Bullying at school is a social problem that has a serious impact, both physically and mentally on students. At MTsN 1 Bekasi City, efforts have been made to prevent bullying through various anti-bullying educational programs, such as introducing the types of bullying, managing emotions, and career preparation. However, innovation is still needed to make anti-bullying educational programs more attractive to students. One potential innovation is the development of interactive educational video-based learning media to increase students' understanding of bullying and encourage student’s active participation in creating a safe and comfortable school environment. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In the analysis stage, information is collected through field studies and literature studies to identify student’s needs. Next, at the design stage, media design is carried out to facilitate the production of learning media.  The development stage is carried out by realizing the designs that have been designed into interactive video products. The final stage is evaluation, where the media is validated by three material experts and three media experts to assess the suitability of the product. The results of the study indicate that the developed interactive video is highly feasible for use based on validation from experts. The assessment by the media expert resulted in an Aiken index value of 0.8, which falls into the high validity category, while the assessment by the content expert resulted in an Aiken index value of 0.9, which falls into the high validity category.

This community service activity aims to increase the understanding and ability of business groups in Kassi Village, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency in making effective business projections. This program is expected to provide strategic provision for business actors in managing finances, planning business development, and facing market challenges. The technique of implementing this activity includes three stages starting from the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the activity evaluation stage. The results of the training showed that traditional business owners have difficulty in applying business forecasting techniques to their businesses because sales records are sometimes incomplete or non-existent. After conducting the simulation, participants were able to understand the basis of sales forecasting for future sales forecasts. In addition, business owners can know their business forecast with certainty. Knowledge of business forecasting is expected to improve business performance and competitiveness. The limitation of this training is that the implementation method does not use instructional techniques so that knowledge about business forecasting can be implemented in business activities.

Curriculum management is a systematic, cooperative, comprehensive and organized effort in achieving educational goals. As an important element in the management of educational institutions, curriculum management involves curriculum planning, development, implementation and evaluation. This process aims to improve the quality of teaching-learning interactions and support the achievement of the vision and mission of educational institutions while adhering to national policies. The relationship between curriculum and learning is very close, where the curriculum becomes a guideline that covers the entire learning experience of students, while learning is the implementation of the curriculum. In the context of the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP), curriculum development is carried out with the principles of competency-centeredness, relevance to the needs of learners, responsiveness to scientific developments, and a balance between national interests and local needs. These principles are directed to ensure the meaningfulness of the content, productivity, democracy, efficiency, and harmony with moral, religious, and social values. The This research aims to determine and describe policy management strategies to improve public services, with a focus on community participation and policy evaluation. Increasing public expectations for fast, transparent and efficient services encourages the government to develop adaptive and innovative policies. This study uses qualitative methods to explore policy implementation in various regions. The research results show that the use of information technology has accelerated the service process and increased transparency, even though there are challenges with infrastructure gaps in several areas. In addition, active community participation in the policy-making process contributes to increasing the legitimacy and effectiveness of the policies implemented. However, unstructured policy evaluation is still an obstacle in assessing the success of public service programs. Therefore, it is important for the government to continue to innovate and adapt policies based on global changes, such as pandemics and environmental issues, to ensure more responsive and relevant public services in the future.

The research aims to measure the effectiveness of a training program according to the dimensions of professional motivation for accountants and its impact on improving job satisfaction by verifying the validity of the following null hypothesis: "There is no statistically significant difference at a significance level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who will undergo training in the program prepared according to the dimensions of professional motivation, and the average scores of the control group who will not undergo training in the training program in job satisfaction." To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the experimental design with two equivalent groups (experimental and control), as (42) accountants were selected randomly (by lottery) as a sample for the research from the accountants affiliated with the General Directorate of Education in Qadisiyah for the academic year (2024 - 2025), with (21) accountants for the experimental group and (21) accountants for the control group. The training program was built according to three stages (planning, design, evaluation), and then the accountants of the experimental group were trained for (11) days with two sessions per day using the training program according to the dimensions of professional motivation. The researcher also prepared a scale for technical enlightenment of the multiple-choice type (40 paragraphs), and their validity and stability were verified, as the stability coefficient for the scale test reached (0.91) and the stability coefficient for the observation card reached (0.87), for the scale test (0.89) and they were applied after the end of the experiment. The researcher used the statistical program SPSS. The accountants of the experimental group outperformed the accountants of the control group in the job satisfaction scale test, and in light of the research results, the researcher recommended the possibility of adopting the training program prepared according to the dimensions of professional motivation.

The issue of waste, especially plastic waste, has become a crucial problem in Indonesia, leading to ecosystem damage and environmental pollution. SDN 2 Cikalang, located in Tasikmalaya City, is one of the schools that has not yet implemented optimal plastic waste management. An Ecobrick outreach program was conducted to enhance the knowledge of fifth-grade students about plastic waste management through Ecobrick innovation. An Ecobrick is a plastic bottle filled tightly with plastic waste, which can be used as a construction material to replace bricks. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Ecobrick outreach program in increasing students' knowledge of plastic waste management. The research methods included pre-test, material delivery, hands-on practice, and post-test. The evaluation results showed a 45% increase in students' knowledge, with a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (p value = 0.000).
