This article discusses the effectiveness of pastoral care at the Bethel Indonesia Artaloka Church which is located in Tanggerang, Banten. The dynamics of pastoral care cause a pastor to need various strategies and methods to increase the effectiveness of pastoral services to the congregation. By using a qualitative research approach and descriptive analysis methods, the data is then collected through observation and interviews and then the data is analyzed using descriptive analysis and presented comprehensively. The result obtained is that a pastor must be ready to give himself to the congregation, diligently working for the progress or improvement of the congregation, not for himself. To serve means to serve, to provide service in one's shepherding with a servant's heart. The effectiveness of the pastoral service at GBI Arthaloka is needed to continue to encourage or increase the congregation's motivation to attend existing services.

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work motivation on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Training and work motivation play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance in the public sector, including at the district level. The research employed a quantitative approach, involving employees as respondents in Salopa District. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to identify the relationship between training, work motivation, and employee performance. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the working environment of Salopa District. With relevant and effective training, employees have the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to perform their tasks more effectively. Training can enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism of employees in providing services to the community. Furthermore, work motivation also has a significant influence on employee performance. Motivational factors such as recognition, rewards, incentives, organizational support, and career development opportunities can influence employees’ attitudes, work enthusiasm, and dedication to their jobs. Motivated employees tend to have higher performance levels and contribute positively to the achievement of organizational goals

Rangawak is a wood-working workshop in Barulak, Tanah Datar that produces hand-processed products without using massive manufacturing machines. Rangawak has been running since 2019, by utilizing the surrounding wood resources which are designed and processed to produce valuable furniture. However, this is still not enough to make Rangawak a sustainable brand. Rangawak needs more than just a quality product, but also a strong brand image, so it is easily recognized by potential consumers. Branding steps are deemed appropriate to overcome this problem using the design thinking method which focuses on empathy, defining problem, ideation and refining solutions. This method includes experimentation, development of ideas in visual form and physical implementation based on existing problems. The branding process results in the design of ideal branding elements, compiled into a brand book so that it becomes a reference for acting both internally and externally. These elements are in the form of values held firmly by the brand, brand positioning in the market, calm explanation of brand naming, brand personality which becomes a reference for how the brand interacts (in the form of tone of voice, prohibited and recommended terms, pronunciation and choice of words in copywriting), as well as visual identity with guidelines and rules for its application in various supporting media such as websites, catalog books, posters, member cards, packaging and Instagram accounts selected based on indicators of the media's effectiveness and efficiency in the brand activation process.

Interfere with women's activities, even often requiring sufferers to rest or leave their work for hours due to dysmenorrhea. The method used is to provide information in the form of health promotion to adolescents by using posters as a medium in counseling, giving pre-test and also post-test in the form of questions to adolescents to measuring the effectiveness of the counseling that is being carried out. The extension went well so that in the evaluation there was a level of knowledge from the participants after being given counseling. Extension activities could increase the knowledge of adolescents about desminorrhea and how to reduce pain during menstruation. 

Human resource management is one of the important factors in an agency. In order to achieve its goals, it requires quality human resources who are competent and qualified and consistent in every job. This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic and work enthusiasm on the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) of Kediri city. The sample in this study was 70 respondents consisting of civil servants and honorary employees. The tool for testing this research is using SPSS 25. Using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. By using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test, the results of this research are that work ethic has a significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, work enthusiasm has a significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.043 < 0.05. Work ethic and work spirit have a joint and significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables work enthusiasm (X1), competence (X2), and work discipline (X3) on work effectiveness (Y) at PT Happy Jaya Plastik. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 60 respondents at PT Happy Jaya Plastik. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= 10.489 + 0.342X1 + 0.400X2 + 0.347X3 and the t test results of the variables work enthusiasm, competence and work discipline had a partially significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig < 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that work enthusiasm, competence and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the work effectiveness of PT Happy Jaya Plastik.

Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. With manual recording, books are easily damaged or torn, data in the warehouse records is sometimes not the same as the physical goods that exist, and there is no data security. With the above problems, the author created a system that can reduce weaknesses by creating a systematic application in the database.

This research was carried out to provide support for learning that develops technology in the learning process of students in schools, especially vocational schools, in order to overcome the low effectiveness of practical learning skills that has occurred in productive subjects. The aim of this research is to prepare an electronic practical worksheet (Jobsheet) that can be proven to be practical, valid & effective in improving students' practical learning skills in vocational schools. This research uses the applied Research and Development method. The target of this research is class X students at An Nur Vocational School. Those related to this research are: material, media and language experts. This research has produced valid, practical and effective products in the development of portfolio-based problem based learning to improve critical thinking skills and democratic attitudes. to improve critical thinking skills and democratic attitudes. Validation from material experts obtained a value of 87.2, media experts 87.1 and language experts 88.3 so that the product developed was in the very valid category, with a practicality level of 83.4 classified as very practical, and effective in improving product assembly with a calculated value > ttable, namely 16.491 > 2.015 or < 0.05.

