Language plays a crucial role in the academic world as a tool for communicating ideas and information systematically. In writing academic texts such as research proposals, the use of proper grammar in accordance with academic conventions is a fundamental aspect that must be considered. Good grammar enhances the readability of a study and clarifies the author’s intentions and objectives. Conversely, grammatical errors may lead to ambiguity, reduce the credibility of the research, and hinder readers’ understanding. This study aims to analyze the grammatical structure of a research proposal titled "Innovative Mirror Neuron Approach Based on Gender for Character Development and Scientific Communication to Support the SDGs in the Era of Society 5.0", focusing on the introductory chapter. Using a qualitative approach with textual analysis, the study examines morphological, syntactic, and discourse-level aspects of the proposal. The findings reveal that while the text generally meets academic writing standards, there are several areas that require improvement, particularly in sentence structure, conjunction usage, clarity of meaning, punctuation, and terminological consistency. This research highlights the importance of grammar mastery in academic writing and offers recommendations to enhance the linguistic quality of research proposals among students.

Gender equality education has emerged as a key focus in raising knowledge of children’s rights from a young age. This article describes how the Center for Child Protection and Studies (PKPA) uses community, parent, and child involvement in educational programs to promote gender equality. The primary goal, particularly in Indonesia, is to establish a welcoming, equitable, and gender-neutral atmosphere. By using a participative, local wisdom-based approach, this program was able to change community perceptions, overcome gender stereotypes, and raise children’s understanding of their rights. In addition to raising awareness of gender equality issues among the younger generation, this outreach hopes to spark larger social change. With the cooperation of many stakeholders, the PKPA program has developed into a viable model for building an inclusive and equitable society.

This study examines how women entrepreneurs in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative economy sector leverage digital technology to strengthen their roles in the urban tourism ecosystem. Using a qualitative approach supported by secondary data and non-intervention observations over six months in South Jakarta, the study analyzes the dynamics of digital adoption, the cultural value of creative products, and structural barriers affecting women's entrepreneurial experiences. The findings reveal that digital utilization is most prominent on easily accessible platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, while the use of more complex tools, such as marketplaces, websites, and analytics, remains limited. Women’s creative products, in subsectors like culinary, crafts, fashion, and others, prove to enrich the tourism experience and reinforce the city's destination identity. However, low digital literacy, minimal mentoring, and weak integration into the formal tourism supply chain hinder the optimization of these potentials. Additionally, the digital adoption patterns found support the Technology Acceptance Model's explanation that the perceived ease of use is a key factor in early technology adoption. This study fills an important gap in the literature by linking gender issues, digital transformation, the creative economy, and urban tourism within a unified framework. The research emphasizes the importance of strengthening digital capabilities and structured collaboration between women-led MSMEs and tourism stakeholders to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of destinations.

The literacy program implemented at MTs Muslimat NU as part of the MBKM initiative addresses the low reading interest among students by fostering a sustainable reading culture. This program aimed to optimize the school library as a center of learning and increase students’ participation in literacy activities. Activities were structured to accommodate gender-specific groups, dividing each class into two sessions—one for female students and another for male students—conducted from Monday to Thursday. Each group participated twice weekly, engaging in reading exercises, book discussions, and digital literacy training. The methods involved collaborative planning with teachers and students of MBKM, surveys, and focus group discussions to identify the specific needs of the school community. The results demonstrated significant improvements in reading habits, as evidenced by a 30% increase in library visits and active participation in literacy clubs. Additionally, the program fostered the emergence of student leaders who encouraged their peers to engage in reading and critical discussions. This participatory approach proved effective in creating a dynamic literacy ecosystem and strengthening social cohesion within the school. The findings underline the importance of integrating literacy programs with active community participation and optimizing libraries as educational hubs, ensuring long-term benefits in developing reading skills and fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing.

This study examines the relationship between educational attainment, gender inequality in education, and their impact on unemployment rates and economic resilience across various regions. Gender inequality in education has long-term consequences on labor market outcomes and economic stability. In regions with higher gender inequality, the underutilization of female talent results in higher unemployment rates and weaker economic resilience. In contrast, regions with higher gender equality in education show improved labor market performance and a more resilient economy. The study utilizes cross-regional regression analysis, incorporating data on education levels, gender inequality indices, unemployment rates, and economic resilience metrics. The findings suggest that gender inequality in education plays a more significant role in shaping unemployment rates and economic resilience than traditional macroeconomic variables such as GDP and inflation. Furthermore, the results highlight the importance of improving access to education for underrepresented genders, particularly women, to foster more inclusive and sustainable economic growth. The study emphasizes the need for policies that promote gender equality in education as a means to enhance labor market outcomes and strengthen economic resilience. Limitations of the study include potential data constraints and regional variations in cultural, economic, and policy contexts, which may affect the generalizability of the findings. Future research could expand this study by exploring different regions and countries to gain a deeper understanding of the long-term effects of reducing gender inequality in education on economic outcomes.

This study examines the influence of patriarchal culture on the career choices of final year female students at Sahid University Surakarta. Using qualitative methods, data was collected through in-depth interviews with seven main informants and two supporting informants. The results showed that patriarchal culture significantly influences the career choices of female college students, with men dominating important positions in academic and professional environments. Female college students face limited career opportunities in education and social fields, while leadership roles are dominated by men. While reproductive health services are generally adequate, the quality of off-campus facilities needs to be improved. Women also feel less safe in public spaces and their participation in public activities and economic decision-making remains limited. This research suggests universities provide mentoring programs and leadership training for female students, offer diverse internship opportunities, and promote gender equality through educational campaigns and supportive policies. This research is expected to provide new insights into the influence of patriarchal culture on women's career choices.

This study examines the multifaceted impact of financial inclusion on industrial societies, focusing on its role in economic growth, social equity, digital transformation, and industrial development. Using a mixed-method approach combining systematic literature review and case studies from five industrial countries (Germany, South Korea, the United States, China, and Brazil), we analyze the mechanisms through which financial inclusion influences societal outcomes. Our findings reveal that financial inclusion significantly contributes to economic growth, with a 10% increase in inclusion indicators associated with a 0.2-0.7% rise in GDP growth rates. Moreover, we identify synergistic effects between financial inclusion and digital transformation, notably in mobile banking adoption. The study also highlights persistent challenges, including urban-rural divides and gender disparities in financial access. Cross-cutting themes emerge, emphasizing the importance of integrated policy approaches, regulatory innovation, and public-private partnerships in advancing financial inclusion. These insights offer valuable guidance for policymakers and financial institutions in designing effective strategies to leverage financial inclusion for sustainable and equitable economic development in industrial contexts.

Early marriage is a phenomenon that is rampant in society, especially teenagers. Tradition and gender inequality are the main factors of early marriage. Significant impacts are experienced by adolescents due to early marriage. This study aims to describe the impact of early marriage on adolescents caused by traditional factors and gender gaps. The research method used is literature study analysis and documentation study by observing documentary videos. Coding and tabulation processes were carried out to test the validity and reliability of the data. The results showed that early marriage in adolescents is influenced by tradition and the gender gap. This suggests factors such as family pressure, local traditions, and lack of opportunities in education may reinforce the practice of early marriage. Emile Durkheim's structural functional theory analysis also highlights how early marriage functions in maintaining social stability, but also emphasizes the need to reduce the negative impact on gender inequality. Concrete measures such as sexual education, women's empowerment, and policy changes are needed to address the problem of early marriage in adolescents.
