The problems faced are reduced visitors and low environmental awareness. Thematic KKN aims to increase promotions by making flyers. The methods used include direct observation at tourist locations, interviews with managers, and discussion of promotional strategies. Steps include creating promotional flyers, regulatory banners, journal publication, and registering flyers with HKI. This Thematic KKN develops the promotion and sustainability of the Mangrove Forest tourism environment through three approaches: making flyers, making banners of rules and regulations, and planting 50 Ketapang Kencana seeds. It is hoped that this action can increase visitor interest, environmental awareness and sustainability of Mangrove Forest tourism.

This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of literature study, observation, documentation and interviews. The research results show that Nusantaratv.com implements an effective editorial management strategy, including: Planning: Developing a comprehensive communication strategy to deliver quality content, with the main target audience being young viewers aged 18-35 years. Organizing: Forming a special team consisting of content writers, graphic designers, video editors and social media managers to manage communication campaigns. Implementation (Actuating): Motivating and guiding the team to carry out planned tasks, with effective internal communication and good coordination. Supervision (Controlling): Monitoring and evaluating the results of communication activities, by making adjustments if necessary to ensure communication objectives are achieved. The Srikandi group is a group of women who have concerns about the Prevention of Trafficking in Persons (TPPO). Therefore, the Kita Institute packages TPPO as a strengthening of the women's economy, namely by empowering the women of the Srikandi Group through training in making various chili sauces. This study aims to describe the implementation process, success, supporting factors and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach with research subjects including Kita Institute managers, Srikandi Group Managers, and Srikandi Group Members. The data validity technique uses source triangulation with data analysis technique using data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the research that have been carried out show that 1) The process of implementing women's empowerment in the Srikandi Group consists of three stages. The first stage is awareness through socialization and motivation. Then, the ability transformation stage is to increase knowledge and skills in making various chili sauces. The last stage is capacity improvement, where the women of the Srikandi group have been able to produce various chili sauces independently. 2) Women's empowerment of the Srikandi group succeeded in producing a variety of quality chili sauce with a durability of two months and increasing income 3) Supporting factors for empowerment are the availability of human resources, natural resources, infrastructure, high motivation of participants, female participation, and work partners. Meanwhile, the factors that inhibit empowerment are difficulties in adjusting the time and lack of confidence of Srikandi group women to start their own business.

Customer attrition has become the focus of many businesses today – since the online market space has continued to proffer customers, various choices and alternatives to goods, services, and products for their monies. Businesses must seek to improve value, meet customers' teething demands/needs, enhance their strategies toward customer retention, and better monetize. The study compares the effects of data resampling schemes on predicting customer churn for both Random Forest (RF) and XGBoost ensembles. Data resampling schemes used include: (a) default mode, (b) random-under-sampling RUS, (c) synthetic minority oversampling technique (SMOTE), and (d) SMOTE-edited nearest neighbor (SMOTEEN). Both tree-based ensembles were constructed and trained to assess how well they performed with the chi-square feature selection mode. The result shows that RF achieved F1 0.9898, Accuracy 0.9973, Precision 0.9457, and Recall 0.9698 for the default, RUS, SMOTE, and SMOTEEN resampling, respectively. Xgboost outperformed Random Forest with F1 0.9945, Accuracy 0.9984, Precision 0.9616, and Recall 0.9890 for the default, RUS, SMOTE, and SMOTEEN, respectively. Studies support that the use of SMOTEEN resampling outperforms other schemes; while, it attributed XGBoost enhanced performance to hyper-parameter tuning of its decision trees. Retention strategies of recency-frequency-monetization were used and have been found to curb churn and improve monetization policies that will place business managers ahead of the curve of churning by customers.

It is time now to carry out an audit of the goods delivery information system  This is so that we can find out whether the information system implemented is in accordance with the vision, mission and goals of the organization as well as testing the performance of the information system. In this research, an analysis of the goods delivery information system at PT. Jasa Karya Palembang branch uses the COBIT 5.0 framework with sub domain MEA01 (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess Performance and Conformance) with process capability level calculations and also analysis of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threats (SWOT), Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) , as well as External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS)). Data was obtained through observation techniques, interviews, literature study. Respondents for the data consisted of Branch Heads, Operations Managers and Operational Staff.

This study aims to explore the application of human resource management (HRM) strategies in improving the work motivation of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). ASN work motivation is a critical factor that affects the performance of government organizations, the efficiency of public services, and the achievement of national strategic goals. In this context, various aspects of HR management such as recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal systems, and provision of incentives and rewards are identified as key factors that can increase ASN work motivation. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach through literature studies. The results showed that transparent and meritocracy-based recruitment, continuous training, and a fair and objective performance appraisal system are very influential in increasing ASN work motivation. In addition, the provision of appropriate incentives and rewards for work achievements has also proven effective in encouraging ASN enthusiasm and productivity. This study also revealed that a conducive work environment and inspirational leadership play an important role in building ASN's intrinsic motivation. The conclusion of this study confirms that strategic and integrated HR management is key to improving ASN work motivation, which in turn will contribute to improving the quality of public services and the effectiveness of government organizations. Practical recommendations from this study include the implementation of more inclusive HR policies, development of training programs relevant to ASN needs, and improvement of performance-based reward and incentive mechanisms. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers and HR managers in an effort to strengthen ASN motivation and performance in Indonesia.

This research aims to determine the influence of marketing communications and destination image on repeat visits to Atlantis Land Surabaya. The research population consisted of people who had visited Atlantis Land, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The results of the analysis show that the two independent variables, namely marketing communication and destination image, have a significant influence on repeat visits. This research provides insight for Atlantis Land managers to understand visitors and design marketing strategies that suit their needs.      

This community service activity (PKM) was carried out with a partner, the manager of Siengkong TapiOK, which is one of the MSME actors in the city of Bogor. The problem faced by partners is apart from worrying about eroding profits when paying taxes, there is also limited knowledge in making tax payments online using the OnlinePajak application. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Siengkong TapiOK managers in paying taxes online. Implementation of PKM activities consists of three stages, namely the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. Recapitulation analysis shows that the material presented is in accordance with partner needs. The statistical results of the paired sample t-test show that this training has proven to have a positive and significant impact on increasing the knowledge and skills of Siengkong TapiOK managers

This study aims to analyze the effect of ownership structure on financial performance in service companies by considering the role of capital structure, earnings management, and company characteristics as intervening variables. The data used in this study comes from the financial statements of service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during a certain period. The analysis tool used is SmartPls. The results showed that ownership structure has a significant influence on the company's financial performance. In addition, capital structure is also found to have an important role as an intervening variable in the relationship. These findings provide important insights for managers and stakeholders in optimizing ownership and capital structure to improve the financial performance of the firm.

This research aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence the performance of regional financial managers. This type of research is associative quantitative. The sampling technique used in this research was a saturated population and sample with a total of 30 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed directly to respondents who include employees at the Kupang City Regional Financial and Asset Agency office. Data analysis in this research used Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS IBM 21 to process questionnaire data. The results of this research show that individual factors, leadership factors and system factors influence the performance of regional financial managers, while team factors and contextual factors do not partially influence the performance of regional financial managers. The analysis results obtained are, the calculated F value is 11,118 > Ftable 2,620. It is hoped that future researchers can develop research on the performance of regional financial managers using other variables. So as to add references in enriching knowledge and identifying other factors that are truly determinant elements of employee performance at work.