The present study explores the implementation of talent management at Anak Langit Educational Institution, aiming to design a comprehensive talent management framework tailored to the organization's unique needs. The research uses a qualitative approach to identify talent criteria, assess selection methods, and examine on-boarding, development, and retention practices. The findings reveal that Anak Langit demonstrates a strong commitment to shaping a 'rabbani' generation through structured talent management practices. The institution actively engages in recruitment using various methods, including social media promotion and campus relations. Talent development primarily consists of workshops and training programs, with opportunities for individual skill enhancement. Performance evaluation extends beyond job performance to personal development and interpersonal skills. In talent retention efforts, Anak Langit provides informal appreciation, support, and work-life balance programs. However, the study suggests opportunities for further development, such as the creation of detailed talent management guidelines for transparency and effectiveness. The comprehensive talent management framework proposed includes specific talent criteria, a Talent Development Center, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) implementation, and flexible individual development plans, ensuring a structured, flexible, and individual-focused approach.

The research that has been carried out is entitled "The Effectiveness of MIKiR Active Learning in Class V Indonesian Language Lessons at MIS Mutiara Sei Mencirim". This research aims to determine the implementation of MIKiR active learning in class V Indonesian language lessons at MIS Mutiara Sei Mencirim, the effectiveness of MIKiR active learning applied in class V Indonesian language lessons at MIS Mutiara Sei Mencirim, and factors that support and hinder the implementation of MIKiR active learning in lessons. Indonesian language class V MIS Mutiara Sei Mencirim. This research is a qualitative research with a case study type of research. The subjects of this study were teachers and fifth grade students. Data collection was taken through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The author takes the role of a direct interviewer to dig up more complete data for teachers and students. The results of this research show that the implementation of MIKiR active learning in Indonesian language lessons can be proven from the learning outcomes which consist of Experiencing, Interaction, Communication and Reflection. In the "Experiencing" activity the teacher involves the students' five senses to understand the concepts of the material presented so that it is easier to understand, "Interaction" the teacher encourages students to be able to express ideas and reflect on themselves so that it also supports good understanding of the concept, "Communication" the teacher motivates the participants students to be brave and fluent in conveying ideas, and teacher "Reflection" creates an attitude in students to be willing to accept criticism and improve themselves, both ideas, work results and attitudes. MIKiR's active learning is very effectively applied to Indonesian language lessons for class V MIS Mutiara Sei Mencirim, as evidenced by the fact that during the learning process students always feel excited and happy, initially students still feel shy in asking questions or expressing their opinions, but often MIKiR's active learning this is applied at MIS Mutiara Sei Mencirim they don't feel boredom, in this case active learning MIKiR is very effectively used in Indonesian language lessons for class V MIS Mutiara Sei Mencirim. supporting factors in the application of MIKiR active learning, namely the teacher's role in this learning activity is very important because teacher creativity determines the learning process using MIKiR active learning and students will become the main character or role in each lesson, the teacher only needs to direct students in the learning process and students will show their respective creativity, and the inhibiting factor in the application of active learning MIKiR is the allocation of learning time that is not in accordance with the material because during the discussion process students who do not understand will tend to ask a lot of questions in order to be able to complete their group assignments.

Interviews with workers in the regional equipment and infrastructure sector were used as a data collection method. Secondary data was obtained from books and articles discussing the impact of Bafeda in Medan. Based on the research results, Bapeda's performance in Medan has not been completely successful.

This research aims to produce a product in the form of problem-based learning worksheets (LKPD) that is valid, practical, and effective to improve students' mathematical problem solving skills. This research is designed based on the stages of the 4-D development model by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel which are adapted into 3-D including the stages of define, design, and develop. The subjects in this study were 31 students of grade VII-4 SMP Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan. Based on the research that has been conducted, the validity of the developed LKPD obtained an average percentage of assessment of 84.1% by experts with qualifications classified as very valid. Through the LKPD practicality questionnaire by teachers and students, an average percentage of assessment was obtained of 90% by teachers and 93.6% by students with qualifications classified as very practical to be used in the learning process. The implementation of learning with the application of problem-based learning LKPD has been carried out to see the effectiveness of  LKPD with assessment references that are determined to obtain results, namely for the completeness of classical learning reaching 83.9%, the achievement of learning objectives is achieved in question points 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, and the achievement of efficient learning time or does not exceed ordinary learning. From the three references for assessing effectiveness, the LKPD developed is classified as effective.  The increasing in mathematical problem solving was in the medium category with an average gain score of 0.60. Based on the research acquisition data, it is concluded that the problem-based learning LKPD developed in this study has met valid, practical, and effective qualifications.

