Providing excellent service is an action that must be carried out by workers/service providers in serving the people or residents around them. If the service provider is not satisfactory, do not hope that the client will return to our services, he will switch to another health facility that provides excellent service. It cannot be denied that when we come to a health facility, even a type of Posyandu facility, sometimes we still find the health workers and cadres who work less friendly, less energetic in serving the people who come, seem less enthusiastic about the various factors that make them like that, with their attitude. health workers like this illustrate the lack of excellent service. By looking at conditions like this, the author is interested in providing/sharing knowledge related to how to increase the motivation of Posyandu cadre officers in providing excellent service in RW 06 Susukan Village

This research design is cross sectional/analytic correlation. The study population included 38 Diabetes Mellitus patients with Gangrene. The sampling technique uses probability sampling, total sampling. The sampling used was 38 people. The instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. And multiple linear regression statistical tests. The research results showed that the average resilience was 70.02, self-efficacy was 71, mild depression was 17 respondents and the average self-care management score was 72. Resilience increased self-care management with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005. Self-efficacy increases self-care management with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005 with an average coefficient of . the results of multiple linear regression obtained a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005. There is a relationship between self-efficacy, resilience and depression with self-care management in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Besuki Community Health Center working area with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005 with a coefficient value of 0.608 so, Self-efficacy influences self-care 6 times more than other variables. The manufacturer's job is to distribute goods efficiently to meet consumer demand. If goods are delivered on time and are of acceptable quality and quantity, customers will be happy. As a result, a company's productivity levels can be greatly increased with a competent production system. This raises the issue that companies must be able to manage production schedules and prioritize client requests to avoid delivery delays, build excessive amounts of raw material inventory, and increase overall company profitability.

Sebatik Island is one of the 92 outermost small islands located in North Kalimantan province and directly adjacent to neighboring Malaysia, Malaysia. In 2011, the Sebatik Region was split again into five Districts, namely Sebatik District, West Sebatik District, East Sebatik District, North Sebatik District, and Central Sebatik District. The strategic location which is on the border of Indonesia and Malaysia as well as the potential for abundant natural resources makes Sebatik Island a cross-country strategic area. However, behind the various potentials it has, Sebatik Island has various problems, especially in the management of development and increasing the social resilience of the region. Social resilience on Sebatik Island can be realized through a power that synergizes with one another both in political, social, economic and natural resource aspects. Social resilience in the community is also highly dependent on a number of assets or potential. From these problems and problems, the researcher made a formulation of the problem, namely what is the impact of changing the boundary points on Sebatik Island on the border of Indonesia and Malaysia in the perspective of the Uti Prossidentis principle. With the aim of this writing is to analyze and find out about the impact of changing the boundary points on Sebatik Island on the border of Indonesia and Malaysia in the perspective of the Uti Prossidentis principle. The type of research conducted in this writing is descriptive research, meaning that the author tries to describe the problems that occur in the border area between Indonesia and Malaysia related to the point of change of the boundary point between Indonesia and Malaysia on Sebatik Island. In this matter, even though the governments of the two countries, Indonesia and Malaysia, have made various efforts both technically in the field and in border areas, especially at the boundary point on Sebatik Island, North Kalimantan, in the process of these efforts, the two countries, Indonesia and Malaysia, must involve academics. to support the quality of preparation and implementation strategies that will later be carried out by the relevant government. So that there is good and structured coordination between Ministries and Institutions, both central Institutions and Regional Institutions.

Internet connections that are not always stable and data security is not maintained from various threats from outside attacks in the form of hackers, crackers, viruses, and so on are the main problems for every client. Using the pfSense analysis method, this study aims to address the above bandwidth management and network security issues. The pfSense analysis that the researchers carried out included an analysis of total bandwidth usage, data security, and information for each client on the P3DW Internet network (Center for Regional Revenue Management) Bandung III Soekarno-Hatta City. The results of the analysis concluded that pfSense can work as a firewall that functions as a bandwidth limiter and network security. The level of client satisfaction increases with the infrastructure designs being tested. With a web GUI that makes it easy for users to configure, the basic system used is FreeBSD which is open-source, making pfSense able to be an alternative choice for building a firewall that is reliable, flexible, and economical.
