The digital era has significantly transformed the way Indonesian society communicates, accesses information, and builds social interactions. These rapid changes have created new challenges for strengthening the values of Pancasila, especially as digital platforms increasingly become spaces where misinformation, hate speech, intolerance, and extreme polarization emerge. This study examines the relevance of Pancasila in guiding ethical behavior within the digital environment and highlights the strategic role of young people as key actors in maintaining national identity and moral integrity. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and literature analysis, the study finds that Pancasila remains highly relevant in addressing technological, social, and cultural disruptions. The values of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and social justice are essential for promoting responsible digital citizenship, fostering tolerance, encouraging critical thinking, and strengthening social cohesion. The study concludes that strengthening Pancasila-based digital ethics requires collaboration among the government, educational institutions, digital platforms, and society to ensure that digital transformation aligns with national moral foundations.

This study analyzes the role of the Golkar Party of Serang City in the formulation and oversight of Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2019 on the Implementation of Tourism Business Governance using the Institutional Analysis and Development (IAD) framework. The study aims to examine how political party institutions perform their functions in local legislative processes, particularly in terms of public representation, interest articulation, and policy oversight. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews with party actors and members of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD), as well as document analysis of relevant policy materials. The findings reveal that Golkar’s role in the formulation and supervision of the regulation was predominantly carried out by its legislative faction through informal mechanisms, while the party’s organizational structure played a limited institutional role. The process of absorbing public aspirations was relatively constrained and tended to favor groups with close social and political ties, indicating that the party has not fully exercised its functions of public articulation and accountability. From the perspective of the IAD framework, this condition reflects weaknesses in internal rules, actor capacity, and interaction mechanisms within the party as a political institution in the policy arena. Therefore, strengthening Golkar’s institutional capacity is essential to enable a more substantive, responsive, and inclusive role in local legislative and policy oversight processes

Digital transformation is reshaping the way economic value is created, exchanged, and governed across borders. This study aims to analyze how digital transformation redefines the paradigm of business law in the era of globalization, as well as the interaction between business law and global regulatory politics in responding to the challenges of the digital economy. A normative legal approach is employed, grounded in the analysis of digital business law regulations within the global political-economic system. Data is collected through literature review of statutory frameworks, international policy instruments, and scholarly works. The findings reveal that digital transformation not only changes how transactions are conducted, but also reconfigures the locus of economic power through the control of data, algorithms, and digital platform infrastructure. Consequently, the legal paradigm shifts from merely regulating market actors’ behavior to designing a digital justice architecture that emphasizes accountability, algorithmic transparency, interoperability, and contestability. At the global level, the interaction between business law and digital regulatory politics reflects ongoing tensions between market openness and data sovereignty producing regulatory pluralism while simultaneously encouraging convergence toward principles of fair, adaptive, and responsive digital governance. This study concludes that business law in the digital era must serve not only as a regulatoryinstrument governing transactions, but as an architect of the global economic order one that safeguards innovative growth without compromising market fairness and fundamental rights, while enabling the strengthening of adaptive national regulatory frameworks aligned with evolving global dynamics.

This research examines the complex dynamics of Islam-West interactions through a historical-analytical approach, focusing on the evolution of these relations from medieval encounters to contemporary developments. Using qualitative methods through extensive literature review and critical discourse analysis, this study analyzes the multifaceted nature of Islam-West relations across historical periods, contemporary contexts, and emerging paradigms of engagement. Findings reveal that Islam-West interactions have evolved through distinct historical phases: medieval encounters characterized by both intellectual exchange and military conflicts, colonial experiences that created lasting power asymmetries, and contemporary dynamics shaped by geopolitical tensions, migration patterns, and globalization. The research identifies three major contemporary challenges: persistent Orientalist and Islamophobic discourses, geopolitical conflicts intensifying civilizational narratives, and internal diversity within both civilizational spheres that complicates unified engagement. The study proposes a transformative model of Islam-West relations founded on shared ethical values, contextual understanding of religious texts, collaborative approaches to global challenges, and recognition of internal pluralism within both traditions. This research contributes to intercultural understanding by offering a nuanced historical perspective on Islam-West relations and establishing a theoretical framework for constructive engagement in an increasingly interconnected world

Using a qualitative method and literature study approach, this research analyzes the interaction between citizenship, human rights, and democracy within Indonesia’s legal framework. The study reveals that both national and Islamic law aim to protect individual rights and maintain justice, though they differ in philosophical foundations and application. The integration of these two legal systems is essential to realize a democratic state that upholds human values, social justice, and equality. The study concludes that harmonizing Islamic law with Indonesia’s national law strengthens the implementation of human rights and supports the development of a just and democratic legal state.

