This research is in-depth about the crucial role of communication in rebuilding and maintaining the solidarity of the Karang Taruna organization in Kedung Kampil Village Rw.04, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency, after experiencing a period of hiatus from 2015 to 2019. The focus of the research is aimed at the efforts of Ahmad Syafi'udin, The chairman of Karang Taruna, in approaching village youth, forms a clear organizational structure and establishes effective communication. The success of this organization in 2019 reflects the positive impact of establishing a good structure, increasing village youth participation, and implementing various programs, including regular flights every Friday, building sports facilities, commemorating the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day, and utilizing YouTube social media. The importance of the role of communication in maintaining solidarity is the main highlight, with this research trying to provide an understanding to Karang Taruna members about the significance of communication in developing a better organization. Analysis of communication patterns implemented by the Karang Taruna organization in Kedung Kampil Village is the focus for answering the research problem formulation. In responding to challenges, this organization adopted a revitalization strategy through efforts to increase internal and external communication, improve organizational structure, and design more measurable work programs. In addition, this research discusses the impact of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 on the global business ecosystem, with an emphasis on data technology. The structural transformation of organizations, the application of artificial intelligence, and changes in the paradigm of global business interactions are the central points. The research conclusions show that a deep understanding of these changes is the key to ensuring business sustainability and competitiveness in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. In recommendations, the study advises companies to invest in human resources skilled in data technology and artificial intelligence and strengthen cross-border partnerships to face challenges and exploit emerging opportunities

Stunting has become a serious health problem in Indonesia as it is associated with failure to thrive, brain development disorders, decreased mental abilities, poor health conditions, and low socio-economic capabilities. In 2020, the United Nations recorded that around 6.3 million Indonesian early childhood or toddler aged children experienced stunting, caused by nutritional deficiencies within the first two years of their lives, maternal malnutrition during pregnancy, and poor sanitation. Through the "Ibu Hebat Keluarga Sehat" (Great Mother, Healthy Family) program, which focuses on balanced nutrition education, it is hoped that the issue of stunting can be addressed by improving individuals' knowledge and skills. Posyandu cadres and PKK officials can implement the 10 common messages of balanced nutrition to combat stunting. Balanced nutrition, categorized by age, is also crucial for every family to know as it contributes to achieving a generation without stunting. This education includes 1. Providing knowledge on balanced nutritional health in addressing stunting and processing local food materials available in the Tambang Village into nutritious meals. 2. Conducting question-and-answer sessions with participants to assess their understanding of the provided material.

Biology learning demands learning competencies in the realm of high-level understanding, so many students find it challenging to develop their critical thinking skills and, therefore, have difficulty completing various concepts in biology. For this reason, a particular way of learning is needed so that it fosters students' critical thinking skills through creative and collaborative thinking skills so that they can be well-honed in order to be able to solve various complex concepts in biology. Therefore, this research aims to determine the creative and collaborative thinking abilities of class X SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi students on Animalia material, focusing on their creative and collaborative thinking abilities. This type of qualitative research describes data obtained from a rubric containing research indicators. The research results show that the profile of students' creative and collaborative skills shows good development based on the indicators obtained. Indicators of creative and collaborative thinking abilities are at scores 3 and 4, which shows that students can give excellent and precise answers to both questions through discussions and written tests. Based on these results, the analysis of creative and collaborative thinking abilities in class X12 students at SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi is in good ability results.

Study of the book Riya>d} al-S{a>lih}i>n in Guwah hamlet, Rongdurin village, Tanah Merah, Bangkalan. The formulation of the problem raised in this community service activity is related to the lack of implementation of noble morals in everyday life. To find alternative solutions to the above, a study of the Adab Ṭalibīn book was held in an effort to improve the quality of religious knowledge for young people of the Ashab Al-Suffah group and to be able to apply good morals in everyday life. The objectives of this PKM activity are: 1. To equip youth with knowledge directly from original sources. 2. Increase the knowledge and morals of youth as a nation's generation with the substance of the book being studied. The problem solving framework designed in PKM activities in the form of implementing this training activity is: 1. Periodic explanation of materials. 2. Designing a weekly study of the Adab Ṭalibīn book every Monday night. 3. Evaluation of training results. Based on interviews, questions and answers and direct observations during the activity, this community service activity yielded the following results: first, increasing youth knowledge and understanding in the religious sphere, second, increasing youth knowledge and morals and being able to implement it in everyday life.