The problem in the object of research is the lack of effectiveness of job training in the field of technology, while in work discipline there are still employees who do not carry out discipline on time or are late in working. This thesis aims to prove the hypothesis of the researcher: there is a partial influence of Job Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2), on employee performance (Y). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research data was obtained by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire methods. The sample return in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of UPTD Company. Puskesmas Pagu as many as 32 people. The results of the study using the help of SPSS program proposal version 25, showed that: (1) job training has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance with a calculated value of -1.381 and a value of Sig. 0.178 > 0.05. (2) and work discipline partially affects employee performance with a calculated value of 3.795 and a value of Sig.0.001 < 0.05 (3) job training, and work discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcalculate 13.489 and a value of Sig. 0.003 < 0.05. From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, it produces the equation formula Y = 13.489 + -1.381 X1 + (3.795X2) + e.

Hospitals are an integral part of social and media organizations whose function is to provide comprehensive health services to the community, both curative and rehabilitative, where hospital services reach family and environmental services. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of the quality of health services on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of the Medan Indonesian Workers' Imelda Hospital. The research design used in this study was an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all patients who were treated from November 2022 to February 2023 in the Inpatient Room of the Imelda Indonesian Workers Hospital in Medan, totaling 167 people. The number of samples to be examined by the entire population is 62 people. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The statistical test used is the chi square test and logistic regression. The results of the chi square test showed that there was an influence of 8 variables, namely technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and convenience, which had a p-value <α 0.05, meaning technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and comfort affect patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Medan Indonesian Workers Imelda Hospital, and the multivariate test with the results of multiple logistic regression tests shows that the variable of technical competence is the most dominant with an odds ratio (OR) of 45,348 meaning 4 times affect patient satisfaction. The conclusion was that the dominant technical competency variable had the most influence on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Imelda Indonesian Workers Medan Hospital. It is recommended for the hospital to make policies in order to improve technical competence in the treatment room so as to produce optimal patient satisfaction..

The company strives to achieve the development of human resources and employee work abilities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in order to achieve appropriate employee work efficiency. Based on the results of direct and indirect hypothesis testing, there is development of human resources and employee work abilities in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

In a company, organizational culture and interpersonal communication between employees often have great significance in work commitments because commitments are related to acceptance, health, and maintenance. With this phenomenon, research wants to know how significant the relationship with commitment is through organizational culture and the effectiveness of interpersonal communication. This research was conducted on employees of Es. Clo is a clothing start-up in Bandung, Indonesia. The population in this study was 15 people; considering the small population, the researchers took all employees as samples. Through quantitative research methods and the positivism paradigm, researchers tested multiple regression analysis to see the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication's effectiveness on employee work commitment. Based on the study's results, it was shown that there was a positive and simultaneous influence of the two variables on influencing work commitment. This was shown from the ANOVA table test, which showed a positive influence between organizational culture and interpersonal communication with Es. Clo's employee commitment. The organizational culture of the Es. Employees have understood Clo company in terms of rules, norms, dominant values ​​, and organizational climate.

Aim: Thisl study aimsl to determinel the effectl of giving warm gingerl water onl reducing nauseal and vomitingl in first trimesterl pregnant lwomen. Method: This study used the Pre-Experimental method using the One Group Pre Test Post Test Design research design. Result: This study shows the results of the test with the Wilcoxon test with a result of 0.001 with a significant result of <0.05, Conclusion: so it can be concluded that there is effectiveness of warm ginger water in reducing nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women at BPM Ani, Seputih Jaya in 2023.

The object of this study is the financial statements of the company administration for every transaction that comes out and costs, PT.Bibit Alam Sampoerna is a company engaged in Freshwater lobster cultivating services. The tools used in this research are interviews used as a data collection technique if the researcher wants to conduct preliminary studies to find problems that must be investigated or want to know things from respondents who are more in-depth and in a slightly small number of respondents. And observation is the most basic way to obtain information about social phenomena through the process of observation. Direct observation regarding the work environment and production processes from raw materials to finished product processes. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Researchers will analyze the data in the form of costs in the production activities of PT. Seed Alam Sampoerna regarding the cost of production. Collecting Data, Identifying Company Standard Costs, Separating these costs based on cost behavior, namely variable costs incurred in the production process, Analysis of raw material costs, Analysis of labor costs, Analysis of factory overhead costs, Calculating the cost of production using the calculation according to researcher. After the company determines the standard cost of production costs, the company can carry out its production activities in accordance with its production goals. The standard cost set is a guideline or measure for each production cost that will be incurred. Research results To increase the effectiveness of production cost control, companies must implement a standard cost system which is used as a guideline for production costs.
