The rapid proliferation of digital technologies has fundamentally transformed the competitive landscape of the food catering industry, compelling businesses to adopt sophisticated digital marketing strategies to sustain and grow their customer base. This study investigates the relationship between digital marketing strategies and customer loyalty in food catering businesses in Indonesia, with a focus on identifying which digital marketing dimensions most effectively drive loyalty outcomes in the digital era. Employing a quantitative research design with a survey-based approach, data were collected from 215 active customers of food catering services in the Bandung metropolitan area. The digital marketing dimensions examined include social media marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and online reputation management. Customer loyalty was measured across four indicators: repurchase intention, referral behavior, emotional attachment, and price insensitivity. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis reveals that social media marketing (β = 0.412, p < 0.001), content marketing (β = 0.318, p < 0.001), and online reputation management (β = 0.287, p < 0.01) are the strongest predictors of customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction and brand trust are confirmed as significant mediating variables in the digital marketing–loyalty relationship. The study concludes that an integrated digital marketing strategy centered on authentic content creation, active community engagement, and proactive online reputation management is most effective in cultivating loyal customer relationships in food catering businesses. Practical recommendations for catering business owners and digital marketing practitioners are presented.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning Strategy (PBLS) in Arabic language learning for eighth-grade students at MTs Negeri 4 East Tanjung Jabung, as well as identify supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and efforts to overcome those obstacles. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The research subjects included the principal, Arabic language teacher, and eighth-grade students. The findings revealed that PBLS was implemented through stages of problem presentation, information identification, group discussion, presentation, and evaluation. This strategy improved students’ active participation, critical thinking skills, communication abilities, and understanding of Arabic learning materials. Supporting factors included teacher professionalism, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and support from the school environment. Inhibiting factors included students’ low reading interest, limited instructional time, and differences in students’ characteristics and abilities. Efforts to overcome these obstacles involved providing motivation, forming heterogeneous groups, effective time management, and utilizing simple and engaging learning media. Therefore, PBLS is considered effective in Arabic language learning because it enhances both the learning process and student learning outcomes.

The preservation of the nation's collective memory is a very important aspect in maintaining national identity, but its existence today is threatened by physical damage and limited access to information. This study aims to explain effective preservation methods to ensure the sustainability of the collective memory as a historical heritage. The methodology applied is qualitative descriptive by collecting data through literature review and document analysis from various literature sources and regulations related to archives. The results of this study show that the implementation of the current preservation strategy still faces major problems, especially the difference between the expected tennis standards and the reality of limited funds and the ability of human resources to carry out restoration. In addition, the digitalization process has not been fully linked to the planned long-term digital preservation management. The implications of this study show that strengthening the collaboration and technical capabilities of archivists is very important so that all historical artifacts of the nation are maintained in their authenticity, protected, and can be widely accessed by future generations.

Student dropout in higher education remains a persistent socioeconomic challenge, yet many predictive models reported in the literature are methodologically compromised by randomized cross-validation schemes that introduce temporal data leakage and artificially inflate predictive performance. This study proposes a longitudinal prescriptive learning analytics framework integrating three complementary methodological components: a Leave-One-Cohort-Out (LOCO) temporal validation protocol, a hybrid SMOTE-ENN class balancing strategy, and temporal velocity feature engineering derived from Learning Management System (LMS) behavioral trajectories. The framework was evaluated on a longitudinal dataset comprising 464,739 enrollment records and 77 features. Five predictive algorithms—XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, Random Forest, and Logistic Regression—were comparatively assessed on a strictly isolated blind holdout cohort (2022), with CatBoost emerging as the champion estimator, achieving a PR-AUC of 0.8859, a Macro F1-Score of 0.9143, and the lowest Brier Score (0.0221), thereby demonstrating superior calibration and discriminative capability under severe class imbalance (93:7 ratio). Comprehensive ablation analysis revealed that temporal velocity features function not merely as additive predictors, but as a structural prerequisite enabling Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique with Edited Nearest Neighbors (SMOTE-ENN) to generate high-quality synthetic boundary instances; removing these features reduced minority-class precision from 0.8302 to 0.6721. To operationalize predictive outputs into actionable intervention pathways, Diverse Counterfactual Explanations (DiCE) were implemented under a three-tier causal constraint architecture on 96 borderline high-risk students, generating 384 feasible intervention scenarios exclusively targeting forward-looking behavioral velocity metrics without constraint violations. Collectively, these findings advance the paradigm of prescriptive learning analytics by providing educational institutions with interpretable risk diagnostics and operationally feasible intervention guidance grounded in empirically validated behavioral and temporal dynamics.