Monetary policy is a vital instrument in managing a country's economic stability. Global economic transformation and dynamics in financial markets require in-depth evaluation of monetary policy. This research aims to analyze the influencing factors of monetary policy and investigate the impact of its transformation in the current economic context. Through a careful methodological approach, this research uses secondary data analysis from various global and national economic sources. The literature review investigates the current literature on monetary policy and economic transformation. The results of the data analysis provide deep insight into the factors influencing monetary policy and the consequences of its transformation. The main findings show that changes in the global economic order, financial technology and capital market dynamics play a major role in changing the monetary policy paradigm. This transformation can have a significant impact on economic stability and societal welfare. The conclusions of this research provide a basis for developing policies that are responsive and adaptive to economic transformation. The practical implications of this research include the need to update a more dynamic monetary policy strategy to answer new challenges in the era of globalization. It is hoped that further research will deepen specific aspects of monetary policy transformation to provide a more comprehensive view.

This research study has a theological aim of the meaning of Spirituality of Humility in a Christian context experiencing a crisis of faith. The background to the writing is the author's observation of several phenomena in the practical life of Christians in modern times which are experiencing degradation, such as lack of willingness, sacrifice, humility, love and faith. The problems experienced by the author believe are due to problems with Christian spirituality in modern times. The author observes the fact that modern humans do not appreciate the events of the cross and calvary (Jesus). This experience provides the principles of spirituality, crumbs and dry leaves, which can answer the problems of modern times. The spirituality of humility brings humans to become friends of Jesus. The author uses descriptive and bibliographic analysis methods. The author conducted a theological study of the meaning of spiritual humility from Eko Armada Riyanto's book "The Spirituality of Crumbs and Dry Leaves". The book used will show problems, which can be answered through the principles of spirituality based on humility. The results of this study are the basis for the implementation of Christian spirituality today. The author hopes to help, increase insight into the spiritual life of Christian life. Spirituality of humility brings people closer to God in whom they believe, spirituality makes people moved by love and affection in their lives. Spirituality brings humans to a deep awareness, especially humility, that comes from God. Becoming humble requires a very long process, so openness to God's love makes humans friends to all and willing to be shaped by God.

Decision Number 2205 K/Pd/Sus/2022 The Supreme Court again upheld the acquittal decision of Samin Tan as the owner of PT Beneficial Ownershiprneo Lumbung Energi & Metal (PT BLEM). The research method used in this research is using normative juridical research methods and using literature study techniques to answer the problems in this research. The result of the discussion of the first problem formulation is that Samin Tan cannot be held criminally responsible because the person giving the gratification is not criminalized under the law even though Samin Tan is the ultimate beneficiary owner who has the potential to commit this act because it is in the interests of his company. The result of the discussion on the formulation of the second problem is that the judge's considerations in the decision did not prioritize a sense of justice and expediency because they only prioritized legal certainty which resulted in Samin Tan being able to escape the demands of the public prosecutor.

This articel discusses the motivation of mothers in participating in the activities of the Taklim Council in Sipiongot Village Dolok District, North Padang Lawas Regency. The method used in thus research is qualitative. The case studiens contained in this research produce descriptive data such a written words or questions and answers. Data collection is carried out using observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of the research in this thesis are that the motivation of mothers in participating in the recitation activites of the Annur Taklim Council is very varied, some of them are because they want to increase their knowledge in the religious field, increase their insight, strengthen relationships between fellow congregation members, there are also provisions for the afterlife, because of something. Experienced after attenting the study. The factor is that mothers take part in the recitation of the Annur Taklim Assembly because of their own awareness and willingness, and also the distance between home and the palce of recitation is very clos, apart from that there are also those who are happy with the delivey given byy the uasdat because the material is prepared in detail, there is also encouragement from close friends, and the most infortant thing is to participate in the activities of the Annur Taklim Counsil solely hoping for the pleasure of Allah AWT.

