support services to the community; propose additional human resources; improve human resource competency through coaching and training; increase public awareness to make permits through socialization; request clear technical instructions regarding the delegated authority; in the completion process and completion time are made easier by assigning district employees to carry out services in the sub-district.

The objective taken by the researchers was to find out what the BPOM's obstacles were in controlling the distribution of illegal cosmetics in Gorontalo City, one of the efforts made by the government to improve public health and carry out supervision by forming BPOM. Cosmetic products that do not have distribution permits or are illegal which do not comply with applicable regulations are still a problem for the people of Gorontalo. This can be seen from the existence of cosmetic distribution facilities that sell illegal cosmetics that have not been controlled by BPOM in Gorontalo City. This study uses an empirical juridical legal research method that aims to analyze the problems that are carried out by combining legal materials (which are secondary data) with primary data obtained in the field. From research at the BPOM office, the authors found that there are still many unlicensed cosmetics business actors who commit fraudulent acts in producing cosmetics without a distribution permit with chemicals obtained at low prices without thinking about the impact on the consumers who use them, which causes BPOM's losses. obstacles in distribution monitoring. Illegal cosmetics due to lack of control over goods entering the city area, especially the city of Gorontalo, lack of public knowledge to distinguish genuine cosmetics from fakes, so that the circulation of illegal cosmetics is rampant. In general, people are only interested in cheap prices without being keen to know the basic ingredients for making these cosmetics, cosmetic ingredients that are easily and cheaply found on the market and counterfeiters' knowledge about the composition of counterfeit cosmetics are the contributing factors. The research objectives: 1) To determine the implementation of the principle of simplicity in public services for community satisfaction at the Rontu Village Head Office, Raba District, Bima City. Rumah Susun Pekunden Kota Semarang merupakan salah satu solusi wadah bermukim dengan konsep hunian vertikal hunian untuk lahan kota yang terbatas. Di dalam Rusunawa Pekunden dilengkapi dengan berbagai fasilitas umum sebagai penunjang aktivitas sosialisasi penghuninya. Pada dasarnya pemanfaatan fasilitas umum pada kompleks Rusunawa Pekunden dapat memberikan keleluasaan penghuni Rusunawa untuk berkomunikasi satu dengan yang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini di antaranya yaitu secara subektif untuk memenuhi tugas besar dalam menempuh mata kuliah Metode Penelitian Arsitektur dan secara objekstif untuk mengetahui kondisi, aktivitas, fasilitas, permasalahan umum di kompleks rumah susun Pekunden. Metode penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tahap yaitu tahap  persiapan, berupa pengamatan terhadap lingkungan di Rusunawa Pekunden. Data pada tahap ini akan dijadikan sebagai bahan pada tahapan analisis, tahap analisis yaitu dihubungkannya antara fasilitas dan peruntukannya, dan tahap kesimpulan yaitu kesimpulan yang akan dijadikan acuan untuk pengelolaan Rusunawa. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu rusunawa Pekunden terdiri atas blok A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H dan I. Pada blok A, B, C, D, E merupakan zona untuk hunian warga rusunawa Pekunden, blok F dan I merupakan zona publik  berupa masjid dan Taman Pekunden, zona semi publik  adalah zona berupa lapangan olah raga, dan zona privat yaitu zona yang hanya diperuntukkan bagi penghuni rusunawa Pekunden berupa tempat parkir.

The research focused on the quality of whatsapp-based online services in population administration services in kupang city. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation and quality model of whatsapp-based online services in population administration services. The theory used is the theory of online service quality proposed by parasurahman with the variables of efficiency, fullfilment, system availability, privacy. The research design used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the implementation of quality whatsapp-based online services was seen from service efficiency, ease of access and a simple mechanism; fullfilment, a fast and free service period; system availability, the internet network support; and privacy, the end-to-end encrypted whatsapp. The obstacle is there are no regulations, infrastructure facilities are still limited, just using one smartphone for one service where the smartphone capacity is limited for document transactions. Then there is still a lack of government socialization. Therefore, the model that needs to be carried out by the population and civil registry office of kupang city is to make a regulation for the mayor of kupang. It is necessary for the government to be responsible for providing computers for whatsapp online, and conducting wider socialization to the public.