Diabetes mellitus, as a persistent non-infectious metabolic pathology increasingly prominent in the global epidemiological spectrum, is fundamentally characterized by dysfunctional hyperglycemia rooted in primary disruptions of pancreatic insulin hormone synthesis or peripheral resistance to its biological action, thereby inducing dynamic imbalances in gluconeogenesis and glycolysis pathways; amid the hypothesis that body mass index (BMI) as a measure of central adiposity potentially mediates variability in serum glucose levels, this quantitative observational study with a cross-sectional design rigorously tests the causal relationship between BMI and fasting/random blood glucose concentrations in a cohort of 134 adult subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus affiliated with primary care services at Puskesmas Bongo II, Boalemo Regency, through an inclusive total sampling recruitment strategy, precision anthropometric measurement instruments (height, weight, WHO BMI categorization), and laboratory-validated glucometric validation, with multivariate inferential processing based on the Chi-Square independence test at a Type I error rate of α=0.05 using the latest edition of the SPSS analytical suite; the demographic profile highlights female gender supremacy (90 individuals, 67.2%), the normoweight group (78 cases, 58.2%), concurrent with substantial glycemic elevation prevalence (78 subjects, 58.2%), but the crucial statistical output reveals a p-value of 0.831 (>0.05) that negates any probabilistically meaningful association, thus the substantive conclusion affirms the non-significance of the BMI-glucose relationship in this local context, while implying the dominance of alternative etiopathogenic factors such as hypercaloric macronutrient intake patterns, deficits in aerobic/anaerobic physical activity, non-adherence to multidisciplinary pharmacological protocols (e.g., metformin/oral hypoglycemics), and a comprehensive management paradigm integrating behavioral education, continuous monitoring, and personalized interventions to mitigate long-term cardiovascular risks across the diabetes mellitus spectrum.

This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by ustadz and ustadzah at Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Islam (PPTI) Al-Falah in maintaining family resilience. The family, as the smallest unit in society, plays a crucial role in shaping individuals’ character, morality, and spirituality, particularly for those living in a pesantren environment characterized by intensive religious and educational activities. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews and observations involving married ustadz and ustadzah who reside within the pesantren environment. The results indicate that in building a household, conflicts are inevitable. Due to teaching responsibilities that often extend into the night, miscommunication may occur and potentially lead to domestic issues. Therefore, family resilience among ustadz and ustadzah at PPTI Al-Falah is developed through five main strategies: (1) spiritual strategies, (2) communicative strategies, (3) educational strategies, (4) social and environmental strategies, and (5) economic and time management strategies.

Mergers and acquisitions have served as a primary strategy for global banking consolidation over the past three decades, including in Indonesia, which is currently undergoing one of its most massive consolidation waves—one notable example being the emergence of Bank Syariah Indonesia. This article aims to provide a narrative review of the literature on the operational impacts of mergers on bank performance, with a particular focus on implications for the Indonesian context. Based on a systematic search of the Scopus database, 52 peer-reviewed articles published between 2000 and 2025 were analyzed using a narrative thematic synthesis approach. Five main themes were identified: cost efficiency, service quality, risk management, human resource and cultural integration, and information systems and technology integration. The key findings indicate that although 73.1% of studies report post-merger improvements in cost efficiency, these benefits are highly contingent upon the quality of post-merger integration especially in the areas of human resources, organizational culture, and information technology with IT integration failure rates reaching as high as 75%. Domestic mergers consistently achieve efficiency gains more rapidly than cross-border mergers, whereas risk implications depend heavily on the type of merger and the quality of integration. Policy implications include the need for the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) to monitor post-merger integration quality, provide integration guidelines for smaller banks, take into account the specific characteristics of Islamic banks, and ensure a streamlined, non-burdensome licensing process. Further research particularly empirical studies on banking mergers in Indonesia—is urgently needed to test the generalizability of global findings to the local context.