Teachers have used various methods to implement good character education, including demonstration methods, questions and answers, lectures and assignments. It turns out that this still does not have a significant impact on children's character and growth and development, therefore teachers as educators use alternative learning with traditional games which in the learning process are in accordance with the interests of students who always want to play. The game of breaking plates is one of the traditional children's games that is often found in the Medan city area and its surroundings. The sample for this research was all students in class VI A at SDN 101786 Helvetia, totaling 35 students. The instruments used are observation and value surveys. Character values ​​of honesty, religion, discipline/sportsmanship, hard work, responsibility. The results of the research showed that the children in class VI A had demonstrated character values ​​well and were able to implement them during the plate breaking game..    

Teachers are required to have the ability to use various methods or combine several relevant methods so that they are able to integrate the development of students' multi-intelligences in the learning process. Based on the results of observations, information was obtained from the school that they experienced several problems in the teaching and learning process, namely that teachers in the classroom learning process were still classical, teachers had never received training in multiple intelligences learning models, while on the other hand students were required to be creative in developing knowledge in the learning process. This assistance is intended to improve teachers' abilities in implementing effective learning models by implementing multiple intelligence learning models which can be used as fun learning models in the classroom. This assistance aims to provide understanding to high school teachers about effective learning by implementing the multiple intelligence learning model, increasing the ability of high school teachers in planning, implementing and evaluating using the multiple intelligence learning model, implementing this learning model in high school according to the conditions and potential of students. Agape love means total love, identified with God's love for His creation. An attitude of love is important for Christian families in everyday life. This article focuses on efforts to build an attitude of love in Christian families and the importance of an attitude of love for Christian families in the digital era. The implication of this research is to guide Christian families in using social media and technology responsibly. This includes monitoring the content consumed and maintaining Christian values ​​in interactions. This article uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. The data used in this article is secondary data from various sources such as books, articles and journals. Based on the research results, it was found that an attitude of love helps Christian families to maintain integrity and harmony in the digital era with healthy communication, using devices or applications that support togetherness and technology as a means of strengthening the quality of family relationships.

The main problem in this study is how the social background contained in the novel Tanah Air Beta which includes: habits of life; beliefs; outlook on life; ways of thinking and behaving; and social status of the people of ex-East Timor. The purpose of this study was to describe the social background contained in the novel Tanah Air Beta by Sefryana Khairil, based on the life skills of the ex-East Timorese people; beliefs; views on life; ways of thinking and behaving; and social status of the ex-East Timorese people. The theory used to answer the objectives and problems of this study is the theory of sociology of literature that sees literature has a relationship with reality, the extent to which literary works reflect reality. The Data of this study are words, sentences, events in the novel that show and explain the social background in the novel Homeland Beta. The results showed that the novel Tanah Air Beta by Sefryana Khairil contains the social background of the ex-East Timorese community. The social background in question is: the Social way of life of the ex-East Timorese community which includes; the habit of gardening,raising livestock,bathing in the lake together,and selling retail gasoline; belief in God as the creator; outlook on life; ways of thinking and behaving; and the social status of the ex-East Timorese community

This service was carried out to remind the role of Islamic Boarding Schools as the last bastion in preventing drug trafficking in the community, where the phenomenon of drug trafficking has become a serious problem in various layers of society, so that Islamic Boarding Schools, as Islamic educational institutions that have the potential to contribute to prevention efforts. The methodology of this service was carried out by means of lectures conveying material on the understanding and dangers of drugs / drugs and how to prevent their circulation. In addition, discussions were also held by means of questions and answers and the delivery of the importance of the role of santri and satriwati to understand how Islamic Boarding Schools can implement anti-drug programs, as well as the impact on the behavior of students. The results of this research are expected to provide a deeper insight into the effectiveness of the role of Islamic boarding schools in combating drug trafficking in the community. In a broader context, this dedication has important implications in the development of drug prevention strategies in Indonesia. The results of this research can also be the basis for policy improvement and cooperation between religious educational institutions and the government in addressing the drug problem. Thus, this research is expected to make a positive contribution in the effort to protect the community from the threat of drug trafficking

