This study aims to determine the effect of financial risk, security risk, time and convenience risk and psychological risk on consumer decision behavior to buy online. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who had purchased online at least twice in the last 3 months. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research found that risk is positively related to online consumer buying behavior. Risk or perceived by consumers is an important factor for online purchases. Security risk and financial risk must be low in order to get high and positive online buying behavior from online buying consumers. The smaller the risk the greater the purchase of online purchases. Risk Time and convenience show a positive relationship. The smaller the time risk and the perceived convenience, the greater the consumer's interest in making online purchases. Psychological risk shows a positive relationship to online purchases and shows that the role of the internet is getting bigger

In the marketing concept, one way to achieve company goals is to know what are the needs and desires of consumers or target markets and how to provide the satisfaction expected by consumers / buyers effectively and efficiently. So that companies that apply marketing concepts need to pay attention to consumer behavior and factors that influence buyer decisions. This literature review aims to find out what factors influence the decision making made by consumers in buying a product. Based on the formulation of the article, results and discussions reviewed and discussed in this article, it can be concluded that there are many factors that influence consumer decisions to buy including product prices, product quality both from the product itself and its services, product promotion, location, social status and family.

Customer satisfaction is very important to a company's services, because satisfied customers will come back, buy more, spread the experience to another friend, and is willing to pay more to do business with a trusted provider. Efforts to maintain customer satisfaction one of which is to monitor what they want from the services that are presented. This study aimed to measure the level of customer satisfaction in the business of outdoor education and training, in which customer satisfaction is measured on the dimensions of perceived service and expected service. The population in this study is service users of the outdoor education and training at the Centre for Education and Training Managerial Behavior University of Wijaya Putra that training in January and June 2014, samples were taken by purposive random sampling technique amounts to 143 people. The variables of this study customer loyalty, service quality, perceived quality, perceived value, and customer expectation and customer complaints. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The expected outcome of this research is the acquisition of the factors that affect customer satisfaction on service providers of outdoor education and training, in terms of quality of service indicators (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy). The results show that there is good agreement between the performance perceived by the user's expectations of the outdoor education and training services. These conditions can be considered satisfactory by management for the success of providing the best service to users of the service. Cartesian diagram determine the right strategy for the management to improve service quality are a top priority especially.

Organic products as natural products or are free of chemicals /pesticides , is currently a trend in many countries around the world.The tendency of shifting consumer consumption patterns of consumingorganic products to conventional products has become an interestingphenomenon today . Shifting back to nature lifestyle , has become a wisechoice to meet a healthy lifestyle . This view , looking at the trend ofconsumers choosing organic ingredients and eco-friendly products isincreasing. Of the various existing studies , found that attention and thedesire to buy organic food and organic food products behavior isincreasing nowadays. The purpose of this study was to analyze theinfluence of ecological knowledge, willingness to pay more, andenvironmental awareness of the organic product purchase decisions inHortimart Agro Center Bawen .The population in this study is that consumers Hortimart AgroCenter Bawen. Based Slovin formula, the sample size was 100respondents were obtained with Purpose Sampling techniques , namelyconsumers who consume organic products . Primary data was collectedthrough questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear.The resultsof the research on 100 respondents in Hortimart Agro EcologicalKnowledge Center showed that no significant influence on purchasingdecisions, different results are shown in the willingness to pay more andthe environmental awareness and significant positive influence onpurchasing decisions. willingnessto paymore variable (b2 =0,550)became the biggest factors influencing purchasing decisions.
