Latar Belakang: Halusinasi merupakan salah satu gejala gangguan jiwa pada individu yang ditandai dengan perubahan persepsi sensori, merasakan sensasi palsu berupa suara, penglihatan, pengecapan, dan perabaan. Pasien merasakan stimulus yang sebenarnya tidak ada.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun resume asuhan keperawatan dan mengidentifikasi manfaat terapi menggambar kaligrafi islami untuk mengontrol halusinai pada pasien halusinasi.  Metode Penelitian: Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan case study research (studi kasus). Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu 3 pasien halusinasi pendengaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSJD dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta. Instrument penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi alat tulis, format pengkajian asuhan keperawatan, SOP terapi menggambar kaligrafi, lembar observasi pasien, jadwal penelitian dan alat tulis. Hasil: Terapi menggambar kaligrafi islami efektif bermanfaat menurunkan frekuensi halusinasi pada asuhan keperawatan pasien dengan gangguan halusinasi.Kesimpulan: terapi menggambar kaligrafi islami efektif untuk menurunkan atau mengurangi halusinasi pada pasien yang mengalami halusinasi.

Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan mental yang terjadi dalam jangka panjang yang mengakibatkan pasien mengalami halusinasi, delusi atau waham, dan perubahan perilaku, dengan gejala psikosis yaitu kondisi dimana pasien kesulitan membedakan kenyataan dengan pikirannya sendiri. Halusinasi merupakan gangguan orientasi realita yang di tandai dengan seseorang memberikan tanggapan atau penilaian tanpa adanya stimulus yang di terima oleh panca indra, sebagai dampak dari gangguan persepsi seperti merasakan sensor palsu berupa suara, penglihatan, pengecapan, perabaan atau penghidu. Terapi Psikoreligi dzikir merupakan terapi dengan  pendekatan keagamaan yang dapat menurunkan halusinasi pada klien skizofrenia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek yang digunakan sejumlah 2 orang dengan kriteria beragama Islam, mempunyai tanda dan gejala halusinasi dan sudah menjalani SP 1 dan SP 2. Pengukuran halusinasi menggunakan kuisioner pengukuran halusinasi. Terapi psikoreligi Dzikir dilaksanakan selama 7 hari berturut-turut. Hasil analisa data didapatkan subjek I mengalami penurunan halusinasi dari skor 35 (kemampuan cukup) menjadi 16 (kemampuan baik), subjek II dari skor 30 (kemampuan cukup) menjadi 13 (kemampuan baik). Hasil studi kasus menyimpulkan terdapat penurunan halusinasi pada klien skizofrenia. Terapi psikoreligi dzikir direkomendasikan sebagai intervensi keperawatan dalam menurunkan halusinasi pada klien skizofrenia karena dapat memberikan ketenangan, kedamaian, kebahagiaan dan ketentraman jiwa.

Application of generalist therapy in Schizophrenic Patients with Nursing Problems Hearing Hallucinations   Auditory hallucinations are hearing voices or noises that are less clear or clear, where sometimes these sounds are like talking to the patient and sometimes ordering the patient to do something. If auditory hallucinations cannot be controlled, it can result or impact injuring oneself, others and the environment. The purpose of this case study is to determine the implementation of generalist therapy in schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations nursing problems at the Avicenna Clinic Makassar. This scientific paper uses a case study method design with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. The data collection technique was carried out through interviews and observations at the Avicenna Clinic in Makassar which was carried out on 27-30 December 2021.

Background: Hallucinations are one of the mental disorders in which the client experiences sensory changes in perception, feels a false sensation in one's senses which is not really there. The family is the closest person to the patient's family role that can be carried out by family to family members who experience hallucinations is to help clients know hallucinations and train clients to control their hallucinations. Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe the role of families in treating patients with sensory perception disorders: hallucinations. Results: The results of the study were obtained in fulfilling the patient's self-care who had a good role, namely 7 (21.9%) family members, patient health care as many as 7 (21.9%) family members, prevention of potential patient accidents as many as 8 (25 , 0%) family members and were prevented from withdrawing from the environment as many as 11 (34.4%) family members who received patients with hallucinations. Conclusions: conclusions were obtained as many as 6 (18.8%) family members who play a good role in caring for patients with hallucinations. 26 (81.3%) family members did not play a good role in caring for family members with hallucinations.Keywords: Role of family; hallucinations

