The spread of the Covid-19 virus and the emergence of various variants became a global pandemic in just a matter of minutes.  The Indonesian government swiftly implemented several policies to prevent the spread of the virus.  In the pandemic phase which requires social distancing for the community.  The government does not stop urging the public to always obey health regulations and protocols.  Moreover, the role of regional governments is very central in handling the Covid-19 pandemic, even though they limit direct contact with the community, thanks to advances in science and technology, central or regional leaders can use social media to convey texts or videos in the form of appeals to the public.  After passing through the pandemic phase, the time has come to rebuild and overcome various problems that have arisen due to the impact of the pandemic.  Conditions after the Covid-19 pandemic have become the focus of attention of regional governments, including Regional Heads in Central Java.  This research uses a qualitative research approach.  The aim of qualitative research consists of describing the research object, expressing the meaning behind the phenomenon, and explaining the phenomenon that occurs.  The method used is descriptive and content analysis.  Data is obtained critically through speech discourse contained in content on social media and produces inferences regarding the use of spoken language as a form of speech act.  The results of this research show that in the speech video of the Central Java Regional Head, Ganjar Pranowo, there is macro structure (thematic) analysis, superstructure (schematic) analysis and micro structure analysis.  Macro structure analyzes discourse that influences thoughts, actions and implied ideologies.  Superstructure analysis understands the way speech discourse is structured and the appearance of its interactions.  Meanwhile, microstructural analysis reveals that the language conveyed by Ganjar Pranowo aims to achieve certain communications.

Besides the inherent benefits of exchanging information and interactions between nodes on a social graph, they can also become a means for the propagation of knowledge. Social graphs have also become a veritable structure for the spread of disease outbreaks. These and its set of protocols are deployed as measures to curb its widespread effects as it has also left network experts puzzled. The recent lessons from the COVID-19 pandemic continue to reiterate that diseases will always be around. Nodal exposure, adoption/diffusion of disease(s) among interacting nodes vis-a-vis migration of nodes that cause further spread of contagion (concerning COVID-19 and other epidemics) has continued to leave experts bewildered towards rejigging set protocols. We model COVID-19 as a Markovian process with node targeting, propagation and recovery using migration-interaction as a threshold feat on a social graph. The migration-interaction design seeks to provision the graph with minimization and block of targeted diffusion of the contagion using seedset(s) nodes with a susceptible-infect policy. The study results showed that migration and interaction of nodes via the mobility approach have become an imperative factor that must be added when modeling the propagation of contagion or epidemics.

Complementary food for breast milk is the child's second food after breastfeeding. MP-ASI is given to babies who are half a year old or older because breast milk does not meet the child's nutritional needs. MP-ASI feeding must be continuous and varied, starting from fruit, fresh fruit, thick porridge, mashed food, soft food, and finally solid food. The reason for giving MP-ASI at the age of six months is because the child is ready for solid food (Chomaria, 2013). The presentation and arrangement of MP-ASI must be carried out in stages, both in structure and quantity, according to the capacity of the child's stomach. Breast milk only meets the healthy needs of newborn children, but 60% of adult babies 6 years old. Based on the results of bivariate analysis using chi square, the p value = 0.001 (p <0.05) with a confidence level of 95%. This p value statistically shows that there is a relationship between the mother's level of knowledge about complementary foods for breast milk and the provision of complementary foods for babies aged 6-12 months at the BP Nauli Community Health Center, Siantar Marihat District, Pematangsiantar City in 2023 with a p value of 0.001 Providing complementary foods for breast milk , mothers can give food to their babies in stages and provide a variety of foods starting with 1 type of flavor then another, starting with thick porridge, fruit juice, fresh fruit, mashed food, soft food and finally solid food, should be given 3 times a day and Breast milk is still given. According to research results, Widodo (2006) said that in rural communities in Indonesia, the type of MP-ASI that is commonly given to babies before the age of 4 months is 57.3% banana. An initial survey was conducted at the BP Nauli Community Health Center, Siantar Marihat District on mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months. Of the 12 mothers who were interviewed, there were 7 mothers who gave MP-ASI to babies before the age of 6 months, and 5 mothers said that the baby I have been given formula milk since I was born because only a little breast milk comes out. This community service program was motivated by the suboptimal development of agribusiness partnership patterns among farmer groups assisted by the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of East Dumai District, Dumai City, which has resulted in low productivity, limited value added, and weak bargaining power of farmers. The program aimed to enhance farmers’ understanding, capacity, and readiness to develop sustainable agribusiness partnership strategies. The method applied was a community organizing approach through counseling, participatory discussions, and mentoring involving five farmer groups with a total of 15 farmers. The results indicate an improvement in farmers’ understanding of agribusiness partnership concepts and models, a shift in mindset from individual to collective group-based farming, and the emergence of initial agreements to develop simple partnership schemes with local agribusiness actors. In addition, farmers showed increased readiness in managerial aspects, product quality improvement, and communication with potential partners. This program contributes to strengthening farmer group institutions and provides a foundation for developing more structured and sustainable agribusiness partnerships.

Oligopoly is a form of market structure where there are a few producers or dominate the market for a particular product or service. In an oligopoly, there are a few large companies that control most of the supply of goods or services, thus having the ability to influence prices and control competition. In an oligopoly market, each company will position itself as part of the market game. This certainly needs to be done because the profits they get are very dependent on their competing companies. Every policy taken by one company will greatly influence other companies so that competition will become increasingly fierce in terms of price and quality.

Indonesia is included in the aging society, which is the category of a country that has an elderly population above 7%. Along with the increasing life expectancy of the population in Indonesia, the Province of Bali is included in the fourth category of society with an old structure. Indonesia's legal system continues to be predominantly influenced by modern laws introduced by European countries, creating a distinctive character within the Indonesian legal framework. The familial nature of Indonesia's legal system tends to prioritize form over substance, paying less attention to moral aspects. This raises issues related to the imbalance of humanitarian values within the legal system. Despite its status as an independent and sovereign nation, Indonesia still grapples with cases of dishonesty and ethical violations in law enforcement. Therefore, this research aims to compare the judicial systems of Indonesia and Malaysia using a normative legal research method. The comparison reveals the complexity and uniqueness of legal development in both countries. Indonesia, inheriting Dutch civil law, has a court structure that separates general, religious, administrative, and military jurisdictions. In contrast, Malaysia, blending English law with Islamic and customary law, demonstrates strong diversification in court forms and jurisdictions. These differences reflect legal adaptations to history, culture, and the needs of local communities. While both systems have strengths and weaknesses, there is room for improvement in terms of dispute resolution efficiency and jurisdictional clarity.