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed organizational landscapes and driven fundamental changes in leadership practices and strategic management. This article aims to critically examine AI-based leadership by highlighting its opportunities, risks, and implications for strategic management. The study employs a qualitative literature-based approach using an integrative literature review strategy. The data consist of secondary scholarly literature relevant to AI, leadership, governance, innovation, and strategic management, which were analyzed through qualitative thematic analysis and conceptual content analysis. The findings show that AI-based leadership creates opportunities in the form of improved decision quality, faster strategic analysis, operational efficiency, stronger innovation, and enhanced organizational agility. However, AI integration also presents risks, including algorithmic bias, limited decision transparency, technological dependency, accountability challenges, and ethical concerns. This study confirms that AI does not fully replace human leaders; rather, it fosters a hybrid leadership model that requires technical, adaptive, transformational, and ethical capabilities. The study implies that the effectiveness of AI-based leadership depends on responsible governance, organizational cultural readiness, and balanced human–machine collaboration in supporting strategic management.

This community service activity aimed to enhance human resource management (HRM) literacy among congregation members through weekly religious study sessions at Kramatwatu Mosque. HRM literacy is important not only in formal work environments, but also in family life, social organizations, and religious activities. The problem identified was the congregation’s limited understanding of basic HRM concepts, such as planning, organizing, role distribution, discipline, communication, and individual potential development. The community service program was carried out through an educational-participatory approach in the form of material presentation, interactive discussions, simple case studies, and reflection on Islamic values relevant to human resource management. The activity was implemented gradually in weekly religious study forums by taking into account the characteristics of the congregation. The results showed an improvement in the congregation’s understanding of the importance of HRM in daily life, particularly in the aspects of responsibility, cooperation, discipline, and self-capacity development. Weekly religious study sessions proved effective as a medium for community empowerment because they were able to integrate religious values with practical HRM concepts. Therefore, strengthening HRM literacy through weekly religious study sessions can serve as a relevant educational strategy to improve mosque-based human resource quality.

Academic stress is a condition of psychological strain that arises when academic demands are perceived to exceed an individual’s capacity to cope. In this context, university students frequently use entertainment related to public figures as an emotion-focused coping strategy, one of which is celebrity worship. This study aimed to describe the level of academic stress among students who engage in celebrity worship. A descriptive quantitative design was employed, with purposive sampling of 230 active university students aged 18–25 years. Data were collected using the Perception of Academic Stress Scale (PASS) and the Celebrity Attitude Scale (CAS). The results indicated that the respondents’ mean academic stress score was relatively high (M = 46.05; SD = 8.38), and the level of celebrity worship was also relatively high (M = 86.10; SD = 15.89). Categorization showed that most students were in the moderate academic stress category (47.0%), followed by high (30.0%) and low (23.0%). For celebrity worship, most respondents were categorized as moderate (49.6%), followed by high (29.6%) and low (20.9%). Crosstab analysis suggested an increasing proportion of high academic stress as celebrity worship levels increased; notably, the high celebrity worship category was dominated by high academic stress (67.6%). Group difference testing also revealed significant differences in academic stress by gender (p < 0.05), with female students tending to report higher stress levels. These findings indicate that celebrity worship may serve as an emotion-focused coping mechanism, yet it may also become a source of distraction when the attachment is excessive. The implications highlight the importance of fostering adaptive coping strategies and time management skills among students to manage academic stress more effectively.

Air quality in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta has shown a concerning decline in recent years, largely due to high emissions from motor vehicles as the main source of pollution in urban areas. The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta issued Governor Regulation Number 66 of 2020 concerning Exhaust Emission Testing for Motor Vehicles as a public policy instrument aimed at controlling air pollution. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the regulation from a public policy perspective and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its execution. The research employs a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches, supported by qualitative analysis of policy documents and reports on the implementation of emission testing. The results reveal that the implementation of the regulation has not been optimal due to limited emission testing infrastructure, low levels of public awareness and socialization, and inconsistent enforcement of administrative sanctions. Nevertheless, there are opportunities to improve policy effectiveness through strengthened inter-agency coordination, digitalization of monitoring systems, and increased environmental literacy among the public. Therefore, the success of emission control policy implementation is highly dependent on resource support, regulatory consistency, and community awareness, necessitating a comprehensive and continuous multi-stakeholder improvement strategy and stronger commitment.