Background: Anxiety is a feeling felt by respondents regarding disturbing mental tension, which as a general reaction with the inability to overcome a problem or there is no sense of security, which later leads to a physiological and psychological change. The level of family anxiety can be assessed by using a questionnaire with each respondent's characteristics and level of anxiety can be divided into several parts, namely: normal anxiety levels, mild anxiety levels, moderate anxiety levels, severe anxiety levels and panic. Objective: Knowing the description of the level of family anxiety in caring for patients with schizophrenia at the Mental Poliklinik UPTD. Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali and the characteristics of families caring for patients with schizophrenia based on education, age, and type of work. Methods: The research method that used in this study was descriptive research. This study used a cross sectional study, which was a study in which the subjects were evaluated only once and the measurement of each only one variable at the same time that using sampling consecutive sampling technique. The sample used was 32 people consisting of family members of hallucinations patients. Results: Based on research conducted at the Poliklinik UPTD. Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali toward 32 family members who was caring for patients by schizophrenia, most family members did not experience anxiety or anxiety in the normal range which was 29 family members of 32 family members and 3 families who experienced mild anxiety levels. Conclusion: That most family members who treated patients by schizophrenia at the Poliklinik UPTD. Rumah sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali does not experience anxiety or anxiety still within normal limits. Latar Belakang: Kecemasan adalah suatu perasaan yang dirasakan oleh responden mengenai ketegangan mental yang menggelisahkan, dimana sebagai reaksi umum dengan ketidakmampuan dalam mengatasi suatu masalah atau tidak ada rasa aman, yang nantinya menimbulkan suatu perubahan fisiologis dan psikologis. Keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga dengan  gangguan jiwa dapat mengalami kecemasan Tingkat kecemasan keluarga dengan skizofrenia yaitu cemas ringan (80,49%) dan 8 keluarga mengalami cemas sedang (19,51%). Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan keluarga dalam merawat pasien dengan skizofrenia di Poliklinik Jiwa UPTD Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali dan karakteristik keluarga yang merawat pasien dengan skizofrenia berdasarkan pendidikan, umur, dan jenis pekerjaan. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian cross sectional yaitu suatu penelitian dimana subjek diobsevasi hanya satu kali saja dan pengukurannya masing-masing satu variabel pada waktu yang sama yang menggunakan teknik sampling consecutive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 32 orang terdiri dari anggota keluarga pasien Halusinasi. Hasil: Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di Poliklinik Jiwa UPTD. Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali terhadap 32 anggota keluarga yang merawat pasien dengan skizofrenia, sebagian besar anggota keluarga tidak mengalami kecemasan atau kecemasan masih dalam batas normal jumlah 29 anggota keluarga dari 32 anggota keluarga dan 3 keluarga yang mengalami tingkat kecemasan ringan. Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar anggota keluarga yang merawat pasien dengan skizofrenia di Poliklinik Jiwa UPTD. Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali tidak mengalami kecemasan atau kecemasan masih dalam batas normal.

Schizophrenia is a neurological disease that affects the person's perception, thinking, language, emotional, and social behavior of a person. One of the symptoms of schizophrenia is hallucinations. Hallucination is a lost person's ability in distinguishing the stimulation from the outside or from within. The results of a survey obtained from RSJD Dr. Amino Gndohutomo central java province of hallucinations is the most common problem that is reaching 2.398 inhabitants. One of the efforts to deal with the hallucination is scolded. Scolded is an effort that can be done to control his hallucinations by way of rejecting the hallucinations that arise. The purpose of this case study to find out the decrease in the score of the hallucinations of schizophrenia patients have heard before and after the therapy done and scolded. This research uses descriptive analysis type by using the method of approach to the case studies. The subjects used are 2 subjects with impaired auditory hallucinations. The results showed there is a difference between before and after the therapy is carried out on the subject I from 42 became 37, and subject II from 39 became 30. It can be concluded that the result of this study indicate that scolded therapy able to reduce the level of hallucinations in schizophreia patients, therefore if done with a routine then the level of hallucination will come down and help the healing process.

Schizophrenia is a disorder in a person with a state of being unable to think logically so that he cannot control his behavior and emotions. One of the positive symptoms of schizophrenia is hallucinations. Hallucinations occupied the highest number in 2018 as many as 5,339 people in RSJD Dr. Amino Gondhoutomo, Central Java Province. Hallucinations are the inability to distinguish between internal and external stimuli. One of the therapies for hallucinations is occupational therapy. Occupational therapy is an activity to correct abnormalities, maintain and improve the client's health status. The purpose of this case study is to describe the symptoms of hallucinations before and after being given occupational therapy for leisure activities. This type of research is descriptive with a case study approach. This study used 2 people with auditory hallucinations as subjects who were willing to be respondents. The results showed a decrease in the score of hallucinatory symptoms before and after being given occupational therapy for leisure activities to Mr. T from 13 to 4 and Br. R from 16 to 8. It can be concluded that the provision of occupational therapy for leisure activities has an effect on reducing hallucinatory symptoms experienced by schizophrenic patients with auditory hallucinations.
