The frequent breakage of saw blades and the use of blades that are not suitable for beginner saw operators present a significant problem in metal sawing activities. This study aims to produce a double-sided sharp steel saw blade with dimensions of 310×30×0.8 mm. The production process consists of several stages, namely designing the double-sided sharp saw blade, cutting high-carbon steel material to size, drilling 4 mm diameter holes at both ends with a 310 mm distance between holes, forming sharp edges on both sides of the blade, hardening only the two cutting edges, followed by labeling, packaging, and quality and dimensional standard inspection. The production output is a double-sided sharp steel saw blade measuring 310×30×0.8 mm made from medium carbon steel. The manufacturing cost is Rp. 3,500 per unit with a processing time of 3 minutes per unit. These results indicate that the saw blade can be mounted on a general saw handle and has improved resistance to breakage, making it more suitable for beginner users whose sawing motion is not consistently aligned on a single flat plane.

The method applied is Research and Development (R&D), which includes: identifying potential and problems, data collection through literature study, observation, documentation, product design, design validation, to the process of making and evaluating the final product. The results of the study show that the clove flower motif weaving technique can be well applied to ready to wear, especially on the vest and pants parts, producing a modern fashion. Applying this technique requires high precision, especially in the process of arranging the weaving pattern and integrating it with the main material. This study is expected to serve as a reference in developing innovative designs. The conclusion of this research is that the weaving technique gives a unique and aesthetic impression on ready to wear. The suggestion for making woven products applied to ready to wear is that during the process of ironing glue on the weave, the heat should not be too high because the shoelace material is easily burned, and the ends of the weave should be burned to prevent fraying.

The regulation of the 14-day time limit for investigating regional head election crimes, as stipulated in Article 146 of Law Number 10 of 2016 concerning the election of governors, regents, and mayors, was established to accelerate law enforcement, ensure legal certainty, and maintain the relevance of election crime resolution within the strict and sequential stages of elections. However, in practice, this provision often creates legal problems when investigations must be terminated due to the expiration of the time limit, even though strong indications of election crimes exist. This situation raises a legal issue because law enforcement, although procedurally compliant, does not fully achieve substantive justice and legal utility, particularly in maintaining public trust, legal order, and democratic integrity. This study aims to analyze the theoretical basis of the 14-day investigation limit and examine the application of justice and legal utility principles in terminating election crime investigations due to time expiration. The research uses a normative legal method with statutory, conceptual, and analytical approaches. The findings indicate that the 14-day limit is grounded in the principle of lex specialis, legal certainty, speedy trial principles, electoral justice theory, and the effectiveness of integrated law enforcement. This limitation is intended to prevent prolonged legal processes, protect the legal status of reported parties, ensure smooth election stages, and maintain regional democratic stability.
