Matra Health is a form of health service specifically designed to maintain and improve public health in dynamic, complex, and constantly changing environmental conditions. This service plays a very vital role, especially in facing and handling various types of disasters, both natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and landslides, as well as non-natural disasters such as residential fires. One form of non-natural disaster that often occurs in densely populated areas is residential fires. This is caused by various factors such as unsafe electrical installations, a lack of public awareness of the dangers of fire, and buildings that are not resistant to heat or fire. Residential fires not only cause physical damage to buildings and infrastructure, but also cause various health problems, ranging from burns, respiratory problems due to smoke exposure, to psychological trauma, especially in vulnerable groups such as children, the elderly, and pregnant women. In response to these conditions, a dimensional health intervention activity was carried out from June 23 to 26, 2025 in areas affected by the fires under the coordination of the South Sumatra Regional Crisis Center. This activity aims to reduce health risk factors that arise after the fires through a series of actions such as multi-sector health surveillance, public health education, and distribution of logistical assistance. The activity also includes conducting rapid assessments using the Rapid Health Assessment (RHA) method, providing education on fire impact prevention, and distributing supplementary food to vulnerable groups. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in public understanding of the dangers of fire and the importance of preparedness for its impacts. Furthermore, the need to strengthen cross-sectoral coordination, such as health, disaster management, and social sectors, in disaster management was identified. It is hoped that this activity can serve as a model for strengthening community-based emergency response systems.

This research is motivated by the importance of understanding the niqab (face veil) as a religious symbol and an identity marker for Muslim women, which continues to spark public debate in Indonesia. The niqab is often viewed from various perspectives—religious, cultural, social, and political—making it a controversial topic. These differing viewpoints highlight the need for a deeper exploration of the meaning and practice of wearing the niqab, especially within Islamic higher education institutions. The study aims to examine both the normative and sociological aspects of niqab use among female students at Ma’had Al-Birr, Muhammadiyah University (Unismuh) Makassar. This institution is known for having a significant number of students who wear the niqab, each with different backgrounds and motivations, ranging from theological beliefs to personal convictions and environmental influences. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a field-based approach. It combines normative Islamic theological perspectives with sociological analysis, using data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that students perceive the niqab not merely as a religious obligation to cover one's aurat (parts of the body that should be concealed), but also as a symbol of piety, honor, obedience, and personal ijtihad (independent reasoning) in practicing Islamic teachings. An inclusive campus environment supports these students in engaging freely in both academic and social activities. However, challenges still arise, particularly in the form of stereotypes and perceptions of exclusivity that some individuals associate with niqab wearers. These misconceptions underscore the importance of cross-perspective understanding in addressing this phenomenon. This study is expected to contribute to the development of campus policies that support freedom of expression, uphold mutual respect, and promote a more inclusive, open, and tolerant atmosphere within Islamic higher education institutions—one that embraces the diversity of religious practices and encourages respectful coexistence.

Environmental health risks, including air pollution, unsafe water, and climate-sensitive diseases, remain pressing global challenges that continue to threaten public well-being. Conventional monitoring systems are typically manual, costly, and geographically limited, making it difficult to provide timely and accurate data for intervention. This study explores how digital health technologies—specifically mobile health (mHealth), the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and remote sensing—are applied to strengthen the monitoring and management of environmental health risks. A structured literature review was carried out by synthesizing 87 peer-reviewed articles published between 2013 and 2024, using an evaluation framework built on keyword clustering, metadata filtering, and multi-criteria scoring to assess usability, scalability, interoperability, and relevance to health outcomes. Findings show that mHealth platforms are highly accessible and user-friendly but often face limitations in integration with broader health systems. IoT and AI technologies offer strong scalability and predictive capability, particularly in real-time risk detection, though they are hindered by interoperability issues across platforms. Meanwhile, remote sensing is powerful for capturing large-scale environmental data but lacks direct connections to health-specific applications. The analysis identifies a critical gap in the integration of these technologies, emphasizing the need for cross-sector collaboration to build more robust, interoperable systems. Additionally, the findings highlight the importance of ethical considerations, validation processes, and interdisciplinary approaches to ensure sustainable and impactful implementation. Overall, this study provides not only a comparative synthesis of current practices but also a methodological roadmap to guide future digital innovations in environmental health. By bridging technological potential with practical application, it underscores the urgent need for integrated strategies that can better address the growing complexity of environmental health risks in the modern era.

Antibiotic resistance (AR) has emerged as a critical global public health concern, particularly due to the spread of antibiotic-resistant bacteria (ARB) and their genes in natural environments. The oceans, which host diverse ecosystems and serve as major food sources, are increasingly affected by ARB pollution, originating from human, agricultural, and industrial activities. Simultaneously, climate change (CC) exacerbates the situation by raising ocean temperatures, lowering pH, and altering marine biodiversity—creating optimal conditions for bacterial survival and gene transfer. This review explores the interconnectedness between ocean pollution and CC and how both factors influence the distribution and persistence of ARB and antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in marine ecosystems. Through a systematic literature review of 174 peer-reviewed articles, the study highlights how anthropogenic pollutants—especially antibiotics, heavy metals, and plastics—contribute to resistance emergence. Furthermore, it discusses the transmission pathways from pollution hotspots (e.g., hospitals, agriculture, wastewater) to the oceans. The One Health (OH) strategy is presented as a comprehensive solution to address the environmental, human, and animal health risks posed by antibiotic pollution. This paper serves as a basis for future research into surveillance, mitigation, and policy interventions for controlling AR in marine environments.