With the rise in human migration across national boundaries in the age of globalization, the issue of dual citizenship has become more and more important. Dual citizenship brings up a number of issues in the context of international law about legal status, diplomatic protection, and allegiance to both the nation of origin and the nation of residence. Increased cross-border social interactions that push people to hold several citizenships, technological improvements, and increased global economic integration have all complicated this dynamic. As a nation that upholds the idea of a single citizenship, Indonesia has trouble aligning its national laws with the shifting global legal framework, which governs things like dual citizenship, migration, and statelessness. is often more accepting of the practice of dual citizenship. From an international law standpoint, this research seeks to examine the subject of dual citizenship and its consequences for Indonesia's citizenship legislation and legal system. With a juridical-comparative examination of international legal instruments, scholarly publications, and applicable national legislation, the study uses a normative methodology. The results show that Indonesia's single citizenship concept conflicts with the worldwide trend that prioritizes human rights, diverse identities, and diaspora protection. Indonesia, according to the research, should think about changing its citizenship laws to take into account global concerns while still protecting its sovereignty, national stability, and core national values.

This study explores the role of Christian religious education teachers in shaping students’ character within the school setting. Employing a literature review method, the research analyzes secondary sources that discuss character formation theories grounded in Biblical principles and Christian education approaches. Key values examined include love, honesty, responsibility, forgiveness, and compassion, which are integrated into the learning process. The findings reveal that Christian religious education teachers hold a crucial position as educators, mentors, and role models, responsible for guiding students in internalizing these values. Character development is fostered not only through formal lessons but also through teachers’ personal example, the incorporation of Biblical teachings into classroom activities, and the encouragement of practical faith expressions in daily life. This holistic approach ensures that students not only understand Christian moral principles cognitively but also embody them in behavior and interactions with others. The study emphasizes that effective character formation relies on consistent modeling of values by teachers, meaningful integration of religious teachings into pedagogy, and opportunities for students to practice faith-based actions, thereby strengthening both moral awareness and ethical conduct.

Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in organizational life and has the potential to greatly affect performance, interpersonal relationships, and institutional sustainability. The complexity of interactions in educational, business, and social environments makes this issue increasingly relevant for in-depth study. This study aims to examine the development of scientific studies on types of conflict and conflict management strategies over the past six years. The main focus of the study is to answer two questions: what types of conflict are most dominant in organizations, and how are conflict resolution strategies applied in various institutional contexts? The research method used is a literature review with the main keyword “types of conflict,” through searches in several scientific databases. From the selection results, five relevant articles were obtained and then analyzed based on research themes and trends. The analysis results show three main findings. First, conflicts within organizations can be classified into intrapersonal, interpersonal, and intergroup conflicts. Second, conflict resolution strategies emphasize the importance of effective communication, collaboration, mediation, and participatory leadership in creating sustainable solutions. Third, ethical and religious dimensions are also important aspects in building fair and harmonious resolutions. This study confirms that effective conflict management requires a multidimensional approach that integrates managerial, psychological, and moral values. Researchers are encouraged to conduct comparative studies between institutions to enrich their understanding of organizational conflict dynamics.

The development of digital technology has transformed children’s patterns of interaction through online games, which serve both as entertainment and transactional spaces. As digital consumers, children are entitled to protection equal to adults, yet they remain vulnerable to risks such as inappropriate content, fraud, data manipulation, and exploitation. Despite the existence of legal frameworks like the Consumer Protection Law, the Child Protection Law, and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law, this study reveals that these laws do not specifically address children as a vulnerable group in the digital environment. This research employs an empirical normative approach to highlight the shortcomings of current regulations. Given the rapidly growing use of digital platforms by children, stronger regulatory measures, greater parental involvement, and increased responsibility from platform providers are essential to ensure the fulfillment of children’s rights and provide adequate protection in the digital space. These findings emphasize the need for comprehensive legal reform to safeguard children’s digital rights.

Psychopathic disorders are often reduced to medical issues related to structural brain abnormalities or genetic predisposition, while the contribution of the social environment to their development is often overlooked. This article aims to evaluate claims of genetic determinism in neurocriminology and analyze the role of environmental deprivation as a factor shaping the nervous system relevant to psychopathy. The research method used is qualitative research with a conceptual approach. The results indicate that claims of genetic determinism lack sufficient explanatory power when separated from environmental dynamics. Findings regarding the MAOA-L gene and abnormalities in the amygdala or prefrontal cortex are indeed correlated with antisocial tendencies, but this relationship is contingent and nonlinear. Psychopathy, in this configuration, is the result of the interaction between neurobiological systems and cumulative social experiences. Therefore, an interactional model is needed not only to conceptually understand the etiology of psychopathy but also as a basis for formulating more accurate and ethical forensic assessments, rehabilitation policies, and criminal interventions.
