Chronic kidney failure is a serious health problem that not only attacks adults, but can also develop since childhood. One of the main risk factors is unhealthy living habits, including lack of personal hygiene, consumption of unhealthy food, and minimal physical activity. In order to increase awareness regarding the importance of a clean and healthy lifestyle among children, health education efforts are needed from an early age, especially in schools as an environment where children spend a lot of time. Many children do not understand the relationship between personal hygiene, diet and kidney health. Based on the results of interviews with teachers and school health staff, there are several unhealthy behaviors among students, such as rarely washing their hands, excessive consumption of sweet drinks, and low daily physical activity. In addition, only a few students understand the importance of maintaining hydration and adequate water intake for kidney health. This outreach activity will be carried out in several stages, including counseling about the importance of a clean and healthy lifestyle, demonstrations teaching correct hand washing and distribution of leaflets about information on a clean and healthy lifestyle.

The formation of a strong character begins with the introduction of moral values and the development of independence, which is reinforced by consistent discipline. With a strong discipline, children can manage their time efficiently, develop good study habits, and achieve their maximum academic potential.Furthermore, discipline also positively impacts a child's social skills by helping them build healthy relationships, improve communication skills, and effectively manage conflicts. These abilities are essential in shaping individuals who can collaborate in groups and maintain positive relationships with others. Moreover, discipline also significantly affects a child's mental and emotional well-being. The purpose of this study is to assess the comparative financial performance between conventional and Islamic banks in Indonesia by considering factors such as profitability, liquidity, operational efficiency, and credit risk. Using a qualitative approach and literature review method from various credible sources, the results show that conventional banks tend to use ROA, ROE, CIR, and NIM as the main profitability indicators; Islamic banks also use NPF and FDR. CAR and NIM affect Islamic banks' profitability positively against ROA, while BOPO affects conventional banks' ROA negatively. In terms of liquidity, Islamic banks have an advantage due to the yield principle applied. This is indicated by the current ratio, quick ratio, money ratio, and loan-to-deposit ratio, which show their ability to meet short-term obligations better compared to conventional banks. BOPO shows the operational efficiency of Islamic banks thanks to the principles of fairness and sustainability, while conventional banks excel in revenue management from assets and investor capital. The profit-sharing system in Islamic banks lowers credit risk compared to conventional banks. Although the operating principles of the two types of banking are different, this study found that each type of banking exhibits strengths and weaknesses in terms of profitability, liquidity, efficiency, and credit risk. It is hoped that these results will aid the growth of the Indonesian banking industry and help bank management and relevant stakeholders make informed decisions.

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a field that is involved in the safety, health and welfare of people who work in a project or institution. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) practices are carried out with several efforts, including prevention, providing sanctions and compensation, wound healing and care for workers, as well as providing health care and sick leave to workers.