The aim of this research is to find out how many santri students have online loans, the purpose of santri students making online loans and find out how santri students pay off these online loans. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting surveys and in-depth interviews with Islamic boarding school students who have online loans. Furthermore, the descriptive qualitative method aims to answer the problem formulation in this research. The results of this research are (i) the majority of santri students have online loan facilities, (ii) all santri students use online loans for consumptive purposes, (iii) the source of installment payments for online loan payments comes from the santri students' pocket money. The implication of this research is to provide information and references to stakeholders regarding the reach of online loans which have spread among Islamic boarding schools. The novelty of this research is related to the research object, namely online loans among Islamic boarding schools.

Sustainable national development requires support from quality, creative, and independent human resources (HR). In facing the challenges of global competition and rapid technological change, strengthening HR competencies since school age is very important. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve understanding and build entrepreneurial character among high school students through basic creative entrepreneurship training. This PKM is carried out by lecturers from the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities (FEBHum) of Karangturi National University (UNKARTUR), especially from the Management Study Program, as a form of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The activity took place offline at SMA Sedes Sapientiae Semarang on Monday, May 8, 2023, at 09.00–12.00 WIB and was attended by students as participants. This activity presented three speakers who presented material on strengthening HR competencies, the basics of creative entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. The methods used include interactive lectures, group discussions, and question and answer sessions, supported by Microsoft PowerPoint-based presentation media. The results of the activity show an increase in students' understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship, as well as growing interest and motivation to become independent and innovative young entrepreneurs. This activity provides benefits not only for students, but also for schools and universities, in strengthening collaboration in forming superior human resources since secondary education level.

Utilization of financial technology as an effort to improve the quality of MSME financial reporting. Current developments in financial technology really help business actors in preparing financial reports per period. This convenience is expected to help business actors in presenting better financial reports. The general objective of this activity is to support MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) business actors to improve their ability to record transactions and be able to present financial reports easily so as to produce sustainable financial reports. The method is carried out by making direct visits, conducting observations, conducting questions and answers and providing demonstrations and briefings. The results of this activity provide MSME players with an understanding of how important it is to record financial reports every month. The advantage of making financial reports is that it will make it easier for the owner to control and evaluate his business. Financial technology is an alternative that business actors can use to make it easier to create and present financial reports on an ongoing basis.

Stroke is a major health problem for modern society today. According to WHO (World Health Organization) in 2016, 51% of stroke deaths worldwide were caused by high blood pressure. Based on data on the top 10 most common diseases in Indonesia in 2018, the prevalence of stroke cases in Indonesia based on health worker diagnosis was 10.9 per mille. Various problems that stroke patients may experience include paralysis, weakness, balance disorders, speech disorders, etc. so that these patients need help in meeting their daily needs. The family as a caregiver has a major role in providing primary support to individuals with stroke and is the first person to respond to changes in the patient's status during the course of the disease. The aim of this community service program is to maximize family assistance as caregivers in caring for stroke patients. The obstacles experienced by caregivers are financial and time problems in accompanying stroke families at Mardi Rahayu Kudus Hospital. Based on the results of interviews that have been conducted, almost all the feelings of families as caregivers in caring for stroke patients are sad, almost all participants answered that the service at Mardi Rahayu Hospital is good and fast, almost all participants' hopes for their husbands are that they can recover quickly, almost all The obstacles experienced by caregivers are financial and time problems. Therefore, assistance and providing motivation to families as caregivers for stroke patients is very important.

The selected participants were 10 people who had bitter melon gardens in their yard. The activity stages were lecture and practice. PKM activities were carried out well, participants were very enthusiastic in taking part in PKM activities. Monitoring results showed that the amount of increase in participants' knowledge and skills increased from 100%, from 10 participants who answered that they did not know before the training activity in making bitter melon chips, it increased to 100% or 10 participants answered that they knew and were able after the training. This shows that training activities can be said to be successful because there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of the training participants.