Community participation in social service activities is a crucial indicator of community-based social development. However, the level of participation is often influenced by various structural and cultural factors, including the role of community organizations as key mobilizers of collective action. This activity aims to identify factors affecting community participation in social service activities in Bintan Sub-district, analyze the role of community organizations in facilitating and organizing these activities, and assess their impact on strengthening synergy and collaboration among residents. The method employed included a socialization session on the importance of community organizations in community empowerment, followed by social service activities in the form of collective environmental clean-up and greening programs through tree planting around public facilities. The findings indicate that increased collective awareness, local leadership, and organizational support significantly enhance community participation. Furthermore, social service activities contribute to strengthening social cohesion, fostering a sense of togetherness, and promoting stronger synergy and collaboration among community members in Bintan Sub-district.

Therefore we need a container that can accommodate the work of famous designers so that it is easier to be recognized by the public. Wedding dress designs and accessories vary each year. The designers continue to innovate and produce interesting works from time to time. The bride and groom also need other vendors for the continuity of their marriage, such as vendors for organizers, vendors for pre-wedding photos, and vendors for salons and make-up. For this reason, an area will be provided for several vendors who are competent in their respective fields, making it easier for the bride and groom in their pre-wedding process. With the availability of several facilities in a building at once, it can make it easier for visitors and bride and groom to prepare for their wedding.

Public knowledge of drugs is quite limited, especially among teenagers. Adolescence is a developmental change between childhood and adulthood that results in physical, cognitive, and psychosocial changes. The aim of this education is the early introduction of over-the-counter drug classes to teenagers so that awareness is formed regarding the proper and correct use of over-the-counter drugs. The activities were conducted on class 12 students at SMA Mathlaul Anwar Pandeglang Banten. Educational facilities use leaflets that are distributed to activity participants. Evaluation of participants was carried out by asking for answers and filling in pre-test and post-test questions regarding education on the use of over-the-counter drugs. The results of education on the introduction of over-the-counter non-restricted medicines before and after schooling can increase teenagers' knowledge about self-medication over-the-counter drugs, especially adequate information regarding the correct use of drugs, including indications, dosage, method of use, side effects, contraindications, and drug expiration dates.

Therefore, as an activity that is very dynamic and a phenomenon that is complex and has a major influence on human life and society, tourism needs to be studied and understood continuously in a comprehensive manner from various perspectives of scientific disciplines, one of which is social science. This study seeks to analyze the image of the public and tourists towards tourist attractions in the city of Semarang. The subjects of this study were 8 (eight) local people and 8 (eight) tourists. Collection and processing of data using qualitative research methods. The results found that people and tourists: (1) observe tourist attractions in detail to complete their curiosity; (2) feel that a tourist attraction has beautiful scenery that creates a feeling of pleasure, comfort and awe; (3) visiting a tourist attraction with a plan, circling the entire area of ​​the tourist attraction and intending to visit it again; (4) image of a tourist attraction: original and has natural beauty, various attractions are available, there are features that make the tourist attraction rare and unique, and there are facilities and infrastructure that support the tourist attraction to become a worthy tourist spot visited and visits to tourist attractions in the sense of benefit.

The entrepreneurial part of the program encourages graduates to think creatively, innovate, and take risks. This will help students develop the capacity to come up with innovative ideas, spot opportunities, and confront difficulties in novel ways. The goal of this research is to determine what variables hinder graduate creativity and how entrepreneurial orientation in learning might help increase graduate creativity. This study employed a qualitative technique with a library approach. Data sources were obtained via library examination of papers, journals, publications, and so on. The findings of this study show that factors inhibiting graduate creativity include an overly structured curriculum, monotonous teaching methods, and limited resources and facilities in the form of infrastructure, which are among the most significant barriers to students developing creative ideas..