Prayer constitutes the essence of worship in Islam and serves as a profound expression of faith, resilience, and spiritual submission. This study aims to unveil the multifaceted dimensions of the prophets’ prayers in the Qur’an by integrating the adābi ijtimāʾī approach of Tafsir Al-Azhar (Buya Hamka) and the lughāwī approach of Tafsir al-Kashshāf (Mahmud al-Zamakhsharī). Employing a qualitative descriptive design with library research and content analysis (tahlīlī-munaṣābah-semantik), primary data comprised Qur’anic verses featuring prophetic supplications. Analysis focused on etymological, morphological, rhetorical, and socio-cultural aspects, as well as the ethical etiquette (adab) and pedagogical functions embedded in each prayer. Findings reveal that prophets’ prayers encapsulate layers of linguistic eloquence, spiritual resilience, and communal guidance, while divine corrections within certain supplications underscore the pedagogical nature of revelation. This integrative tafsir framework offers a holistic model for incorporating Qur’anic supplications into contemporary character and academic education, fostering both linguistic insight and social relevance

The era of technological disruption, driven by the economic logic of "surveillance capitalism," has created a fragmenting digital architecture. The "filter bubble" or "echo chambers" mechanism algorithmically isolates individuals, exacerbated by a psychological condition of being "alone together" wherein individuals actively engage in a "flight from conversation." This convergence of algorithmic and psychological isolation has fueled an "age of outrage" and extreme social polarization. This crisis is fundamentally theological, as it reduces the dignity of the Imago Dei (image of God) to mere exploitable computational data. This research employs a qualitative library study method with a critical-analytical approach to analyze this phenomenon and propose a reconstruction of Christian leadership theology. This article argues that Christian leaders must develop a new theological competency termed "Digital Wisdom." This wisdom is rooted in a holistic theology that resists dualistic fragmentation. This reconstruction is embodied in the leader's role as spiritual (placing the Word of God as authority over algorithms), educational (building digital ethics and combating disinformation), integrity-based (rejecting partisan outrage), and humanistic (reaffirming the primacy of physical encounter and authentic relationship).

This research examines criminal law enforcement strategies against perpetrators of illegal black stone mining in Suwawa, Gorontalo, with a normative-empirical approach. illegal mining activities in this region not only violate the law, but also damage the environment and create social conflicts. Although there is a strict legal basis, its implementation is still weak due to weak coordination between institutions, the involvement of unscrupulous officials, and the lack of economic alternatives for the community. This research identifies that repressive approaches alone are ineffective, so an integrative strategy is needed that includes restorative justice, strengthening customary law, digitizing surveillance, and empowering the local economy. Structural barriers such as power relations, weak surveillance and social resistance are the main hindering factors. This research recommends institutional reform and community engagement as keys to the success of fair and sustainable law enforcement in addressing environmental crimes such as illegal mining.

This study aims to analyze the struggle of the main character in achieving superiority in the novel Adiba by Mairisa Elvia. This struggle is rooted in the feelings of inferiority experienced by the main character since childhood. Through the individual psychology approach of Alfred Adler and qualitative descriptive methods, this research reveals the forms of the character's struggle in responding to traumatic experiences, social pressures, and inner conflicts that affect the direction of her life. Data were collected from quotes of narration, dialogue, or actions of the characters in the novel that reflect the effort to overcome feelings of helplessness and achieve meaningful life goals. Data collection techniques were conducted through careful reading and systematic note-taking of relevant parts of the text. The data were analyzed using content analysis to unveil the meanings behind actions, dialogues, and narratives related to the dynamics of the character's struggle. The research results show that the struggle towards superiority is demonstrated through hard work, a never-give-up attitude, and a drive to be beneficial to others. The main character not only struggles to overcome personal weaknesses but also shows a transformation of personality through constructive and social achievements. This process reflects an individual's journey in shaping a lifestyle and ultimate goals as compensation for the feelings of inferiority they once experienced. This study concludes that the psychological aspects in literary works can provide a deeper understanding of the motivations and personality dynamics of the characters, as well as enrich literary analysis with an interdisciplinary approach.

Semantics is a branch of linguistics that studies meaning in language, whether implied in words, phrases, or sentences. In literary works such as songs, the use of language often contains multiple or symbolic meanings that may cause ambiguity for listeners. This becomes problematic when the audience interprets the lyrics differently from the songwriter’s intent. The song "Lihat, Dengar, Rasakan" by Sheila On 7 is an example of lyrics rich in meaning and symbolism, making it an interesting subject for semantic analysis. The aim of this study is to uncover and explain the lexical and grammatical meanings contained within the lyrics so that the message conveyed can be understood more thoroughly and deeply. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with observation, note-taking, and content analysis techniques. The results show a total of 17 lexical meaning data and 17 grammatical meaning data in the song lyrics. The lexical meanings consist of 10 synonymy data, 4 antonymy data, 2 homonymy data, 4 hyponymy data, 4 polysemy data, 3 ambiguity data, and 2 redundancy data. Meanwhile, the grammatical  meanings include 11 affixation data, 2 reduplication data, and 5 composition data. These findings reveal that the lyrics of "Lihat, Dengar, Rasakan" are rich in complex meanings, both lexically and grammatically. The conclusion of this research is that semantic analysis can unveil the deeper layers of meaning within song lyrics, helping listeners grasp the moral message, social critique, and spiritual values hidden behind the poetic language used by the songwriter.
